Today, August 29th, 2022, at lunchtime we were served by a very courteous young man. We ordered our chosen starters and main courses, whereupon the young man pointed out to us that there were so many starters that it would be better if we shared one. We believed him. He should also be right. The dishes were very tasty. The food came quickly. We are completely satisfied and will definitely come back. Addendum: We were there again today, May 3rd, 2025 and what can I say, if I could I would give 5 stars again. The food is so incredibly delicious. The service is also consistently friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

Location and view are very nice. Everything else is pretty average. The food was average at best, but unfortunately not worth the rather high price. Unfortunately the service wasn't any better. We had to wait over an hour for food, service was almost unfriendly, inattentive and slow. And no, it wasn't packed. It's a shame, it's a shame.

We came as strangers on Friday two weeks ago and left as friends on Saturday. We had two really excellent evenings at Due Fratelli. The boss and the entire staff immediately give you a friendly feeling. The food on both evenings was outstanding. On Friday my husband had pulpo as a starter and beef fillet with truffle as his main course. I had grilled lamb chops. Everything in top quality. The wines we drank also took us immediately to Italy. On Saturday there was carpaccio first, followed by spagetti a olio and a pizza. Again 5 stars +. Nothing more is possible. We would love to come back and bring the rest of the family with us. See you soon!

I went there for the first time with good friends and I was thrilled. Nice and personal and very attentive service in a nice atmosphere. The food, especially the starter plate, was unique and my wife's pasta was amazing. To top it all off, there was a Baileys on ice on the house. We'll be back and are already looking forward to it.

We had reserved a table online days in advance. 2 people at 6:30 p.m We were assigned a table on the first floor. It was very full, the tables were placed very close together and very loud. You could hardly have a conversation. Tablecloth not clean, marks from glasses and cutlery visible. We wanted to order main courses without a starter, the waiter was clearly unhappy with it. Daily specials were verbally recommended at the table, I chose rum steak. I got a flat, grilled piece of beef with three rosemary potatoes for €65. Usury, rip-off 2 dishes 1 glass of wine 2 small beers 1 bottle of water = 120€ Completely disproportionate 👎

We were here as holiday guests, the food was supposed to be a birthday present. Due to the high reviews, I pre-ordered a table. Apparently the kitchen crew was hopelessly overwhelmed. My starter wasn't brought until 75 minutes later. By that time, my wife's cold appetizer had already been eaten for 15 minutes. So we had to eat separately. Is there no “mise a place” prepared in the kitchen? Luckily the main course was for two people and could be eaten at the same time. However, the side dishes were, especially this Vegetables not dressed at all, just cooked, similar to the filleted sea bass for 2 people. At least a dish for 75.80 euros. There were also misunderstandings with the service. After the laborious process of ordering the main course in the dim light, I wanted to order the starter as well, but the menu was taken from me and a completely different dish was recommended. In order not to endanger the evening, I agreed to it. What was noticeable was that the service never took notes on orders throughout the entire dining room. No wonder that an unordered pizza arrived at the next table and the food at another table was also delivered very late. This restaurant claims to serve fine dining. However, they couldn't convince us of this in any way, and believe me, we had often been to very fine dining. I also have a lot of knowledge about cooking myself. Because of the always attentive service and the normal food, at least 3 stars.

I was there recently with my friend, we discovered the restaurant through browsing and were pleasantly surprised by the pleasant welcome and delicious offerings, although I have to say that it was not always clear in the menu that the main course comes without the side dishes for a hefty price, the condition was not so common to explain this to the guests, it is probably aimed more at regular guests. We would have liked a little more courtesy from the staff, otherwise we would highly recommend it!

A restaurant is always as good as its crew. And this Due Fratelli simply has the best! It rarely happens that I don't choose the restaurant for a romantic evening together. I was surprised here - and what a great surprise! Even if intensive Valentine's Day decorations are not my thing, it just fit so well here and perfectly rounded off the overall picture of an incredibly committed team that had a lot of fun at work. I don't want to manage the kitchen and service for an almost completely full restaurant - but here you just had the feeling that it was perfectly coordinated and, apart from a few little confusions in between, it was just great from start to finish. And the food - really strong! Certainly a few small compromises in perfection for the day because "so many people at such a similar time" = many with set menu = I suspect otherwise it's even better. But even so, it was simply outstandingly great and showed a lot of desire to let off steam creatively and convincingly with craftsmanship on the subject of Valentine's Day. In Italy, this type of restaurant is always my go-to place - a young team bursting with energy and ideas. And the live music was another really great add-on! By the way, it's also worth going to the restaurant's website to find out a little more about the story. Oh yes - when you have a table by the window on the first floor and then a large ferry passes by in the dark - what a feast for the eyes!

Our favorite restaurant on the coast! We have known the restaurant for quite a long time, even before it became a Due Fratelli. And how lucky we are that it's a Due Fratelli. Miri is a great host and has created a really great team. Everyone is incredibly warm and always has a smile on their faces. Service is very important here! The on-site team is flexible and responds to guest requests. A really great 4 or 5 course menu is also spontaneously conjured up. Great drink recommendations and great wine selection! The food is ALWAYS great. And the seasonal menu is always great too. No matter which category you order from, it always tastes good! Last year we decided to have our wedding dinner catered by Due Fratelli. And we have never regretted this decision! Not every restaurant can implement catering well. However, the Due Fratelli exceeded our expectations. And our guests were also thrilled. All in all, you can say that we always enjoy going to Due Fratelli. Whether it's the lovely employees, the good food or the wine selection. Every visit is worth it and it's easily our favorite restaurant on the coast! Kind regards to the entire team Fabian & Eske

I don't really understand the glowing reviews. FISH (salmon) and meat (veal) ok, plus puree from the bag, frozen broccoli and that at the prices of a fresh kitchen, is also advertised... If you have saltimbocca on the menu, you should prepare it that way, but with a cheap puree and frozen broccoli, sorry, you can't do that, especially given the prices. The dessert was a complete disaster, a bad, dry profiterole roll and lots of simple chocolate cream from the tube couldn't save it. It's a shame that the kitchen didn't care about it at all despite criticism. We used to love going here for dinner, but that evening was completely over. Only the friendly and very attentive service staff made us happy that evening, but they don't cook... It's a shame about this actually nice restaurant.

Six of us went to this fantastic restaurant for the first time on Christmas Day and loved it. It's not every day that you experience such excellent service, such friendly service, and such delicious food. We were given suggestions regarding menu selection, but we weren't pressured into anything. Due to a small mistake that we hadn't even noticed, the restaurant didn't include the dessert on the bill. So, totally recommended!!! We will definitely come back again.

Unfortunately we weren't impressed with the pizza at all. We expected Pizza Verdura with eggplant, zucchini, peppers. Unfortunately there was broccoki and bee kale on it. Scary combination. Not Bella Italia at all. The Ristorante looks great. The furnishings are also great. Service friendly but very convinced.

Fantastic cuisine that you wouldn't expect in small Travemünde. If I lived closer, I would probably prefer to be here every day. All culinary wishes are fulfilled here and the staff and the boss are just so warm. Ps. The drinks are a 12/10 🥰

Nice and very attentive service staff. No bread for antipasti. Very limited imagination on the plate with antipasti (zucchini, eggplant, tomato and a bruschetta). The beets with goat cheese were delicious. The fish platter for two people was also good. Unfortunately very expensive for such small portions. Just a bottle of still water 0.7l for 8€. Extra vegetables and potatoes were added to the fish. Without specifying that they were not included in the price of mixed fish dishes at a fairly high price. We didn't order any extras ourselves so we were surprised that they were included on the bill. Unfortunately we will choose a different location next time.

It was an excellent meal! Please be a little considerate of the chefs if it takes longer, if there is a lot going on then the food will take longer to arrive, this means that the chef is not focused on getting it ready quickly but rather wants to have the best served for us... Explain your wish and if something doesn't taste good then leave your food, you can let them know and order something else instead! After all, the restaurant would like to say goodbye to us happily and see us again!

I ordered a tuna pizza to take away over the phone and unfortunately I didn't look at the menu first. I actually had to pay almost €18 for it. It was an average pizza with no gold rim! The service was anything but friendly. Thanks. Never again

Hello dear tourists and Lübis, Today we were in the beautiful Due Fratelli and have a lot to tell you: The food was well cooked and the service was really professional. The pizzas were really impressive and a real eye-catcher due to the high baked edges. There was also a kind of herbal garlic cream for dipping. A really unique and brilliant idea. There is criticism of the partially non-existent accessibility. A wheelchair user had trouble getting to the toilet. There were seated guests with chairs in the way. Tasteful music ensured an exuberant atmosphere. From an environmental perspective, outdoor patio heaters are of course an absolute no-go! If at all, pellet heaters or heating pads should be used. The cutlery and the spice mills were of first quality, you immediately feel like a working student. That's it for today. Until next time our Lübacken. Your Lübeck critics.

We were at Due Fratelli for the first time and absolutely loved it - from antipasti to pasta, pizza and fish and meat dishes to the desserts, it was fine Italian cuisine. Very friendly service that gives you good advice when choosing food and drinks. Before the meal, a small greeting from the kitchen is served: ciabatta with garlic cream and olives. Octopus salad as a starter, insalata mista and pasta dishes (Tagliatelle Al Salmone in lobster cream with green asparagus and Taglioni Al Tartufo) tasted sensationally good, as did the dessert Triple Sorbetto. We would love to come back!

Food was okay. Terrace was nice. They charge for ‘free’ olives and bread though. Overall restaurant is lacking a bit of soul. But it’s Germany after all.

Other righteous ones looked good. Of course I don't know what they were like. But nice restaurant. Maybe we'll try it again 🤔😌

Simply brilliant! There is still real service and gastronomy with passion here. The service staff are attentive and courteous, but at the same time not the least bit pushy or excessive. The ambience is pure holiday feeling. And the food…unbelievable! Reasonable portions, prepared with love and passion and, above all, fresh and high-quality food is used. Once again a great experience at the best and cheapest Italian in the entire area! Wild caught shrimp and beef tartare, a poem, a glass of Ferrari and perfect service! Always worth every euro. Absolute recommendation! :-)

Overall, relatively expensive, as each side dish is charged an additional €7 to the main course. But the beautiful ambience and perfect service make it worth the money
