Super nettes Personal und super leckeres Essen. Sind früher schon gerne dort essen gegangen und heute immer noch. Eine Reservierung ist vorteilhaft. Kann das Restaurant nur weiter empfehlen

Standard, mehr kann ich nicht schreiben! Die Qualität bekommt man überall. Hinterwäldlerisch ist "nur Barzahlung " da scheint viel Geld unterm Tresen zu gehen!

Schönes Restaurant. Super Essen und einen sehr guten Service. Was will man mehr?

Sehr schmackhaftes Essen und eine schnelle, freundliche Bedienung, ideal für ein geselliges Beisammensein. Der Preis liegt im Trend, 50€ für ein sehr reichhaltiges Essen, nebst einem stattlichen Trinkgelage, ist das völlig OK. Also von mir eine klare Empfehlung, auch wenn es sicher kein Geheimtipp mehr sein dürfte. Kritik, eigentlich kaum, aber ein Punkt wäre anzumerken und der betrifft die Parksituation, die bei weitem nicht ausreichend ist. Hier kann man nur sagen, rechtzeitiges Erscheinen, sichert die besten Plätze. Wohl bekommst.

Wir waren hier am 30.04.26 essen mit 4 Personen. Preise wurden hier angezogen das ist in Ordnung aber die Qualität hat darunter gelitten. Wir hatten 2 mal den Grillteller, 1 × Leber, und 1× das cordenbleu bestellt. Das cordenbleu war ungefüllt da hätte ich gleich Schnitzel bestellen können ansonsten geschmacklich ok. Die beiden Grillteller fehlten die Soßen wir hatten 2 oder 3 mal nachgefragt bis man uns die Soßen genervt gereicht hatte. Wo ich die komplette Rechnung zahlen wollte war meine Frage ob ich auch mit Karte zahlen kann wurde ich vom Besitzer angemacht das nur Barzahlung geht und das auch draußen an der Tür steht. Und ich wurde doof angemacht das jeder 100 Euro Bar Geld in der Tasche hat. Schade nach all den Jahren so muss man sich nicht behandeln lassen und das restaurant hat sich für uns erledigt

Sehr gutes Essen! Waren gestern spontan im Kurzurlaub hier und hatten neben dem freundlichen Service auch sehr leckeres Essen!

Wir waren mit vier Personen essen. Alles war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Danke an das ganze Team.

Immer wieder komme ich gerne hier her. Die Inhaber versprühen eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Beim Essen stimmen nach wie vor Preis und Leistung. Vorreservierung ist empfehlenswert.

Das Essen war sehr gut, große Auswahl, ideal für Personen, die Fleisch mögen. Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Allerdings wurde es ziemlich laut als es voller wurde. Wir waren zu sechst da und es musste so einiges mehrfach gesagt werden, damit alle es verstehen konnten.

Mein Mann und ich haben heute spontan dieses Restaurant besucht, um unseren Hochzeitstag zu feiern, und wir hätten keine bessere Wahl treffen können. Schon beim Empfang fiel uns die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit auf. Wir haben schon lange kein so zuvorkommendes und herzliches Personal mehr erlebt. Als der Gastgeber erfuhr, dass wir heute unseren Ehrentag feiern, hat er sofort mit uns angestoßen und uns die besten Wünsche übermittelt – eine so schöne Geste! Zum Essen: Wir hatten den klassischen Rumpsteak mit Kartoffeln und Salat. Es war alles hervorragend zubereitet, geschmacklich top und auch optisch ein echter Hingucker. Als krönenden Abschluss bekamen wir sogar noch Pfannkuchen mit Eis und Sahne auf Kosten des Hauses. ☺️🥰 Das Team war die ganze Zeit über aufmerksam und hat regelmäßig gefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Die Preise sind absolut fair und die Atmosphäre durch die tollen Gastgeber einfach klasse. Wenn ich 10 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir ca.20 Personen haben für Sonntag den 22.02.2026 frühzeitig einen Tisch reserviert. Zuerst einigten wir uns auf alaCarte , dann später (von deren Seite aus ) auf ein Buffet/Platten , da noch eine weitere große Gruppe reserviert hat. Am Samstag ( 21.02.) riefen wir an um zu sagen das zwei Personen weniger kommen. Das gefiel dem Herrn am Telefon nicht und sagte uns, ohne weitere Begründung den Tisch ab. Zum Glück hatte das griechische Restaurant Zeuss im Hochschulstadtteil noch Plätze ( extra Raum ) für uns angeboten. Was wir gerne angenommen haben und uns auch da sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Wir sind spontan zum Abendessen ins „Palma“ gegangen und waren sehr angetan. Der Service war prima, das Personal sehr herzlich, die Speisekarte umfangreich. Das Essen hat uns beiden sehr gut geschmeckt. Preis-Leistung haben auf jeden Fall gestimmt.

Lecker Essen schneller Service. Leider nur Bar Zahlung.

Nach dem mir seit Jahren das Restaurant als richtig gut angepriesen wurde, wollte ich unbedingt hin. Meine Begleitung kannte das Restaurant schon. Wir haben vorab angerufen und gefragt, bis wann die Küche auf hat und uns wurde gesagt bis 21 Uhr. Als wir um 20:40 Uhr ankamen und noch mal gefragt worden sind hieß es, wir sollen uns schnell entscheiden (was auch verständlich ist), nur haben wir uns damit auch null willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen war um 20:53 Uhr fertig. Wir hatten uns beide für Gerichte mit Pute entschieden, das Fleisch war super, nur hatte ich eine ganze Dose Mais auf dem Fleisch drauf. Meine Begleitung hatte Putengeschnetzeltes in einer Rahmsoßen (Was letztendlich einen nicht schmeckende Currysoße war). Der extra Ketchup hat nicht nach normalen Ketchup geschmeckt, vielleicht war das auch Jugoslawischer Ketchup (hab ihn nicht mehr weiter gegessen). Wir waren um 21:18 Uhr schon aus dem Restaurant raus, was für das Personal eine Freude war, zumindest kam es uns so vor. Es war ein kurzer Aufenthalt und sehr wahrscheinlich auch mein letzter Aufenthalt. Wer sehr deftiges Essen und am liebsten auch nur FLEISCH aller Art liebt sollte auf jeden Fall dort hin.

Das Restaurant Palma ist ein Restaurant, in dem man sich sofort beim betreten sehr wohl fühlt. Man wird beim betreten von einem freundlichen Personal begrüßt, was sich während des gesamten Aufenthalt so fortsetzt. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die wohl schmeckenden und lecker gewürzten Gerichte nach Balkan Art, die mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet werden. Änderungswünsche sind kein Problem. Alles in allem eine gute Empfehlung.

The three of us women didn't enjoy it very much. The food was so-so. The service was rather bored. Card payments weren't accepted. The bill was given on a scrap of paper that no one could decipher.

The liver was thinly sliced ​​yet juicy, and very well seasoned. The Ćevapčići were also delicious.

The food was good, nothing special, but certainly the best part of the evening. The price-performance ratio was okay. But no card payments... and of course, no suitable ATM nearby. The only notice was a small sticker on the door... The service wasn't unfriendly, but it was a bit odd, hard to say. We'll definitely try again, but with cash in our pockets.

This is our first time in Lübeck and we were looking for an easily accessible restaurant. Nice family business, good service. Fresh, delicious food. Very good value for money. Definitely recommended....😎👍

Highly recommended. If you like Balkan food, this is the place to be. Good meat, perfectly prepared, tasty side dishes, and—in these times—surprisingly fair prices. Everyone who brought food to my table or took my order was incredibly friendly. One thing is already clear: I'll definitely be eating here again the next time I stay in Lübeck!

Average. I was recommended this restaurant. But I am disappointed. The prices are too high. The meat was dry. The waiter only smiled when he was tipped. Overall, you can eat, but I did not enjoy it and would not recommend it. But maybe I was just unlucky.

We've been to Restaurant Palma several times now and can say: the food is consistently delicious (especially the three "sauces"), and the portions are absolutely sufficient. We especially recommend the grilled plates – the value for money is excellent. You can expect to spend around €20–30 per person, which is reasonable for the quality and quantity. The service is friendly and attentive, although it took a little longer for the food to arrive on our last visit (about an hour's wait). This was probably because we were there right at opening time, when the restaurant was very busy. Overall, the staff seemed very attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the seating is comfortable. However, due to the rather close tables, it can be quite noisy, which can be a bit distracting depending on the occasion. Cleanliness is a top priority, both in the dining room and at the table. Overall, a recommended restaurant for 2–4 people, but also suitable for groups – reservations are definitely recommended.

I went there with a colleague who eats there frequently. I also really enjoyed the food. The portion was generous and the price was right. The ambiance is a bit dated.

We had a great evening. Wonderful food. Warm service from both the lady of the house and her husband. My wife had a cast on her arm, and everything was questioned in a friendly manner. The hospitality is unsurpassed in a Yugoslavian restaurant. In the end, the rest of the very generous portion was, of course, packed to go. Unfortunately, we were only here in Lübeck on vacation. We would visit this wonderful restaurant again and again. Everything was perfect here. Highly recommended.

I can't understand the negative reviews! Friendly! The manager is friendly too. We eat out very, very often and know many restaurants. The food here is top quality and plentiful. We were there yesterday (May 5, 2025). The waitress took my order incorrectly, no problem!! It was immediately replaced. Many negative reviews usually come from people who usually only eat junk, who can afford it once or twice a year and then want to be treated like royalty, which they aren't!

A recommended restaurant with Balkan cuisine. If you like eating meat, this is the place for you. There are numerous variations with mixed platters but also a few fish and seafood dishes. The dishes are tasty and rich. The service was quick and friendly. It's worth mentioning that the price-performance ratio in "Palma" is also good, which unfortunately can't be said about many restaurants these days.

It was very nice here. A lot of emphasis was placed on the service. The dishes were delicious and individual requests were catered for. There were several house wines & the waiter knew something to say about everything. In so far too. We'd be happy to come back when we're in the area again

Well this seems to be the neighborhood place given that it was crowded and the number of people coming for take away. Sometimes I really appreciate the grilled mixed food but this was ok, on par not more . Service and staff did however greet us with kindness and made place for us in a crowded place .

The food on site was very good, the portions were completely sufficient and the price was right. I also found the service very positive and the restaurant was really nicely decorated. Unfortunately I have to deduct one point due to the atmosphere, as it got very loud at times due to the many tables in the too small room. Nevertheless, for me the positive aspects outweigh the negatives, which is why I can warmly recommend this establishment and will definitely come back again.

Maybe even 4 stars. Regarding the food, I have to say that I was allowed to try perhaps the worst dish on the menu. I had the 43. The portion is very good for one person, you will definitely be full here. To the negative. The rice tastes like rice that has been mixed with 69 cent pesto. And the meat tasted more like live pork. Visually not at all appealing but definitely edible. The salad in the process is sad, both in terms of taste and appearance. I would recommend skipping this dish. This restaurant serves very tasty and attractive grilled dishes! Ambience a bit cramped. New gestures constantly have to squeeze between the tables. Otherwise very consistent.

Rarely do I go out to eat and be able to call it a 5-star experience. However, this restaurant changed my mind. The food, service and ambience are perfect and ensure a great experience. The traditional atmosphere gives the Palma a lot of sympathy.

Very dog-unfriendly owner. Absolutely unbelievable what we experienced there. We have a 5 kilo dog. So very small. We wanted water for the dog to drink. The waiter told us there is no water for dogs. The boss doesn't want that, the floor could get wet. It rained that day. So all guests had wet shoes. But the dog is not allowed to water because the floor could get wet. Without words If you don't want dogs in your restaurant, just say, no problem. But such a statement is not possible. That was the last time in this restaurant. Then I'd rather leave my money somewhere else.
