The three of us women didn't enjoy it very much. The food was so-so. The service was rather bored. Card payments weren't accepted. The bill was given on a scrap of paper that no one could decipher.

The liver was thinly sliced ​​yet juicy, and very well seasoned. The Ćevapčići were also delicious.

The food was good, nothing special, but certainly the best part of the evening. The price-performance ratio was okay. But no card payments... and of course, no suitable ATM nearby. The only notice was a small sticker on the door... The service wasn't unfriendly, but it was a bit odd, hard to say. We'll definitely try again, but with cash in our pockets.

This is our first time in Lübeck and we were looking for an easily accessible restaurant. Nice family business, good service. Fresh, delicious food. Very good value for money. Definitely recommended....😎👍

Highly recommended. If you like Balkan food, this is the place to be. Good meat, perfectly prepared, tasty side dishes, and—in these times—surprisingly fair prices. Everyone who brought food to my table or took my order was incredibly friendly. One thing is already clear: I'll definitely be eating here again the next time I stay in Lübeck!

Average. I was recommended this restaurant. But I am disappointed. The prices are too high. The meat was dry. The waiter only smiled when he was tipped. Overall, you can eat, but I did not enjoy it and would not recommend it. But maybe I was just unlucky.

We've been to Restaurant Palma several times now and can say: the food is consistently delicious (especially the three "sauces"), and the portions are absolutely sufficient. We especially recommend the grilled plates – the value for money is excellent. You can expect to spend around €20–30 per person, which is reasonable for the quality and quantity. The service is friendly and attentive, although it took a little longer for the food to arrive on our last visit (about an hour's wait). This was probably because we were there right at opening time, when the restaurant was very busy. Overall, the staff seemed very attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the seating is comfortable. However, due to the rather close tables, it can be quite noisy, which can be a bit distracting depending on the occasion. Cleanliness is a top priority, both in the dining room and at the table. Overall, a recommended restaurant for 2–4 people, but also suitable for groups – reservations are definitely recommended.

I went there with a colleague who eats there frequently. I also really enjoyed the food. The portion was generous and the price was right. The ambiance is a bit dated.

We had a great evening. Wonderful food. Warm service from both the lady of the house and her husband. My wife had a cast on her arm, and everything was questioned in a friendly manner. The hospitality is unsurpassed in a Yugoslavian restaurant. In the end, the rest of the very generous portion was, of course, packed to go. Unfortunately, we were only here in Lübeck on vacation. We would visit this wonderful restaurant again and again. Everything was perfect here. Highly recommended.

I can't understand the negative reviews! Friendly! The manager is friendly too. We eat out very, very often and know many restaurants. The food here is top quality and plentiful. We were there yesterday (May 5, 2025). The waitress took my order incorrectly, no problem!! It was immediately replaced. Many negative reviews usually come from people who usually only eat junk, who can afford it once or twice a year and then want to be treated like royalty, which they aren't!

A recommended restaurant with Balkan cuisine. If you like eating meat, this is the place for you. There are numerous variations with mixed platters but also a few fish and seafood dishes. The dishes are tasty and rich. The service was quick and friendly. It's worth mentioning that the price-performance ratio in "Palma" is also good, which unfortunately can't be said about many restaurants these days.

It was very nice here. A lot of emphasis was placed on the service. The dishes were delicious and individual requests were catered for. There were several house wines & the waiter knew something to say about everything. In so far too. We'd be happy to come back when we're in the area again

Well this seems to be the neighborhood place given that it was crowded and the number of people coming for take away. Sometimes I really appreciate the grilled mixed food but this was ok, on par not more . Service and staff did however greet us with kindness and made place for us in a crowded place .

The food on site was very good, the portions were completely sufficient and the price was right. I also found the service very positive and the restaurant was really nicely decorated. Unfortunately I have to deduct one point due to the atmosphere, as it got very loud at times due to the many tables in the too small room. Nevertheless, for me the positive aspects outweigh the negatives, which is why I can warmly recommend this establishment and will definitely come back again.

Maybe even 4 stars. Regarding the food, I have to say that I was allowed to try perhaps the worst dish on the menu. I had the 43. The portion is very good for one person, you will definitely be full here. To the negative. The rice tastes like rice that has been mixed with 69 cent pesto. And the meat tasted more like live pork. Visually not at all appealing but definitely edible. The salad in the process is sad, both in terms of taste and appearance. I would recommend skipping this dish. This restaurant serves very tasty and attractive grilled dishes! Ambience a bit cramped. New gestures constantly have to squeeze between the tables. Otherwise very consistent.

Rarely do I go out to eat and be able to call it a 5-star experience. However, this restaurant changed my mind. The food, service and ambience are perfect and ensure a great experience. The traditional atmosphere gives the Palma a lot of sympathy.

Very dog-unfriendly owner. Absolutely unbelievable what we experienced there. We have a 5 kilo dog. So very small. We wanted water for the dog to drink. The waiter told us there is no water for dogs. The boss doesn't want that, the floor could get wet. It rained that day. So all guests had wet shoes. But the dog is not allowed to water because the floor could get wet. Without words If you don't want dogs in your restaurant, just say, no problem. But such a statement is not possible. That was the last time in this restaurant. Then I'd rather leave my money somewhere else.

Wir waren seit längerem mal wieder im Palma, vor Corona war es am Wochenende immer sehr voll. Man musste immer reservieren, egal wann. Gestern abend, ein Samstag war das Lokal zwar gut besucht, aber es waren noch genügend Tische frei. Das Essen war wie früher sehr gut, aber die Bedienung war, mehr oder weniger nicht wirklich freundlich und wirkte lustlos. Da wir ( 3 Erwachsene ) nicht aufgegessen haben fragten wir ob man uns das Essen zum mitnehmen einpacken könne. Die Bedienung verdrehte da das erste die Augen, das 2te mal als ich nach einer Tüte fragte. Weiterhin ist nach Ausschilderung dort nur Barzahlung möglich. Fazit: Schade eigentlich, wir waren früher sehr gerne dort.

Unfortunately not a good restaurant. Narrow, loud, train station atmosphere. Poor quality food and even worse preparation. And completely overpriced. No recommendation!
