Absolutely fantastic restaurant! The food was fresh, authentic, and incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant and very child-friendly, so we felt completely at home. Excellent service rounded it all off – absolutely recommended!

Wonderful evening at Don Peppino My work colleague and I visited Don Peppino in Hagen for the first time yesterday – and we were absolutely thrilled! The Italian food was delicious: We had a tasty starter and pasta to follow, along with a glass of wine and a refreshing Hugo – everything was perfectly balanced and lovingly prepared. The service was absolutely top-notch – especially the lady who served us (presumably the owner) was incredibly friendly and attentive. We immediately felt welcome. We sat outside and were able to fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere – simply lovely! The value for money was also good. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend Don Peppino!

I highly recommend it. It was incredibly delicious. Great atmosphere. Friendly service. Hardly any wait time. And not particularly expensive. Simply a lovely evening.

Ambience quite nice. Food is normally good. However, things like vitello tonnato or original tiramisu are missing. There were four of us there and everything was quite nice until the ladies had finished eating and we men were still there Suddenly the ladies started clearing away. That's a no go for me. I lost my appetite and had the rest packed up.

Ristorante Don Peppino offers a cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and authentic Italian cuisine. The ingredients are fresh, and the dishes are well-balanced in flavor. Unfortunately, during our visit, all three pizzas weren't piping hot, which significantly detracted from the enjoyment. That shouldn't happen in an Italian restaurant. Hence the only four stars. Nevertheless, the rest of the experience was positive, and I would give the restaurant another chance—hoping that the pizza will be served hot next time.

It's always a pleasure to come here: incredibly friendly hosts, a beautiful ambiance, and simply a genuine warmth. Not to mention the quality of the food: everything is superb ❤️❤️❤️

I am thrilled and recommend this restaurant without reservation… Great service, delicious, fresh food, prepared and served with love and the prices are completely reasonable. We'd love to come back.

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday at Don Peppino's. I celebrated with 50 people and we had a buffet with a variety of dishes. The table was fantastically decorated and the food was delicious. It was very pleasant and because this restaurant is so large, it is also possible to celebrate with more than 50 people. I can only recommend it and it is a perfect place for large events. We will definitely always come back.

This restaurant is great, I was there with my family and everyone liked it. The food was of the finest quality, beautifully prepared, decorated and very tasty. The service was very friendly. They have a large parking lot and a playground outside where my children had a lot of fun. There is a play area not only outside but also inside. Overall, Don Peppino is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Big praise👍👍👍

Today I was here to vote. So I can't write anything about the food service, only the ambience. This makes a very good impression and encouraged me to eat here again and try out the other things. My first impression, even if it was "just a polling station" today, is worth 5 stars and will be expanded on the next visit.

We were very positively surprised. A really excellent restaurant. Good food (pasta!) nice staff, very pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately it's a bit out of the way, but worth a little detour in Hagen!

Anyone who never goes to an Italian restaurant or wants to help their neighbors is in very good hands, otherwise I really can't explain the positive reviews. We had lasagna and pizza 🍕 for lunch - both of which were literally “tasteless”. No "crossy" pizza dough (although well topped) or even a hint of a burnt spot - the dough was simply "floppy". The lasagna was similarly “knitted” - it simply lacked the taste. “Ambiente” was a large, oversized room without any flair. Seemed quite cool (may be different in the evening). It's a shame about the money, because it wasn't cheap!

Thank you for allowing us to come so spontaneously this afternoon, with so many people. The food, the service, everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we had reserved a table for 14 people at the competition, on the Tücking, our reservation was quickly given to someone else and the boss was not available to speak to us, and the service was rude. But: now we have a new regular location, namely yours, and we are already looking forward to the next meeting. Best regards Manuela Grüterich

Nice place with a good kitchen.

The food was amazing. The pizza rolls that came with it were especially great. So the pizza dough is very good. The restaurant was very uncrowded, which is why the service was very quick and also very clean. The toilets are very clean and modern; especially the mirror. It is very child friendly as there is a small cute children's corner with a mini slide and drawing materials. The restaurant is very remote in a residential area. However, there is a parking lot directly on site.

Pizza OK. The rest is overpriced and not Italian in any way. That's what Amore and Feuer were missing

Gehen immer wieder gerne dort hin. Pizza sowie Nudelgerichte sind immer sehr lecker. Haben auch einen schönen Außenbereich.

Superfreundliche und immer gut gelaunte Besitzer, bestes Essen zu fairen Preisen, schönes Ambiente. Wir kommen immer wieder gern zu euch!

Am vergangenen Samstag unsere Silberhochzeit hier gefeiert. Schöne Location, wirklich gutes Essen und das Personal inkl. den beiden Besitzern war wie immer einfach nur gut drauf und hat uns den Abend zu einem unvergesslichen Event gemacht. Alle Gäste mehr als zufrieden mit allem was geboten wurde. Ich denk dass wir noch öfters hier einkehren werden um eine "Standartpizza" zu essen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Danke an das gesamte Team!!!!!!!!!!

Ganz leckere Pizza. Der Preis war etwas zu hoch. Sehr viele Tische vorhanden. Wenn es gemütlicher wäre gäbe es 5 Sterne.

Leider wird sich zu wenig um die Gäste gekümmert. Wir finden, wenn man ab 11 oder 12 Uhr geöffnet hat, müssen da die Kinder der Familie nicht erst um 12 Uhr noch in der Pizzeria frühstücken, und die Frau des Hauses auch noch dann draußen anfängt zu putzen. Wenn man geöffnet hat, sollte sich auch nur noch alles um die Gäste drehen. Für uns war das der letzte Besuch,da es nicht das erste Mal so war, sondern immer wenn wir da waren.

Sehr schön, freundliches Personal, Essen auch sehr gut. Angenehme Preise, obwohl ich nicht bezahen musste Weihnachtsfeier. Werde es mal wieder besuchen.

Super nette Inhaber, sehr leckeres Essen und schöne Atmosphäre. Im Sommer können die Kinder draußen spielen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig. Je nach Bereich sitzt man dort etwas privater oder eben mitten drin. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Es stehen für die ganz kleinen Gäste auch Hochstühle zur Verfügung. Im Hintergrund läuft angenehme Musik – nicht zu aufdringlich.
