The food was tasty, the service was okay. The atmosphere up front isn't very cozy. The seats are very close together and it's quite noisy. It's more comfortable in the conservatory.

We ate at Da Nico in Langelsheim again today after 8 years! It was a real highlight! Everything was perfect! 👍 Super friendly and attentive staff! We really enjoyed it! 👍👍👍 We'll be back! We highly recommend it!

Arrive early. Be prepared to wait. I waited two hours for spaghetti Bolognese when I was there. That's two hours!

We're staying nearby at our hotel and spontaneously decided to eat at Da Nico this evening. We hadn't made a reservation, but we still got a table. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the bruschetta, both the classic and the bison bruschetta. It's by far the best bruschetta I've ever had. At first, I was a little surprised by the small portion of ravioli, but they were so filling that I almost couldn't finish them. The service was very attentive; they took our drink orders as soon as our glasses were empty. It was a lovely evening, and I'll definitely be back.

We received strange looks upon arrival because we hadn't reserved a table. Luckily, we were given one. The menu and drinks were served quickly. After ordering our food, we waited 45 minutes for the appetizer! Then another hour passed before the main course arrived. No apology for the long wait, nothing.

Not exactly inviting from the outside. We were pleasantly surprised upon entering. We were able to eat on the terrace, which wasn't visible from the outside. The food and the staff were top-notch. In conclusion, highly recommended.

The food was delicious, a feast for the eyes, and very tastefully presented. The service was prompt and very friendly, which is sometimes unusual these days. We were passing through and stopped spontaneously. The stop was well worth it. We'd be happy to come back.

I actually always really enjoyed going to this restaurant. Unfortunately I was disappointed today and will not be visiting again. The service took a long time today. I waited 15 minutes for the menu, 45 more minutes for the starter. At that point two other tables were occupied. But that really wasn't possible and the owners may have lost sight of hygiene a bit - a cat came into the guest room every now and then and was then fed on site. A few seconds later, the serving staff brought food to a guest table. Hands were not washed between cat feeding and service activities. Unfortunately, I observed this and wished it had been different. Unfortunately, that's not possible in my world. By the way: Toxoplasmosis (which can be transmitted by cats) is extremely dangerous for pregnant women or unborn children if they become infected with it. I would have liked to have paid more attention to this circumstance and thus to hygiene. Too bad!

Visited Nico for the first time. Inconspicuous from the outside, but the restaurant has its inner values: well-kept, beautiful winter garden and garden for nice weather. Super nice service - attentive and friendly. I can't say anything about the menu because I didn't get one of my favorite dishes for comparison. But it tasted good.

Ich kann den Beitrag von Siegfried K. durchaus nachvollziehen. Das Geburtstagsessen meines 84 jährigen Schwiegervaters dauerte von 19:00-21:30 Uhr. Davon waren 90 Minuten Wartezeit. Der Service ist freundlich und das Essen preiswert. Das eigentliche Problem scheint mir nach Beobachtung darin zu liegen, daß in der Abendzeit haufenweise Essen To Go abgeholt wird, so daß es zu erheblichen Wartezeiten im Restaurant kommt. Hier müßte grundsätzlich Einiges in der Organisation geändert werden, sprich zusätzliches Personal, besonders in der Küche und eine Person im Service, die ausschließlich das Essen zum Abholen managen. Entscheidung nach vielen Besuchen dort mit teilweise ähnlichen Erfahrungen: Kein zukünftiger Besuch mehr. VD

Extremely good Italian! Very friendly staff, attractive atmosphere, very tasty food. An Italian where original carbonara is offered and it really tastes just as original and authentic! Great! Carpaccio very very fresh, bruscetta nicely seasoned! Often it is the simple dishes that have a high fall height, but here the cooking is very fine! A visit is absolutely recommended!

Update. Today we wanted to give the restaurant another chance. 1. I have never asked to park directly in front of a restaurant. 2. I find the claim that you have no courage outrageous. But now comes the climax. After we saw today that there was a cat on the table in the restaurant that was still closed, we decided to visit another restaurant. Something like that is not appropriate. It's a shame we didn't take a photo.

Restaurant sehr hübsch, Personal nett, Essen schmackhaft, jedoch recht kleine Portionen und extrem überteuert..für 2 Tintenfischarme als Vorspeiese 16,50 €...oder 1 Glas Wein 8€...und dann noch 1 Stunde auf die Vorspeisen gewartet...das geht gar nicht

The food was good average, but nothing more. We didn't really like it and that's why the visit was the last time a cat was in the restaurant. That's not appropriate, it's unhygienic and disgusting! Who knows where else she is? (head cinema)

Wir hatten uns schon zurück gehalten und für uns vier zwei Vorspeisen und zwei Hauptgerichte bestellt. Die beiden Vorspeisen waren schon sehr gut, die Pizza hervorragend, aber der Hammer war Nicos Pasta (für uns mit frischen Steinpilzen). Einfach ein Genuss. Der Service war super nett. In der ersten Bestellung hatte man mir statt dem großen ein kleines Alster gebracht. Dafür habe ich dann später ein kleines Alster gratis bekommen. Unbedingt reservieren! Als wir kamen, war das Restaurant fast voll.

Small, cozy restaurant with nice, friendly service. Food was great, I would give an extra star if possible. These were the best carbonara (without cream!) and gnocchi that we ate at an Italian restaurant. If it weren't so far (we come from DD), this would be our favorite Italian.

Warm, familiar, very tasty! After (obviously) 6 years, I went back to "Da Nico" because I didn't want to withhold this restaurant from my girlfriend. Super friendly atmosphere, brilliant food, as always. Hard to do better. The best Italians in the region: Da Salvo, Salzgitter-Bad There Nico, Langelsheim (the Rigoletto in Goslar is good, but overrated)

It was my first time eating there (I'm from out of town) and this restaurant was recommended to me. When we came in it was very full (which of course means that it is delicious and very well attended). We got a table straight away. Our order was taken immediately and we didn't have to wait long for our food. I ordered the bruschetta as a starter and it was great and then I had pasta with veal and tomatoes and that was also delicious. I can recommend the restaurant to everyone.

I came here by chance because all the restaurants in the region were closed on Monday. I don't regret it either. Very tasty saltimbocca made from veal, tender, with Marsala sauce, which is not too overpowering. Very consistent. There was also a small salad as a starter as well as beans and rosemary potatoes. The restaurant was also filled accordingly, which is why it can take a few minutes longer. But the service makes up for it. White bread and olive oil were served, followed by grappa. I can highly recommend it.

The food was first class! I'm a pasta fan and I wasn't disappointed. The taste is great, the quality is great and the portions are definitely well sized. The service is great - friendly and accommodating. Occasionally you have to wait a little longer for food, but it's worth it. It's just not fast food.

It was our first time at Da Nico and we can only recommend it. The selection of dishes, especially the starters, is extremely varied. There is also something for when you are a little hungry. The presentation of the food is very appealing. Price-performance ratio is great. We will be back definitely !

We were there today (Whitsun Sunday) to eat. The table was ordered and the drinks and food were quickly taken. After 60 minutes our starters arrived. We had been forgotten and that was annoying. Otherwise the food was very good and I can recommend it.

There were two of us and we were too early (accidentally, we had misunderstood the opening times on the internet) but no problem, the staff and owner were very friendly, gave us a table, brief information that it would still take a little while, but whether we had drinks want. When you come in, no good evening, no one moment please. Despite a reservation, we waited outside for 15 - 20 minutes and no one came along. I had a rump steak with vegetables and rosemary potatoes... the meat wasn't asked how it should be done... it was medium rare at all times and finally medium rare🤨...vegetables indefinable, potatoes nothing with rosemary, potatoes were old, you can see that they already had dark spots, pepper sauce was just cream sauce with peppercorns and put over the meat...sometimes salty...my husband had salmon, he had exactly the same thing on his plate as me, except for the pepper sauce, salmon was frozen , the coagulated protein still came out...salad was ok...never again, the wedding day was ruined

This will be my favorite Italian restaurant, great restaurant, great service, nice ambience, we really enjoyed the delicious food, we're already looking forward to the (beer) garden in the summer!

After many disappointing visits to restaurants in our republic, my wife and I were surprised to have visited a restaurant here in Langelsheim that can finally compete with our former regular Italian restaurant on the Baltic Sea. The octupus we chose as a starter was a culinary revelation, the lasagne was exceptionally tasty, the calzone was a dream and the pana cotta was first class. The preparation, presentation and presentation of all components are exemplary. Tasting a grappa that deserves its name. What more do you want. The perceived and then explained refinement of spaghetti with truffles in a whole wheel of parmesan had show quality. Da Nico is ideal for private and business events in this region. Ich habe eine Pizza Salami zum abholen bestellt, das Personal war nett, der Laden sah von innen auch relativ sauber und nett aus. Das Problem war, das die Pizza wirklich vor fett getrieft hat, das Fett ist in der Packung ausgelaufen und ist auch durch den Karton an der Seite gesifft, am Ende hat das Fett sogar auf dem autositz geklebt… Die Pizza war ungenießbar, weil die nur nach Fett geschmeckt hat, zu dem war die Pizza auch sehr labberig und weich, der Teig hat noch sehr roh geschmeckt, überhaupt nicht knusprig, selbst der Rand nicht. Der Geschmack der Pizza war außerdem sehr salzig und vorallem auch schwammig. Nach dem essen von 2 Stücken ist mir schlecht geworden, und ich hatte Magenschmerzen.. Keine Empfehlung, da werde ich mir nichts mehr zu essen holen.. Das man für sowas knapp 9€ bezahlt ist Frechheit, das sollte nicht verkauft werden dürfen..

Wir haben im großen Familienkreis meinen runden Geburtstag dort gefeiert. Alle 14 Personen waren vollauf mit dem Essen und Service zufrieden. Top!

Ich hatte das Glück eine zeitlang praktisch genau neben Da Nico zu wohnen, die Besitzer waren stehts freundlich, zuvorkommend hilfsbereit und kinderfreundlich. Sie sind wirklich mit Herzblut dabei. Ihre Pizza, so was von lecker, nach jedem Besuch konnte ich praktisch nur noch raus rollen so viel hatte ich gegessen. Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute.

Ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit ausgezeichneter Küche. Die Tagliatelle mit Steinpilzen und Parmaschinken waren ein Traum. Dazu ein richtig guter Pino Griggio - lecker. Essen mega lecker, wenn man nicht vergessen wird! Service etwas stressig aber es war auch brechend voll! Ich war froh das der Nachbar nicht auf meinem Schoß sitzen musste, da es sehr eng stand. Aber das ist heutzutage überall so.
