Ristorante da Mimmo - Il Palazzetto dei Gusti in Augsburg

Were on December 4th. there to eat. Briefly summarized: Service great: Fast, friendly and attentive (you often miss the latter when you go out to eat) We had: 2x pizza, large salad "Palazzo", panna cotta The pizzas were perfect in every way. Salad was also good, a forkful more tuna would be fine as we ordered for 2 people, dessert was a highlight both visually and in terms of taste. No light without shadows: There were only two of us and we were placed in the middle of the room, which is personally unpleasant for me, subjective of course. Otherwise everything is modern and clean. The reservation was (in our case) a bit annoying: We had a voucher to "use up", so we "had" to go to Da Mimmo. Called 4 times and no space 4 times (Fri/Sat/Sun), so we switched to a weekly appointment with 2 weeks (!) notice. Speaks possibly. for the restaurant, but for me this is again a knockout criterion, as we often want to go out to eat relatively spontaneously, but not with 3 weeks of planning in advance. Conclusion: Nice restaurant, food and service really good (PRAISE!!!), extreme planning necessary (if you like)

Such lovely staff. No matter which dish you order, it is always absolutely perfect and served with love. The appetizer platter is particularly recommended.

Wie jedes Mal war das Essen auch heute wieder köstlich....sowohl geschmacklich als auch optisch. Sehr höfliche und aufmerksame Bewirtung und das schon seit vielen Jahren.

I'm glad this place came to our neighborhood. Unfortunately there are not many well-known Italians in Haunstetten anymore and therefore every good restaurant is welcome. The food is always of good quality and tastes very authentic. The employees are extremely nice and attentive. VG, your successor

Because of the great review, I visited this Italian restaurant for the first time today. I have to say, my expectations were exceeded. Even though the store was packed, a spot was organized for me👍. I ate a pizza Napoli and a minestrone, both were excellent. I sat so that I could see many of the dishes coming out of the kitchen and each one was a little work of art in itself. In particular, the tiramisu and the panna cotta, which were served to the table next to me, looked excellent👍😋. I can recommend this restaurant 100% and will certainly not be there for the last time. Four of us had dinner there yesterday. The atmosphere is very nice, the staff is friendly and the service is also good. Everyone really enjoyed the food and it was very nicely prepared. We'd love to come back :). I ate there another time and took takeaway once, every time it was great👍🏻. You should just make reservations in good time, even for appointments during the week.

Incredibly beautiful compositions on the plates. Dishes become a feast for the eyes that pass on to the tongue! Wonderful and absolutely delicious 😋 The beer garden or terrace is very cozy and the service is extremely friendly and warm! From the boss to the entire staff, an absolutely warm, feel-good atmosphere is provided here. We would love to come back. Thank you again and our oldest, my 89-year-old aunt, is already looking forward to the next time ❤️

I thought wow good reviews so we're going to eat. The ambience was promising, but that was about it. Unfortunately I can't understand all the good reviews. The food was ok. Not bad but not super good either. The waiter was only interested in regular customers. We were treated very arrogantly. We won't be coming back.

In addition to two excellent pasta dishes, I was fascinated by the details: Instead of the mostly dry bread, there were homemade pizza strips with olives as an appetizer. There were “traces” of a sweet and a spicy sauce on the plate. Simply delicious. Conclusion: Definitely not a run-of-the-mill Italian in a very positive sense.

Today we ate at Da Mimmo with 7 people and we were all absolutely thrilled! The starter, main course and dessert were works of art! The food is all fresh and of very high quality. Rump steak really came medium rare, which is a rarity :) We would particularly like to emphasize the service, which was very attentive, quick and super friendly. Thanks for the great experience. We'll definitely be back. As already said on site a 12/10!!!!! Haha ♥️

Locale molto bello, tranquillo ed elegante, scoperto per puro caso. Eravamo in 4, abbiamo scelto tutti la pasta che era veramente ben cucinata e con dei condimenti molto gustosi. La presentazione dei piatti è molto curata ed anche i dolci sono ottimi e bellissimi da vedere. Personale gentilissimo e attento, parlano perfettamente in italiano, il che non guasta. A top address!! The pizza was very good. I had the Napoli pizza and what is remarkable is that the toppings were nice and generous. Usually others just put a few anchovies on the pizza so that something is visible. It was a really nice topping here - lots of capers, plenty of anchovies and enough olives in the mix. Great! All of this for a price that I can say is top value for money. I will definitely come back.

Just wow! Mimmo had already been recommended to us several times and we went there for my husband's birthday. However, you really have to reserve in advance otherwise it will be virtually impossible to get a place! The food was simply amazing and NO, I'm not exaggerating! The service was very courteous and incredibly attentive! The ambience is also really great... since it's small, it's still incredibly stylish and open! We will definitely come back again and again 🤗

The food is top, the restaurant inside is top service, the outside area could be designed better. Has no atmosphere! I hope that will be changed, for example with large plants etc.

We love going there and always with great anticipation to eat and have a great, eventful evening. Service is outstanding, friendly, familiar and well organized. You can always find additional delicious offers on the daily menu. Grilled tuna or tuna tartare are unsurpassed...that alone gives us 12 out of 10 stars. Mimmo and his kitchen crew conjure up experiences on the plate. You can taste the great quality of the processed products with every bite, and the eye is also completely taken by the presentation on the plate. There is no second time in Augsburg and the surrounding area…. I'm looking forward to “extra sauce” Sonja & Martin

Abgehoben, Unhöflich, Unterbesetzt. Telefonisch wird man Weggedrückt, danach wird es ausgeschaltet. Persönlich Vorort wird man zwar angesprochen aber für eine Zukünftige Reservierung nicht-sprechend und kopfschüttelnd vertröstet. Schade wenn Gute Restaurants überlaufen werden und Workflow überlastet und überfordernd ist.

Das Lokal wurde mir empfohlen, ich frage mich warum, das Essen wäre gut gewesen, aber der Service hat es mir verdorben, keine freundliche Begrüßung, mir wurde dann das falsche Essen gebracht, kein Wort der Entschuldigung und auch kein Wort wie es weiter geht, das gleiche bei meiner Begleitung, ich werde dieses Lokal nicht mehr betreten

Waren heute ohne Reservierung mit Hund im da Mimmo. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert, das Essen war ein Traum der Service genial. Es geht nicht besser👍

Hallo zusammen wir waren gestern Abend zum Essen, anfangs mit kleinen Problemen da die Reservierung nicht Ordnungsgemäß eingetragen war, naja aber das wurde dann auch gelöst, das Ambiente ist wirklich ganz toll sowie der Service die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und nett. Ingesamt gefällt mir der kleinere Gastraum sehr gut viel Besser wie andere Italienische Restaurants die wie eine Industrie Halle sind und es Ohrenbetäubend laut ist. Nun Essen wir waren zu dritt und starteten mit einer Vorspeisen Platte Antipasto Misto sehr lecker Dann im Hautgang hatten wir Pizza Pecatore Nr14, Tagiatelle mit Trüffel im Parmesan Leib geschwenkt am Tisch und Babycalamari alla Griglia als Nachtisch ein Parfait alle Mandorle Alles in Allem sehr 🤤 lecker. Wir haben dann gleich für Februar einen Tisch reserviert.

Waren heute das erste Mal da, super Service, leckeres Essen, toll angerichtete Teller 🤌🏼

Entspricht nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir waren am 26.11. anlässlich eines Geburtstags abends dort. Ambiente: eng, laut (Gastraum wie auch Barkellnerin bei der Arbeit), im Bereich der nicht mit einem automatischen Schließer (heißer Tipp) versehenen Windfangtür eiskalte Füße. Service: Situativ freundlich, wenig auskunftsfähig, was die Zutaten der Gerichte anbelangt und später nicht aufmerksam; Tageskarte wird einem verspätet ohne Kommentar vor den Tisch gequietscht. Sehr lange Wartezeit (25' bis Getränke, 100' bis Hauptgang). Später wurde kein Salz und Pfeffer bzw. Essig und Öl angeboten. Essen: Salat und Vitello Tonnato waren sehr übersichtlich und das Kalbfleisch nicht gerade geschmacklich ausreichend intensiv; Hauptgang optisch nett, aber was will ich mit dem Convenience-Käse? Zumal das Gemüse sowie die Kartoffeln trocken und auch nicht gerade aromatisch daher kamen. Die Spaghetti Carbonara waren leider - und das ist nicht übertrieben - auf pampigem Kantinenniveau. Das konnte schon vor Jahren meine damals 15-jährige Tochter besser. Insgesamt blieb es uns ein Rätsel, warum dieses Ristorante so ausgebucht ist. In den Hauptdisziplinen Qualität der Speisen, Service und Atmosphäre für uns ein "Einmal und nie wieder".

Essen war sehr lecker, eine Bestellung wurde vergessen, dafür kam dann eine Entschuldigung und sogar eine Entschädigung in Form einer kostenlose Vorspeise bis das Steak fertig war. Die Steaks waren auf den Punkt, obwohl wir verschiedene Gargrade bestellt hatten. Wir haben dann neulich erst bestellt und abgeholt, waren wieder wunschlos glücklich Leider hat nur der Nachtisch lange genug für ein Bild überlebt.

Mega top die bedienung war mega nett das essen war bombastisch kann man nur empfehlen 🔥

Exzellent. Von Anfang bis Ende hat hier alles gepasst. Die kleinen Feinheiten werden hier beachtet und das Essen ist wirklich, mit Verlaub, der Hammer. Und ja, es war so lecker wie es aussieht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbar! Endlich mal eine Bedienung in einem italienischen Restaurant, die ihren Beruf nicht mit dem eines Showmasters verwechelt. Das Essen ist vorzüglich und fein abgeschmeckt. Auch kann man nicht feststellen, daß Dinge zu salzig geraten waren. Hauptgerichte (Kalbfleisch / Leber) waren ausgesprochen à point und so verläßt man das Restaurant (keine Pizzeria!) zufrieden. Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach der Qualität entsprechend angemessen. Wir wiederholen diese Kulinarik!
