Was there yesterday for the first time, I don't need a second time. - Food was okay - Service was below average, inattentive and sometimes unfriendly - Ambiance can be improved - Spezi had already expired 2 months - Toilet not at ground level, only accessible via a spiral staircase.

Have ordered food to pick up here several times. We haven't been disappointed with a pizza yet, unless you order pasta. Never had spaghetti carbonara so dry. Price difference between menu and what you end up paying. I'll think twice before ordering next time.

We were there as a large group of 14 people with two dogs, a child and a baby. Due to special circumstances, this change resulted from the reservation for 8 adults. But we were still given a friendly welcome in the restaurant, everyone was welcome and the service was great. The food was very tasty and the price-performance ratio was TOP (pizzas start at €7). Even the two people with intolerances (one celiac disease; i.e. gluten-free / one allergy to nuts / one allergy to peanuts) received competent information and delicious food there! The gluten-free pizza (not a pizza base but really gluten-free pizza dough) is placed in a specific place in the pizza oven and baked with a separate pizza peel. Conclusion: Great service, TOP price-performance ratio and great food - even for allergy sufferers! We would love to come back 😊

After a week in Germany we really wanted to eat a nice plate of pasta and here we found a real corner of Italy! More than honest prices, vast choice and excellent service, it is no coincidence that the place was fully booked, but despite this they managed to find us a table in a very short time

We have been to Bella Italia several times. Unfortunately, we always have the same experiences. If you don't want to eat pizza, you won't be full. Last time we were 10 people. Except for those who ate pizza, everyone didn't have enough. Of course the prices are cheap, but I would rather pay more and not just have a decoration on the plate. The taste is really very good. And now a few words to the boss: You can save yourself your arrogant and unqualified answers that we should go to McDonald's next time or that we have complexes. How unprofessional is that? Unfortunately, these are your pathetic responses to criticism. We don't have any complexes, just normal hunger. Thank you!

There are better Italian restaurants. The pizzas are large and have plenty of toppings. Pizzas are very cheap there. The pasta dishes are very small. All dishes tasted very well prepared. The location is very cool in winter to spring. The service is very unfriendly and dismissive. The service was very bad. If you want to eat a good pizza for a small thaler, this is definitely not the place for you.

Wir mussten trotz Reservierung ca. 20 Min. am Eingang warten bis jemand Notiz von uns genommen hat und uns einen Tischzugewiesen hat. Während dieser Zeit liefen einige Bedienungen an uns vorbei ohne uns eines Blickes zu würdigen oder uns nach unserer Reservierung oder dem Namen zu fragen. Vor uns warteten auch zwei Damen, denen es genauso erging. Als wir dann endlich am Tisch waren und die Getränke kamen (wir waren 3 Personen) kamen 3xWein und zwei Gläser!! davon eines zurückging weil stark verschmutzt!! Das Personal war muffig, gelangweilt und schien überfordert. Der gewünschte Affogato (stand nicht auf der Karte) wurde nicht in der Tasse mit Vanilleeis sondern in einem Suppenteller mit einer Kugel gemischtem Vanille/Schokoeis serviert. Wir wurden zwar darauf hingewiesen, dass er anders serviert wird wie normal aber nicht dass einer € 7,90 kostet, was uns doch etwas überrascht hat. Auf der Toilette waren keine Handtücher und keine Seife (bei Damen und Herren). Unser Gesamteindruck war

Super nice authentic Italian restaurant. The truffle pasta made from parmesan cheese (daily dish) is freshly prepared at the table and the pizza was also delicious! We'll definitely be back!

We have been regular customers at Bella Italia for years, the quality of the dishes is always consistent and the service is friendly. Big compliments to Roberto, he thinks of everything and is super fast. It even keeps the bees away from us in the summer. Calzone is very tasty.

Simply brilliant, the food was simply fantastic. We had a menu for two people, consisting of a tomahawk steak from the lava stone grill and pasta with truffle, the steak was butter tender with nice rust flavors, and the pasta was also great So if we come to Augsburg again we will definitely come by here again

Never on Saturdays! We had made a reservation at this restaurant on Saturday evening, were on time and had to wait 15 minutes (!!) standing until we got a seat. The food (2xpizza) came an hour later... (As usual, it was delicious, reasonably priced, and the staff was very friendly despite the obvious rush.)

First of all: we ate there more often and were actually satisfied. I reserved a table for 10 people for Saturday evening (by phone and again in person) to celebrate my wife's birthday. When we got there at the agreed time, the restaurant was full to capacity. We were standing in the middle of the store, had an elderly lady with walking difficulties with us, and were told that it was “still taking a while”. We had to organize a seat for the elderly lady ourselves, but we were then ignored by the staff. Conclusion: despite double reservation for 10 We didn't get a place for people. If we had relied on management, our birthday party would have failed miserably. Luckily, we were warmly welcomed by another Italian (Da Vinci) with some organizational skills. Service and food were excellent at Da Vici.

Service unmöglich, bei acht Personen kommt bei einem die Vorspeise garnicht, beim anderen falsch und bei den Kindern wo man die Pizza zum Zeitpunkt der Vorspeise der Erwachsenen bestellt hat damit die Kinder nicht so lange warten müssen, wurde dieser Wunsch komplett ignoriert. Qualitativ war das Essen trotzdem wirklich gut. Ändert aber nichts an der Tatsache, dass das Gesicht zum Kunden der Service und nicht die Küche ist.

Wir waren zum Sylvester Dinner dort. Für 75,-€ gab es vier Gänge die mit leichter Verspätung beginnend dann über den kompletten Abend durchs sehr gut gefüllte Restaurant wanderten. Der Service war gut und Optik wie Geschmack des Essens waren sehr gut. Es war recht laut und auch etwas stickig im Gastraum. Im hinteren Teil des Restaurant war ein WC was mehr nach Mitarbeiter Toilette aussah, mit Zahnbürste und so... Etwas komisch. Die Getränkepreise waren hingegen mehr als fair was den Gesamteindruck durchaus auf fünf Sterne aufrundet.

Als häufiger Gast vom Bella Italia war ich bisher mit der Gastronomie sehr zufrieden. Am 13.12.2023 habe ich 4 Tage vorher einen Tisch für 6 Personen telefonisch reserviert. Bei Ankunft wurde die Reservierung zuerst bestritten. Danach stellte sich heraus, dass eine größere Gruppe den reservierten Tisch vom Wirt zugewiesen bekommen hatte. Es waren keine weiteren Tische frei, so dass wir um einen schönen Abend bei gemeinsamen Essen betrogen wurden. Diese Verhalten ist inakzeptabel und verlogen.

Heute nach längerer Zeit mal wieder da gewesen. Nach 27 Minuten wurde unsere Getränkebestellung aufgenommen. Essensbestellung musste dennoch in einem zweiten Schritt erfolgen. Die Beilagensalate kamen dann noch vor den Getränken. Bei meinem Nudelgericht war die Sosse von der langen Wartezeit bereit angetrocknet, die Nudeln kalt. Parmesan kam, als wir bereits 50% gegessen hatten. Preise allerdings ok.

Ich war heute aufgrund eines Termins in der Gegend und habe dort zu Mittag gegessen. Das Essen war gut und der Service sehr zuvorkommend, obwohl es anscheinend ein paar technische Probleme gab. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Leider wohne ich zu weit weg, sonst würde ich wiederkommen.

Weder Gurke, noch Tomate und Zwiebel. Echt für 10€? War früher Stammgast in diesem Lokal. Auch als Abholer. Doch das, nein Danke!

Das Essen ist immer ein Genuss! Ob Vorspeise, Pizza , Pasta oder Fisch. Wie auch das Ambiente, passend sowohl für den privaten Anlass, wie auch für ein Geschäftsessen. Der Service ist hervorragend und immer freundlich und entgegenkommend. Hier bin ich sehr gerne Gast und fühle mich wohl. 5 Sterne!

Schlecht erreichbar, angesagte Wartezeit stimmt nie, jedes mal Fehler in den Bestellungen. Pizzen sind gut, aber mehr nicht.

Schönes Ambiente, gutes Essen, Preis angemessen. Fleischgerichte sind außergewöhnlich gut. Es gibt glutenfreie Gerichte, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wir haben 4x steack a 200gr bestellt, alle waren Noch roh, konnte mann nicht essen, aber kassiert haben die mit 250gr. Nudel und die pizzen waren gut. Wenn ich besitzer wäre, was auf tisch schlecht kommt, würde niemals kassieren.

Habe am 28.09.2023 wie üblich Salamone Griglia bestellt und bezahlt dafür immer den Aktuellen Preis nur jetzt kommt nach 6 Jahren auf der jede 3,50€ Küche zu bezahlen, da ich immer schon mit Bandnudel bestellt habe. Die frage ist jetzt legt man auf Stammkunden kein wert

Einfach Mal 5€ mehr abkassiert als auf der Karte steht bei einer Abholung. Ich muss, glaube ich, nicht dazu schreiben von wem ich abkassiert wurde. Also ab jetzt wieder Rechnung verlangen und kontrollieren bei einer Abholung. Essen ist gut, keine Frage.

Wir waren heute gegen 20.00 Uhr dort, um die Aktion Italian Week zu nutzen. Laut Broschüre ist dieses Restaurant Teilnehmer der Aktion als wir darauf angesprochen haben, hieß es, man hätte weder Interesse daran teilzunehmen, noch wüsste man, was genau das sein soll, man stellte uns die Frage, woraus denn die Italian week bestehen würde diese Frage beantworteten wir und dann wurde uns die Aussage „was wollt ihr dann noch hier, verlasst diesen Laden“! entgegengebracht.

Angolo di sud Italia ad Augsburg! Ristorante italiano vero!! Cibo, materie e vini di prima scelta preparazione dei piatti eccellente!! Abbiamo cominciato con un tagliolino al burro, tartufo e parmigiano, veramente ottimo, a seguire una tomahawk irlandese di primissima scelta contornata da verdure miste grigliate, il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino rosso, per finire un semifreddo al pistacchio della casa e un passito artigianale eccezionale!!! Roberto gentilissimo e super preparato, staff efficiente e disponibile! Consigliatissimo!!!

Ein tolles Restaurant mit guter und relativ großer Speisekarte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top und ich bin immer sehr zufrieden. Die Gerichte werden schön angerichtet, die Nachspeisen sind sogar verziert. Im Sommer kann ma auch draußen sitzen. Kleiner Tipp: Man sollte vorab lieber immer reservieren, da es vor allem abends voll sein kann.

Die GLUTENFREIE Pizza ist der Hit! Der hausgemachte Teig ist so "Original", dass ich nach dem ersten Bissen nachgehakt habe, ob die wirklich gf ist. Auch gf-Nudeln sind in Angebot. Die Karte abwechslungsreich und auch die anderen Speisen lecker und frisch.

Telephonisch bestellt,nach 20 min.abgeholt(Abendessen Pizza Con tutti für mich und Pizza Hawaii für meine Frau),das Essen war sagenhaft gut(die besten Pizzen,die meine Frau und ich je gegessen haben,da können sich viele andere Restaurants mehr als nur eine Scheibe abschneiden.)echt ein super Restaurant,werde jetzt viel öfter unser Essen dort bestellen!!!🙂👍

I ordered one pizza. Lake of cheese. Ingredients were not mixed but separated. So I was eating one piece with mushrooms, another with Peper and another with artichokes...the taste was very poor 👎

Hallo zusammen, ich habe Pizza zum selber abholen bestellt. Als ich ankam wurde mir gesagt dass die Pizza fertig ist und nur die Inhaberin mich abrechnen kann. Die Inhaberin sah mich kurz an, hat mir nicht weiter Beachtung geschenkt und setzte ihre Unterhaltung einer Dame fort die ihr Essen warm genießen konnte. Als sie dann erst fertig war mit der Unterhaltung, ist sie auf mich zu gegangen und ich konnte endlich zahlen. Für Wechselgeld hat sie sich alle Zeit der Welt gelassen. Die Pizza schmeckt gut jedoch gibt es bessere Italiener nicht viel weiter entfernt die nicht hochnäsig sind und zahlende Kunden beachten egal ob man gehoben gekleidet ist oder nicht.

Ein wahnsinnig tolles Menü für 2 Personen. Absolut freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Sehr zu emfehlen.

Essen gut, Service und Management vor Ort katastrophal. Man wartet 15min bis jemand kommt um die Getränke aufzunehmen und 20min bis die Rechnung kommt. Bei Öffnung (17:00) braucht man nicht hingehen, da wird erstmal der Ofen angeheizt was 40min dauert.

Waren letzten Samstag im Bella Italia mit Tischreservierung. Das Essen war hervorragend, keine lange Wartezeit, obwohl gut besucht. Der Ober war super freundlich, ebenso die Chefin. Gerne wieder.

Wenn man mit Kritik nicht umgehen kann/möchte, sollte man sich die Frage sparen, ob alles in Ordnung war. Einen Tisch für 9Personen reserviert, es war für 8 gedeckt. Die neunte Person konnte sich selbst einen Stuhl suchen, der Kellner kümmerte sich nicht darum. Besteck und Serviette gab es auch erst auf Nachfrage und nach elendslanger Wartezeit. Einen Hauswein bestellt, einen nicht in der Karte aufgeführten teuren „Lugana“ bekommen. Das Highlight kommt zum Schluss: einige der Preise aus der Karte stimmen nicht mit den Preisen auf der Rechnung überein, sie sind einfach ein paar Cent höher. Dann fragt der Kellner ob alles in Ordnung war. Er wurde auf all die Kritikpunkte hingewiesen. Die zum Vergleich ausgehändigte Rechnung behielt er ein und schickte die Besitzerin/Chefin. Diese reagierte, wie auch hier unter diversen kritischen Rezensionen nachzulesen, extrem pampig, unhöflich und arrogant. Diese Haltung den Kunden gegenüber mag eine Zeit lang funktionieren, aber auf Dauer spricht sich so etwas rum.

Wir waren bisher schon unzufrieden mit diesem Restaurant, sind aber auf Grund des Schulabschlusses von unserem Sohn mit einer weiteren Familie zum Essen ins Bella Italia. Es war wieder schrecklich, das Essen war mittelmäßig, die Pizza wie Gummi. Schlimm haben wir den Service und die arrogante Art der Chefin empfunden. Auf ein Glas Wein haben wir 20 Minuten gewartet obwohl das Lokal nicht voll gefüllt war. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin, das die Rechnung nicht stimmt kam die Chefin persönlich und hat uns mehr oder weniger mit dem Satz "ES GIBT AUCH ANDERE LOKALE IN AUGSBURG" dem Lokal verwiesen. Fazit --> NIE WIEDER

Alle Speisen waren ein Highlight - frische Zutaten, geschmacklich absolut top und sehr schön angerichtet. Der Service war - wie immer - sehr gut.

Leckere und preiswerte Pizzen gehabt! Wir haben bestellt und abgeholt; liefern lassen geht anscheinend nicht. Dafür gabs nen leckeren Wein kostenlos dazu:)
