Wir können nur das beste über das Bella Italia berichten. Sehr leckeres Essen, ein tolles Ambiente und netter Service. Ich bin, was Fleischgerichte bzw. Steaks angeht, immer etwas vorsichtig in italienischen Restaurants aber hier wurde ich nicht enttäuscht. Das Fleisch war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider kann ich Bella Italia nicht empfehlen .Der Service war unfreundlich,wirkte herablassend und vermittelte nicht das Gefühl als Gast willkommen zu sein(bezogen auf die blonde Dame die unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hat).Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit haben gefehlt.Zum essen haben wir ein pizzabrot gehabt (war super),Einmal Kalbs Leber,putensteak und rindersteak.Das essen war von zutaten her frisch aber geschmacklich leider enttäuschend da es insgesamt wenig bis garnicht gewürzt war und dadurch recht fade schmeckte.Preis war in Ordnung 90€ mit 1 großen Wasser und 1 Spezi.Schade mit freundlichen Personal und besser abgestimmten essen (Gewürze) wäre es durchaus kein schlechter Italiener. Wir sind auf Empfehlung ins Bella Italia, weil es dort die beste glutenfreie Pizza in Augsburg geben soll. Und was soll ich sagen? Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Extrem leckere glutenfreie Pizza. Ich hab sogar zur Sicherheit nochmal nachgefragt, ob das schon die glutenfreie Variante ist, weil ich aus anderen Restaurants oft fertige Teiglinge aus der TK kenne oder nach Pappe schmeckenden Boden. Aber diese Pizza war wirklich so vorzüglich, dass ich definitiv nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen bin. Auch das Vitello Tonnato war wirklich klasse. Mein Mann hatte eine „normale“ Pizza. Diese hätte laut seiner Aussage etwas knuspriger sein können. Service war bei uns sehr aufmerksam und schnell - auch wenn wir mitbekommen haben, dass an einem Nachbartisch ein bisschen was durcheinander geraten ist. Wir hatten mit 1x Vorspeise, 2x alkoholfreiem Spritz, einer großen Flasche Wasser, 1x Pizza glutenfrei (4 Euro Aufpreis) und 1x Pizza normal jeweils mit einer Extra-Zutat knapp 70 Euro auf der Rechnung stehen.

Der Weg lohnt sich. Lage außerhalb von Augsburg. Aber wir sind restlos zufrieden. Super freundlich, schönes Ambiente. Es gibt neben dem, was man kennt, viele Leckereien. Wir würden wiederkommen, wenn wir nochmal hier sind.

Er gibt diskrete und kompetente Empfehlungen, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein. Er versteht es, den Appetit anzuregen und das Abendessen noch genussvoller zu gestalten. Daniela besticht durch Eleganz und Liebe zum Detail, während sich das gesamte Team durch Höflichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und eine einladende Atmosphäre auszeichnet, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Küche ist eine wahre Stärke: authentische italienische Küche, hochwertige Zutaten, sorgfältig zubereitete Gerichte und eine reichhaltige Speisekarte mit vielen exzellenten Optionen. War mehrfach dort essen in den letzten 2Monaten, Ambiente sehr gut offene Küche, sehr sauber. Konstant sehr gute Qualität.Wurde schnellstens und freundlichst bedient. Ein sehr sympathisches Team. Von Fisch bis Fleisch kann ich alles empfehlen. Das gemischte Fischteller einfach super 4-5verschiedene Fische und überall der perfekte Gargrad. Ebenso beim Fleisch. Super Frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Super Kreative Angebote auf der wechselnden Tageskarte. Man merkt an der sympathischen Art des Teams, das Sie mit vollen Herzen dabei sind. Es hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service war prima. Und es gibt Grappa von sehr hoher Qualität.

Bella Italia ist für mich das beste italienische Restaurant in und um Augsburg. Hier stimmt der Service, die Menschlichkeit und die Küche immer. Egal ob Steinofenpizza, handgemachte Nudeln, Fisch- & Fleischgerichte vom Lavasteingrill oder super leckeren Gerichte von der Tageskarte. Top top top, bin immer gern hier :)

Einer der besten Italiener in Augsburg. Die Kellner sind super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist hier reichlich, gut und die Preise sind im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen erschwinglich!

Das Essen macht satt, aber wer Italien erleben will ist hier definitiv falsch. Tote Nudeln und fade Pizzen. Keine Ahnung aus welchem Land der Koch stammt. Von einer italiänischen Mama hat er seine Kochkünste sicherlich nicht... Der Service ist höflich, aber dadurch nicht automatisch gut. Bevor man wählen kann bekommt man schneller als bei McDrive eine Bestellung in den Mund gelegt. Das Ganze erscheint Durch und Durch konzeptlos. Von einer kulinarischen Reise ins gewählte Land ganz weit entfernt... Sorry, aber was da geboten wird kann man sich Zuhause für unter 10€ (incl. Getränke) selber zusammen basteln und hat dabei auch noch zusätzlich Geschmack.

Uns schmeckt das Essen dort sehr gut. Auch die glutenfreie Pizza ist hervorragend. Diese wird auf einem extra Blech gemacht. Der Salat hat ein feines Honig-Senf-Dressing.

Einfach schrecklich das ganze hier. Bis auf den Kellner der rante die ganze Zeit und war sehr freundlich der Rest der Mannschaft war einfach nur steht's bemüht. Erste und letzte Mal hier.

Ich liebe es sehr dort. Das Essen und die Preise sind hervorragend! Das Essen hat unter mit 43€ gekostet. Ich habe einen 50€ gegeben und er hat sich bei mir bedankt und mir einen schönen Abend gewünscht und ist gegangen. Eigentlich hätte ich mein Rückgeld gewollt und dann gerne selber entscheiden, wie viel und ob ich Trinkgeld dalassen möchte. Wir waren etwas starr und sind dann natürlich weitergelaufen, weil er schon alles weggepackt hatte und es uns unangenehm war, im Nachhinein noch etwas zu sagen.

Wir sind jedes Mal rundum zufrieden im Bella Italia! Die Chefin ist unglaublich lieb, herzlich und freundlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Essen ist nicht nur richtig lecker, sondern auch super schön hergerichtet und präsentiert. Egal ob köstliches Steak oder Pizza: alles top und mit viel Liebe gemacht. Viel zu teuer für die kleinen und übersichtlichen geschmacklich eher neutral gehaltenen Essen auf die eh sehr lange gewartet werden muss! Getränke werden gerne vergessen und bei Reklamationen bekommt man genervte leicht aggressive Antworten. Es gibt weitaus bessere Gasthäuser!

Mein Mann und ich, fühlen uns im Bella Italia immer rundum wohl. Der Service ist aufmerksam, herzlich und angenehm unkompliziert. Besonders unser Stammkellner sorgt immer für gute Laune – selbst wenn das Restaurant bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt ist, bleibt er flink, freundlich und für jeden Spaß zu haben. Die Chefin strahlt nicht nur mit ihrer sympathischen Art, sondern auch mit ihrer stets freundlichen Ausstrahlung und ihrem gepflegten Äußeren. Für mich persönlich ein echtes Highlight: die glutenfreie Pizza. Sie ist unglaublich lecker und für jemanden wie mich, die Gluten lieber meidet, ein echter Genuss. Auch preislich bleiben die Pizzen absolut im Rahmen – das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis stimmt hier einfach. Die kalte Vorspeisenplatte ist ebenfalls ein Gedicht. Besonders die frisch angefertigte Parmesanschüssel ist ein kleines Kunstwerk, das man wirklich probiert haben sollte. Ich kann kaum nachvollziehen, warum manche Gäste sie stehen lassen.😉 Bella Italia ist kein gehobenes Fine‑Dining‑Restaurant, aber genau das macht seinen Charme aus. Es ist gemütlich, authentisch und ehrlich – und genau deshalb ist es zu unserem Stammitaliener geworden.

Holen immer wieder mal in der Mittagspause was warmes dort, Nudeln oder Pizza im Menu mit einem Salat, schmeckt immer gut und Preis ist auch sehr fair.

We were there yesterday as a group and everyone was satisfied with the food; the price was also perfectly reasonable.

Delicious, crispy pizza dough, but the service left much to be desired. As a fairly large group, we had very little space, and everything felt quite cramped and crowded. We were asked about drinks very quickly, without even having time to look at the menu. It then took a really long time for the drinks to arrive. The same was true for the appetizer platters. They were nicely presented, but quite fish-heavy, and there was definitely not enough bread for a larger group. Added to this were the space problems on the table with the platters, plates, and drinks. We also had to wait quite a while for the main course. The food tasted quite good, but nothing outstanding. I found the pizza base very tasty; thin and crispy. Visually, the dishes were attractively presented. I would also like to highlight the varied menu, which includes a number of vegetarian dishes and also offers the option of ordering gluten-free pizza and pasta. Even though I've mentioned some areas for improvement, you have to consider the price, which is really reasonable. So perhaps it's more suitable for a casual get-together with a delicious pizza for two, rather than for a celebratory meal with a larger group.

No, I wasn't convinced. The server took a very long time to appear, then the drinks, then the food—everything took forever. It was as if they were trying to force customers to order a second beer. The taste wasn't convincing, but the price was good.

Fantastic Italian restaurant! The food here is excellent. Even on busy weekends, takeout orders are ready in 15-30 minutes. Reservations are recommended on weekends. The staff and service are very friendly! We are regular customers. A definite 5 stars!

We were at Bella Italia last night for a birthday party. And to satisfy my longing for the sea, I ordered spaghetti frutti di mare. And I have to say, it was wonderful. The spaghetti was tossed in a light tomato sauce with a subtle flavor of grilled fish and beautifully garnished with seafood. Not too overwhelming, but not too little. The mussels were tender, and their vibrant orange color with their black shells is reminiscent of autumn days just as they are fast approaching. The flavor was absolutely outstanding, and my expectations were far exceeded! A final word about the sommelier and the service: I enjoyed how the sommelier poured a glass of wine with verve and elegance. As a beer drinker, I really wanted a glass of wine afterward. The service was very attentive and very friendly, and the women were also a feast for the eyes. In conclusion, a 6-star rating would probably be appropriate.

Just here for pizza today, and everything was perfect, as always. Service and food were excellent. Special praise goes to the head waiter and the manageress; keep up the good work. We'll be regulars.

We only wanted a drink and were turned away. We won't be going back.

Unfortunately, the last visit was disappointing. The blonde waitress seemed unfriendly, unattentive, and overall, the restaurant's handling of criticism seems difficult – a look at the restaurant's responses to other reviews confirms this impression. On the positive side, another waiter – slightly shorter and of a more robust build – was noticeably friendlier and more attentive. The €5 surcharge for Visa card payments was incomprehensible. Even without specialized knowledge, one should be able to expect that simple concepts – such as standard card fees – would be understood. This practice does not appear customer-focused. Negative reviews are systematically deleted!

A place where they serve you with kindness and courtesy, the food is excellent. We had a fresh tagliolini with shrimp and a grilled fillet (cooked perfectly medium). Afterwards, an appetizer for two with focaccia (also excellent). We'll be back. ✨✨✨

Ordered a pizza today from Lieferando. The curves didn't do the pizza any good, and the toppings had completely disappeared onto one side of the box. It wasn't even good anymore. My son grabbed the box and complained to the store. And without much ado (they probably could have gotten out of it because of the contractual relationship between the customer and Lieferando), he got a new pizza. And I think that's good.

We ate there last month, and unfortunately, the quality has declined considerably. We'll give Bella Italia another chance. The food wasn't as good, and the restaurant isn't as clean either.

We happened upon it by chance while driving past and didn't regret stopping for a bite. The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly and customer-oriented. The view from the courtyard terrace was also very pleasant.

I was simply charged €5 more than the amount stated on the card when I picked up food. I don't think I need to write down who charged me. So from now on, I'll ask for the receipt and check it when I pick up food. The food is good, no question.

We visited spontaneously (on Sunday) and even got a table on the terrace without a reservation in beautiful weather – although I would recommend reserving in advance. The terrace is spacious and very clean, and you immediately feel at home. I asked for a dish that wasn't on the menu – and it was actually specially prepared. The taste was absolutely amazing; I was really impressed! It's great to see how the team caters to individual requests. Of course, you have to wait a bit on some days, but for me, that's part of a relaxed dinner – good food takes time, and here you can really enjoy your visit. The entire team was very friendly, the food was consistently delicious, and the value for money is truly unbeatable. I highly recommend the restaurant and would gladly return! I deliberately didn't take photos of everything – I wanted to savor the moment and enjoy my meal in peace, without the stress of using my phone or being rushed around.

The food was good. Most dishes were reasonably priced. The pizzas were inexpensive. The portion of the homemade pasta turnovers was very small (four pieces).

Ordered takeout from there for the first time today. Spaghetti Carbonara, actually a classic dish, which usually has a lovely creamy sauce with a typical aroma and flavor. Unfortunately, when I opened the container, I was hit by a rather strange, rather unpleasant odor, which made me seriously question whether to eat it at all. You have to hunt for the sauce; it's practically nonexistent. A pile of rather dry pasta and huge, greasy pieces of bacon on top, also very unappetizing. My personal conclusion: unfortunately, once and never again.

I went there for the first time today to pick up two pizzas (salami with mushrooms). The manager quoted me a price of €16. A waiter present overheard this and spoke to the manager in Italian. She then quoted me a new price of €19. Suddenly, there was a €3 surcharge. Since I was very hungry, I paid for the pizzas. I checked the price again later on the menu, and the pizza (salami with mushrooms) is offered for €8. When I got home, I noticed that the entire base of one pizza was burnt, making it inedible. My conclusion: Never again

The food itself was very good, but unfortunately the service was very poor. We also had to wait in line to pay, which I don't think is usual for a restaurant. You could go straight to McDonald's or a kebab shop and they'd pay the same price. They also took my tobacco, which I find very rude. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes for a free table. After we were finally seated, it took another 60 minutes for the food to arrive. The order of the dishes was completely out of whack: First came the bruschetta, then two pasta dishes, and then – with a considerable delay – the drinks. About 15 minutes later, the pizzas were served: one of them had the wrong toppings, one too many. The lasagna only arrived after repeated requests. In the end, everyone got their food at different times – eating together was practically impossible. The quality of the food was okay, but nothing special. Anyone who considers this restaurant the "best Italian" has probably never experienced good service. The attached picture shows the portion of spinach and ricotta ravioli – that pretty much says it all.

As I often do, I ordered something to pick up and, like last time, wanted vegetarian trio of pasta. The not-so-friendly lady on the phone said: we don't have it here! ...oh well... I've ordered from there a few times before. It's not really that difficult. OK. So as not to "beg" unnecessarily, I asked for an alternative and ended up with Rigatoni with four cheese... unfortunately it wasn't really tasty and I found two pieces of bacon. May not be a problem for some of you, but for me it's an absolute no-go!!! If I order without meat, I expect the same. 2 stars because I'm very disappointed! But the pizza is otherwise good! Service too. Yesterday was the first time I was that disappointed.

The food and service are very good. The price/performance ratio is excellent. Reservations are highly recommended. One minor disappointment is that plastic glasses are used for drinks.

We were regulars for a long time and ordered regularly. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong food several times – although we did get the right one, it's still annoying. On our last visit, we called, waited 10 minutes, and were ignored. So I went there in person to order – there I waited another 20 minutes without anyone speaking to me, even though there were several waiters present. I finally left – that was definitely the last time. The food is really great, but the service is a flop 👎🏼. Hence only 3 stars.

Three of us went to Bella Italia on Friday for pizza. Despite having made a reservation, the table reserved for us was still occupied. As I gather from other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident. When the guests finally deigned to vacate the table after about 20 minutes, we were treated to a sneer. However, it's the staff's responsibility to ensure that a reserved table becomes available in a timely manner. Afterward, I had to wave to the waiter several times so we could finally order. The pizzas we ordered were probably the basic version. Very thinly topped! Okay, the price was relatively high for these pizzas. But I'd gladly pay more if the value was right. It wasn't our first time there, and we've always been satisfied. But this time, nothing was right. What a shame.

Have ordered food here several times and so far it has always been delicious. However, today we were very disappointed. There was a hair in the salad, which is why no one ate it anymore, the squid rings were soggy and undercooked and our pasta was cold. The journey is 5 minutes. Normally the food should still stay warm there. Won't be ordering again anytime soon. Too bad.

4 people (2 adults, 2 young children) Visited this restaurant on recommendation. We were incredibly hungry. No waiting time because it opens on site. So - hardly any guests there either. We were in the restaurant for 1 hour and 50 minutes!!! Please - what happened there? We just wanted to eat something quickly. The guests who came after us got their food before us. Hmmm, after more than an hour I asked where the food was. 3 seconds of silence from the waiter - then: “coming soon”. Yes, it actually came a little later. But shouldn't the pizza maker know when a pizza should be taken out of the oven? The bottom and edge are partly quite burnt. The taste of the noodles was really good, but it was hot on top and cold in the middle. Were they kept “warm”? Overall: It has nothing to do with Italian flair if you have to wait so long for your food and drink. Even in Tuscany, Lake Garda and Rome things go faster. The food itself is good (not great), but the service needs a lot of improvement.

I often eat at my favorite Italian restaurant and am always treated excellently. Special requests are always fulfilled. I always feel visibly comfortable here, even on days like Mother's Day (very busy), the service was as courteous as always. I can only recommend this restaurant.

I recently visited this restaurant with some friends and would like to share my experience with the aim of hopefully helping to improve it. Unfortunately, our visit overall was rather disappointing. Even though we had reserved the table a week in advance, we were only seated outside. At first it was fine thanks to the sunshine, but as it got cooler it became uncomfortable. It was not possible to move inside because there was no free space there - despite making a reservation in good time. The service was particularly negative: we had to wait almost two hours for our food. The staff seemed very stressed and sometimes overwhelmed, which also affected the atmosphere. The water we ordered was initially served without glasses, which were only brought around 30 minutes later. In addition, the ashtrays on the terrace had not been emptied - some had even tipped over and were lying on the floor next to our table, which made a pretty unkempt impression. The food itself tasted okay, but was served cold, which further spoiled the overall impression. I definitely see potential - the ambience outside is charming and the food itself could certainly have been convincing if the service was better organized and the handling of reservations and cleanliness were taken more seriously. I hope the team takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve, because with a little more care this restaurant could offer much more.

Arrogant boss who unfortunately doesn't know what they offer. Coupon book is randomly applied to food. e.g. Gluten-free dishes, which already cost extra, are excluded. The boss justifies this with high costs. Then why the extra charge???? It's a shame that as an allergy sufferer you are punished twice.

I ate the Gusto Misto there, 15 minutes after I started eating, I felt extremely sick. Even though I had already thrown up in the toilet in the restaurant, 10 hours of complete horror followed, the only answer I got was, ohhh no, that's never happened to us before. We even had to pay for the dirty pizza. And it wasn't that tasty anyway...

We only ordered food to pick up here. We really enjoyed that. The crew there was very friendly when we picked it up! I really like Italian cuisine! I will definitely go there for dinner sometime!

Had reserved for three people. We arrived on time and had to join the queue. It took some time until someone came. Then it was said "when the next table gets up...". We, a group of 6 people, were greeted at your table and had not yet completely hung up our jackets. We were taken by surprise when we first took our order. We initially refused this so we could hang up our jackets and sit down. Then it took 20 minutes until an employee came to the table to take the drink order. We wanted to order an aperitif, but instead the menus were placed on the table and the employee disappeared from the table without responding to the request to order an aperitif. After another 10 minutes the order for the drinks was taken, for which we had to wait another 30 minutes. Well, the young man at the bar seemed a bit overwhelmed with his work. Afterwards the starter was delivered relatively quickly, it wasn't completely eaten yet then the main course came... you can still work on the timing... On the whole, I get better service in a self-service restaurant. If you don't attach great importance to the above-mentioned service, you can still eat deliciously and at a good price there.

If you have a lot of time and like to wait despite having a table reservation, if you are ignored by both the waiter and the owner while you wait, if you like to wait 2.5 hours for your food, then it's worth it. The food is delicious, but both the waiter and the chef are completely overwhelmed. Tables are very close together.

My family and I have already tested many restaurants in Haunstetten and the surrounding area in this area. For the most part we weren't very enthusiastic. The Bella Italia was different, the reception in the restaurant was already convincing, since we had ordered, I expected to have to stand and wait for a long time. That wasn't the case, I was asked straight to the table and offered a coffee. You immediately felt very comfortable, the atmosphere and the people there were very welcoming. We ordered: Grilled salmon with grilled vegetables Homemade style salad The fish platter Pizza with shrimps, garlic and mushrooms All dishes were very tasty and not too expensive either. The portions were large. Special mention: the young lady at reception was very nice. Final word: Highly recommended and we will definitely order/pick up again.

A restaurant in the neighborhood that I always enjoyed visiting. The food was always great and the service staff always made the guests feel great. Until my girlfriend and I felt the boss's unfriendly attitude twice. The second time we decided to leave. The sometimes unprofessional answers in the reviews here underline the impression. Despite the nice atmosphere, good food and service, we will look for an alternative. Too bad. Addendum: We gave Bella Italia a new chance after 2 years and this time things went much better. If things go similarly on further visits, I will adjust the stars upwards.

Wir wurden unzureichend bedient der Aperol Spritz war unterirdisch. Es war nur ein halbes Glas! Es kam niemand, um zu fragen, ob wir noch etwas trinken wollen dann haben wir halt bezahlt und sind gegangen! Wirklich gar nicht gut sehr schade.
