I ate the Gusto Misto there, 15 minutes after I started eating, I felt extremely sick. Even though I had already thrown up in the toilet in the restaurant, 10 hours of complete horror followed, the only answer I got was, ohhh no, that's never happened to us before. We even had to pay for the dirty pizza. And it wasn't that tasty anyway...

Despite a good visit, after a bit of a wait for the order, the food was served quite quickly, freshly prepared and very tasty!

We only ordered food to pick up here. We really enjoyed that. The crew there was very friendly when we picked it up! I really like Italian cuisine! I will definitely go there for dinner sometime!

Had reserved for three people. We arrived on time and had to join the queue. It took some time until someone came. Then it was said "when the next table gets up...". After 15 minutes nothing else happened. Simply very poorly planned and overcrowded. #Greed We then discussed it briefly and then drove to Leonardo Da Vinci.

When it comes to eating, I can say it tastes great. Meat on point and hot. A solid level of craftsmanship from everyone at the table. Regarding the service... this ruined the entire evening. We, a group of 6 people, were greeted at your table and had not yet completely hung up our jackets. We were taken by surprise when we first took our order. We initially refused this so we could hang up our jackets and sit down. Then it took 20 minutes until an employee came to the table to take the drink order. We wanted to order an aperitif, but instead the menus were placed on the table and the employee disappeared from the table without responding to the request to order an aperitif. After another 10 minutes the order for the drinks was taken, for which we had to wait another 30 minutes. Well, the young man at the bar seemed a bit overwhelmed with his work. Afterwards the starter was delivered relatively quickly, it wasn't completely eaten yet then the main course came... you can still work on the timing... On the whole, I get better service in a self-service restaurant. If you don't attach great importance to the above-mentioned service, you can still eat deliciously and at a good price there.

If you have a lot of time and like to wait despite having a table reservation, if you are ignored by both the waiter and the owner while you wait, if you like to wait 2.5 hours for your food, then it's worth it. The food is delicious, but both the waiter and the chef are completely overwhelmed. Tables are very close together.

My family and I have already tested many restaurants in Haunstetten and the surrounding area in this area. For the most part we weren't very enthusiastic. The Bella Italia was different, the reception in the restaurant was already convincing, since we had ordered, I expected to have to stand and wait for a long time. That wasn't the case, I was asked straight to the table and offered a coffee. You immediately felt very comfortable, the atmosphere and the people there were very welcoming. We ordered: Grilled salmon with grilled vegetables Homemade style salad The fish platter Pizza with shrimps, garlic and mushrooms All dishes were very tasty and not too expensive either. The portions were large. Special mention: the young lady at reception was very nice. Final word: Highly recommended and we will definitely order/pick up again.

A restaurant in the neighborhood that I always enjoyed visiting. The food was always great and the service staff always made the guests feel great. Until my girlfriend and I felt the boss's unfriendly attitude twice. The second time we decided to leave. The sometimes unprofessional answers in the reviews here underline the impression. Despite the nice atmosphere, good food and service, we will look for an alternative. Too bad. Addendum: We gave Bella Italia a new chance after 2 years and this time things went much better. If things go similarly on further visits, I will adjust the stars upwards.

Just try the entire menu and more, because the kitchen, the owners and the employees are flexible enough that special requests are happy to be taken into account at any time. We celebrated our birthday there. But were very disappointed. Very long wait until someone came to take the order. Waited a long time until the food came. Tables weren't cleared for ages. Overall, the service was very disappointing. The only positive thing was the food. That was ok.

I wanted to order 2 pizzas to be picked up, which usually works out great. Unfortunately, this time when we picked them up we were told that they had never received an order from us. To rule out the possibility that I may have called the wrong restaurant, I of course immediately did so checked my last calls and compared the number. The number was the same as the restaurant's, meaning the call for my order definitely went through and was answered. An incident like this has never happened to me and I wouldn't have expected such an oversight from Bella Italia.

Unfortunately, it has now happened for the 5th time that we had to wait another 30-40 minutes for our order (announced "they'll come in 20 minutes") on site and had to place our order again and again. Yesterday we received the pizza with the wrong topping (mushrooms, which I'm allergic to). Returned pizza and then got another one with the words “this is the right one”. When we get home we discover that there were mushrooms on it again. Even when we ate in the restaurant, everyone at the table had already finished eating when we first received the pizzas when we asked. This used to be our favorite restaurant, but the take away and service in the restaurant doesn't work at all anymore. Complete chaos, wrong orders and endless waiting times. Unfortunately we will no longer be coming/ordering.

We were there with 10 people for dinner before Christmas. I'm only writing this review because my Rigatoni al forno, or all the pasta dishes at our table, were so bad that I'm taking the trouble to write my opinion about it. The noodles were very hard at the top, almost glassy. The whole thing was still pretty dry. There was hardly any sauce left in it. It seemed that the pasta had been kept warm for a longer period of time or had been in the pan for too long. The portion was also quite small. Even the women were still hungry after this portion. It's a shame to take something like that out of the kitchen. You should have noticed in the kitchen that I wouldn't put something like that on the table for a guest to eat. From what I heard from people, the other dishes were quite ok (pizza, fish). In general, the portions aren't that big there. I didn't think the rigatoni was expensive, but it was a small portion. You can then start with a starter and then dessert at the end. Then you'll get it down and maybe you'll be full.

The food is very tasty - whether pizza, salad, bread, starters, etc. The portions are absolutely reasonable, neither too big nor too small. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Please do not change anything about it under any circumstances. The ambience is quite okay. Only the toilets are out of the ordinary. But in my opinion it's not that important. The service was friendly and not too intrusive. I will definitely come again.

I ordered pizza and Tiramisu. Tiramisu costs 05.50€. They don’t have tiramisu instead of saying that they don’t have it they just give me a piece of cake with few apple slices on it in a shopping bag covered very well🤣

I recently went to this restaurant with my girlfriend and all I can say is that we were completely satisfied! The food was not only excellent in terms of taste, but also lovingly prepared. You can immediately tell that people cook with passion here. I would particularly like to highlight the staff. All the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome. Such service is not a given these days and made our visit a completely successful experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit and can highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Here you feel comfortable and enjoy delicious food at the same time - simply perfect!

Drinking glass had damaged rim, Grandchild's plate was dirty One of the waitresses had to go down to the cellar to laugh, the second was extremely nice and accommodating. All the food was really very good, plentiful and there was nothing wrong with the price. We paid in the presence of a whiny child and looked at the receipt at home and there were 3 pizzas for a total of 15.50 euros more on the receipt. As I wrote, I didn't check it on site. First and last visit there.

Have ordered food to pick up here several times. We haven't been disappointed with a pizza yet, unless you order pasta. Never had spaghetti carbonara so dry. Price difference between menu and what you end up paying. I'll think twice before ordering next time.

We were there as a large group of 14 people with two dogs, a child and a baby. Due to special circumstances, this change resulted from the reservation for 8 adults. But we were still given a friendly welcome in the restaurant, everyone was welcome and the service was great. The food was very tasty and the price-performance ratio was TOP (pizzas start at €7). Even the two people with intolerances (one celiac disease; i.e. gluten-free / one allergy to nuts / one allergy to peanuts) received competent information and delicious food there! The gluten-free pizza (not a pizza base but really gluten-free pizza dough) is placed in a specific place in the pizza oven and baked with a separate pizza peel. Conclusion: Great service, TOP price-performance ratio and great food - even for allergy sufferers! We would love to come back 😊

We have been to Bella Italia several times. Unfortunately, we always have the same experiences. If you don't want to eat pizza, you won't be full. Last time we were 10 people. Except for those who ate pizza, everyone didn't have enough. Of course the prices are cheap, but I would rather pay more and not just have a decoration on the plate. The taste is really very good. And now a few words to the boss: You can save yourself your arrogant and unqualified answers that we should go to McDonald's next time or that we have complexes. How unprofessional is that? Die grüne Pfeffersauce bei Scaloppina al Pepe schmeckte penetrant nach Essig , -dass ich auf Nachfrage trotzdem sagte alles wäre in Ordnung liegt daran dass ich mich bei diesem Gericht nicht so gut auskennen und dachte das gehört so , - oder die können es nicht besser ! There are better Italian restaurants. The pizzas are large and have plenty of toppings. Pizzas are very cheap there. The pasta dishes are very small. All dishes tasted very well prepared. The location is very cool in winter to spring. The service is very unfriendly and dismissive. The service was very bad. If you want to eat a good pizza for a small thaler, this is definitely not the place for you.

Wir mussten trotz Reservierung ca. 20 Min. am Eingang warten bis jemand Notiz von uns genommen hat und uns einen Tischzugewiesen hat. Während dieser Zeit liefen einige Bedienungen an uns vorbei ohne uns eines Blickes zu würdigen oder uns nach unserer Reservierung oder dem Namen zu fragen. Vor uns warteten auch zwei Damen, denen es genauso erging. Als wir dann endlich am Tisch waren und die Getränke kamen (wir waren 3 Personen) kamen 3xWein und zwei Gläser!! davon eines zurückging weil stark verschmutzt!! Das Personal war muffig, gelangweilt und schien überfordert. Der gewünschte Affogato (stand nicht auf der Karte) wurde nicht in der Tasse mit Vanilleeis sondern in einem Suppenteller mit einer Kugel gemischtem Vanille/Schokoeis serviert. Wir wurden zwar darauf hingewiesen, dass er anders serviert wird wie normal aber nicht dass einer € 7,90 kostet, was uns doch etwas überrascht hat. Auf der Toilette waren keine Handtücher und keine Seife (bei Damen und Herren). Unser Gesamteindruck war

We have been regular customers at Bella Italia for years, the quality of the dishes is always consistent and the service is friendly. Big compliments to Roberto, he thinks of everything and is super fast. It even keeps the bees away from us in the summer. Calzone is very tasty.

Simply brilliant, the food was simply fantastic. We had a menu for two people, consisting of a tomahawk steak from the lava stone grill and pasta with truffle, the steak was butter tender with nice rust flavors, and the pasta was also great So if we come to Augsburg again we will definitely come by here again

Never on Saturdays! We had made a reservation at this restaurant on Saturday evening, were on time and had to wait 15 minutes (!!) standing until we got a seat. The food (2xpizza) came an hour later... (As usual, it was delicious, reasonably priced, and the staff was very friendly despite the obvious rush.)

First of all: we ate there more often and were actually satisfied. I reserved a table for 10 people for Saturday evening (by phone and again in person) to celebrate my wife's birthday. When we got there at the agreed time, the restaurant was full to capacity. We were standing in the middle of the store, had an elderly lady with walking difficulties with us, and were told that it was “still taking a while”. We had to organize a seat for the elderly lady ourselves, but we were then ignored by the staff. Conclusion: despite double reservation for 10 We didn't get a place for people. If we had relied on management, our birthday party would have failed miserably. Luckily, we were warmly welcomed by another Italian (Da Vinci) with some organizational skills. Service and food were excellent at Da Vici.

Service unmöglich, bei acht Personen kommt bei einem die Vorspeise garnicht, beim anderen falsch und bei den Kindern wo man die Pizza zum Zeitpunkt der Vorspeise der Erwachsenen bestellt hat damit die Kinder nicht so lange warten müssen, wurde dieser Wunsch komplett ignoriert. Qualitativ war das Essen trotzdem wirklich gut. Ändert aber nichts an der Tatsache, dass das Gesicht zum Kunden der Service und nicht die Küche ist.

Wir waren zum Sylvester Dinner dort. Für 75,-€ gab es vier Gänge die mit leichter Verspätung beginnend dann über den kompletten Abend durchs sehr gut gefüllte Restaurant wanderten. Der Service war gut und Optik wie Geschmack des Essens waren sehr gut. Es war recht laut und auch etwas stickig im Gastraum. Im hinteren Teil des Restaurant war ein WC was mehr nach Mitarbeiter Toilette aussah, mit Zahnbürste und so... Etwas komisch. Die Getränkepreise waren hingegen mehr als fair was den Gesamteindruck durchaus auf fünf Sterne aufrundet.

E ha fatto finta di niente signore clienti dimenticate questo ristorante ve lo consiglio mia figlia a chiesto un tavolo sul terrazzo e ha detto non ce posto ma pochi minuti e arrivato una signore e subito a messo un tavolo fuori e chiedendole perche. lei risponde ma cosa vuole si sieda, e inpensabile in 7 giorni siamo stati due volte a mangiare da non credere forse I mie soldi erano falsi
