Ristorante Da Gino in Heppenheim (Bergstraße)

Sehr gutes Essen mit einer großzügigen Portion! Dazu als Bonus noch ein zuvorkommendes und sympathisches Personal! Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen 🙌

Wir sind in einer 4er Gruppe ins Restaurant, um 18:40 angekommen und wurden nach wiederholtem Fragen jeglicher Kellner um 19:25 vom Chef persönlich Bedient. Sprich 45 Minuten warten auf service, der Chef war sehr Freundlich was man von den Kellnern nich behaupten kann. Anschließend wurde das Essen gebracht nach 1h. Anschließen wurde uns ein Limoncello angeboten, trotz wiederholtem verneinen wurde er gebracht. Ein Limoncello wurde mit komplett dreckigem Glas und voller Staub gebracht was ohne Verständnis wahrgenommen wurde. Im Großen ganzen, Normales Essen, schlechter Service. sehr netter Chef.

Coole Atmosphäre. Gute Pizza und guter Preis. Es lohnt sich, öfter vorbeizuschauen.

Das Essen war grundsätzlich gut – aber mit Rumpsteak hatte das wenig zu tun. Die Portionen sind klein. Man merkt, dass frische Zutaten verwendet werden. Auch kleine Extras wie ein Gruß aus der Küche oder ein Digestif am Ende sind eine nette Aufmerksamkeit.

Innerhalb von zwei Wochen habe ich mehrfach versucht, online zu bestellen. Laut Webseite und Google-Eintrag war das Restaurant geöffnet, aber telefonisch war niemand erreichbar und die Online-Bestellung ließ sich nicht abschließen. Beim zweiten Versuch kam schließlich eine automatische Ansage, dass das Restaurant bis zum genannten Datum geschlossen sei - allerdings erst nach der offiziellen Öffnungszeit. Auch wenn man vorbestellt, erhält man keinerlei Hinweis auf die Schließung. Bitte aktualisiert eure Öffnungszeiten auf der Webseite und bei Google. So vermeidet ihr unnötige Frustration bei Kunden, die sich auf die angegebenen Zeiten verlassen.

Heute das erste Mal mit der Familie dort, es waren alle zufrieden. Wir kommen immer...🍕🍝😋🤤😃

Gutes Restaurant, gutes Essen und freundliches Personal. Leider wenige Parkplätze vor dem Restaurant, aber man wird auch in der näheren Umgebung fündig.

Wir waren mit dem Schlemmerblock, hatten so gutes Essen nicht erwartet. Werden wieder kommen. Service supernett, Essen Top. Am besten reservieren, da sehr beliebt.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Ob Pizza, Nudeln oder Steak. Es schmeckt alles klasse. Man kann sogar draußen sitzen.

Von außen (wir waren im Frühjahr dort) war es unscheinbar. Biergarten/Terrasse war noch im Winterschlaf. Daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen Beim eintreten jedoch wirklich ein angenehmes und schönes Ambiente. Jeder Tisch war liebevoll eingedeckt und der Service der Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr gut. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

Ein wirklich tolles italienisches Restaurant! Das Essen war frisch, sehr aromatisch und authentisch – man merkt sofort die Qualität der Zutaten. Besonders die Pasta war perfekt al dente und geschmacklich hervorragend. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und trotzdem angenehm unaufdringlich. Auch das Ambiente ist gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen! Der Chef ist super sympathisch.

Wir waren am Samstag im Ristorante Da Gino und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Essen und der Wein waren hervorragend und der Service super freundlich und das war nicht gespielt oder aufgesetzt. Das Ambiente ist schön, die Stühle sehr bequem und Stofftischdecken und gefaltete Stoffservietten gibt es auch längst nicht mehr überall, genauso wie einen Gruß aus der Küche und einen leckeren Abschiedslimoncello oder -Grappa auf's Haus. Man bekommt hier ein gelungenes Gesamtpaket und nicht nur ein leckeres Essen. Wären es nicht 160 km von unserem Wohnort im Saarland aus, hätten wir definitiv einen neuen Lieblingsitaliener. P.S. unser Sohn hat sich sehr über die leckeren Oliven gefreut. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Nettes Ristorante mit freundliche Kellern die für eine gute Stimmung sorgen. Das Essen war gut. Wir hatten Pizza und Tortellini (die Portion war eher klein). Allerdings saßen wir in einem Nebenraum. Dort war es kühl, in der Decke war ein Loch und wir saßen gefühlt abseits. Der eigentliche Raum ist deutlich schöner.

Ich habe den Schlemmerblock gezeigt und es hieß, heute gültig es nicht, obwohl doch. Service war unfreundlich. Essen war schon besser. Waren jetzt schon mehrmals dort zum Essen und immer enttäuscht.

Ich war zum ersten Mal dort. Was soll ich sagen? Einfach fantastisch. Angefangen beim sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service, über leckere Aufmerksamkeiten aus der Küche zum Anfang bis hin zum À-la-Carte-Essen war alles super lecker. Keine klassische Pizzeria, sondern gehobene Gastronomie mit besonderer Speisenauswahl. Ein wahrlich empfehlenswertes Lokal. Leider sind es von mir bis dorthin über 80 Kilometer. Aber wer in der Nähe wohnt, sollte sich mal etwas Besonderes gönnen: dieses Restaurant. Guten Appetit.

Die Pizza ist leider für mich ehr schlecht. Napoleonisch sieht anders aus. Andere Gerichte hatte ich nicht, kann ich daher auch nicht bewerten. Aber die Pizza Magharita für 12 Euro noch was, würde ich kein zweites Mal bestellen.

Super nettes italienisches Lokal – total freundlicher Service, richtig gutes Essen und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Es gab eine kleine Vorspeise sowie zum Schluß noch einen Limoncello aufs Haus 🍋 – richtig cool! Wir haben uns echt wohlgefühlt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Einen Parkplatz zu finden war ein bisschen auffwendig.

Meine Frau und ich,waren zum Abendessen bei Da Gino Meine Frau hatte Linguini al Salmone ,ich eine Pizza Prosciutto . Die Linguini waren leider über al dente,meine Pizza war nicht knusprig eher ohne Geschmack ich vermisste,ein paar italienische Gewürze. Der Prosciutto war sehr trocken und Geschmack los .

Der Service und das Essen sind Top! Wir waren mit unseren Kindern da und sind alle auf unsere Kosten gekommen, die Speisekarte gibt für Jung und Alt alles her was das Herz begehrt. Besonders Highlight war das es nicht nur Glutenfreie Pasta und Pizza gab sondern auch ein Dessert, das sehr gut war. Immer wieder gern !

Ich habe mit dem Schlemmerblock zwei Pizzen zum Abholen bestellt. Laut Menü hätten Sie 26,80€-20% Schlemmerblockrabatt gekostet. Der Kellner verlangte trotzdem 28,80€ und wollte es nicht akzeptieren.

Very friendly staff. The food was absolutely delicious. We received a small appetizer for free. That was very thoughtful. 🩵 The price/performance ratio was completely acceptable. The atmosphere was very inviting. Free parking is available nearby. The beer garden is located on the street. Equipped with umbrellas to protect against sun and rain. There's a changing area for babies. We'd be happy to come back.

We made an online reservation and went to a restaurant that was closed for summer vacation. That's not how you run a restaurant.

We ate here on Saturday. There was live music. It was a really nice evening. I can only recommend it to everyone! I've also read a few reviews here from people who were also here on Saturday, and I personally don't like anyone who doesn't understand why it takes a little longer.

We waited over an hour before we could even place our order. The staff seemed very stressed and somewhat annoyed by the children dancing to the live music. The meat dishes were good; the pizza, not so good. Unfortunately, our children didn't even get their food until after the adults (after about a 1.5-2 hour wait). To make up for it, they gave us dessert on the house. For the price, it wasn't really worth recommending.

The food was okay, but the portions were small, so we were all still hungry. The atmosphere seemed fine—we only picked up the food. BUT we've rarely experienced such unfriendly and incompetent staff. We placed an order through the restaurant's website. When we arrived at the stated delivery time, no one knew about our order because it apparently hadn't been passed on to the kitchen. We were told to come back in 30 minutes. We returned 30 minutes later. The employee then yelled at us that the food had been sitting for a really long time and we were late. When we denied this, she became even more rude. So instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, we were insulted and given cold pizza. On top of that, when we paid, the cashier simply rounded up the amount without asking.

The pizza was delicious, with a crispy base and plenty of toppings. Nice atmosphere and great service. It's a bit of a shame for those who have to drive or don't drink alcohol that there's no alternative to grappa at the end.

We went to this restaurant for my birthday dinner after looking at the good rating and reviews. But, the food served there was very bad 👎. We ordered ravioli with prawns and a mushroom pizza. Both the dishes were very hard and dry. We felt as if they were taken out of the refrigerator, warmed up a bit, and served. The service was good but we were very disappointed with the food.

Yesterday we sat on the beautiful terrace – perfectly shaded by numerous parasols! We immediately felt at home thanks to the location and the service. We ordered a pasta plate for four people – it was gigantic! It looked wonderful, tasted delicious, and was more than plentiful! And the price is absolutely fair! I know why I've loved going to Da Gino for years!

We had a perfect evening here. The food was simply delicious and authentically Italian from start to finish. What really made the visit special, however, was the exceptionally warm and attentive service. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. We got here through the Schlemmerblock. Very nice and quick service in a well-kept atmosphere. We enjoyed the food (pizza, fish and pasta). There was a small starter beforehand and a grappa from the house at the end. We'd love to come back!

Despite a bad table, a successful evening Through the gourmet block we got the chance to try out the restaurant “Da Gino”. We had reserved in advance. When we arrived, the restaurant was already very full and we got a table, literally "in the last corner". A very bad place, especially for my partner, who couldn't see anything of the restaurant, just the wall. There was a loud table of six right next to us. Our bad mood because of the place was quickly improved by the courteous nature of the staff. These were really great and super nice. Before the meal we received delicious bruchetta as a greeting from the house and a grappa with the bill. The food was very good. We had "Scaloppine alla Gino" and "Grilled Sea Bream with Spaghetti Aglio Olio". Delicious! No distinction was made between “normal guests” and “guests with a gourmet block”. We have already experienced this in other locations.

We visited the restaurant for the first time today. The visit was worth it. The employees are nice and attentive. After we ordered, a greeting came from the kitchen, followed by our ordered dishes without delay. The taste was very good, the quantity was more than enough, in words, we didn't manage to do everything. Satisfied guests come back.

We ate here with the Schlemmerblock and I would like to briefly summarize the positive and negative: Positive: Food was delicious Staff was friendly The table was neatly set with cloth napkins - that's always a big plus for me Negative: Ambience not so nice - quite dark and a wooden panel was missing from the ceiling and you could basically see into the shell of the building. Furniture looks outdated. The wine fridge behind us, almost empty, just doesn't look nice - tip: put empty red wine bottles with screw caps in so that it looks full. Conclusion: Order yes. Eating in a restaurant, no.

The ambience of the restaurant is okay, but unfortunately it was quite noisy as the rooms inside are quite small. The service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food didn't really impress us. We had the Tortelloni al Burro e Salvia, but the portion was too small compared to the price and the sage was barely noticeable in taste. The tortelloni was okay, but overall not convincing. Another point of criticism is that the menu does not contain any labels for vegetarian or vegan dishes. This would save unnecessary questions.

The four of us ate at DaGino today. All 4 different dishes were very tasty. The waiter was very friendly and attentive and we had fun with him. The boss was also very friendly even though we were there with 2 gourmet blocks. We sat on the large terrace Most of it was covered. There was a small plate with olives and bruschetta and finally a grappa on the house. We had to park a little way away, but it wasn't a tragedy to walk a little bit after eating. We'll be back.
