Extremely tasty pizza, very friendly service

We were there spontaneously today and even though everything was reserved, we still managed to get a place for 4 people thanks to the friendly service. The service was nice, quick and attentive. The food was prepared quickly, was top notch and plentiful. We were very satisfied, praise to the team.

A truly recommended experience! The staff is extremely friendly and despite the size of the restaurant there is a cozy, family atmosphere. The service is quick, so you never have to wait long. The quality of the food is particularly noteworthy: the pizza is absolutely perfect - crispy base, fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. And all of this at a fair price.

After a break of at least 20 years, I was back to eat. I was welcomed like I was a regular and the calzone was outstanding. It definitely won't be long before I eat there again. Thank you again!

The food was super tasty. The service could have been better, but it was also a Saturday evening. They had their hands full there too. The ambience was quite good so far. We thought it was stupid that it was very loud.

This was my second time here and the quality was just as good as the first visit. The food was very tasty. I had the pizza with rocket and Parma ham again, this time in the small version, and the Salad Pastore (mixed salad with tuna and artichokes), also in the small version. Both tasted excellent. A small point of criticism: The Italian pizza was made with Gouda, which I don't know from Italy. Also, the onions in the salad were unfortunately a bit spicy. Overall, it was still a very tasty experience!

Yesterday the four of us ate at “Da Carlo” for the first time. This restaurant is absolutely recommended in all respects. Food was almost perfect. The antipasti misti were very tasty and freshly prepared, as were the crotini. The pizzas were the best we have eaten here in ages. The pizza maker knows what he's doing and even came to the table personally to check whether everything was okay, including a quick chat. The only criticism is that the white bread served seemed to be homemade, but I would have liked it to be a little crispier. However, it is certainly just a personal feeling. The service was very attentive, very nice and accommodating. Everything went very quickly, including the preparation and serving of the food, even though the restaurant was busy. Absolutely acceptable in terms of price. We will definitely come back!!!

We were at "da Carlo" at lunchtime last week and were thrilled. The pizza was simply delicious. The dough is nice and thin, perfectly baked and the topping is fresh and absolutely tasty. The prices are reasonable and the service is attentive.

Went to a hotel right next door for vacation and decided to eat there. We were warmly welcomed, shown straight to our table and after ordering, the food arrived in under 10 minutes. The food, in this case the carbonara, was excellent, I don't know the last time I had such good carbonara. In addition, the carbonara was very filling and therefore the price/performance ratio was excellent. I would eat there again any time.

Seat request 100% fulfilled after reservation by telephone. Four different dishes came to the table at the same time and were all extremely tasty! We felt very comfortable ! Visit yesterday again a highlight - ravioli excellent taste and then the excellent pizza scampi! Not only can you dine excellently there - you feel comfortable because you are not just a customer but a guest! Excellent quality, but carelessly prepared! Yes, we had the feeling - eat quickly and pay - a shame. We were there a few times and were happy - but the service must be fast forward - no! Satisfied customers are on the move - happy customers are coming back! On Saturday June 29th we were there again - excellent pizza scampi and before that there was a small, delicious salad in a nice atmosphere. We will be back!

Tolle Pizza und Pasta zu fairen Preisen. Wir hatten eine Pizza Tonno und die Pasta mit Pesto, einfach super lecker. Als Vorspeise hatten wir ein Carpaccio, welches ebenfalls einfach köstlich war. Der Service war prima und der Empfang herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Best scampi pizza I've eaten in a long time. The oyster mushrooms with accompanying vegetables were also top notch.

The food was very good, the only problem was that the crème brûlée was too runny. Service could be improved very much: only one side of the table was cleared, the main course was served but the starter was not covered, there was only a pizza knife for the fish, etc.

Excellent service! Very friendly, fast and competent. Unfortunately a bit too much cheese for my taste in the baked dishes. We eat here with 15 people every year and everyone gets their order at the same time and without errors!

We were a group of 12 people with a toddler! I always really appreciate child-friendly places! Despite the many guests, my little one was able to look into the pizza oven and get to know the waitress! There were many waiters present and the orders went smoothly! My friend also had her dog with her. After speaking to him, it becomes clear. Otherwise the food was great! You could taste that the noodles were homemade 😍 There were also vegetarian alternatives. Everyone was excited.

Was für ein Italiener! Der Italiener ist zwar ein Grieche aber offensichtlich mit italienischem Herz und ebensolchem Verstand verbunden mit einer immer rarer gewordenen Professionalität. Der Pizzabäcker ist tatsächlich Italiener und ein kulinarischer Gott an seinem Ofen. Desgleichen gilt für unsere andere Speisen und erst recht für die vortrefflich gekühlten Weine und sonstige Getränke. Wir hatten sogar Platz mit 2 Hunden, die aufmerksame Bedienung hatte Stil und Zeit für jeden unserer Wünsche und es ist ein Muß für einen gelungenen Abend in Bad Salzuflen.

We have been customers at Da Carlo for years and just celebrated my mother's 60th birthday there. I asked in advance to decorate the table a bit. When we arrived there were a few streamers on the table and we added the decorations accordingly with the things we had brought with us. I baked a small personalized cake for my birthday and brought it with me too. We were even allowed to keep this in cold storage and served it to us with dessert as a surprise for the birthday child. This is not a given and we were very happy about the opportunity! As always, the food was delicious and the service was courteous and quick. The mixed appetizer platter is to die for! At the end there was a schnapps on the house for the adults and a lolly for the child. We'll be back and this time - as always - we were very satisfied!

Hello, I ordered pizza to take away. Got a completely different one. Which is not on the menu.

We waited a long time for the order to be taken. The appetizer came before the drinks. The homemade ravioli with ricotta and spinach and sage butter was cold, unseasoned and had no sage flavor. We let them go back. We didn't have to pay, an apology came late and just barely. There was no compensation in the form of a schnapps, dessert or something similar.

Once again awesome. 🤤😋Only restaurant that has good knives for Parma ham. Until next time ✌🏼

Tasty Italian dishes, both pizzas and pasta dishes. Prices still acceptable. Therefore we even went there twice during our stay in Bad Salzuflen.

Wir haben heute das erste mal von Da Carlo Pizza für zu Hause bestellt. Alle Pizzen kalt gewesen. Der Brokkoli noch so hart, das die Kinder den nicht essen konnten. Null Geschmack. Hat sich absolut nicht gelohnt.

Wir waren übers Wochenende in der Stadt und suchten einen Italiener, im Netz fanden wir das Restaurant, super, Steinofen Pizza, netter und schneller Service und vor allem bezahlbar, die Pizza und die Vorspeisen ein Traum. Schade das Bremen so weit weg ist. Gerne wieder.

Sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Essen!!!

Wir hatten eine Vorspeise, einen Pizza und ein Nudelgericht. Vorspeise und die Nudeln waren echt klasse, muss ich ganz ehrlich sagen. Die Calzone war nichts besonderes, nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht besonders gut. Der Teig war nur zu brotig. Die Bedienung ausgesprochen gut, selten so freundliches Personal angetroffen.

Nich nur die Pizza schmeckt dort ausgezeichnet gut sondern auch die Salate! Ich kann *Insalata ai Filettini de Manzo* Salat empfehlen.

Super leckere Steifofen Pizza zu einem günstigen Preis. Sehr zu empfehlen :)

Der Gastraum ist modern eingerichtet, der offene Pizzaofen hat Charme und zeugt von Transparenz bei der Zubereitung. Die Zutaten sind frisch und das schmeckt man auch. Ich hatte Lachs mit Gemüse und Kartoffeln und es hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Hervorzuheben ist der ausgesprochen freundliche und herzliche Service. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen.
