The guest receives a truly Italian welcome and attentive service. The pizzas and pasta are excellent, as is the tiramisu. Simply delicious. The lively atmosphere is also typically Italian, but it's charming. A return visit is a must.

Nice little restaurant in the heart of Berchtesgaden. The service was very friendly and the pizza was perfect. The prices are also very fair for this area.

The food was fantastic! The spaghetti was perfectly cooked al dente, with wonderful herbs and a super fresh flavor—simply heavenly. And the pizza? Crispy crust, generous toppings, just like in Italy. The family loved it, and the service was friendly. I'll definitely be back.

After discovering this restaurant yesterday and spending a wonderful evening there, we went back today. Just like yesterday, we received a warm welcome, even though we hadn't made a reservation, which is certainly recommended. We were just lucky to get a table. The food was once again incredibly delicious, with fresh ingredients, finely seasoned, and perfectly balanced. The manager is fantastic, and the service staff are attentive and very, very friendly. We'd love to come back, and if this Italian restaurant were nearby, it would be our favorite.

Dined in here spontaneously with friends on a rainy day. The food and service was impeccable. The pasta was really authentic and so delicious. I finished off the feast with the Tiramisu which is also super tasty. Give it a try!

While other restaurants and outdoor areas were overcrowded, we managed to get a seat here even more easily. We were there on a Saturday and a Monday. The cake is made fresh daily, and if the pizza is too big for you, you can also get it halved for two people. The owner is super friendly and very engaging, with a touch of humor. Just what we like. The outside area is spacious, and there's plenty of room inside as well. The restrooms were always very clean during our visits. Highly recommended and many thanks.

Very good pizzas, really fantastic. The only small drawback is that they are a bit difficult to cut. The dough does not have a hardness or texture that, apparently, should make cutting difficult, but we could see that other diners did the same as us: pull it straight, make large pieces and wrap the pizza with their fingers. It is the knives, perhaps. This fact is purely anecdotal and does not cloud the evidence that the pizzas are made with quality ingredients and cooked properly, so the experience is totally positive. The service is attentive and friendly. When the weather is nice, it is appreciated to eat on the terrace, surrounded by the always lively atmosphere of Berchtesgaden.

The food was delicious and tasted as if only fresh ingredients had been used. The prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were also reasonable.

The owner is a very rude and arrogant person. I can safely say I was "kicked out" of the restaurant. I was there with my son – I was drinking coffee and mineral water, and the child was drinking cola. After 15 minutes, other people arrived for lunch, and she came to our table and said, "You're leaving fast." I said she was embarrassing me with that statement and that I felt so miserable that I didn't want to come back – to which she replied, "I DON'T CARE." I couldn't finish my drinks, paid, and left. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Extremely delicious food. The pizza was really good, and the feta cheese appetizer wasn't bad either. The staff and the atmosphere in the restaurant—especially towards tourists—is a bit unusual (but mostly friendly). It didn't bother us too much.

Unfortunately, on August 29, 2025, the manager was completely overwhelmed. It took forever to be served. What bothers me most is that there are too few dishes without garlic. Out of desperation, I ate a feta cheese, which wasn't enough. I won't be going there again.

Italian restaurant in Berchtesgaden with an inviting terrace and indoor area. The staff is unfriendly and overwhelmed. When we ordered, a stressed/questioning "OK" gave us the impression that we should order something else or nothing at all. Additionally, 20 cents of change was deducted from our cash payment without us mentioning that we wanted to keep it as a "tip." The table we sat at was dirty, and neither were the coasters for our drinks. The food was merely okay and nothing special.

The pepperoni pizza was ok. Not much flavor in the sauce and cheese. The farmers salad was good. The service is very challenging. If you want a menu, a fork, etc., the waitress is incredibly put out. You have to order very quick or she’ll move on past. There were plenty of food runners.

We didn't experience genuine Italian hospitality here on several occasions. It felt like a fast-food restaurant for tourists. The ambiance, both inside and outside, was uninviting, and the service wasn't friendly. The food quality was okay. Perhaps we were just there at the wrong time, or ordered the wrong thing, or we're setting standards too high; other reviewers obviously have a much better impression.

I ate there with my family three times this week. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend it.

Normally I don’t leave a review like this, but we have not even eaten here. We asked the slightly older woman if they had place for us and were answered with such a bad annoyed attitude: ‘look around yourself, how would I know’. After which she walked away without giving us any attention for minutes (except for the dirty looks we got).. Either you want the clients, or you don’t? Very bad vibes overall, also how I saw her treating other guests.

The food was excellent! The spaghetti con pesto genovese was a little bland but otherwise delicious, and the pizza margherita was also very tasty. The service was very rushed, but that meant the food arrived quickly!

I can understand the workload can be huge for one person, it's totally ok. But being rude is not ok. The waitress (blonde middle-aged woman) should have behaved better. Maybe it was not her day, maybe the job is not for her. Anyway, we resigned and walked out.

A nice restaurant in Berchtesgaden's pedestrian zone. The food was okay, though all of our dishes could have used a bit more flavor and seasoning. We were full, but it was definitely not a highlight. The drinks (Spritz) were very tasty, though.

Branka's is absolutely fantastic, what a lovely restaurant. The food and drinks are excellent quality and a competitive price. There's a good selection of pasta and pizza choices on the menu and a great selection of drinks. I can recommend the bolognese pizza and the local Berchtesgaden beer ! Onto the host herself Branka ! She's genuinely a lovely person who couldn't do enough to make our visit a pleasure. I watched her work her magic with the guests and she's an amazing hostess with energy ! The restaurant was soon full and a lot of this is down to her and her staff. Very friendly but also courteous and professional. Definitely the friendliest restaurant in Berchtesgaden!

Great evening with fantastic live music. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The owner is extremely attentive to her guests and had a table set up especially for us so we could eat there. We had bruschetta con pomodoro, a farmer's salad, and the pizza dalmacija – all delicious and highly recommended. Conclusion: Attentive service, beautiful music, and delicious food = a great evening! 👍🏻🎶🍕

We ate here twice, once in October of 2024 and again in late May of this year. The pizza was great, and the service was even better. Very friendly and just a cozy place to relax and enjoy a meal either inside the restaurant or out on the sidewalk. Would certainly go again if ever in the area.

The service was abysmal, and the food wasn't restaurant-quality. Don't go there! Service issues: 1. Received warm glasses for cold drinks. 2. Received dirty napkins. 3. After my food arrived, my partner had to wait another 5 minutes for her food, and then we had to wait again for the forgotten Parmesan cheese and the correct cutlery. 4. Everything else took an eternity. The waiter yawned with his mouth open while serving beer. ... It was simply awful. Food: 1. Spaghetti Carbonara with cream and cooked ham in an Italian restaurant... The sauce was bland, the pasta was cheap, and the salmon was tasteless and there was very little of it. 2. The Napoli pizza was uninspired and not particularly convincing for the price. The size was okay, but the pizza was far too salty.

I can highly recommend Branka, we were there 4 times during our holiday week, that alone speaks for itself. The owner and her staff are so caring and friendly, you feel like you are at home with friends. The dishes were all delicious and the prices are normal.

Service very unfriendly. Mozart cup is a disgrace. 1 scoop of chocolate, 1 pistachio, 1 straciadella. 1 half strawberry and 1 waffle. There is plenty of garnish on the menu. What does this have to do with Mozart? Pistachio ice cream??? If I had ordered 3 balls individually, it would have been over 3 euros cheaper. Pure rip-off. Not recommended.

I had breakfast there. The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pizza was good for the price. However, the Caprese salad was a bit pricey. Overall, I can say that the restaurant is a good choice for pizza.

Everything is always great with Branka

I made the mistake of assuming there were restaurants open in Berchtesgaden in non peak season past 10pm. Me and my partner had eaten all day, and were desperately trying to find a bite to eat. I saw that the light was still on in the kitchen, and the lady inside was just locking up, so I tried my luck and asked if anything was available. Despite just finishing cleaning up the kitchen, the lady took pity on me and cooked two portions of Spaghetti Arabia. The food was fresh, tasty, perfectly seasoned and generous. Stopped here spontaneously, got a table straight away, was served friendly and quickly. Price-performance ratio fits. The pizza funghi and spaghetti with basil pesto were very tasty. We would love to come back on our next vacation.

The service was very bad. The food was way too salty and the potatoes in the steak were spoiled. The waiters were impatient. In short, if you want to experience salty food, poor service and possibly spoiled food then feel free to go there.

What we ate was simply perfect, super tasty. Bruschetta three ways (tre) and spaghetti with scampi. Once again, big compliments to the chef!!! Haven't had such a good meal at an Italian restaurant in a long time. Clear recommendation.

As far as Italian restaurants I have ever eaten, the taste of this one is not authentic, but it is still delicious. I ordered the pesto pasta with pesto sauce, and I felt that the taste was completely supported by the cheese and there was no pesto sauce. The service was also very casual, and I brought the tableware myself. But overall it's not bad and I enjoyed the meal. The food is not expensive, but the drinks are a little pricey.

Delicious pizzas and many vegetarian choices

Three of us went for dinner today - the good reviews brought us there. We were not disappointed, both the service and the food were excellent. I can't say what the inside looks like, but the outside area is really nice. We even survived a short thunderstorm there with just a few drops :-) Particularly noteworthy was our starter, shrimps in garlic with homemade bread - super tasty! The main courses were all delicious too, Piccata Milanese, tagliatelle with turkey breast strips and spaghetti with prawns. Tiramisu for dessert - also really great. We were also impressed by the boss and the service: everyone was very nice, friendly and very attentive. We just felt very comfortable, so I absolutely recommend it!!

We stopped here for dinner today after a trip to Königssee. Even though we didn't make a reservation, we got a table within a very short time. The very committed waitress (boss?) had everything under control with her girls and always had an overview. We were served very quickly and friendly. The pizzas we ordered (Diavolo and Dalmacija) were tasty and well topped. All in all, highly recommended! 👍

It is a great place to find vegetarian options in a Bavarian town. Prices are very good compared to quality. We have ordered funghi pizza and a small salad for two, the salmon with tagliatelle and bbq burger were super good too. Quick and kind service

Great food. We got the steak salad, salmon pasta, prosciutto pizza, a beer, and coke. Total came out to 66 euro or $73.94 tip included. Good value. Only downside are the smokers outside.

Amazing food and fast service, even when the restaurant was full. We had bruschette x 2, the roastbeef salad, pizza diavola, and pasta arrabiata and drinks. For desert we all went for tiramisu and it was one of the best I've had in a long time (it's our favourite and we normally order it, but more often than not we are disappointed 😔. But this one truly delivered 🤤). The live music on the other side of the street (we were seated outside) only made things better. All in all, it was a great experience and we'll gladly be back!
