What an incredible restaurant in this beautiful town in the Bavarian Alps.

Great evening with fantastic live music. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The owner is extremely attentive to her guests and had a table set up especially for us so we could eat there. We had bruschetta con pomodoro, a farmer's salad, and the pizza dalmacija – all delicious and highly recommended. Conclusion: Attentive service, beautiful music, and delicious food = a great evening! 👍🏻🎶🍕

Original Italian cuisine, original Italian boss, friendly staff, very good food, great restaurant, always happy to go back

We ate here twice, once in October of 2024 and again in late May of this year. The pizza was great, and the service was even better. Very friendly and just a cozy place to relax and enjoy a meal either inside the restaurant or out on the sidewalk. Would certainly go again if ever in the area.

Great pizza at reasonable prices, delicious ice cream and as a bonus, nice staff who understand Czech. Definitely worth a visit. I recommend 👍 PS: The lemon water is really very lemony 😊

A highlight of our time in Berchtesgaden. Food was terrific from appetizers to dessert. We loved it all. Restaurant was busy, but service was still great! Highly recommend.

The service was abysmal, and the food wasn't restaurant-quality. Don't go there! Service issues: 1. Received warm glasses for cold drinks. 2. Received dirty napkins. 3. After my food arrived, my partner had to wait another 5 minutes for her food, and then we had to wait again for the forgotten Parmesan cheese and the correct cutlery. 4. Everything else took an eternity. The waiter yawned with his mouth open while serving beer. ... It was simply awful. Food: 1. Spaghetti Carbonara with cream and cooked ham in an Italian restaurant... The sauce was bland, the pasta was cheap, and the salmon was tasteless and there was very little of it. 2. The Napoli pizza was uninspired and not particularly convincing for the price. The size was okay, but the pizza was far too salty.

A very bad experience. The waiter was rude and unprofessional. Although the door stated that the restaurant was open until 11:00 PM, we were kicked out at 10:30 PM – without any explanation. Definitely not a place I would recommend!

I can highly recommend Branka, we were there 4 times during our holiday week, that alone speaks for itself. The owner and her staff are so caring and friendly, you feel like you are at home with friends. The dishes were all delicious and the prices are normal.

Service very unfriendly. Mozart cup is a disgrace. 1 scoop of chocolate, 1 pistachio, 1 straciadella. 1 half strawberry and 1 waffle. There is plenty of garnish on the menu. What does this have to do with Mozart? Pistachio ice cream??? If I had ordered 3 balls individually, it would have been over 3 euros cheaper. Pure rip-off. Not recommended.

I had breakfast there. The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pizza was good for the price. However, the Caprese salad was a bit pricey. Overall, I can say that the restaurant is a good choice for pizza.

Amazing food, like really the best I’ve had Italian wise in a while. Served was fun and knew English. Cozy little place for sure.

I made the mistake of assuming there were restaurants open in Berchtesgaden in non peak season past 10pm. Me and my partner had eaten all day, and were desperately trying to find a bite to eat. I saw that the light was still on in the kitchen, and the lady inside was just locking up, so I tried my luck and asked if anything was available. Despite just finishing cleaning up the kitchen, the lady took pity on me and cooked two portions of Spaghetti Arabia. The food was fresh, tasty, perfectly seasoned and generous. A big thank you to Ristorante Da Branka for the amazing food and generosity. God Bless 🙏

If you want an alternative to hearty Bavarian food, you will be treated to very well-prepared pumpkin soup and roast beet salad. Super tasty

We went for pizza with three Konders and were very satisfied.

Food was very good 👍 the service was very quick. Everything was served for 3 people at the same time. There was plenty of pizza for everyone. Drinks well chilled. The restaurant itself made a clean impression. The service was attentive and asked several times whether everything was OK and to your satisfaction. The payment process was quick and uncomplicated. Like last year, we were with Branka and her team on New Year's Eve. Everything was perfect from A to Z. We went there 3 times a week on holiday. The table for New Year's Eve 25/26 has of course already been reserved. 😊 Until then, we wish you all the best... Florian & Susanne

Best restaurant in Berchtesgaden

Stopped here spontaneously, got a table straight away, was served friendly and quickly. Price-performance ratio fits. The pizza funghi and spaghetti with basil pesto were very tasty. We would love to come back on our next vacation.

The service was very bad. The food was way too salty and the potatoes in the steak were spoiled. The waiters were impatient. In short, if you want to experience salty food, poor service and possibly spoiled food then feel free to go there.

The attitude was very bad, and the potato in the dish was spoiled. I took it away and replaced it with another potato. There was no apology.

It's all a bit chaotic but somehow it fits 👍 we had a really good meal here 👍 the boss was very friendly 👍👍👍 we'd love to come by again when we're there 👍👍👍👍👍

What we ate was simply perfect, super tasty. Bruschetta three ways (tre) and spaghetti with scampi. Once again, big compliments to the chef!!! Haven't had such a good meal at an Italian restaurant in a long time. Clear recommendation.

As far as Italian restaurants I have ever eaten, the taste of this one is not authentic, but it is still delicious. I ordered the pesto pasta with pesto sauce, and I felt that the taste was completely supported by the cheese and there was no pesto sauce. The service was also very casual, and I brought the tableware myself. But overall it's not bad and I enjoyed the meal. The food is not expensive, but the drinks are a little pricey.

Really very tasty pasta, you can even watch it being prepared. The service was also excellent.

Delicious pizzas and many vegetarian choices

Three of us went for dinner today - the good reviews brought us there. We were not disappointed, both the service and the food were excellent. I can't say what the inside looks like, but the outside area is really nice. We even survived a short thunderstorm there with just a few drops :-) Particularly noteworthy was our starter, shrimps in garlic with homemade bread - super tasty! The main courses were all delicious too, Piccata Milanese, tagliatelle with turkey breast strips and spaghetti with prawns. Tiramisu for dessert - also really great. We were also impressed by the boss and the service: everyone was very nice, friendly and very attentive. We just felt very comfortable, so I absolutely recommend it!!

It is a great place to find vegetarian options in a Bavarian town. Prices are very good compared to quality. We have ordered funghi pizza and a small salad for two, the salmon with tagliatelle and bbq burger were super good too. Quick and kind service

We stopped here for dinner today after a trip to Königssee. Even though we didn't make a reservation, we got a table within a very short time. The very committed waitress (boss?) had everything under control with her girls and always had an overview. We were served very quickly and friendly. The pizzas we ordered (Diavolo and Dalmacija) were tasty and well topped. All in all, highly recommended! 👍

Great food. We got the steak salad, salmon pasta, prosciutto pizza, a beer, and coke. Total came out to 66 euro or $73.94 tip included. Good value. Only downside are the smokers outside.

Amazing food and fast service, even when the restaurant was full. We had bruschette x 2, the roastbeef salad, pizza diavola, and pasta arrabiata and drinks. For desert we all went for tiramisu and it was one of the best I've had in a long time (it's our favourite and we normally order it, but more often than not we are disappointed 😔. But this one truly delivered 🤤). The live music on the other side of the street (we were seated outside) only made things better. All in all, it was a great experience and we'll gladly be back!

We went to Da Branka for pizza and were satisfied. The pizzas were very tasty. The restaurant is nicely designed. The service was friendly, we had to wait a bit because the lady was alone, but all in all it went well. Price performance was absolutely right.

The food was decent. The service was very poor. They advertise that they can accommodate vegan or gluten-free but when I asked for a menu item to be vegan I was basically shamed by the waiter/owner because what I was ordering was not real food. All I had asked was for the sauce to be put on the side and this seemed too much for her and unacceptable according to her definition of a meal. The night before we ate just a few doors down at Einkehr and had a fabulous experience and wish we had just gone back there instead.

Super great and tastefully decorated ristorante. Delicious food and drink at absolutely fair prices. And now the highlight for us: This is the boss herself. You can tell that she runs this business with heart. She is at the start every day and also takes care of her guests. Her humor, even when the restaurant is full, cannot be topped. Just lovely. We really took her to our hearts. What is left to say ? We give it 5 stars with a very clear recommendation.

Very nice restaurant in the heart of the center. The boss and the waitress were very attentive and friendly. The boss is also very amusing and has a great sense of humor. Nice restaurant for a bit of Italian food. Ordered a Salmon spaghetti which was great. They allow you to choose between a smaller or a larger portion which varies in price. The atmosphere and environment of the place are generally very nice. I believe they can even charge a higher price overall, which means that the price they have now is very reasonable.

Ate ice cream on the terrace. Great ice cream sundaes, beautifully presented, big enough and very tasty!

Unfortunately I can only give it five stars. Food is really great. Service very professional. Everyone who comes to Berchtesgaden should/must just stop there. Were there several times. Even when it is full, you will receive courteous and friendly service. We immediately felt very comfortable.

Breakfast was great but pizzeria no longer!!! We had breakfast at Dabranka 2 months ago with the Book Salzburg voucher. The breakfast was absolutely amazing - as the photo shows!! For this reason, we went to the pizzeria with friends yesterday with the second voucher. What was annoying was that because of a few guests sitting outside with winter jackets, the front door was always open, which made it extremely cold and uncomfortable in the restaurant. As a starter I had an onion soup that was absolutely tasteless and I had to add a lot of salt - so there was no sign of seasoning the food!!! Did the cook have no salt in the house or didn't he care??? But it wasn't just me!!! There were 4 of us and EACH OF US got tasteless food!!! (1x pizza, 1x spagetti, 2x tagliatelle) There was no trace of gorgonzola in the tagliatelle either visually or in taste!! It was just a cream sauce, nothing more!! Each of the 4 of us had to add salt and parmesan to make it somewhat palatable. Have breakfast again at any time - but no longer in the pizzeria!!

Another really nice evening in a cozy atmosphere and really nice service and great chefs. It was super tasty. Any extra requests would also be fulfilled. And 1000000 points in your quiet place you rarely see such a clean toilet. Everything just fits, we definitely recommend you and come back. 😻😊💐

Wow, how delicious were the mussels in white wine sauce! My wife had a Pizza Regina and she also loved it. The restaurant is very stylishly furnished and well maintained, as are the sanitary facilities (NEW, packaged tampons and pads in the women's toilet). The kitchen is partly openly integrated into the dining room and can be seen, which means that you can experience the sizzling and simmering live, which really whets your appetite. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity for a restaurant in this location and can only be recommended. Where there is light, there is also shadow and so we unfortunately noticed that the boss had a very unpleasant tone towards her employees, even though she, like the boss herself, was very attentive, friendly and tried hard towards the guests. If you have to/want to reprimand your employees, then you shouldn't do it in such a way that the guests notice. We really felt sorry for the employee. Especially in times when dedicated waiters are no longer waiting for a job on every corner, you should put more effort into your employees. We are certain that we will visit Berchtesgaden and “Da Branka” again, hopefully with a typically Italian, loving and family atmosphere among the employees.

Very friendly service and great food for an absolutely fair price! The owner is always in a good mood. Both the pasta dishes and the pizzas are recommended. They are one of the only restaurants open here on Mondays. The service is always great. If you feel like going out during the week, Da Branka is definitely worth it!

We ate the pizza with shrimp. We enjoyed it. The homemade tiramisu was delicious. The espresso was really very good.

Über das Essen kann ich nichts sagen, hatten nur Cappuccino und Tiramisu (Portion Tiramisu € 7,-!!!!! Preise standen nicht angeschrieben!, für Auskunft war keine Zeit), die Teller sahen aber ansprechend und lecker aus. Was ich aber erwähnen möchte und hoffe, hiermit an die Chefin zu appellieren: Der außerordentlich und auffallend unfreundliche Umgang mit dem Personal. Zu den Gästen war die Chefin in italienischer Manier freundlich. Die Angestellten waren alle bemüht und freundlich obwohl die Chefin nur herumkommandierte und von A nach B schickte, wo sie gerade selber an den Tischen war, selber in der Küche mit hantierte, sodass die Köchin nicht mehr wusste ob sie vorne oder hinten rum laufen sollte. Die Chefin war so im Stress, obwohl im Lokal alle Gäste gut versorgt wurden und keine Hektik der Gäste war, dass sie alles gleichzeitig und selber machen wollte und nicht bemerkte, dass ihr Personal zum Unterstützen da gewesen wäre. <br> Das hat die Atmosphäre im Lokal sehr ungemütlich gemacht 😞

Vom Essen leider sehr enttäuscht (Pizza)

Bosna am Stand vom Weihnachtsmarkt gegessen, eine Wurst im Brötchen, extrem viel Senf/Zwiebelaufstrich und das in einem trockenen Brötchen. Schmeckt an anderen Ständen besser.

Sehr lecker und Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schönes Ambiente. Mit einer Reklamation wurde super umgegangen.

Highlight dieses Restaurants ist neben dem Essen ganz klar die Bedienung durch die Chefin: Nach unserer Reservierung am Nachmittag, wurden wir am Abend freundlich begrüßt und an unseren Tisch geleitet. Der Service war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. :-) Die Pizzen sind raffinierter belegt als anderswo. Die Vorspeisen und Salate lecker angemacht und drapiert.
