A fantastic Italian restaurant in Berchtesgaden. Large serving sizes and probably the best cup of coffee we've had since arriving in Germany a week ago. You can eat inside or on the terrace with a great view across the road.

The pastas were excellent. Highly recommended. Unfortunately we only got one drink and no one responded to our empty glasses. Therefore a star deduction, would have liked to drink more.

We enjoyed our pizza so much for lunch we decided to come back for dinner. Pizza was large and very authentic. For dinner, both tomato and mushroom soups were rich and creamy. Ham and mushroom tortellini and lasagne were also authentic and delicous. Top marks for our experience!

The mussels in white wine sauce and the arugula steak salad were excellent. After arriving we realized we weren't as hungry as we thought due to late lunch elsewhere in town previously. Thus, only ordered the aforementioned dishes. That said, atmosphere is lively and active and the service was good despite how busy the restaurant was. Our waiter was very good at his job.

Good Italian with reasonable prices. The pizzas were really big and tasty. Bruschetta was good as a starter. Tiramisu too. Staff attentive and the incorrectly delivered water was replaced immediately without any problems. Gladly again.

Very nice shop with a great atmosphere and very good food. Quite centrally located in beautiful Berchtesgaden. We've been here a few times and each time it was very good hospitality 👍🏻 very friendly staff and super delicious food. It's worth stopping by here after a hike through Berchtesgadener Land.

Some time ago the three of us had dinner there and sat in the dining room. When we wanted to pay they hardly acknowledged us! After a quarter of an hour we ordered two more grappas from the waiter, who frantically came past our table. We didn't get this or the bill... More and more guests arrived outside and were immediately served with the menu as well as drinks and food. After a total of three quarters of an hour (calculating from the time we first asked to pay) we got up and decided to leave the restaurant. But it was fair enough to tell the waiters at the front door! Normally we could have just left! Then “our” waiter became cheeky and complained to us that we could see what was going on here! But that's no reason to completely ignore guests who want to pay for almost an hour! We then paid at the front door, so to speak between the door and the hinge and so in the way that no one could get in or out. An absolutely unfriendly shop that will certainly never see me again!

The best pasta any of us have ever had. We came in without a booking and the owner personally served us. The pasta dishes were so incredible that we immediately made a reservation for the next night as well (which did not disappoint). By far the best pasta we’ve had even after many trips through Italy. This place really is a cut above, authentic, and exceptional and the owner was awesome as were the other staff.

Gives the Italian atmosphere, everything is very delicious and the view is beautiful :)

Went there for the first time today and we didn't regret it. The pizzas were both just great. We were even able to sit outside on the terrace under the heater. Please no objections about climate killers now. Although it was very busy, the food came in a reasonable time.

***Very good Italian with a fine blade and a cozy atmosphere*** We opened up here on a Thursday evening in the very busy restaurant. The furnishings are modern and very comfortable. After a short wait, the waiter came and took our order - the drinks and food arrived after a short time. I had the Linguine Pescatore, which tasted very good and was lavishly prepared with fine ingredients. The dessert (tiramisu) was also very tasty, as you would expect from a good Italian restaurant 😋😋 The bottom line is a very clear recommendation 👍👍👍

During my two-week trip to Germany and Switzerland, the food was a bit scary. This restaurant was really the salvation of the whole trip. The pasta was fragrant and elastic but not greasy. The pizza was generous in portion and the ingredients were perfectly seasoned and not greasy. The ramisu is the best I have ever tasted in my life. This restaurant is so delicious that I came back for a second visit at noon the day after dinner. I recommend that visitors to the town stop eating German food and come to this restaurant.

Noodles weren't really seasoned and for 4 shrimps 12 euros extra I think it's a shame... a shame

Went there twice during our vacation. Really good! Service very pleasant, not intrusive! Of course, when it got fuller it took a while but that's completely okay! Only people who always try to please you work there too... Both times we were more than at peace. Pizza was great, very big and really fresh. The appetizer plate was also very tasty! If we are in the area again we would love to come back!!

To keep it short... It wasn't so great there. I can't say anything about the food, it didn't get that far. When it comes to service, I couldn't recommend this restaurant more highly.

Yesterday we enjoyed a very tasty meal on the outdoor terrace. The only downer that evening was the service: the employees were consistently friendly, but the waiting times became unpleasant. We would certainly have liked to have consumed twice as many drinks as possible. To date, I have never left a restaurant thirsty.

So, with this Italian everything is just right. You should just make a reservation or go there and then come back, perhaps after a walk. Good luck

I'm sorry for deducting 1 star. Everything is really great. Service friendly and quick. Pizza very big and also very fast. But what I complain about throughout Berchtesgadener Land are the prices.

The food was good. But the wait was forever. We've already waited 20 minutes for the menu. It took at least 20 minutes for the food to be ordered again. It took a very long time for the food to even come. And we had to ask twice to pay after no one came after half an hour. Payment was only made after 45 minutes. We won't go there again.

Beautiful restaurant, a little away from the center! Nice terrace to relax outside. We were in Berchtesgaden for a week and in this restaurant 4 times, that says it all! Delicious pizzas (quite large), local beer (Brauhaus Berchtegaden) 😋, everything is on offer here. The boss is a kind-hearted, hospitable, I would almost say friend! He made every football broadcast of the European Championship possible for us, even though it's not that popular in town! Thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend here! 👍

You can expect, working backwards from the dessert we just shared: Tiramisu without the Amaretto, vanilla eis mit schokokuchen where it’s basically half a scoop of vanilla ice cream, overcooked ‘boring’ salmon with a few vegetables and a plain sauce, pizza was alright but with not much cheese or toppings on it, and an apfelschorle where they skimp out on the apple juice so it’s mostly sparkling water… Service very good. But looks like they’re trying to cut corners with their food. We won’t come here again.

Were there today, it was very full...it took 1.5 hours for the starter. Waited, you could have said, since it's full, it could take a long time, but it didn't come, when the bruschetta came, the bread was cold, carelessly prepared, as was my side salad...waited another half hour for the main course "The liver was a very small portion for the money, my tagliatelle was luke warm..... there was an apology, all the drinks were gone, but something like that shouldn't happen, you should talk to the guests if it can take a long time...

We were there on Saturday evening at 6 p.m., so there was a lot going on, but the waiting time was still reasonable. Both pizzas were very good and the portions were generous. A tiramisu as a dessert for two was just fine. I would come back.

We got something there for the first time today, a total of nine meals for €95.70! The price would have been quite good if the food had tasted somewhat. See pictures loveless, bland and overcooked, bottom drawer in terms of taste! Arabiata was tomato sauce with chili without any heat. The salad was unwashed and rotten, I've never experienced anything like that. Pizza simply folded up and served big or die... I've even had better food in an Italian tourist trap. Don't know where the 4.5 stars come from... Either all of them have a bad taste or they bought it, but you absolutely can't expect people to have that kind of stuff! If we hadn't all been so hungry after a hard day at work, we would have brought the stuff back. In conclusion, once and never again!

We arrived just as the restaurant was about to close after a very long drive so we were very grateful for being allowed to sit and eat. One pizza and one pasta ordered and eaten along with some beer. Kitchen closed so no dessert but a pleasant meal.

Ate lasagna. No, I don't have to have it anymore 🙈 too much dry pasta and far too little sauce. Sticky mush. Also had no taste. Was very disappointed. 1. I recommend that you become more informed. At Captain Iglo there is no lasagna, only fish 🤦🏼‍♂️ 2. why I ate? I was hungry and I'm someone who doesn't like to waste food. 3. Ask Mrs. K. how her lasagne tasted. She'll talk to her about it later. Where is your old REVIEW, should I order from Captain Iglo instead? As a good owner, you should also be able to take criticism. Everyone has the right to express their opinion whether the food was good or not so good. And I wasn't the only one who didn't rate the lasagne so well.

Nix außergewöhnliches aber ordentliche Preise. Pizza mit Spargel und Garnelen aktuell knapp 16Euro. Darauf waren !! 2 (zwei) in der Länge halbierte Stangen Spargel und 2 ( zwei) Garnelen mit Schale. Dazu viel Rucola damit es mehr aussieht. Ne teure Margarita!!! Leute, geht mal nach Eugendorf in die Pizzeria am Kreisel und bestellt ne Garnelenpizza.. da sind mehr als 15 Garnelen drauf plus Rucula zu ähnlichem Preis. Wie das wohl geht. Komme als Einheimischer nicht wieder hierher. Getränke 4,60 das Glas. Ähnlich überteuert wie überall.

When the shop is full, the food sometimes takes a while to arrive, but that's not a problem for me since I come from the catering industry myself. On the weekend I would either make a reservation or just bring some time with me. The food tasted great every time, I can especially recommend the spaghetti pomodoro.

We were there for the third time today. It was just great, the pizza was awesome and today I had the best spaghetti aglio I've ever had.

I didn't arrive until 2 p.m. on Saturday. The kitchen should close soon. However, the nice host said, no problem, take a seat, you'll still get something. The pizza was perfect, large portion, and the salad was very tasty. The atmosphere inside is very cozy. Unfortunately the terrace seats were already occupied. The weather was wonderful that day. Tolles Essen, schnelle Bedienung und moderne Einrichtung

Wir waren dort zum Mittagessen und hatten jeweils eine Pizza + Getränke und zwei Kaffee. Die Pizza war sehr gut gewesen! Der Teig, dünn und lecker so wie der Belag nicht triefend vor Fett/Öl. Genau so muss Pizza! Preise sind gut und der Service schnell und freundlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder sofern wir wieder in Berchtesgaden sind.

Das beste Restaurant in Berchtesgaden! Erinnerungen an den Urlaub 2020 in Berchtesgaden führten am 2. Urlaubstag in die L'Osteria al Parco. Und wir wurden erneut mit einem rundum Wohlfühlpaket versorgt. Alle Mitarbeitende - insbesondere der Chef - sind sehr aufmerksam und in jeder Hinsicht kundenorientiert. Einfach Top! Die Speisen sind ein Geschmackserlebnis für den Gaumen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist, dass die Küche mit viel Knoblauch arbeitet, was beim Berichterstatter für große Freude sorgte! Nachdem die Begleitung des Berichterstatters durch einen Unfall die weiteren Tage incl. OP im Krankenhaus verweilen musste, entschied sich der Berichterstatter, die Folgetage jeden Abend in der L'Osteria al Parco einzukehren. Dem Chef vom Unfall der Gattin berichtet, zeigte dieser sich sichtlich bewegt und fragte täglich nach dem Gesundheitszustand mit lieben Genesungswünschen. Das ganze Flair der L'Osteria al Parco und die liebevolle Art aller Mitarbeitenden ließen die drei Tage des Alleinspeisen nicht ganz so schwer fallen. Fazit: Speisen = 1A!!! Getränke = 1A!!! Ambiente = 1A!!! Service = 1A!!! Lieben Dank!!!

Sehr schöne Osteria. Stilvolles Ambiente und angemessene Preise. Ich hatte eine leckere Pizza Calzone und einen Lambrusco der nicht zu lieblich war. Der schnelle und feindliche Service hat alles toll abgerundet.

Im Rahmen unserer E-Bike Tour waren wir am Abend in der Osteria al Parco zum Essen. Der Wirt hatte uns recht schnell einen Platz zugewiesen. Das Restaurant füllte sich sehr schnell. Daher mussten wir über eine halbe Stunde auf das Essen warten. Was grenzwertig, aber noch OK ist. Der Geschmack der Pizza war sehr gut. Boden für meinen Geschmack etwas dünn. Aber das ist eben Geschmackssache. Preis für die Hauptspeise im Rahmen. Was allerdings gar nicht geht, ist der Preis für die Nachspeise. Eine Kugel Eis und ein Schoko-"Küchlein" sind mit 9,50 € völlig überteuert. Selbst die Hälfte des Preises wäre hier noch zu viel. Darüber sollte man sich als Gastgeber nochmal Gedanken machen. Ansonsten kann ich die Osterie al Parco durchaus empfehlen.

This restaurant was recommended to us by the folk at the Kempinski hotel in Berchtesgaden where we were staying. We dined one evening out on the terrace, under the heaters, eating pasta and sipping chianti and gazing up into the magnificent mountains that surround the old town. We had such a lovely evening, we rebooked for another evening and enjoyed the same again. Ravioli , green salad and a glass of chianti. Two memorable evenings. Just one word of advice. This place is very popular, so it might be wise to book a table ahead of any visit.

Salatdressing war sehr sauer. Cabonara war einfach nur eine Sahneplörre. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass da weder Ei noch Käse drin war, hat nach garnichts geschmeckt. Nachtisch war gut! Service etwas langsam aber freundlich.

我們在出國旅遊前就看了評價不錯的L’ Osterhase al Parco 餐廳，在上午去完冰洞參觀後，趕過去吃中餐；東西好吃（不管麵或者披薩），餐點上菜迅速，服務品質也好，雖然有一個餐點看起來漏點而晚上菜，但不影響我們對餐廳評價；是我本次歐洲出遊最愛的餐廳，未來希望有機會在訪。

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit spitzen Service, obwohl zwei Bedingungen den großen Laden allein rocken mussten behielten sie Übersicht und gute Laune. Die Pizza war riesig und äußerst schmackhaft, leider aber nicht zu schaffen. Wenn ich wieder in der Nähe bin gehe sofort wieder dort essen.
