Great atmosphere in the restaurant. You actually feel like you're on vacation. Service friendly, courteous and fast. The Lillet Berry tastes excellent, the seeds behind the bar know their craft. Spaghetti Carbonara was to die for! When I asked, I even got a few that seemed to be fresh :) my friend's pizza was also great! The chicken is fresh and tender! I would come back here for rehab just for this Italian :D

The food where we were there was just mediocre. But service and ambience were very good. And price was reasonable too.

We were here for a class reunion. The service was slow. Once we had the drinks we were able to order food. The food was good. Things were slow with the drinks. At 10:30 p.m. we were all asked to pay. There were about 20 of us who were thrown out the door at 11 p.m. It's a shame that no exception is made.

We are here right now and are super satisfied. Food was really tasty and came very quickly. Super nice service. Even when it comes to payment, everything is possible, the first time we heard that you can pay in the restaurant yourself with Paypal. No children's dishes, but we were here with our little mouse and all pasta dishes can be made into a children's portion. We are thrilled and would love to come back.

We were just passing through today. The Ristorante Castello was an option. Oh dear, they were fully booked. We were still offered a place. We were grateful to the friendly service for that alone. And then the food came. A PLEASURE! THANK YOU for the delicious meal. We can highly recommend the Ristorante!

I'm really shocked about the food, which absolutely doesn't taste good anymore. It used to be better and very tasty. I had food that the previous person probably didn't want. Never again. The seating area was disgustingly dirty with a view of the storage truck next to the entrance door where there were rest and flies buzzing around. I'm very disappointed 😞never again my child ate once and told mom the noodles tasted like they were from the day before yesterday, totally disgusting and slimy

Excellent, we have been here every time we travel from Hamburg to Gräfenhainichen for the last five years. This restaurant is one of the few restaurants, like the Delta Bistro in Hamburg, which has always excelled in service and cuisine. Beef fillet, pepper sauce and fries (number 94) is simply fantastic.

We had dinner with you as a team at the end of August. Our order for drinks was taken quickly and when they were brought we were able to order our food and everything was ok. When it started to get dark and we still didn't have any food and we had been sitting on dry land for a long time. After 1.5 hours we asked about our food. The condition that also took our order said she would take a look straight away. Then the temporary help was sent to our table and apologized to us: "She hasn't been doing this for so long, the food is being prepared." She was deeply embarrassed and had tears in her eyes, probably because she wasn't the one at all took our order! Unfortunately we still haven't been asked for any new drinks. Everything seemed very disorganized and tense within the employees. When our food finally came after almost 2 hours, we were able to order something to drink upon request. We then waited another 20 minutes. When we wanted to ask at the counter, the drinks were just coming out... but this didn't stop me from expressing my displeasure with the behavior of the first waitress. Unfortunately, the boss was no longer in the house. How can you assign tasks to a temporary employee who hasn't been with the company long that you don't even control! The service wasn't very consistent, but the temporary help also apologized. The whole evening was a disaster, the food was ok but the price wasn't justified. There is one star for the service for the temporary help because she took care of it and continued to work confidently. It's a shame that she has to gain her first experiences in working life like this.

Yesterday we ordered pizza there again after a long time...unfortunately the price-performance ratio there is no longer right! The pizzas were hardly filled and arrived cold after 1 hour. I find thin dough very tasty. But it was so thin that you didn't know how to eat the pizza. I'm not a big eater, but I was still hungry after 1 pizza for around €16. Taste was ok. For that price I can eat out at a restaurant and be full. The journey also costs extra. I will carefully consider ordering there again.

We went here for dinner for my mother-in-law's birthday. The food is really tasty but unfortunately over 2 hours of waiting is just too much. And you don't see anyone during that time. I'm happy for the restaurant that it's well attended, but when the food came we weren't hungry anymore. Too bad. If it could do more, it's no use at all.

Very cozy restaurant where you can sit outside in the summer. The food is delicious, the service is quick and friendly. There is a star deduction for the prices, which I find quite high for a small town.

On August 14th, 2024 (after 12) we had pizza (goat cream cheese, mozzarella, pepperoni salani). It was really great. And I had an antipasti plate with everything the ❤️ could desire. Very, very tasty, very friendly cellar clerk (alone). If we visit again, we'll be happy to take a look again.

This Italian restaurant is always a tip in this area. In summer you can sit nicely on the market square. In winter it is cozy inside and the food is always good. We've been enjoying coming here for years

Been trying to call there for 2 hours and no one answers the phone. Now absolutely abnormal in all areas. I wouldn't even work there.

The first waitress wasn't very friendly, didn't treat the guests nicely and sent us to another table, even though it turned out there wasn't a reservation, she wasn't familiar with the memory card, and ordering the food was very bumpy. Then another waitress came who was very friendly.

We ordered a table, which wasn't a problem. We wanted a table in the shade where the gentleman on the phone faltered. In the end it didn't matter as all the tables were in the shade in the late afternoon. There were around 5 tables reserved, but we weren't allowed to choose any of them and were instead succinctly directed to a table. Our orders were taken quite quickly and served within an acceptable manner. Yummy! Great pizzas, which I can definitely recommend. During the time we were there, guests simply sat down at tables that had been reserved but were not allowed to be used by us, without asking. Maybe next time the employee should just be a little more relaxed with guests who at least ask beforehand. All in all, the visit here was great again 😋 We'll be back!

There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children. The atmosphere was very nice and the waitresses were so friendly when you were allowed to sit down. I also have to deduct a star for the service. It's not acceptable for me to send some people away because we're understaffed and let others take their place. At what points does it decide who stays and who goes? As for the food, the portions are really good for the price. The lasagnas (with salmon and normal) were great. As for the spagetti Bolognese and the chicken gratinated with tomatoes and mozzarella, the sauce was unfortunately watery. With the spaghetti it's probably from the deterrent and with the chicken it's probably from the side salad. Maybe take more time next time.

Delicious Italian cuisine in the heart of Gräfenhainichen. Price performance was great, the portions were well intentioned. We sat outside in a sort of village square and it almost had a southern feel.

Beautiful restaurant with a great interior design and relaxed atmosphere, you feel like you are in the streets of Italy! The service was very friendly and accommodating and the drinks and food were delicious. I can also highly recommend the baked ice cream for dessert, although it might be a good idea to share it between each other after the rather large portions of pasta ;).

Excellent cuisine, great service, beautiful location. We had the antipasti platter, a great salad and pizza - all vegan, wonderfully prepared and absolutely delicious. Clear recommendation for the best Italian restaurant in the entire region! Ah, and don't forget to make a reservation, it's really busy there.

A really recommended Italian. The menu is filled with Italian classics and the unusual. They say you can tell a good Italian by the tomato soup and it was really very good. The other dishes such as Pizza Rucola et Parma and the vegetarian canneloni were also excellent.

The waiters are great, fast, friendly, funny and accommodating. The food is incredibly tasty and uniquely good. The only restaurant with a scampi pizza that is second to none. A broccoli casserole ala bonör. Anyone who enjoys Italian food is at home here.

A true culinary experience! The "Ristorante Castello" far exceeded my expectations. From the cozy atmosphere to the exquisite taste of the dishes - simply fantastic! The ambience of the restaurant is charming and inviting. The furnishings immediately give you the feeling of being in Italy and the loving details create a warm atmosphere. The menu offers a wide selection of authentic Italian dishes and I was impressed with the taste of each one. Various dishes are even listed for younger guests. The ingredients are fresh, the preparation is masterful, and the presentation is simply appealing. The service was equally excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Recommendations were shared enthusiastically and care was taken to ensure that we felt completely at ease. I would particularly like to highlight the pasta, which was perfect al dente, and the aromatic sauces, which made the dishes real explosions of flavor. The wine selection was also impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, our visit to this restaurant was an unforgettable experience. We were there on a Saturday evening. Were received and served in a friendly manner. The pizza 🍕 had very few ingredients but was delicious. In the pasta dish the sauce was very watery but it was also tasty. What I didn't like was that there was a cat in the restaurant that sat on the chair at the counter and groomed itself. What I only noticed while eating. Luckily, as a severe allergy sufferer to cat hair, nothing happened to me.

Lieferung, Essen alles bestens. Heute für Lieferung sogar nur 25 Minuten gebraucht und das bei 19 Minuten Fahrtweg. Wir bestellen immer wieder gern.

Die Lieferzeit wird immer schlimmer. Es wird am Telefon gesagt bis zu einer Stunde man wartet weit über 1 Stunde fast sogar 2 Stunden der Service hat extrem nach gelassen. Wenn man kein Personal dafür hat versteht man das ja auch,aber da kann man keine Zeitspanne vorher sagen. Und jetzt warten wir schon wieder Essen sollte 19uhr da sein nun ist es 19:48Uhr und wir warten immer noch Wahnsinn

Personal war absolut unfreundlich. Wir wurden gedutzt, am Telefon beschuldigt einen Fehler gemacht zu haben und sie sagt im schnippischen Ton, dass wir nicht nochmal anrufen sollen. Ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant wegen dem Essen. Aber die jungen Mitarbeiterinnen sind meiner Meinung nach nicht dazu geeignet als Kundenpersonal zu arbeiten.

Reservierung für Familienfeier. Bedienung ist umsichtig und flott. Essen hat allen gut geschmeckt. Einen Kritikpunkt hätten wir, der Tisch war nicht eingedeckt (ohne Tischdecke) und das Besteck lag ungeschützt auf der Tischplatte.

Manche Nudel Gerichte sind sehr durchwachsen, da die Saucen leider sehr wässrig waren. Gut war die schnelle Bezahlung, man musste nicht auf die Rechnung warten. Bedienung war auch flott.

Schöne Atmosphäre, das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr nett und freundlich. Jederzeit wieder und klare Empfehlung.

Wir waren bei Freunden zu Besuch und haben für das Abendessen im Ristorante Castello bestellt. Wir mussten zwar etwas auf die Lieferung warten, was in einer ländlichen Region völlig normal und in Ordnung ist, dafür wurden wir aber mit einem unglaublich leckeren Essen belohnt. Die Pizzabrötchen sind riesig und schmecken fantastisch. Als "Hauptgang" hatte ich Pizza, die mir richtig gut geschmeckt hat. Richtig klasse! Alle anderen Beteiligten waren auch rundum zufrieden. Gerne wieder wenn wir wieder zu Beduch sind.

Ich war gestern Abend mit meiner Familie im Ristorante Castello und ich muss sagen, es war ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Das Essen war köstlich, der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Ambiente war gemütlich und einladend. Wir haben verschiedene Gerichte probiert, wie die Pizza Margherita, die Pasta Carbonara, den Salat Caprese und das Panna Cotta. Alles war frisch zubereitet, reichhaltig und aromatisch. Die Portionen waren großzügig und der Preis war angemessen. Das Ristorante ist ein echter Geheimtipp für alle Liebhaber der italienischen Küche. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Hier, in Gräfenhainichen, am Rathausplatz ein ruhiges Restaurant mit großzügigem Außenbereich mit vielen Tischen. Auch der große Innenraum ist ansprechend gemütlich gestaltet und lädt in jedem Fall zum Verweilen ein. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die gebotenen Speisen sind sehr umfangreich und schmackhaft. Sonderwünsche werden in jedem Fall auch berücksichtigt und nett umgesetzt. Damit ist man hier gut aufgehoben um gemütlich zu verweilen und schmackhaft zu Speisen. In jedem Fall ein absolut guter Tipp für ein Restaurant in Gräfenhainichen und im weiteren Umfeld von der Lutherstadt Wittenberg.

Pizza fast ohne Belag. Waren diesmal sehr sehr enttäuscht. Neuer Koch? Werden erst mal zum Konkurrenten wechseln. Für den Preis unverschämt. Haben über 90€ dort bezahlt. Tk Pizzen sind wesentlich besser und günstiger.

Zum Valentinstag auch mit romantischem geschmückten Tisch. Parkplätze befinden sich einige meter vom lokal entfernt ca 50 bis 100 meter

Wir waren zu Acht, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, nett und schnell bzw umsichtig. Bei Ambiente muss ich ein Punkt abziehen, da das angebotene Licht nicht sehr hell war, Wir hatten zu tun, das wir die Speisekarte lesen konnten.

Wir haben schon öfter online dort bestellt, wir waren eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden. Bis heute. Es war absolut unterirdisch, auf der Pizza Frutti di Mare war fast nix drauf, trotz Extras die dazu gewählt wurden und die andere Pizza war total trocken. Wir haben fast 2 Stunden gewartet und dann sowas. Die Krönung war das die Online ausgegeben Preise nicht mit der auf der Rechnung überein stimmten. Wenn etwas teuer wird dann muss man das auch online ändern.

Die unfreundliche servickraft,(w) die mir klar machen wollte an den Tisch gesetzt habe der bestellt war aber es war kein Hinweis darauf!Dann kann man es auch in einem vernünftigen Ton auch mitteilen. Danke

Essen war einfach nicht gut kaum gewürzt hatte für mich nicht mit italienisch zu tun wir hatten uns das abends online bestellt

17:45 Uhr: Vier freundliche Kellnerinnen, sichtlich nicht aus Italien, bemühten sich im halbleeren Gastraum redlich, den Eindruck einer völligen Überbuchung des Etablissements hervorzurufen, so das mit Mühe ein Zweiertisch im Eingangsbereich zugewiesen werden konnte, den wir schon nach 1 Stunde und 40 min. (!) nach dem Genuss einer unaufwändig zuzubereitenden Vorspeise , einem Salat und einem Nudelgericht, deren Qualität zwischen schul- und Kantinenessen einzuordnen ist, wieder verlassen konnten.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und das Essen schmeckte hervorragend. Wir hatten Pizza und Spaghetti - geschmacklich alles sehr lecker👍 Preislich in Ordnung, einzig der Preis für die Wasserflasche etwas erhöht. Kommen gerne wieder!

Essen war super lecker in einem tollen Ambiente! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient!! Als Vorspeise hatten wir Paninis die göttliche schmeckten! Die Pizza 🍕 war hervorragend!

Haben den Bestellservice genutzt und 10 verschiedene Pizzen bestellt. Diese waren alle fast nicht genießbar. Der Rand war hart und die Pizzen teilweise verbrannt und der Belag ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nach einer Beschwerde haben wir wenigstens einen Teil des Geldes zurückbekommen, dafür gibt es einen Bewertungspunkt.

Bei einer Fahrradtour dort angehalten...nette Draußenatmosphäre. Essen war sehr lecker. Und die Bedienung einfach nur klasse, immer sehr nett und ein paar Wörter mehr. Die junge Dame hatte sehr viel zu, da alle Tische belegt waren. Weiter so. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ambiente mitten auf den Markt. Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend und sehr Gast orientiert. Findet man mittlerweile sehr selten in der Gastronomie. Eine Mitarbeitern die ihren Job liebt. Essen war sehr schmackhaft. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir wollten als Familie (3 Personen) spontan um 17:30 Uhr Pizza essen. Leider haben wir keinen Tisch bekommen. Auf allen Tischen standen „reserviert“ Schilder. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass ab 18:30 Uhr alle Tische belegt sind und 17:30 Uhr für eine Stunde keine Möglichkeit besteht, einen Tisch zu belegen. Lediglich ein Tisch für zwei Personen war noch verfügbar, scheiterte jedoch am dritten Stuhl! Es führte kein Weg dorthin, einen Stuhl an den besagten Tisch zu stellen. Somit mussten wir mit hungrigem Magen wieder gehen. Wir sind enttäuscht und werden das Il Castello nicht wieder besuchen! Es scheiterte an nur einem Stuhl!!! Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass das Personal uns nicht als Gäste wollte.
