Ristorante Buongiorno-Italia in Goslar

Inexpensive Italian, decent taste, nothing more and nothing less.

We visited there last night and received a warm welcome. Even though the place was packed, we received very quick and friendly service. We didn't have to wait long for the heavenly delicious food, the prices are more than reasonable, and the restrooms are clean. All in all, we highly recommend eating here. We'll be happy to come back next time we're in the Harz Mountains. Regards

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience here. First, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our drinks. After another 90 minutes without our food being served, we decided to leave. A brief warning at the beginning that there would be longer waits would have been very helpful. Other guests also left the restaurant early, and food was returned to some tables. The service seemed very disorganized and overwhelmed that day. It may have been an exceptional day, but unfortunately, it was so disappointing for us that we aren't planning another visit.

Unfortunately, only one star, no star for the food, as we didn't get any. We waited an hour and 40 minutes for the food, and when we asked, we were told it would take another 20 minutes. I'm sorry, but they should have said that much sooner. We certainly won't be coming back for a while.

I ordered and picked up a pizza tonno (tuna) today. It tasted more like the undercooked pizza dough than the tuna.

I waited 1:20 hours this evening, and when I asked, the server told me it would probably take another 25 minutes. Then I canceled my meal, paid for both drinks, and left. I think it's to be expected that when the order is taken, if it's clear they're busy, I'll be informed that it might take an hour. Then I can decide whether to stay or leave. But saying nothing and not caring is completely unacceptable! I'll probably avoid the pizzeria for the time being. What a shame...

Our food was delicious and everything was fresh. The pizza was delicious and quite large. The service was friendly and quick.

After reading the positive reviews, we spontaneously decided to visit this restaurant on a Sunday evening. It was incredibly busy, with a lot of takeout orders, and the sole server working incredibly hard, but the service was impeccable! We were given a table, the service was extremely friendly, and despite the crowd, the food arrived quickly. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The decor was cozy, but a bit cluttered here and there, with empty warming trays and other items scattered randomly on tables. Probably because they weren't busy, we didn't have time to clean up. Despite that, we still get 5 stars, because that's all secondary when the food and service are so excellent.

The menu selection is good and the food is absolutely delicious! We had pizza, pasta, salad, and a meat dish. Everyone was very satisfied. My only criticism is the drink prices, which are unfortunately unreasonable. After all, this isn't Goslar's market square. It's no wonder that guests only consume one drink or none at all. A real shame!

Wir waren oft im Buongiorno aber was uns gestern passiert ist ist nicht zu fassen. Unsere Bestellung wurde vergessen und nur auf Nachfrage gebracht. Dann aber nur eine Vorspeise statt zwei. Wir wollten uns diese teilen bekamen aber keinen zweiten Teller. Vergessen! Die große Pizza sollte geteilt auf zwei Tellern serviert werden. Es kam ein Teller und zwei kleine Dessertteller zum Pizza essen. Die Pizzastücke paßten noch nicht einmal richtig darauf . Als wir uns über den Service beschwerd haben bekamen wir frech zur Antwort: solche Gäste die sich dauernd bescheren brauchen wir hier nicht!!! Wir werden dort nie wieder hingehen

Incredibly good value for money! Where else can you get such good food these days for such a low price? The guys who work here are clearly dedicated and always strive to fulfill all your requests immediately. They always have a friendly smile on their faces. The food was freshly prepared, served quickly, and was incredibly delicious! It's clean and you feel at home here. Absolutely thrilled! Definitely recommend it! We'll be back! Please keep it up!

The staff was not only friendly and attentive, but also extremely competent in their wine advice, which rounded off the entire culinary experience. Everything was great, the food was great again at any time

We were hungry after a long day in the woods, and found this authentic Italian place that we fell for. We had bruschetta for starters but there was very little flavor in this and very chunky tomato. Main courses were pasta salmon and pasta carbonara, but again very little taste and far too little meat in the dishes. There was probably only about 2 tablespoons of ham in the carbonara. If you order water, you get the most expensive, which costs more than drinking beer. We couldn't help but hear the chef scolding the waiter in everyone's ear, it was very unpleasant. Thanks for food

We found this great pizzeria with the help of Google. The food came quickly and, above all, our pizza was delicious. The young man who served us was very attentive and tried hard and we felt very comfortable and were served in a very friendly manner as guests , and during the conversation it turned out that the young man is the owner of the delicious pizzeria. We wish him continued success and will come back when we go to Goslar again..

The Ristorante Buongiorno-Italia can be found at Ohlhofbreite 38 c, 38642 Goslar. Based on some good reviews, I invited my children to dinner at Buongiorno-Italia. Parking spaces can be found on the market square and the adjacent street. I would describe the restaurant as medium sized. Tables without tablecloths and without decorations, no candles, guest room clean and tidy. Ordered drinks and food were served promptly. However, instead of the steak with herb butter that I ordered, my daughter got a steak with chanterelles... I find the fact that there are only two desserts to choose from on the menu to be very limited. There is also no ice cream at Buongiorno-Italia. Unfortunately, it was not possible to order a cappuccino because, as can be seen from other reviews, the machine has been defective for a long time. The young employee was very nice and we really liked her. Conclusion: The Buongiorno-Italia restaurant makes a nice impression - but there is a lack of attention to detail and therefore does not create a feeling of coziness. The pizza was a bit dry for my taste - I missed the juicy and spicy taste of a pizza like I know from other restaurants. Price-performance ratio still ok.

Ein durchschnittliches restaurant mit überdurchschnittlich gutem essen! Trotzdessen das es ein relativ langweiliges Ambiente besitzt werten das die Kellner mit ihrem wundervollen Service sehr auf! Damit spreche ich ganz speziell den Jungen Kellner mit denn Längeren Haaren an! Trotzdessen das der Laden gut gefüllt war hat er das alleine sehr sehr gut gemacht und verdient meinen Respekt! Mein Besuch ist zu dem jetzt zeitpunkt zwar ungefähr 1 Monat her aber ich wollte trotzdem noch eine Rezession abgeben. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch wenn es auch heißt das ich wieder mein lieben Kellner mit den Langen Haaren als Kellner habe!! MFG

Gemütliches Ambiente, freundlicher Service und leckeres Essen!

Heute bin ich leider ziemlich enttäuscht. Habe nicht die Pizza bekommen, wie sie bestellt wurde. Es wurden die Sardellen und die pepperoni’s vergessen. Es ist ihnen zwar selber noch aufgefallen, daher wurden sie kalt einfach im Nachhinein daraufgelegt. Nix dazu gesagt und den vollen Preis verlangt! Da wir eine große Bestellung der ganzen Familie hatten, wäre ein kleiner Preisnachlass, eine Flasche Wein oder eine Bemerkung schon echt nett gewesen! Dies erfolgte leider nicht!

Das Essen Spaghetti Carbonara schmeckte , aber hätte heißer sein können. Nervig war die dauernde Fragerei ob man noch was Trinken möchte, obwohl das Glas noch fast voll war. Cappuccino oder Milchkaffee gab es nicht, da der Milchaufschäumer seit geraumer Zeit kaputt war.

Wir sind quasi Stammgast in diesem Restaurant, da das Essen sehr schmackhaft ist. Wir haben schon die unterschiedlichsten Gerichte bestellt (Pizza [wer es mag: 'molto croccante' bestellen], Pasta, Fleisch und Fisch) und waren stets sehr zufrieden. Der Service war immer in Ordnung. Vielleicht hat es mal einen Moment länger gedauert, wenn jeder Tisch besetzt war (was häufiger vorkommt). Wenn "das Schnäpschen auf's Haus" mal wieder eingeführt werden würde wäre das 'die Kirsche auf dem Sahnehäubchen'.

Pizzeria ohne Ambiente, kühl und lieblos eingerichtet. Trotz leerer Tische an einem Freitagabend, zeigte sich der Kellner von einer Gruppe von 8 Gästen überfordert. Nach längerer Wartezeit kam ein sehr leckeres Essen, das positiv überraschte. Insgesamt trotzdem nur „Durchschnitt“.

Sitting on the outside terrace, as we still had 29C in September(!), my wife had the salmon al forno and I had a diavolo pizza with extra gorgonzola. Both were very tasty and perfectly cooked. This is a place where they don't make a big issue of things, but just serve wonderfull food with a good service.

Wir waren als Familie mit 6 Personen dort Sylvester essen. Wir hatten Pizza, Pasta und Steak und alles hat vorzüglich geschmeckt. Der Service war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung ist hell, freundlich und einladend. Auf jeden Fall zum Empfehlen.

We had some good food here, apathizer was bigger than expected (pizza bruchetta). And the pizza's tasted very good. I recommend this place.

Wir waren schon sehr lange nicht mehr in der Pizzeria Buongiorno. Die Pizza ist reichhaltig belegt und relativ groß. Man sollte einen etwas größeren Hunger mitbringen. Leider hat sich die "Luft-Qualität" nicht geändert. Nach einem Besuch sollte man die Bekleidung zum Lüften aufhängen. Merke: näher am Pizza-Ofen = mehr Geruch.

Waren die ersten Gäste des Abends, 10 Min. vor offizieller Öffnung 😉, sind sehr freundlich vom Kellner empfangen worden. Nach und nach folgten weitere Gäste. Die von uns bestellte Pizza Calzone und Nudeln al Forno waren sehr lecker. Nudeln waren leicht bissfest, so wie sie sein müssen. Die Pizza gut gefüllt und mit etwas Tomatensauce oben drauf. Die Wartezeit bis zum Servieren des Essens war sehr kurz. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Das Restaurant verfügt über eine schöne Aussenterrasse, auf der man im Sommer sicher schön sitzen kann. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Buongiorno ist eine typische Pizzeria wie wir Sie seit Jahren gewohnt sind. keine herausragenden Gerichte auf der Speisekarte, eher eingedeutschtes Prinzip, aber das was Sie servieren ist durchaus gut gekocht und schmackhaft. Man merkt das man sich in der Küche mühe gibt und das ist heutzutage mehr als in vielen Konkurenzbetrieben.
