The pasta was very delicious. My colleagues also enjoyed everything. Beforehand, we were served bread with oil and balsamic vinegar, which we had to share and unfortunately couldn't refill ourselves because there was no oil or balsamic vinegar on the table. But otherwise, it was very good. The young man even sprinkled fresh Parmesan cheese from a wheel of Parmesan cheese on top of the dishes.

The service was extremely friendly, and the food was impeccable. I had crostini with greens, sausage, and burrata. I also had spaghetti vongole.

The taste was impeccable, both the pizza 🍕 and the pasta 🍝. Very friendly staff, and the wait times weren't too long. Only the ambiance, especially the interior, could use a bit of a makeover. But that's ultimately a matter of taste. We've been there several times and will definitely be back. 👍🏻

There were three of us eating here. First, I'd like to mention that the two pizzas were delicious, but the portion of pasta was a bit too small. The negative aspect, and the reason I'm writing this review, is the service staff. We moved once during our meal because our table was suddenly in full sun, 27 degrees Celsius. This was, of course, our "fault," but it was still "tolerated" by the service staff. After that, we could have easily died of thirst, because no one offered us anything to drink for the next 45 minutes. Even when we wanted to pay, 15 attempts to get my attention by raising my hand or speaking to someone were happily ignored (even in the immediate vicinity of our table). In the end, we only received attention because we tapped a waiter as he walked by. Afterward, we were billed in a truly rude manner. I've never experienced anything like this before, and I'm very surprised at how a restaurant like this is run.

Unfortunately, they categorically and repeatedly refuse to issue a proper hospitality receipt. That's a real shame.

We were lucky enough to snag a table for five that evening. The food was all delicious, and the aperitifs were well-mixed and reasonably priced.

Attentive service; I've been there several times for dinner (both inside and outside). Whether pizza, pasta, or fish – always delicious. Service is usually okay, but when the restaurant is full, it can sometimes feel hectic.

Went there for dinner. The pizza was okay but a bit bland in taste. The service was nice but not very attentive; you had to actively raise your hand to get a drink. Unfortunately, the remaining 1/4 pizza was simply cleared away without even asking if you wanted to take it with you – that's a real shame and a waste of food.

The pizza was truly delicious, and the pasta was also good, even if the portion was a bit too small for our taste. Unfortunately, the service significantly dampened the otherwise positive impression: We had to wait about 45 minutes for our bill, even though we signaled to the waiters several times that we wanted to pay. We felt like we were being deliberately ignored, and the staff seemed unfriendly and annoyed overall. When I tried to pay, my money was taken very roughly from my hand. It's a shame, because the restaurant's culinary offerings are impressive – with friendlier and more attentive service, the visit would have been much more pleasant.

We (four people) were not given a friendly welcome. After we explained that we only wanted a drink, we were told it was a restaurant and that they also served food. We felt like we were only being tolerated and left after one drink. Otherwise, we would have certainly stayed longer. Hospitality doesn't look like that... We definitely won't be back—not even for dinner. That's how you scare away guests.

I found this restaurant online while searching for gluten-free options and asked again upon arrival if it was up to date, which was confirmed. When ordering, I pointed out that the pizza had to be gluten-free and at the end of the order, I summarized that we were ordering the gluten-free pizza and my husband's regular pasta. When the dishes arrived, I noticed while eating the first slice that the pizza didn't taste like typical gluten-free pizzas, so I decided to ask just in case (luckily!). The second server, almost shocked, said no and took the pizza away. I got a second pizza, this one gluten-free. Unfortunately, this meant my husband and I couldn't eat together, but at least the pizza tasted good. Now, mistakes may happen, but in the case of intolerances, mistakes can be fatal. In my case, it's completely unclear how this gluten intoxication will affect my six-month-old breastfed baby. What I also found very unpleasant was the fact that they tried to blame me (1. "Did you order gluten-free?", 2. "Did you emphasize this twice?" (!!!) 3. "A gluten-free pizza looks completely different!" (!!!!!!!!)) or tried to trivialize the consequences of the mistake (1. "That's not so bad, is it?", 2. "Do you really have to breastfeed today?" (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), 3. "I think it's okay now, right? You haven't eaten much!" (No idea, but you have an opinion!!!!!). In the end, they apologized, but I would expect them to remove the dish from the bill, or at least add the €3.50 gluten-free surcharge. In the end, I paid almost €25.50 for my pizza and ended up with severe gluten poisoning. I recommend only advertising lactose- and gluten-free dishes if you If these intolerances/diseases are truly taken seriously, and ALL employees are appropriately trained and sensitized, that would be extremely important for those of us affected!

The best tiramisu I've ever eaten!

Delicious Italian cuisine, especially the pasta dishes. Cozy interior with short and long tables, and a sufficiently large outdoor dining area in front of the house and across the pedestrian crossing under shady trees. The seating here is fantastic.

The food was delicious, especially the pizza. The price was right. The staff serving the food were very polite and friendly — with the exception of an older man standing at the front of the place. He came across as a bit unwelcoming and had an uncomfortable presence.

We went there for dinner for the first time in a while. The pizza wasn't nearly as good as it used to be. It was burnt and very dry, which is a shame.

Unfortunately, the wait times were very long, other guests were given priority, the food was rather bland, and I also ordered a small salad, which never arrived and wasn't included on the bill. The menus were very worn.

The pizza toppings are sparingly generous, and the price is very reasonable. We had the feeling that the pizza was made to increase profits at the expense of the customer. However, if you like pizza crusts with a bit of ready-made sausage in the middle, then this is the place for you. I think the restaurant's great location is its biggest plus point.

Unfortunately disappointed – despite years of satisfaction We've eaten at this pizzeria regularly over the past few years – always delicious, with a nice atmosphere, and we've always managed to get a seat, whether spontaneously or with a reservation. It's practically a must-visit for us whenever we're in Fulda. Our last experience was all the more disappointing: We had reserved for a Friday evening at 5 p.m. by email (with a reservation confirmation) and then wanted to call again shortly before the appointment because we were running a bit late. We were suddenly informed that no reservations were being accepted that day and that our confirmed reservation was no longer valid. If we hadn't called again, we would have traveled there for nothing – on a busy Friday evening, without a table. Luckily, we were able to get a seat somewhere else spontaneously. Still, it was disappointing and unprofessional. It's a shame, because we've always really enjoyed our time here.

The Parma ham on my pizza was no longer good. I hope I don't get an upset stomach. It wasn't tasty either. I find the ambiance rather below average compared to others. You can tell the staff has no real motivation to offer customers a good dining experience. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

Economical really hits the nail on the head. €13.50 for a veggie pizza topped with canned mushrooms and zucchini isn't exactly what you'd call a steal. Ordering took a long time, whether for food or drinks. Waiters argued over their assigned tables in front of the customers. The €3.50 surcharge for gluten-free is discriminatory against all those with the disease.

I was shown to a shady table in favor of a "reservation." The other guests hadn't reserved and arrived only five minutes after me, as I could see and hear, but more people = more money...

Frugal describes it quite well. The service staff was somewhat lackadaisical, the pizza toppings were sparing, and so was the pasta portion size. In return, the Buttermarkt is a pleasant place to sit.

The meal took forever (about 45-50 minutes) even though the restaurant was pretty empty. I ordered the lentil and bean soup as a starter and risotto with porcini mushrooms. The soup tasted almost like nothing. It consisted only of boiled lentils in plain water. After I drank the soup, I had to wait another 15-20 minutes to be served the risotto. I've now lost the hunger to eat any more! The risotto was creamy and okay in terms of taste, but the portion was just too small, so not worth €14. The shop owner (the old Italian guy) is and seemed a bit arrogant. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant!

The appealing ambience - dark furniture and red checkered tablecloths - slowed us down 🤭 The lunch special - each pizza for 9 euros - let us take a seat. Our expectations were far exceeded in terms of taste, freshness of ingredients and friendliness of the hosts. Sun and cool white wine spritzer rounded off the holiday feeling. It's a shame that we were just passing through today, otherwise we would like to become regular guests! Thank you for the pleasant stay!

There's a great atmosphere outside - especially outside when the sun is shining ;) The Limoncello Spritz is highly recommended, super refreshing and simply delicious! Unfortunately the service disappointed us. The older gentleman in service seems rather unfriendly and his sayings, which are probably meant to be funny, come across as extremely unpleasant and condescending. There is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of service. Plus point: There are gluten-free alternatives 😍

Everything was great until The cashier tried to cash more than agreed. 20e meal turned to 25 euros. Glad to us, machine asked for PIN code.

Authentic Italian enjoyment in a cozy atmosphere We were guests at this Italian restaurant with a larger group and absolutely loved the food! The dishes were freshly prepared, lovingly presented and tasted really excellent - from the antipasti to the pasta, a real pleasure. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy, just right for a relaxed evening in good company. Overall, the service was okay - with a larger group it is of course not always easy to keep track of things. Nevertheless, we received friendly service and felt welcome. Conclusion: A visit is definitely worth it, especially for anyone who appreciates Italian cuisine in an authentic atmosphere.

Telling guests they shouldn't sit down until the table is clean after waiting 20 minutes for the waiter is impossible. The older gentleman has nothing to do with politeness. Maybe they should think about employing more staff and the staff that is already there should be polite b Work more.

Unfortunately I have to say that I have ever eaten the worst gluten free pizza there. There are also very few vegetarian options. And then quite expensive. Not recommended!

A very authentic Italian restaurant. The service was very friendly, the homemade bread and other food were delicious, and the prices were very fair. We were there both evenings during our short trip to Fulda and would go back to Bellini anytime.

We had such a nice and good meal with 14 people in the group. The Bellini has mega service and great cuisine.

Very long about 1:20 hours. until the first meal was eaten, it tasted very bad and little, never again.

We were there with 4 people. The starters were good. But the main courses were very bad. We had the meat platter for 2 people. The meat was burnt and tough. The fish plate was an absolute disaster. He was burnt and dry. The octobus couldn't be cut as tough as it was. Unfortunately, our complaint was not addressed at all and not even asked for. Of course we had to pay the bill of €187 in full.

For your information in advance: We actually like going to Bellini because the food generally tastes good and they offer gluten-free options (my girlfriend relies on this). Now it happened for the second time in a row that my friend had pepperoni salami on her pizza even though she ordered it as normal salami. I thought it was great, but my friend found it just too spicy and unpalatable. We decided to have her remove the pepperoni salami from the pizza and put it on my pizza. Of course the surface was spicy, but we made it clear to the owner that he would at least put a few normal slices of salami on my girlfriend's pizza. Finally payment was made and unfortunately I only discovered later that an extra €2.20 had been charged for the few salami slices I had ordered and I thought maybe he would give us a drink as an apology, but a “sorry” came out of it No mouth came either, instead only excuses. After repeated errors in communication between the waiter (chef) and the kitchen, this is just plain bold. We even meant well with them and didn't cancel the pizza or have it remade (even for the second time). This would have been even more expensive for the pizzeria and we certainly wouldn't have had to pay for a new pizza. What also struck me as strange was that he only wrote the bill from his head on his writing pad and I only got the receipt from the EC machine, which only had Visa and the amount on it.

We ate very well here. We had to wait a few minutes until the reserved table was free for us. But the pizza was much better than we expected.

I didn't eat there. I asked politely if I could use the toilet and the boss told me I had to pay 2.50 euros for it. I understand that people who don't eat anything are charged money. But 2.50 euros for a visit to the toilet is a disgrace.

We had reserved a table for 5:30 p.m. The table was not free at this time. An announcement from the boss to us guests that we should wait (10 minutes) would probably not be a problem now. Nice restaurant but I wouldn't come back. The base of my pizza was so hard that even though I had a sharp knife, both of my hands hurt halfway through cutting it - cutting the pizza felt like cutting down a tree. The topping was good and tasty, but the base doesn't work at all. I put together my toppings myself instead of from the menu because there weren't enough vegetarian options. I was then charged 16 (!) euros for this even though there were only a few vegetables on it - the pizza almost came back up. Prices are beyond good and bad here - and unfortunately the food isn't worth it. My companion was brought the wrong food twice and had to wait 15 minutes each time. At least the atmosphere is nice and the service is very friendly.

On Saturday we were in Fulda for the first time and in the evening in Bellini. Certainly not the last time. The service was extremely attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. I liked the lentil and bean soup so much that I even ordered it twice and the fish was fabulous. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy, we had a great evening there. Had dinner here today. Top service and very child-friendly. Went here mainly because of our 7 year old daughter who needs to eat gluten free. Pretty much all pasta dishes and pizzas can be ordered gluten-free. Daughter was very happy with her pizza. The normal pizza is also highly recommended. Would love to come back.
