Man kann schön draußen sitzen . Bedienung total nett und Essen gut . Kommen gerne wieder.

War ok, das Essen war von Pizza ist nichts besonderes zu Salat war lecker ganz in Ordnung. Service wirkt ein wenig überfordert aber freundlich.

Grundsätzlich war der Besuch in Ordnung, jedoch wurden wir von der Kellnerin erst belehrt, dass Getränke und Speisen getrennt zu bestellen sind und anschließend teilte sie uns mit, dass sie froh ist, wenn der Tag endlich endet. Grundsätzlich empfanden wir den Service als unprofessionell und haben uns mehr als einmal über Wortwahl und Verhalten gewundert. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfanden wir nicht als angemessen. Wenn ein Schnitzel 16,50€ kosten soll, empfinde ich es als überzogen für Ketchup noch zusätzlich 1€ zu verlangen. Auch 4,50€ pro großem Getränk ist hoch angesetzt. Die Speisen waren durchschnittlich, die Größen eher klein - dafür die Preise vergleichsweise hoch. Das Ambiente hat Imbisscharakter. Ein Tisch steht direkt vor der Klotüre. Apropos Toiletten: Die Damentoiletten waren zudem deutlich verschmutzt. Alles in allem kein Reinfall - jedoch definitiv keinen zweiten Besuch wert.

Ambiente ungemütlich, Service "schräg", Essen mittelmäßig aber für das Gebotene zu teuer... Wir waren am Vortag unserer Bemusterung bei Fingerhaus am Ostermontag zum Abendessen zu Gast und haben im Vorfeld problemlos einen Tisch für 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder reserviert. Zwei der drei Servicekräfte waren äußerst bemüht und freundlich, unsere erschien uns durchaus "schräg". Nachdem wir belehrt wurden, dass erst die Getränke und danach das Essen bestellt werden, schilderte sie uns erstmal überfordert, dass sie froh sei, wenn der Tag endlich endet... Das Ambiente würde ich als ausgesprochen "rustikal" beschreiben - es wirkte wie ein zur Gaststätte umgebautes Ladengeschäft und war alles andere als gemütlich. Die Damen unserer Familie berichteten zudem über eine unsaubere Toilette. Die Preise der Speisen waren gehoben, jedoch für April 2026 erstmal nicht unüblich: 11 Euro für eine Pizza Margherita, 15 Euro für eine Pizza mit Salami, Schinken, Pilzen und Pepperoniwurst, 14,50€ für eine Lasagne mit Hackfleischsoße... Bei genauerem Blick auf die Karte fielen jedoch ein paar Details auf, die uns frech erschienen. So kostet ein Kirsch- oder Bananennektar 4,50€ oder 5,00€, der KiBa in derselben Größe jedoch auf einmal 6,00€... Zum Schnitzel Wiener Art für 16,50€ hätte die Portion Ketchup extra gekostet - da fühlt man sich meines Erachtens ausgebeutet... Das Essen an sich war ok, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Für den Preis empfand ich die Portionen der Pizzen und der Lasagne als recht klein. Meine Pizza mit Salami, Schinken, Pilzen und Pepperoniwurst erinnerte mich geschmacklich bei manchen Bissen stark an eine Tiefkühlpizza ("Die Ofenfrische Diavolo"), mit einer guten Pizza vom Italiener hatte das kaum was zu tun. Am Ende sind wir satt geworden und von einer der beiden "sortierten" Servicekräfte gab es als nette Geste noch einen Lolli für die Kinder. Mein Fazit steht bereits ganz oben, wir hatten uns bei den bisherigen Rezensionen insgesamt deutlich mehr erwartet.

War letzte Woche Donnerstag da. Ließ mich auf die Tagesempfehlung ein Breite Nudeln mit Steinpilzen. Diese waren hervorragend !!! Was aber nicht schön war war der unangemachte und ungewaschene Rucola mit geriebenem Käse darüber. Schade dafür.

Wir haben uns das erstemal da was zu essen bestellt zum abholen und wir müssen sagen es hat super geklappt wir kamen da an da war das Essen schon fertig gewesen. Zu Hause wieder angekommen war das Essen immer noch heiß und schmeckte echt super. Fazit wir gehen da gerne wieder hin und Essen da. Macht weiter so. Und durch unsere etwas größere Bestellung gab es es sogar eine gute Pizza extra dazu. Kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen

Kein Italiener - auch die Pizza hat mit italienischer leider nichts zutun. Viele Fertigprodukte bei hohen Preisen. Dafür erwarte ich auch frische, Qualität. Preis- Leistung passt leider nicht.

Enttäuschend von Anfang bis Ende – nie wieder! Wir waren am zweiten Weihnachtstag im Bella Vista und können nur dringend abraten. Bei der Reservierung wurde mit keinem Wort erwähnt, dass es ausschließlich Menüs gibt. Diese Info wäre wichtig gewesen – denn genau deshalb verließen dutzende Gäste das Restaurant sofort wieder. Selbst mehrere Gruppen mit Reservierung wussten nichts davon und gingen nach dem Hinweis der (freundlichen) Kellnerin wieder. Am Ende waren wir die einzigen Gäste, die überhaupt blieben. Das sagt eigentlich alles. Leider war das Essen genauso enttäuschend wie das Konzept: - Suppe bestand gefühlt zu 99 % aus Sahne und 1 % Suppenpulver - Schnitzel aus der Fritteuse - Salat mit Fertigdressing - Pizza mit exakt zwei Scheiben Parmaschinken - Dessert: Billigeis aus dem Krombacher Bierglas oder Fertigtiramisu Für diese billigen Zutaten und die lieblos zubereiteten Speisen sind die Menüpreise völlig überzogen. Auf unseren Hinweis, dass das Konzept und die Preise dringend überdacht werden sollten, wurde nur mit den Schultern gezuckt und auf den Chef verwiesen. Auf unsere E-Mail erhielten wir leider keine Reaktion durch den Chef, daher haben wir uns dazu entschieden die Google Rezension zu schreiben. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen nie wieder und können das Bella Vista nicht empfehlen.

Wir haben zum Abholen zwei große Pizzen bestellt und zwei Bambini Pizzen. Die große Pizzen waren noch okay aber die kleinen war verbrannt. Auch die Unterseite war verbrannt. Das ist uns leider erst zuhause aufgefallen. Unsere Kinder waren sehr enttäuscht. Einen großen Teil müssten wir wegwerfen. Unsere Kinde waren sehr enttäuscht. Das ist ein Unding das die Pizzen rausgegebene worden sind. Wir werden nie wieder dort hin gehen.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen zum Abendessen im Bellavista. Die Bedienungen waren freundlich und dass Essen sowie die Getränke wurden zügig geliefert. Leider wurde einer der bestellten Lillet nicht in einem Weinglas serviert und ein Lillet der eigentlich mit Maracuja sein sollte, wurde nur mit Orangensaft aufgefüllt. Wir fühlten uns außerdem von der Bedienung teilweise nicht ernst genommen. Die Portion der Gnocchi hätte noch etwas größer sein können. Dennoch war das Essen sehr lecker und ist zu empfehlen.

Sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant.

Wir haben einen Italiener gesucht und sind auf das Bellavista in Frankenberg gestossen dass ca. 10 km von unserem urlabsort entfernt gelegen war. Wir sind vollauf zufrieden. Essen war lecker, die Bedienung freundlich. Und unseren Hund durften wir auch mitnehmen!

Tolles Essen, aber leider sehr laut.

Das Essen war köstlich. Großzügige Portionen. Schön angerichtet. Freundliches Personal. Es war gut besucht. Das Essen wurde schnell und pünktlich serviert, alles in Ordnung. Ich musste nicht lange warten.

Bedienung wahr super nett. Wir haben etwas auf den Tisch warten müssen, was aber nicht schlimm wahr, weil wirklich sehr viel an dem Tag los wahr. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Das Essen wahr wirklich SPITZE. Wir wahren nicht zum letzten mal in dieser Pizzeria. Jedoch sollte man lieber vorher anrufen und einen Platz bestellen. Preise sind zwar etwas gehobener dafür ist das Essen aber auch qualitativ sehr gut und Portion auch reichlich.

We've been there twice now because the competitor on Forststraße has unfortunately closed for a long time. On our first visit in early September, we sat outside, now inside. It desperately needs a renovation: everything seems cold, the layout isn't at all separate, and the chairs are very uncomfortable. Contrary to what we mentioned before, we were quite impressed with the service; everyone was very friendly. I would consider the wait time to be acceptable for a holiday. Finally, we come to the most important thing: the food. Here, too, we had mixed impressions: The bruschetta appetizer was completely cold and had no garlic. The main course: The pasta dishes were very tasty, even if not classic Italian. The meat dishes were all not particularly good, as the meat was tough and not of good quality.

I enjoyed this main meal extremely well.

I went there for dinner with my sister on August 22, 2025. Sticky tables, bent knives, dirty cutlery, the food with burnt vegetables, prices way too high, extra charge for small portions of extra herb butter, the service was completely new, no longer the old team with the friendly "boss" like before. Everything deteriorates over time, and I can't recommend it in any way.

A table for 8 was reserved several weeks ago. When we arrived, the table wasn't ready, and they had to push tables together to make room for the guests. Uncleaned tables - we had to ask for something sticky to be wiped off the table. The service seemed disorganized and disinterested, and it took some time to place the first order. After ordering drinks, it took some time for the drinks to arrive. We immediately asked for our food orders, hoping they would arrive promptly, as we were dining there with two small children, and small children's patience is more limited. The atmosphere became increasingly unpleasant, as the wait for food grew longer and longer, and other tables were given priority, even for guests who arrived much later. After repeatedly asking, a server came to the table and simply replied, "We can only apologize." The other server didn't show up again. After about 1.5 hours, the first dishes arrived, with one child having to wait another five minutes. All in all, the service was really poor. No preparation, no structure, and above all, the waiters were completely overwhelmed. The food in the end was okay, but nothing more. This may have had something to do with the long wait and the fact that we were practically over our hunger. It wasn't a pleasant visit, and the price for this service wasn't particularly good. You don't expect much from a restaurant, but the service and the food are the deciding factors. We were really looking forward to this one, as it was connected to a big event. The food, however, spoiled that joy. So, the first and last time.

Good food, fast service and no waiting time without a reservation

We had dinner here tonight for our birthday. Unfortunately, the service was very unfriendly and even rude to our questions, and not service-oriented. Furthermore, we waited a good 1.5 hours for our appetizer (bruschetta). Our food arrived a good hour later, after 2.5 hours. Even though we were there for a group, this was simply an imposition, and we definitely don't expect to return. We strongly recommend NOT visiting this restaurant.

Reducing the number of tables would be beneficial for this space. Overall, the visit was satisfactory, and the food was acceptable, with the exception of the grilled eggplant, which was unfortunately inedible. There were times when it was significantly better.

Unfortunately, you can't give negative stars... never again... Abysmal value for money! There were four of us, one starter, four main courses. The starter was served with the main courses. After some discussion, the waiter took one main course back to the kitchen to keep warm... One pizza was completely oversalted, one lasagna Bolognese was actually without Bolognese but with plenty of salty, fatty sauce. There was a small black insect floating in my Coke, which was discovered by the person sitting opposite me just in time... The waiter's response to the problems: absolutely none... no apology... absolutely nothing. Atmosphere: Too many tables, noise level like in a train station concourse...

A modern Italian restaurant with excellent cuisine and very attentive staff. The pizza, pasta, salads, and meat dishes were all delicious. We'd love to come back!

I was once a restaurant tester. With all due respect, it was one of the worst restaurants. They didn't sweep away the trash. From broken tiles to the food, everything was awful. Sorry, but I'll be honest.

We were registered with a group of 16 people. To our surprise, there was a table with 10 people. We thought no problem and took two tables next to us, even if this small group was a little off to the side. Drinks came at the normal pace, but we waited and waited for the food... All the other guests who came after us got their food and we were still waiting. We inquired and were further put off. After a full 92 minutes (over an hour and a half) we also received the food, without any comment as to why it took so long. Too bad. That was probably the last visit there.

Not really - 2 hours for a pizza despite first arriving at 11:30 a.m. and all the guests who arrived later had already eaten. Unfortunately, there was no prior notice of problems in the kitchen and no compensation (schnapps or anything).

Unfortunately I can only give 2 stars. The service was friendly and the food came quickly. However, the food itself was 1. completely oversalted (the grilled vegetables) and 2. I was given the wrong food and was blatantly lied to my face. I ordered pork medallions but got some kind of steak. The meat was white and very, very thin. As everyone knows, this is NOT what medallions look like (brown and thick)!!! I then asked politely whether this was really the right meal for me and the waitress replied with a strange look. For me it wouldn't have been a problem at all if I was accidentally served the wrong food. But lying to me is definitely not a good solution :( It's a shame, because my friend really enjoyed the food

Between the years we “stumbled into” the restaurant by chance. What a stroke of luck!! My choice fell on the “Calamari alla Griglia” with grilled vegetables. A pleasure, albeit priced in the higher price segment. Tip top! The pizzas are nothing to sneeze at either. My husband chose the “Frankenberg” pizza. Very fitting… and delicious! The staff are very friendly. One or two statements had amused us immensely.

Four or five stars? Five stars! Because the food was very tasty including the starter. The coffee tasted wonderfully good. The service was extremely friendly and attentive and because we got a nice table without a reservation. In terms of price, I thought it was completely okay. In any case, it was quite full on a Sunday lunchtime and therefore a little noisy. But everything is still within limits. Conclusion: Really recommended! 😎

Ordered several pizzas to take away here. They were all very tasty and special requests were responded to in a friendly manner. While I was waiting, the boss offered me a drink on the house several times. I thought it was a great gesture and definitely speaks for the Bellavista.

Service friendly. Overall ambience is standard, does not match the extremely high prices. Salad €20.50, it was tasty, but you can get it cheaper even in a big city with 6 times the rental price.

A visit to beautiful Frankenberg led us to this restaurant. Because the weather was nice, we took a seat on the sun terrace. The staff was very friendly. Due to the temperatures, I decided on a salad, more precisely the fitness salad. At first I was a little unsure whether I would like the combination of fruit and vegetables. The price of €14.50 is not to be underestimated. I wasn't disappointed. With one of the best and tastiest salads I have ever eaten. If you are in Frankenberg, be sure to pay a visit to Bellavista.

The service was also very friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant is very busy, so you should reserve a table. A large selection of drinks complete the offer. Parking is free nearby. Tasty, cheap and very friendly service! Large portions and delicious cocktails. Important to say: Unfortunately not authentically Italian. Most of the time we eat on site or pick it up, rarely. Dishes we can recommend: -Tortelloni in Gorgonzola sauce! -Gnocchi in butter/sage sauce -schnitzel (any kind) Not so recommended: -Lasagne -Carbonara (only cream sauce with cooked ham..) I still really enjoy eating here with my boyfriend :)

Pizza war lecker, etwas zu fettig, Portion sehr gut für den Preis, der Salat frisch aber die Sosse hat zu wenig Geschmack und Pep. Dar Lokal ist gut gelegen, leider zu viele Tische im Innenraum gestellt, dass man kaum Privatsphäre hat. Ansonsten nettes und freundliches Personal. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen.

Vorne weg erstmal das positive, der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. (Personal hinter dem abholfenster könnte sich davon ne Scheibe abschneiden.) Zum Essen kann man kein graues Haar stehen lassen.. die vorgegebene italienische Küche hat nichts damit zu tuen, liegt wahrscheinlich auch daran das es keine sind.. Der Salat Alls Vorspeise war noch positiv und schön recht frisch zu sein, leider war die Grillplatte eine reine Katastrophe, tot gebratenes und zähes Fleisch, kleine Portion. Nudeln waren mit Tüten Suppen zubereitet.. weshalb gehe ich dann essen ? Das haar in den Nudeln war die Krönung. Die Pommes waren ok, hatten eine schöne Würzung. Der andere Kollege hat sich an eine Pizza versucht.. naja die Plätzchen im tk fach die auch Alls Pizza verkauft werden sind besser… Fand ich leider schade.. mittlerweile gibts in frankenberg leider kaum noch gute Restaurants..

De smaken werden verpest bij de hoeveelheid zout in het voorgerecht. De pizza was slecht en niet gaar. Bij ee saus van de pasta kreeg ik het idee dat het uit een pakje kwam. Dit verwacht je niet van een italiaans restaurant

Das Essen ist wirklich gut. Allerdings muss man sich deutlich bemerkbar machen um ein weiteres Getränk zu bekommen. Als ich zahlen wollte, kam auch nach mehrmaligem Winken niemand. Bedienung unaufmerksam.

Zowel het voor- en hoofdgerecht was erg lekker! De porties waren ruim voldoende en het eten was mooi opgediend. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was goed. We hebben ervan genoten!
