Unscheinbar von außen, aber ein echter Geheimtipp! Ich war mit meinen Mädels da und wir hatten einen richtig schönen Abend. Von außen wirkt das Restaurant eher unscheinbar, aber innen hat es viel Charme und eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Bedienung war total herzlich und bemüht. Sie sprach nur wenig Deutsch, was aber überhaupt kein Problem war, wir konnten uns trotzdem gut verständigen, und es war einfach süß, wie aufmerksam sie sich um uns gekümmert hat. Die Pizzen waren richtig lecker, definitiv ein Geheimtipp in Reutlingen! Besonders schön fanden wir auch den Nachtisch, der für uns zusammengestellt wurde, sodass wir verschiedene Sachen probieren konnten. Fazit: Tolle Atmosphäre, sehr freundlicher Service und richtig gutes Essen, eine klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren Heute Abend zu siebt im Ristorante Balsamico und sind schlichtweg begeistert! Wer echte neapolitanische Pizza mit dem typisch luftigen Rand sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Aber nicht nur die Pizza ist erstklassig: Wir hatten eine bunte Auswahl von der Empfehlungskarte, und jedes Gericht war ein Treffer. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Tagliolini mit frischem Trüffel (ein Traum!), das perfekt gegarte Entrecôte und die Spaghetti mit riesigen Garnelen. Man schmeckt einfach die Qualität der Zutaten, wie zum Beispiel den echten Guanciale in der Pasta. Das absolute Highlight zum Abschluss war das riesige, liebevoll angerichtete Dessert-Brett – von den Cannoli bis zum Tiramisu war alles fantastisch. Dazu hatten wir eine exzellente Weinbegleitung (der Primitivo ‚Rivale‘ ist sehr zu empfehlen). Die Atmosphäre ist super gemütlich und der Service herzlich. Ein perfekter Abend! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Tipp: Unbedingt reservieren, da es zu Recht sehr beliebt ist.

Die Pizza hier ist so gut, dass selbst meine Freundin – eigentlich eine eingefleischte Pasta-Liebhaberin – hier ständig Pizza isst. Mein Freund macht nicht einfach nur Pizza, er kreiert wahre Meisterwerke. Besonders die Gourmet-Pizzen kann ich wärmstens empfehlen, die sind sogar noch besser. Mit Abstand die beste Pizza in Reutlingen, vielleicht sogar die beste, die ich je gegessen habe.

Sowohl die Pizza, Pasta, Bruschetta sowie Salate sind sehr lecker. Gerne wieder.

Balsamico in Reutlingen ist so ein Ort, an dem man sich hinsetzt und schon beim ersten Atemzug merkt: Hier wird der Teig mit Liebe behandelt. Die bunten blau-weißen Fliesen geben dem Ganzen einen mediterranen Touch, ohne kitschig zu wirken. Die Pizza auf dem Teller war eine Art kulinarisches Mosaik: ein dicker, luftig gebackener neapolitanischer Rand, und verschiedene Beläge wie kleine Inseln verteilt. Eine Ecke mit Schinken, Champignons und Oliven, eine andere mit reichlich Mozzarella und etwas Pesto. Der Rand war wunderbar gebräunt, an manchen Stellen leicht schwarz – genau dieser leichte Rauchgeschmack, der einer guten Pizza Charakter gibt.

The restaurant is small, but quite okay considering the poor location. I ordered a pizza. It had a very thick, bumpy crust and very little topping, but it was significantly more expensive. New owner? I liked it better before (crispier pizza with more toppings and less bumpy crust at a lower price). I probably won't get pizza there again.

Definitely an easy 5 star, no doubt, this is probably the best Italian in Reutlingen area. Though the restaurant itself may not seemed fancy from outside, but their food definitely worth your coming inside. Strongly recommend their squid-driven dishes, I ordered the squid salad and squid pasta, both fantastic 😍, you can totally taste the taste of sea from the squid, just so unbelievably fresh, and the seasoning and sauce from the chef totally goes with the dishes. Their fillet mignon is also top notch, just would wish the chef can offer more sauce, cause it's really good 👍!!!! Say no more, will must come often.

Total familiäre freundliche Lokal, die Küche ist hat echt sehr sehr hohe Niveau. Sie haben sehr gute Sizilianische Gerichte und Ihre selbstgemachte Nudelgerichte muss man unbedingt erfahren. Tolle Weinen und super Desert.

We ate at this restaurant after a family trip. Unfortunately, the visit didn't leave a particularly good impression. The outdoor area was very carelessly designed - the floor in particular made an unkempt impression. The tables wobbled a lot which made sitting uncomfortable. Overall, the outside area didn't seem very inviting. Getting to the toilet was also problematic. The transition from outside to inside was extremely slippery as the floor was oily - it was really dangerous. In addition, the women's toilet could not be locked. There were also defects in the cutlery and plates: both were not really clean and had stains. The food itself was OK - taste-wise acceptable - but not good enough to warrant another visit. Another point of criticism was the service: the waitress couldn't answer simple questions and had to call the manager for every little thing. That seemed very unprofessional.

We called here at short notice on Saturday evening at nine o'clock in the evening to reserve a table. A very nice woman confirmed our reservation. For the main course, the grilled octopus was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the portion was very generous. There were 11 of us who ate there on my birthday and admittedly I knew from the Corona times that the pizza wasn't bad, but otherwise I've never been there. Surprisingly, all 11 people were really excited. Very tasty pizza, my wife had Vitellp Tonato and Dorade, several people had lasagne and then pasta with tomato sauce. None of the dishes weren't great. Even the side salad was spicy and tasty. I also had the plate with the buratata and grilled vegetables, which was awesome but unfortunately the rest thought so too and helped themselves to me. Unfortunately, the corner in particular isn't the nicest in Reutlingen and the shop is unfortunately very small, but it's really worth it. We'll definitely go back and eat there a lot more often, my son even wanted a second helping and he's usually very picky. Darauf angesprochen meinte der Wirt das werde überall so gemacht. Das 2. Gericht: Verkochte Spaghetti mit Garnelen und Rucola. In der Regel kommen die Meeresfrüchte in der Küche schon tot an - das muss der Koch nicht noch mal erledigen. Der Rucola war nicht sichtbar. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hat als Einzelleistung den Besuch gerettet.
