We had a great evening! The food was excellent (we had fish) and the service was very accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

This is a great Italian restaurant with very delicious, fresh and carefully prepared dishes. They look and taste gorgeous. In addition, I appreciated the friendly and professional service of the staff. The owner himself is looking well after his guests - hence, you can feel the owner-led vibes in all the details of the restaurant. I am very glad that my wife and I have discovered this place. The service was also first class. The waiters were not only very attentive, but also friendly and accommodating. Super Essen un klasse Service in einem sehr modernen, schicken Ambiente! Kann man nur weiter empfehlen! Wir hatten als Vorspeise Bruschette und gefüllte Zucchiniblüten mit Ricotta. Der Duft und Geschmack war hervorragend! Als Hauptspeise gab es Paccheri mit Entenragout und schwarze Ravioli mit Lachsfüllung und als Dessert hatten wir einen Zitronemsorbet mit Erdbeeren und Zabbaione mit Schokoladeneis. Der Service ist absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist auf den Punkt perfekt und ein einzigartiges Geschmackserlebnis. Das Restaurant ist sehr schick eingerichtet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Weinkarte bietet auch alles was das Herz begehrt. Absolut perfekt!

Great food and great service in a very modern, chic atmosphere! Can just be recommended! As a starter we had bruschette and stuffed zucchini flowers with ricotta. The smell and taste was excellent! For the main course we had paccheri with duck ragout and black ravioli with salmon filling and for dessert we had a lemon sorbet with strawberries and zabbaione with chocolate ice cream. The service is absolutely friendly and accommodating. The food is perfect and a unique taste experience. The restaurant is very chicly furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The wine list also offers everything your heart desires. Absolutely perfect!

Wirklich das Beste was man in Reutlingen bekommen kann. Qualitativ, Geschmacklich und vom Service erste Klasse. Man fühlt sich willkommen, wahrgenommen und geschätzt. Der perfekte mix aus schick und gemütlich. Beim Essen könnte ich wirklich lange erzählen. Jeder Besuch war speziell und die individuelle Empfehlung welche man von Alfredo oder seinem Team bekommt ist wirklich toll. Persönlich kann ich alles mit Meeresfrüchten von Herzen empfehlen. Wer guten Wein mag ist hier auch an der richtigen Adresse ;)

Great food, great service. Both kind and funny and caring. You feel valued as a guest there, which is anything but a given. Even at the casual mention of a birthday, a serenade was spontaneously sung. The food itself was also 1A and if you have allergies, we even look for solutions to please the guest. I would also like to mention that the owner also takes care of the guests himself. I recommend everyone to visit to experience it for themselves. If there were more stars, I would give them too. :)

The great service started with the fact that we were greeted personally by the boss Alfredo. We were then shown the daily menu, to which Alfredo explained a lot about the origins of the dishes and the food. You can tell that the restaurant is run with passion. After ordering the dishes, you could get advice on which wine goes best with the dish you ordered. The food was incredibly tasty and worth the money. Likewise the dessert. The toilets were modern and looked clean. The ambience was very nice and relaxing. Parking spaces in front of the store are limited to three, although there are several parking garages in the surrounding area.

Was soll man dazu sagen außer PERFETTO E BRAVO 👏🏼 Alles ganz ausgezeichnet, vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung, alles sehr persönlich trotz vollem Haus an einem Samstagabend. Die Einrichtung sehr stilvoll, toller Aperitif sehr gute Burrata und der Hauptgang ein Traum. Alfredo hat alles und vor allem eine wirklich ausgezeichnete Küche. Auch die Weinempfehlung war perfekt dazu. Die Preise sind auf jeden Fall angemessen und für das hohe Niveau absolut gerechtfertigt. So macht Essen gehen absolut Freude. Die Speisekarte ist klein, konzentriert sich auf Tagesempfehlungen – und dafür kommt man auch hierher. Das Essen ist immer, wirklich immer ausgezeichnet. Für das Wochenende sollte man unbedingt reservieren. Der Service ist familiär und äußerst freundlich. Wir sind leider viel zu selten dort, da terminlich oft nur spontan Zeit, aber wenn man sich mal etwas gönnen möchte, dann unbedingt hier!

Das Essen ist wirklich hervorragend! Tolle und ausgefallene Auswahl. Die Weinauswahl könnte etwas besser sein. Einziges Minus: Leider riecht man danach extrem nach Küche. Das passt nicht zu der Location. Man denkt da eher an einen Imbiss oder Festzelt. Wir saßen oben, nächstes Mal versuchen wir es mal unten. Vielleicht ist da die Luft besser. Ansonsten dann erst wieder, wenn man draußen sitzen kann.

Alfredo und sein Team hat (endlich) ein neues Restaurant eröffnet. In der komplett umgebauten "Alten Mühle" bietet er gewohnt hochwertiges Essen und eine tolle Auswahl an Weinen. Und im Sommer ist die Terrasse direkt am Wehr der alten Mühle an der Echaz wunderschön. Ein absolutes Highlight in Reutlingen!

Im August und September war ich insgesamt drei Wochen in Italien, von Sorrent über Florenz, Trento habe ich drei Wochen italienisch, vom Feinsten, gegessen und getrunken, einfach Dolce Vita! Heute Abend war ich auf einem Geburtstag eingeladen und konnte alles, was ich auf meiner Reise erfahren habe, auf einmal bei Alfredo in der alten Mühle genießen! Feinste Speisen, sehr guter Wein, extrem freundlicher und professioneller Service und eine wunderschöne Location in der alten Mühle! Es liegt sehr zentral in Reutlingen, in der Nähe ein Parkhaus, wo man einfach parken kann und einen Fußweg von 3 Minuten hat! Ich hab nach dem schönen Erlebnis gleich mal wieder gebucht. Dieses Lokal kann ich sehr weiter empfehlen und ich bin schon ohne anzugeben ein Feinschmecker! Hier ist Qualität, eine Leidenschaft!
