Ristorante Amalfi in Dinkelsbühl

Ich bin aus Japan angereist, um das Kinderfest in Dinkelsbühl zu besuchen. Dabei bin ich zufällig in dieses italienische Restaurant gestolpert und war sofort von der Minestrone begeistert. Obwohl es ein vegetarisches Gericht ist, wird die Gemüsebrühe über einen langen Zeitraum gekocht. Auch die anderen Gerichte zeichnen sich durch milde, feine Aromen aus und sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Durchschnittliches Essen, das man in den meisten anderen italienischen Restaurants besser bekommt. Sehr langsamer Service. Die Lage ist allerdings wirklich schön.

Die Atmosphäre und der Service sind fantastisch. Eine der besten Pizzen, die ich je gegessen habe, und diese Pasta, hmmm 😋. Fragt den Koch nach seiner Lieblingspasta. Sie steht nicht auf der Karte, es gibt aber ähnliche Gerichte. Ein Freund hat sie bestellt und bekommen. Köstlich 😋😋🤩

Als hätte ein italienischer Koch direkt aus einem Märchen gekocht. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss, alles frisch und voller Geschmack. Der Service war herzlich und aufmerksam – ein Ort, an den man immer wieder gerne zurückkehrt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr leckeres Essen. Steinpilz Bruschetta mit Trüffel ein Traum.

Wirklich leckeres Essen, gute Auswahl, angenehme Atmosphäre, Personal sehr nett, der Chef auch, eben echter Italiener.

Waren spontan zum Abendessen hier, bekamen auch noch Tisch auf der Terrasse. Die Pizzen waren wirklich gut. Mit grünem Spargel, Burata, Mozzarella, Parma Schinken und Trüffel, mal was anderes. Durchaus empfehlenswert.

Danke für dieses tolle Trüffelerlebnis. Sehr lecker und sehr authentisch. Das ist insbesondere bei Trüffel nicht selbstverständlich. Daher vielen Dank für das leckere Essen! Absolut empfehlenswert! Reservierung ist sinnvoll.

Ein Italiener sollte es besser wissen, der erste Expresso am Vormittag sollte nicht der Gast bekommen. SPÜLWASSER...

Schönen Samstag Abend in der Pizzeria Amalfi verbracht. Lecker Bauernsalat gegessen. Danach Pizza die auch sehr gut war. Aperol Spritz hat dazu gut geschmeckt. Bedienung immer freundlich. Zum Abschluss gab es vom Restaurant einen Grappa. Ein gelungener Abend

Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und herzlich, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Restaurant ist super familien- und kinderfreundlich, und auch unser Hund war überhaupt kein Problem und herzlich gern gesehen. Die Speisekarte bietet eine tolle und sehr gute Auswahl. Unsere Highlights, die wir nur wärmstens empfehlen können: • Antipasto Casa: Eine geniale gemischte Vorspeise mit gegrilltem Gemüse, butterweichem Vitello Tonnato, frischer Caprese und knusprigem Bruschetta. Perfekt zum Teilen! • Tomatensalat: Schön knackig mit roten Zwiebeln und Oregano. • Tagliolini Amalfi: Die Pasta mit Langustini und Jakobsmuscheln in einer grandiosen Langustinicremesoße war ein absoluter Traum! • Lasagne Vegetale: Super saftig mit viel frischem Gemüse in einer leckeren Tomatensahnesoße – ideal für Vegetarier. Das Ganze gepaart mit einer hervorragenden Preis-Leistung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wie immer sehr lecker, halt nicht ganz günstig.

Wir haben heute Abend noch spontan einen Tisch bekommen und was sollen wir sagen: Es war die beste Pasta seit langem! Unser Sohn hat seine Nudeln schon zu unseren Vorspeisen bekommen, vielen Dank dafür! Obwohl viel los war, haben wir unser Essen schnell bekommen. Ganz toller Service und noch besseres Essen! Das war unser erstes Mal dort aber garantiert nicht das letzte Mal! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Es war bereits mein dritter Besuch, und jedes Mal, wenn ich in Dinkelsbühl bin, gehört ein Stopp hier fest zum Reiseprogramm. Der Service der Kellner ist einfach top: freundlich, aufmerksam und perfekt. Das Ambiente ist entspannt und gleichzeitig unglaublich gemütlich und einladend – man bleibt gerne länger und genießt die Zeit. Überraschend ist vor allem, dass das Restaurant trotz des lässigen Stils so herzlich und wohltuend wirkt. Und die Preise? Wirklich unschlagbar gut für die herausragende Qualität von Pizza und Pasta. Gutes Abendessen, eines der wenigen Restaurants mit Hintergrundmusik, freundlich und einladend, das Essen ist gut und ich empfehle es allen, die sich in dieser Gegend allein aufhalten.

Alles war super, die Bruschetta waren erstklassig und die Tagesgerichte köstlich.

Wir waren heute anlässlich des Geburtstags meiner schwangeren Freundin in diesem Restaurant – und leider wurde daraus eine echte Enttäuschung. Ein paar Tage vor unserem Besuch hatte ich extra telefonisch reserviert und ganz klar erklärt, dass es sich um einen besonderen Anlass handelt. Ich hatte freundlich nach einem schön vorbereiteten Tisch gefragt sowie nach einem Tiramisu ohne Ei (was in der Schwangerschaft ja wichtig ist). Mir wurde am Telefon versichert, dass das alles „kein Problem“ sei. Vor Ort dann die Ernüchterung: Kein geschmückter Tisch, keinerlei Aufmerksamkeit für den Geburtstag und insgesamt kaum Service. Es wirkte, als hätte man unsere Anfrage komplett ignoriert oder vergessen. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass auch auf kleine Dinge wie eine Kerze oder eine kleine Überraschung – die ich ebenfalls angesprochen hatte – überhaupt nicht eingegangen wurde. Das Tiramisu wurde am Ende einfach kommentarlos hingestellt, ohne irgendeinen Bezug zum Anlass. Es hatte eher den Eindruck, als sei es eine spontane Pflichtübung gewesen, weil man sich vielleicht doch noch an meinen Anruf erinnert hat. Von Wertschätzung oder einem besonderen Moment keine Spur. Was mich zusätzlich geärgert hat: Die Reaktion des Personals bzw. des Besitzers wirkte eher genervt und abweisend, fast so, als wäre es meine Schuld gewesen, Erwartungen zu haben, obwohl mir diese im Vorfeld ausdrücklich bestätigt wurden. Gerade wenn ein Restaurant anbietet oder zumindest zusagt, auf besondere Anlässe einzugehen, sollte das auch ernst genommen werden. Ein Geburtstag – noch dazu in so einer besonderen Lebensphase – ist für viele Menschen etwas Wichtiges. Hier hätte man mit wenig Aufwand viel bewirken können. Das Essen an sich war in Ordnung, aber der fehlende Service und der Umgang mit der Situation überwiegen leider deutlich. Deshalb vergebe ich enttäuscht nur einen Stern.

Leider ein sehr enttäuschender Besuch – und das, obwohl das Restaurant eigentlich viel Potenzial hätte. Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende schwach. Lange Wartezeiten, kaum Aufmerksamkeit und praktisch keine Kommunikation. Man sitzt da, wird abgefertigt und das war’s. Kein Nachfragen, keine Empfehlung, nicht einmal die üblichen Fragen nach Vorspeise oder einem Espresso danach. Gerade bei einem italienischen Restaurant erwartet man doch ein gewisses Maß an Herzlichkeit, ein bisschen Smalltalk, ein Lächeln – einfach diesen typischen Flair, bei dem man sich willkommen fühlt. Hier: absolute Fehlanzeige. Es wirkte alles emotionslos und distanziert, fast schon so, als würde man eher stören als willkommen sein. Dieser „Funke“, der normalerweise überspringt, blieb komplett aus. Das Essen war leider auch keine Rettung – geschmacklich eher fad und wenig besonders. Nichts, was im Gedächtnis bleibt oder Lust auf einen weiteren Besuch macht. Und das ist eigentlich das Traurigste daran: Das Restaurant hat wirklich ein schönes Ambiente. Sowohl die Terrasse als auch der Innenbereich sind ansprechend und könnten richtig etwas hermachen. Mit dem richtigen Service und etwas mehr Leidenschaft könnte man hier ein tolles Erlebnis schaffen. So bleibt es leider bei einer enttäuschenden Erfahrung. Ein kleiner Denkzettel – denn hier wäre definitiv deutlich mehr drin.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Personal super nett und aufmerksam. Der Weißwein war beim Servieren leider zu warm, das ist leider nicht so glücklich gelaufen, aber im Weinkühler hat er dann relativ schnell die passende Temperatur bekommen. Man hat die Lasagne für unseren Sohn extra früher serviert, damit sie für ihn schneller abkühlen kann. Es gab Kinderstühle und Kinderbesteck, alles sehr liebevoll. Die Portionen sind gut, der Geschmack war sowohl von der Gemüse-Lasagne, als auch von den Parmesanlaib-Trüffel-Tagliatelle und den Tagliolini Nero di Sepia sehr lecker. Würden wieder herkommen, wenn wir nochmal in Dinkelsbühl sind.

Ein wunderbares Restaurant! Das essen war wunderbar und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich zu allen Gästen. Ich kann jedem nur raten auch mal dort hin zu gehen!

Positiv: Atmosphäre ist gut. Negativ: Das was in der Karte ausgeschrieben ist bekommt man teilweise nicht, wie bei den Getränken ! Wen in der karte der Hersteller wie Coca Cola oder Bierhersteller steht, dann erwartet man das man das auch bekommt … Also hier genauer hinschauen, man bezahlt ja auch für das was man Bestellt. Die Mix Fisch Grillplatte würde ich persönlich nicht weiterempfehlen, da hier man auch teilweise nicht das bekommt was ausgeschrieben ist. Preis Leistung stimmen hier nicht.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch, aber ihr habt es wirklich geschafft für das Olivenöl 1€ extra zu verlangen🙈

Alles war einfach spektakulär, von der märchenhaften Lage über das Essen bis hin zum Service, was den Aufenthalt noch schöner machte. Ein Ort, den ich wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Friendly and welcoming. I called and got a table 15 minutes later. Delicious bruschetta with truffle cream, Pizza Parma, tagliatelle served from a Parmesan wheel with truffles... Saccottini filled with pear in a cream sauce... Absolutely delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

We live 634 km away from this restaurant, but we plan our routes through Germany so that we can enjoy it here! It's simply sensational.

The food was mediocre, but the service left something to be desired. No bread or oil beforehand, no questions asked about additional drinks or dessert, and unfortunately, we felt underwhelmed.

First, we had to wait 40 minutes for drinks. Then another 40 minutes for the food. We were a group of 10. We wanted to pay separately – whereupon the waiter made a dismissive gesture and just placed the bill in the middle. Absolutely outrageous.

The food was great, but the service was a bit slow

We wanted something to eat and drink, but the waiter (an older gentleman) clearly had better things to do and was flirting with the table next to us instead of simply taking our drinks. After 15 minutes, we left and he just said sorry. We were really looking forward to the food, as it was supposed to be really good. Unfortunately, we will avoid this place in the future. What we wanted to eat and drink would have cost about 100 euros. From the looks of it, they don't rely on every customer.

A very nice restaurant with friendly and attentive service. The atmosphere outside on the small terrace by the street is very pleasant. The food was fresh and beautifully presented. Very tasty! Excellent value for money too! Highly recommended if you're in Dinkelsbühl.

Absolutely disappointing!! We were there with five adults, a child, and a dog, and had even reserved a table. Nevertheless, there was no space available when we arrived, so we had to wait. The table we finally got was dirty – and looking at the cleaning cloth, we wondered if it would have really been any cleaner after wiping. The service was a disgrace: 20 minutes before anyone even took our order. We asked for water for the dog four times – and it took another 20 minutes for us to even get a drink. Another 20 minutes later, the food finally arrived. The food itself was okay, but nothing special. The service, on the other hand, was disastrous: no "please," no "thank you," no apology for the wait. When paying, they were obviously waiting for a tip. Conclusion: We definitely wouldn't recommend it. We'd rather go somewhere else next time.

Waiting forever, only to receive carelessly presented food. At least the sauce for the overcooked duck was good.

Food delicious, but long wait for food

Such a shame. I wanted to grab a quick bite and a drink here today, but since I was alone and probably wouldn't generate enough business, I was told everything was taken, even though almost all the tables were still free (5:30 p.m.!). It's a real shame and a definite no-go for me, even though the pizza could have been so good.

Unfortunately, that was our last visit to Amalfi for the time being. As always, we made reservations very early in advance and were told to call again the day before to clarify whether we wanted to sit outside or inside. No sooner said than done, but unfortunately, sitting outside wasn't possible; they were too full... So why even call again?! No matter, we just sat in the restaurant in 29-degree heat... And there we sat... and waited and waited. The drinks arrived after 20 minutes (decorated with hair), and we ended up waiting an hour and a half for the food. What a long wait for a pasta dish without a pre-appetizer. Even the chef's stressed question, "Is everything okay?", didn't help much. No—unfortunately, it wasn't. A real shame!

Authentic Italian food. Absolute worth a visit. Pastas home made. Pizzas have been superior well in taste. Service is good, but as all restaurants at the moment a little waiting time to personal restriction. But for sure its worth to enjoy their food!!!

Located at the beginning of the old town, it's easily accessible on foot from our hotel (Meiser Design Hotel) with our dog. The food was very, very good; I had the best seafood pizza I've ever eaten. My wife's spaghetti al olio was also great. The service was particularly friendly, and everything went quite quickly. We'll be back...

The restaurant is located on the edge of Dinkelsbühl's old town and features modern decor. The staff was very friendly, and the food was delivered quickly. The homemade bread is truly amazing; it's so good you could eat it there. The pasta with Bolognese was delicious and there was nothing to complain about.

It was okay, but we've eaten better.

Even though we had a reservation, we weren't allowed to sit at our table for over 30 minutes. At least we got a glass of Prosecco on the house while we waited. After another 20 minutes, the starter unfortunately arrived without cutlery, which we then organized ourselves. The main course took about 30 minutes longer than usual because it was very busy. It then arrived over 2 hours after the reservation time... The bruschetta could have been better in terms of quality, the squid was bland and tasteless, and only the tri-pasta was tasty. So if you have plenty of time to enjoy mediocre food, this is the place for you. The offered limoncello was a desperate attempt that couldn't save the evening, and we declined it. Unfortunately, we couldn't say "goodbye." Never again.

We give it 3 stars plus. The food was truly excellent. The pizza, asparagus, seafood salad, and salmon crostini were all fantastic. The wait time was catastrophic. After waiting for two hours, the guests at the next table were told their food wasn't coming because it was too busy. One family waited 2.5 hours for their pizza. Nevertheless, the service was friendly, but incompetent. It's a shame, because the food there is so delicious.

The food was truly delicious, and the ambiance was lovely. Unfortunately, our waiter didn't speak German, so billing the food with a receipt was almost impossible. The food for four people didn't arrive at the table at the same time; the last pizza arrived when the other three were almost finished—a shame!

Cozy, authentic restaurant with a large selection of Italian delicacies. Pizza and pasta were particularly impressive. The service is attentive and tried hard. In summer you can sit on the spacious terrace and enjoy a spritz.

Simply brilliant with a perfect selection and quality

We ate there 3 times during our 2 week business trip and I have to say this is the restaurant we loved the most! Food and drinks were very delicious! The staff was always smiling and helping even though there was a little language barrier and the atmosphere was buzzing every night! When I go back to Dinklesbühl I will definetely stop by again. As a side note, the carbonara I had there was very good, but it would've been amazing if they used Guanciale instead of salty bacon.

We were thrilled by the particularly friendly and attentive service! The food was a poem: all the dishes were excellent, lovingly prepared and you were really full! Absolute recommendation, but you should make a reservation as it is very well received!

Service is just unfriendly. Forgot to pre-order. Food pickup disaster. Then mostly lukewarm to cold. Definitely not again.

Very unfriendly service, when asked if you could look at the menu - there wasn't one visible in front of the restaurant - she said you could "squat down" there! Pretty outrageous! We were handed the card grumpily and wanted to stock up immediately. We gratefully declined and think it's a shame that a once good restaurant can decline like this. Probably a change of ownership!

A slightly better Italian restaurant. Noodles are homemade and the ingredients are fresh. There's nothing wrong with the taste. There might be a little more on the plate. If you are very hungry, you might want to add a salad, starter or dessert. In terms of price, it's not cheap, but still within reason. The service is attentive, friendly and you don't have to wait long. The atmosphere on the terrace in the beautiful old town of Dinkelsbühl is great. If you are planning a visit to the restaurant, it is advisable to reserve a table.

Nice environment. Very kind staff. My husband's meat was good, I can't say the same about my spaghetti after we asked if the chef was Italian and therefore we could be comfortable with cooking the pasta. Instead it arrived completely hot. Also taste and flavour very poor. Price normal. I recommend improving the cooking of pasta especially for Italian customers.

Nettes Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Leider lässt der Service aber zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren 5 Personen und haben 1 Vorspeise, 4 Nudelgerichte und 1 Fleischgericht bestellt. Essen war geschmacklich wirklich gut, aber bis zur Hauptspeise hatten wir 2 Stunden Wartezeit. Und nach dem ersten Getränk hat sich auch niemand sehen lassen, auch wenn man häufig am Tisch vorbei musste. Das Fleischgericht kam dann auch noch falsch, statt Tagliata classica (geschnittenes Rind mit Rucola und Parmesan kam dann ein ein Rumsteak. Ich hatte noch nachgefragt, aber er war der Meinung das es so passt. Er kennt seine eigenen Gerichte nicht. Egal, ich habe es trotzdem gegessen, und geschmacklich war es sehr gut. Wenn man über den Service hinwegsieht, geschmacklich auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
