The only positive thing about this restaurant is the pizza. This is really extremely tasty. But that was it. Very very bad service. The tables weren't cleared, the three waiters stood behind the bar and talked. We really had to wait forever for our food, even though the restaurant wasn't full and all the other guests had already had their food. Unfortunately I couldn't finish all of my spaghetti carbonara because there was far too much cheese in the sauce. One dish was completely forgotten, which the waiter noticed immediately, but was not mentioned at the table and we were simply left sitting. The dish came when the rest had finished eating. I have rarely had to experience such poor service. Very unfortunate. And now to be portrayed as a liar by you is the last straw. It wasn't full either upstairs or downstairs. There were exactly 3 people sitting upstairs. The service and long waiting times have often been criticized during the recessions. If the gratinated dish only arrives when everyone else at the table has finished eating, then this is a sign of poor coordination in the kitchen. I specially ordered the carbonara from you because I wanted to convince myself of your original Italian cuisine, I have never eaten one with cream and will not eat it either. What I got was a single cheese mush. But it's nice to read how poorly they deal with criticism instead of simply accepting it and improving it. Maybe the boss should work on the service himself, then you might have seen that all 3 waiters at the back of the bar were talking for ages instead of taking care of the guests and clearing away the empty plates...

We visited Bruno's for the first time with a small group (8 people). The restaurant has a great ambience, great selection on the menu and the food is very, very tasty. It also went super fast. We had pizza, pasta and salad and were all very satisfied. The service was also great. We would all love to come back. Unfortunately no photos were taken...maybe next time

A nice place with wood-fired pizza. Pizza dough was airy, not crispy - you have to like it. Unfortunately, chili oil wasn't spicy at all. Waiters were very nice and accommodating, very quick service.

Great location (with terrace) in the beautiful old town - run by real Italians, which is becoming increasingly rare!! Everything tasted great: Ham + melon with pizza bread (which was super fluffy), pasta rolls with salsiccia and squid pasta with black sauce - both from the daily menu. Attention: The mixed salad is dressed with wine! The dessert was also delicious - fried pastries with vanilla ice cream and caramel cream. We'd love to come back if we're near there 🤩

The food is prepared by great Italian chefs. We enjoyed a lunch menu of lasagna, rigatoni, minestrone, and focaccia bread in our party. The service was outstanding and they all speak a variety of languages to accommodate their customers. Pasta is homemade. No room for dessert as we all ate everything.

OK. This was probably one of the best pizzas I've eaten so far. Surely it was the best seafood pizza ever. Not the usual mixed topping of frozen seafood, but pulpo and scampi, that's it. Really good. The dough and tomato sauce were also great. Not run-of-the-mill cheap cheese, but delicious mozzarella and nothing else. Service friendly and in a good mood. That's right!

Beautiful atmosphere in the middle of the old town and the best Italian food you can get in the area in my opinion. The menu stands out from the competition without missing the classics. The Parmigiana made from grandma’s recipe is highly recommended.

The portion of pasta is definitely too small, my husband and I didn't get enough, it's normal if we eat too much, and pasta only costs a few cents🤷‍♀️, what a shame! otherwise tasty, staff friendly

Bruno's family business. I stayed at Bruno's a little longer because I really appreciate cosiness. I ate a seafood pizza, a pizza that I often enjoy. Went to Bruno's 3 times from June 9, 2024 to June 15, 2024 and it was simply fantastic; You can't compare the food, there's nothing better and everyone else can hide with a latte macchiato - if you're in Dinkelsbühl, you should stop by there once (or several times) - 5 stars!

First of all, tastes are different. I had a Hawaiian pizza. The edge of the pizza was about 4 cm wide and thick. Unfortunately also very rubbery. On the other hand, the small inner part of the pizza was very thin and very soggy. In terms of taste, it was the worst pizza I've eaten to date. Charging almost 13 euros for this is very exaggerated. Customer-friendly is certainly something different. My wife wanted rigatoni ham cream baked with cheese. The answer was that the chef doesn't do that, he's very peculiar. Well, once was definitely enough.

I've been there several times and, as many have noted, the service isn't very friendly, but on Monday the 20th evening we were obviously disruptive. The terrace is hardly full and the hall is empty, we are inside, the service takes a long time to take the order. Then the terrace fills up and we wait again. The order is taken, I ask a question about the types of pasta in one of the dishes, and he answers me in a mumble, I still don't understand his answer, I ask about white wine, here too an approximate and unsympathetic answer... Obviously the terrace has priority, we are waiting for a salad as a starter I ask a waiter if they haven't forgotten us, but he replies that it's full and shows me the terrace and the kitchen to tell me that they're not working! Three waiters, a few tables on the patio and two tables inside, and they're overloaded? The atmosphere is very stressful and doesn't make you want to have dinner. I say that we wouldn't have come if we knew it would take a very long time and that given the kindness we wouldn't come back, and he replies, "As you wish." I was speechless and would never go back to this restaurant that treats its guests like that. A waiter comes to me and tells me on the order form that we have been waiting for 18 minutes! He forgets that we waited 20 minutes before a waiter came to take the order! This is really customer unfriendly! I was just waiting for my starter!!! The result was that the salad was served with cold pasta, so I didn't finish it. I would like to point out that the other pizzeria AMALFI is run by the same owner. If you want to have a good time without stress, don't go there.

The best pizza I've eaten in my life!!

Four of us ate there. The pizzas and pasta dishes are delicious and down-to-earth. Otherwise the pizzeria is very very disorganized. Be sure to check the bill as drinks/food are billed incorrectly. If the service is kindly pointed out, there is only a soggy grumble... there are just as good pizzas elsewhere in Dinkelsbühl with definitely better organized and friendlier service

Very small portions, poor price-performance ratio,

We were there on a Monday lunchtime. Guests were sitting at two tables and as they walked to the table they could already see burning logs burning in the pizza oven. We ordered a lasagne and a pizza and both dishes were served pleasantly quickly. The pizza with salami and mushrooms tasted very good and the lasagna was also great. The Brunos team has the store well under control because all areas are clean, the restaurant looks elegant and there is also room for celebrations on the first floor, where the toilets are. Unfortunately, Bruno's is not barrier-free.

We were in Dinkelsbühl with the motorhome and were looking for a restaurant for Saturday evening. Great starter, good service, great main course, nice farewell gift from Bruno to our wives (wink). The welcome feeling was worth it.

We had a pizza parma and a pasta dish (pasta with spinach and ricotta). Both were good. The service was really quick and super friendly! Very obliging. Good value for money. For two people, meal and 1 drink each (pizza + pasta) total €35. Restaurant is in a nice modern condition.

Wir waren spontan hier und haben glücklicherweise einen Tisch bekommen. Nächstes Mal würde ich auf jeden Fall reservieren. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht verständlicher Weise. Das Essen war Ausgezeichnet zur Vorspeise gab uns der sympathisch Keller noch eine Empfehlung die gut dazu gepasst hat. Die Pizzen war sehr gut belegt (siehe Fotos) Wir haben den Rest zu mitnehmen eingepackt bekommen. Ich war erstaunt als ich sah das sie noch Bachpapier unter die Pizza gelegt haben. So hat die "kalte" Pizza überhaupt nicht nach Katon geschmeckt. Für mich eines der besten Italiener. Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team

Essen war Lecker aber die männliche Bedienung, schwarz etwas länger Haare mit eine art Haarreif war sehr unfreundlich. Wir waren 6 Personen und als ich mein Essen bezahlt habe mit 2,80€ Trinkgeld bei einer 15€ Rechnung sagte die Bedienung nur: "Das reicht ja gerade mal so nh?" Darauf fragte ich:"Wie bitte?" Antwort der Bedienung erneut:"Das reicht ja gerade mal so nh?" Daraufhin habe ich nichts mehr geantwortet.

Wir waren als Tagestouristen unterwegs und haben hier zu Mittag gegessen. Sehr gutes Essen, unglaublich nette Bedienung und ein guter Service. Daumen hoch

Wir haben Bruno‘s als Touristen eher zufällig entdeckt. Der Service war sehr nett mit ausführlicher Weinberatung und sehr flexibel. Wir hatten beide Änderungswünsche, die nach kurzer Rücksprache mit der Küche kein Problem waren. Es sind hochwertige Gerichte aus der italienischen Küche und sehr leckere Pizza im Angebot. Dessert ist selbst gemacht. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir die Stadt mal wieder besuchen.

Wir kommen immer wieder sehr sehr gern in das Brunos. Alle verechiedenen Speisen die wir bisher gegessen haben waren sehr lecker, frisch, gut abgeschmeckt. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wie waren hier gestern mit 8 Personen. Wurden extrem nett empfangen und den Abend über sehr nett bedient, top Service. Wir hatten zusammen eine große Bandbreite der Karte, Pizza, Pasta, Lasagne, Salate sowie Tiramisu und waren alle top zufrieden. Das Essen kam schnell, war frisch, heiß und sau lecker. Zu einer richtigen Pizza aus dem original Steinofen gehören verkohlte Stellen aus meiner Sicht dazu, ich verstehe nicht wie man das bemängeln kann wie andere hier in den Kommentaren. Brunos ist einen Besuch wert!

Sehr schneller Service und super leckere Gerichte. Endlich mal eine Pizza die ein richtiges Leopardenmuster hat. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Auch die Pilz Pasta war super. Hier macht man nichts falsch.

Wir sind sehr glücklich, endlich gibt es eine richtig gute Pizza im Umkreis Dinkelsbühl. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, typisch italienisch halt mit Tagesempfehlungen und Beratung wenn man unentschlossen ist. Als Aperitif kann ich Brunos empfehlen, ist eine Eigenkreationen, nicht zu süß und erfrischend. Das Essen war super, schon sehr lange nicht mehr so eine gute Pizza gegessen, weil es im Umkreis eben keine gab. Dicker fluffiger Rand gute Zutaten als Belag und tolle Kreationen und das alles in einem tollen mit Holz befeuerten Pizza Ofen. Eine schöne Kaffemaschine mit gutem Kaffee endlich kein Vollautomat sondern ein Siebträger. Also ich kann es nur empfehlen und wir werden wieder kommen, da ich noch Pasta und anderes probieren will.

Ich hatte heute das Vergnügen, eine neapolitanische Pizza in diesem Restaurant zu genießen, und ich bin restlos begeistert. Der Service war herausragend, vom freundlichen Personal bis zur schnellen Bedienung. Die Atmosphäre war einladend und gemütlich, perfekt für ein entspanntes Essen. Was die Pizza betrifft, war sie einfach fantastisch! Der knusprige, dünne Teig war perfekt ausgebacken und hatte diesen unverwechselbaren neapolitanischen Geschmack. Die frischen Zutaten machten jeden Biss zu einem wahren Gaumenschmaus. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie eine authentische neapolitanische Pizza genießen möchten. Der Service ist top, das Essen ist hervorragend und die Atmosphäre ist genau richtig. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir waren letzte Woche in diesem Restaurant, da unser jahrelanger Lieblingsitaliener das Amalfi geschlossen hatte. (Das Brunos ist direkt nebenan) Für das Brunos kann nur eine äußerst unzufriedene Bewertung abgegeben werden. Ich hatte eine Lasagne und ein Pizzabrot bestellt. Die Lasagne kam nicht, so wie man das eigentlich von einem Italiener kennt in einer Auflaufform, sondern auf einem Teller. Die Lasagne war eiskalt. Vermutlich wird diese Portionsweise aufgetaut. Das Pizzabrot war geschmacklich ganz oke, wäre da nicht die grüne Raupe auf dem Pizzabrot gewesen. Da war der Appetit vorbei. Erst eine kalte Lasagne und dann eine große grüne Raupe. Uns wurde auf diesen Hinweis sofort gesagt, dass diese von den Blumen beim raus tragen gekommen wäre. Später wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass diese aus dem Basilikum in der Küche kam. (Welche Hygiene herrscht hier?) Es wurde sich zwar halbwegs entschuldigt, bzw. raus geredet, aber bezahlen mussten wir die eiskalte Lasagne dennoch. Immerhin das pizzabrot wurde von der Karte gestrichen. Daher war das unser erster und letzter Besuch in diesem Restaurant.

Sehr gute Pasta und Pizza. Schöne und gemütliche Terrasse.

Wer abseits von Tortellini alla panna authentisches italienisches Essen sucht, wird hier fündig. Abwechslungsreiche Tageskarte die zum Beispiel frische Meeresfrüchte, cima di rapa oder scarola beinhaltet. Wir waren an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen da, es war immer voll, aber der Service hat stets gepasst. Meeresfrüchtesalat, Pizza, Parmigiana und Calamari Fritti ohne großes Chichi, dafür aus frischen hochwertigen Zutaten. Der Wein glasweise zu fairem Preis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hier fühlten wir uns direkt herzlich willkommen. Neben dem sehr guten Service, war das Essen hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Vielen Dank, hier kommen wir gerne wieder.

3 Pastasorten alle Top plus Top Pizza schöner Teig guter Geschmack sehr weiter empfehlbar

Wir haben am Mittag Essen zum abholen am Abend bestellt. Als wir es abholen wollten müssten wir ne halbe Stunde warten. Besonders Ärgerlich war, dass nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen uns immer wieder versichert wurde dass es in 2-3 Minuten soweit wäre. Als uns dann das Essen übergeben wurde waren die Pizzen kalt! Ich vermute sie haben zuerst mit den Pizzen angefangen und dann die . Pasta zubereitet. Ich habe dennoch für das Essen zwei Sterne gegeben, da ich mir vorstellen kann dass die Pizzen (sofern warm) nicht schlecht sind . Allerdings hab ich in Zukunft nicht mehr vor das auszuprobieren.

Pizza’s zijn lekker! Niet duur!

Het eten was smakeloos. De tagliatelle was aangelengd met een tomatensaus uit blik. De pizza was niet gaar alleen de ham was erg lekker. De man die ons bediende had er niet echt meer zin in, maar dat kan ik begrijpen aan het eind van het seisoen.

Die männliche Bedienung war äußerst antriebslos und sehr verpeilt. Das Essen war ohne Übertreibung wirklich nicht gut .. bestellt wurden eine Pizza 🍕 deren Rand butterweich war und der Boden ein Hauch von Teig . Die vegetarische Lasagne war unverschämt teuer , dafür das es eine Handgroße Portion war ohne Soße einfach nur Nudeln , Sahne und ein Berg Käse ! Der gewünschte Tomatensalat für stolze 6,50 Euro bestand aus drei Tomaten mit Petersilie darüber gestreut … weiter nichts . Unsere Sitznachbarn ließen die Hälfte des Essens zurückgehen. Leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen !!!! Schade um das Geld und das zwei weitere Pizzarias an dem Tag geschlossen waren sonst wäre das übel verhindert worden . Auf dem Foto handelt es sich um die vegetarische Lasagne für über 12 Euro.

Mit Abstand die beste Wahl zum Essen in DKB. Äußerst zuvorkommender Service. Perfektes Gesamtbild ☀️

Brunos und Amalfi gehören in zusammen. Die Pizza ist hier das beste Gericht und sehr empfehlenswert.

Weder der Service noch das Essen im „Brunos“ in Dinkelsbühl waren so beeindruckend, dass man dem Lokal in absehbarer Zeit wieder einen Besuch abstatten müsste. 15 Minuten musste man warten, bevor man zur Kenntnis genommen wurde obwohl nur wenige Tische besetzt waren. Dafür war der Pizzarand stark verkohlt und beim Pastagericht die Nudeln mehr als „all dente“. Beim „Brunos“ ist eindeutig noch Luft nach oben.

Service komplett überfordert. Essen nur Standard. Keine Struktur erkennbar. Getränke muss man 3 x bestellen bis es einmal gehört wird. Salat lieblos angerichtet und die Frische ist auch nicht erkennbar. Das Restaurant hat einer übernommen,der von Qualität und Reinlickeit (Tische reinigen bevor der nächste Kunde sich setzt, Aschenbecher leeren im Terassenbereich) keine Ahnung hat. Der Vorgänger war hier weit voraus! Monte de la Mare wir vermissen dich.
