Amazing, this couldn't have been better, great service, and the food is even greater. I am not exaggerating when I say this is (outside of Spain of course) the best TAPAS restaurant I have tried, I suggest the "camarones al ajillo", the steak, and the "pollo al ajillo", and "papas con aioli". I'd say this is the best thing out of Arnsberg

In October, we celebrated our civil wedding with a luncheon at Rioja and couldn't have made a better choice. The restaurant opened especially for us, and we received a very warm and attentive welcome. Everything went smoothly with the pre-arranged tapas selection, and we enjoyed friendly and attentive service. Thank you so much for contributing to such a wonderful day for us and our guests!

The service, ambiance, and quality are good. The menu selection is huge, and there are also additional weekly specials listed on chalkboards in the dining room. Unfortunately, the prices are exorbitant, and an evening here can become very expensive.

I have to say, the tapas restaurant is truly a highlight! The tapas are so delicious, you just can't get enough. The fresh dishes are simply fantastic, and the ambiance is super relaxing. The service is also very friendly and always attentive. Good wine and a great atmosphere, perfect for groups. The prices aren't too bad either, and the food is really worth it. It's simply a fantastic experience!

All the tapas were very tasty (we know what's not good by now). At over €70 for two people with a drink, it's very expensive, so you should plan for that. The noise level is still very loud because all the guests are sitting close together; you're practically sitting on your neighbor's lap. Rioja is the only "Spanish" restaurant in the area and therefore probably enjoys the lack of competition. It wouldn't survive in our area with those prices.

Walk in, sit down, and feel like you're in Spain. Very friendly staff serve really good tapas at reasonable prices. The starters are also fantastic. I haven't had such good Spanish tapas in a long time. The crowning glory was dessert. Orange ice cream served in an orange peel. Absolutely delicious. We'd love to come back. There were two of us there. The service, friendliness, food, and ambiance were all top-notch! I have two "minor" points for improvement: a) the napkins are made of paper and are rather inexpensive, not suitable for repeated use during a meal. Cloth napkins or at least higher-quality ones would certainly work well in this case. b) the "mini salt and pepper shakers" on the tables are more reminiscent of fast-food restaurants. Simple grinders would also raise the bar. These are really just minor things, but in my opinion, they would make the overall impression perfect.

We had dinner there in the evening for Ramadan. The ladies knew immediately and were very attentive and took great care of us. It tasted excellent and the service couldn't be better! Kudos to everyone there! It's always nice to be there and, as always, it tasted delicious. Ps: There was no table that was free.

Nice ambience, nice service and the food was so delicious

Unfortunately I can't give a particularly good rating. The first thing I ordered was rabbit ragout with fried potatoes, which only arrived after about 15-20 minutes, but only after asking several times for the ragout, which was of course cold. The taste of the dishes as such was ok, but it didn't blow me away either. The service is below all cannon, my conclusion, I've gained one experience and I definitely don't need to go back here again.

Always worth a visit! Constantly changing offers which are offered on the boards in the restaurant. A really good and plentiful selection of tapas. My tip, rabbits in various variations. Great friendly service even when it's busy and it usually is. We'll be back next year too!

Everything fits here. When we arrived, the place was almost full and the friendly waitress immediately wanted to look around to see if there were two more places available. During the approximately 2 minute wait we were approached twice by friendly staff asking whether we had already been taken care of. That's a good impression right from the start. The food was great, the tapas menu was more than extensive and the service was extremely friendly and communicative - that's how it should be. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. We were there spontaneously yesterday. We were offered a table for 2 hours. Fair and honest, because we were there unannounced. The food was very good and arrived quickly. The service was perfect - very friendly, not intrusive but attentive! Clear recommendation if you eat in the area.

Telephone table reservations worked without any problems. Friendly introduction to the ordering option. Food came promptly and was super tasty! Thanks to the attentive staff, it was also possible to order drinks quickly. Price performance top. We'd love to come back.

If necessary, set it differently or change the bean brand. Then the coffee goes well with good food.

Der Service ist sehr nett und auf Zack gewesen. Der bestellte Rotwein (Rioja) prima. Bei den Gerichten hätte ich mir sehr gerne Pinchos morunos Spieße gewünscht. Die bestellte Chorizo Wurst war mir zu ölig und viel zu wenig knusprig angebraten. Meine Frau war mit Ihrem Essen deutlich mehr zufrieden.

Consistently 5 star service. The reservation could be easily made via Facebook message. Although the shop was very full very quickly, we never had to wait long for a waitress and our extensive order was delivered very quickly and in the right order (starter, etc.). Heute war unser erstes, aber sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Die Auswahl an Speisen, die Geschmackskomposition und Zusammenstellung von Fleisch, Obst, Kräutern ein paradisischer Genuss. Das Ganze war das Geburtstagsgeschenk unserer Tochter.... wir sind ihr und dem Rioja sehr dankbar!

Einfach mal was anderes von vielen Gerichten probieren.

Wir hatten schon im Voraus, nachdem wir die vielen guten Bewertungen gelesen hatten, einen Tisch reserviert. Es gibt eine eigene Art die Bestellung aufzugeben, sehr gut gelöst. Die 6 bestellten Tapas waren alle wirklich sehr gut. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Auswahl an Tapas ist riesig. Ich könnte hier locker noch 5 mal Essen gehen und jedes mal etwas anderes bestellen. Wir sind aber so dass wir alles, was uns gut gefallen hat, immer wieder bestellen würden. Die ganze Atmosphäre hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal durch die Bank sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Würde ich in Neheim wohnen, wäre ich hier Stammgast.
