Employees are friendly but that's it. Names were taken incorrectly, non-alcoholic beer was ordered and it came with it. Then a half-finished Wildberry Lillet came to the table in the basement bar. Upon request, berries were fetched and carelessly poured into the glass in front of the guest. (Aside from that, the poor mix made the drink undrinkable, whether with or without berries). At the buffet nothing is properly labeled, suddenly you find on the fish, bacon cubes... the hotel is supposed to have 4 stars but when I compare it with 3 star hotels they do 10x better than this.

Rooms are large, service is great, parking nearby costs €12, unfortunately right on the main road, but very well insulated

Very centrally located, both to the center and to Signal Iduna Park. Very nice and courteous staff. Delicious and rich breakfast buffet. Rooms absolutely fine and clean. The only small point of criticism: There is a lack of storage space in the bathroom. Absolutely recommended as accommodation for a BVB home game.

Great hotel bar with super friendly staff.

At the Hotel Drees I always receive a friendly welcome and find very clean rooms. The hotel has both a small backyard for parking and an underground car park; you can only find a parking space on the street by chance. There is a kiosk adjacent to the hotel. The food is very good and the service is friendly. There is nothing missing in the conference rooms and there are adjacent toilets. My personal highlight is the generous and international buffet at breakfast. The location in Dortmund is not so central but everything can be reached on foot or by train.

Food and service were very good. I can't say anything about the rooms because we were at a party there.

Well-equipped single room with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Desk, television (costs extra), mini bar and safe in the room. The window faced the street, apparently Dortmund had played at the weekend so there was a lot going on in the streets. The room was quiet with the window closed and even I was able to sleep well (I'm otherwise rather hard of hearing). The room has air conditioning so that a comfortable temperature could be created in the room even at 29 to 30 degrees. I borrowed the hotel bike for 5 euros per day to get to Patchwork Gilde Deutschland e.V. The bike is simple (not an e-bike), difficult to move when the roads have a slight incline. Maybe a scooter would be better to use... there are enough in the area as long as you download the apps. The breakfast is plentiful, scrambled eggs, Nuremberg mini bratwurst, quark, yoghurt, muesli, rolls, bread (I think some of it could be homemade), various jams, nut nougat cream, eggs 5 and 7 minutes (keeping class 2), juices , fully automatic coffee machine with different types (coffee, cappuccino, etc.), fruit and much more. Very tasty and fresh, often refilled. The staff was very friendly this weekend, always available to contact, great service, which unfortunately you don't get that often anymore. Thank you for so much service. I deducted a star because I personally don't like the location, even though it's centrally located I miss the view of something green. Be it a small home garden with seating or a park. I deducted one star from the room because there wasn't enough storage space for clothes. A closet a little larger than a locker where the safe is stored above the clothes rack and above it there are 2 small compartments where I could only use one of them because it was placed too high. An open compartment above the mini bar and a large drawer for linens?! I wouldn't put my clothes in it, but rather a pair of shoes. That's my personal opinion, I was still very satisfied and have already booked again. The positive values ​​predominate here and are more important to me. The WiFi reception is not that good in the room.

We had a relaxing stay in a nice, large room with a great bathroom. We found the room to be good and clean. The breakfast was quite small but good.

Staff very friendly and pleasant, points deducted only because the air conditioning didn't cool and it was very stuffy in the room. Quite noisy with the window open, but because we wanted to go to the Westfalen Hallen the location was great.

Very helpful and friendly staff at reception and room service. The room/bathroom was clean, well maintained and spacious. The bathroom is really big by hotel standards. We also used the swimming pool and were pleasantly surprised not to smell any chlorine. Great. At breakfast there was an employee there on two days whose behavior ranged from reserved to snippy towards the guests and the helpers. Unfortunately, the two young helpers also seemed uncomfortable and couldn't bring themselves to smile. On the third day this lady wasn't there and the entire atmosphere among the breakfast staff was incredibly cheerful. And even though there were significantly more guests there than on the previous days. Basically we felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back

I went to the big summer congress of Jehovah's Witnesses last weekend. My hotel stay in the Drees went very well with that! I felt really well looked after as an individual. I had a fairly spacious room... but I had also taken a lot of care of it in advance 😉 Gladly again!

Long waiting times and broken air conditioning almost drove us to despair. At breakfast, which was very manageable, the food was not refilled and the service staff were overwhelmed. The rooms are large but these and the bathrooms are getting old and there is mold in the shower.

If you want to go to football, the perfect hotel. Everything can be reached on foot or you can take the subway from the front door. Parking was there and the staff was particularly noteworthy...Super friendly, you felt right at home. we will be back.

No ine smiles in this place, if you ask a question they reapond you like you are stupid. You ask for information they het upset, the bedroom was small (fair enough). No towel in the bathroom, i didn't knew in Dortmund they dont use towels after shower, no bottle opener in the bedroom if you want to open a bottle you need yo use a coin ir a lighter. We asked yesterday for a taxi the longa hair receptionist man and he said taxi was coming, he didn't mention any time when asked. After 30 min we realized that he didnt made the call , we lost in translation. Sauna is off if you go to use it. At least the there were towels there. The pillow in the bad was cheap one, impossible to sleep.

We celebrated a wedding there. Great food, great beds, super nice staff!! Breakfast was also great. What can I say, we felt very comfortable.

Very hard... No recommendation. All not bad, a bit too much salt in the food, but chicken nuggets as a snack between breaks... And buffets that are clearly undersized, economical is good, but if the fish is already gone after 10 guests, that's a miscalculation... Very good coffee. A bar crew that prefers to talk to the family on the phone instead of serving, and instead offers cheap drinks. I wouldn't go on vacation there, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel as a seminar location either, it's simply too expensive, or the price and performance don't match.

I can only say good things about the hotel. My stay was only short and unfortunately there was no reason to celebrate (BVB Champions League final defeat) but everything was good. About the nice people at reception, generally a very nice staff. The breakfast was also very good and always enough of everything. The room was functional and always clean. Great job by the cleaning staff.

The overall package is right here. Location, rooms and friendly staff. Would come again.

I felt like I was in good hands in this hotel, the pool and sauna were also quite nice. The moms and their little water rats are only in the pool on Wednesdays, but it's always later. The rooms were clean and good, breakfast was also OK.

I was there with my girlfriend 2 months ago. It's only a few minutes to the trade fair. The room was clean and attractive. A complaint about a hair dryer was immediately investigated. If you leave the windows open you can't hear the traffic. Easy to reach by subway. The breakfast was ok. Unfortunately, when the tables were cleared, the breadcrumbs were simply pushed onto the floor. And you don't reach over the guest's plate to clear dishes. That really irritated us. Other guests also looked surprised. What really bothered me... even though I had booked and all my details were there, my friend was called because something wasn't working with the debit. I can not comprehend that.

We visited the hotel for a trade fair, but the location is unbeatable, you can get there quickly on foot. The hotel with its restaurant is great, the rooms didn't miss anything, were super clean and we ate very well in the restaurant. If we come to Dortmund again, we'll come back to you!

Was there for the seminar. The food was delicious, but unfortunately no longer hot on day 1. The service was top. Unfortunately, like in all of Dortmund, the parking situation is stupid.

Booked this hotel for the Judas Priest and Uriah Heep concert in the Westfalenhalle. Was super satisfied. And: You could reach the hall on foot. Hotel: staff friendly, rooms clean, breakfast plentiful and tasty.

We went bowling in the old alley. I think 17 euros per hour is excessive since you also eat and drink something. Otherwise everything was fine.

I WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN. I was told on the phone that a room costs €147. That's why I went there and booked a room. Then I was told that you have to pay a deposit. And you get it back when you check out. I wanted to check out the next day, but I wasn't allowed because I still had to pay something even though I didn't do anything or eat anything. I would be happy if you told me that beforehand. Stop ripping off customers

Ein großes Plus sind die Zimmer. Sauber, geräumige und relativ modern. Da hört es aber leider schon auf. Der Service beim Frühstück war unterirdisch. Das Personal war zwar freundlich aber weit weg von jeglichen Gastronomie Standard. Beim Abräumen der Tische wurden die Krümel einfach auf den Boden gewischt. Die Anordnung des Buffets ist sehr unpraktisch und unübersichtlich. Das Hotel hat Potential, weles mit einem guten Management wieder auf das richtige Niveau gehoben werden kann.

Beim Frühstück waren zu wenig Plätze für die Anzahl der Gäste vorhanden. Ein Freundespärchen musste außerhalb des Frühstücksraumes in einem ungedeckten, kahlen Raum frühstücken und durch die ganze Eingangshalle laufen, um sich das Frühstück am Buffet zu holen. Im Frühstücksraum sah der Boden sehr dreckig aus, weil die benutzen Sets durch das Personal auf dem Boden geschüttet wurden. Nicht sehr hygänisch.

A large family hotel dedicated to Borussia and ideal for an overnight stay when you are visiting the stadium. Unfortunately, if you want to visit the city center the location of the hotel is not that great, the subway only goes once every 15 minutes. The standard is high and the facilities are good, especially the swimming pool and sauna. The rooms are slightly worn down, but comfortable. The staff are friendly, though some are very reluctant to speak English, the fact that they insist on German in the reception may be surprising to some visitors. The only disappointment was the breakfast - for a German hotel this size, the selection was fairly limited, and on our first day by 9.00 (open until 10.30) most of the food was gone and the coffee machine broken. It is still good, but the price and 4 stars increase your expectations.

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und sehr ansprechend. Die Parkplätze sind sehr rar darum empfiehlt es sich das Parkhaus zu buchen. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer am Fahrstuhl was doch deutlich zu hören war. Auch ein brummen war die Nacht über zu hören. Sonst ist es aber zu empfehlen.

Sauber, ordentlich und nett. Allerdings war das Zimmer eiskalt (16°) und wurde auch nicht mehr warm während meines Aufenthaltes. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist sehr eng und überfüllt, so dass man kaum einparken oder wenden kann, wenn man nicht gerade im Smart unterwegs ist. Der Service war sehr freundlich.

Bereits zwei Mal habe ich an einer Tagung teilgenommen, die im Ringhotel Drees stattgefunden hatte. Der erste Aufenthalt war ein sehr negatives Erlebnis, da wir von einer unglaublich lauten Hochzeitsveranstaltung direkt über unseren Köpfen gestört worden sind, die ganze Nacht lang. Es war ziemlich leichtsinnig und unklug, Gäste in Zimmern unterzubringen, die sich direkt unter einer großen Eventhalle befinden. Als wir uns in der Nacht mehrmals an den Rezeptionisten wandten, weil wir nicht schlafen konnten, machte sich dieser über uns lustig und war überaus unfreundlich zu uns. Schließlich verlegte er uns in ein altes und nicht so schönes Zimmer, wo wir aber zumindest ruhig schlafen konnten. Nach diesem Vorfall allerdings setzte das Management alles daran, die Sache wiedergutzumachen- was ihnen auch gelungen ist. Daher möchte ich trotzdem eine gute Rezension hinterlassen. Es wurde sich persönlich bei uns entschuldigt und für unsere nächste Tagungsveranstaltung wurden keine Mühen gescheut, uns glücklich zu machen. Der Service war exquisit, die Speisen außerordentlich lecker, das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Tagungsraum großartig und modern. Alle paar Stunden gab es für uns eine breite Auswahl an Speisen- ob Kaffeepause mit frischen Waffeln und Süßigkeiten, Mittagessen oder Abendessen. Unsere Zimmer waren modern und luxuriös, gut ausgestattet und die Betten weich. Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden, kommen definitiv wieder zum Tagen und können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen!

Viel kann man hier nicht sagen, außer das alles erstklassig war. Sehr freundliches Personal! Das Einzige sind die Parkmöglichkeiten, obwohl ein Parkplatz reserviert war, war der abends wenn man in das Hotel zurück kam nicht gesichert und ein Stück vom Hotel entfernt. Aber trotzdem immer wieder!

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Stadion. Von der Hauptstraße war im Zimmer nichts zur hören. Parken kann man in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage. Hier gibt es reservierte Plätze vom Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Das Bett war ein bisschen hart. Aber das ist ja „Geschmacksache“. Es gibt zwei Restaurants im Hotel. Einmal auf der ebene der Rezeption und einmal eine Etage tiefer. In beiden Restaurants gibt es unterschiedliche Karten. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Morgens gibt es eine in reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen und sogar Dortmunder Salzkuchen. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.

Waren zum Grünkohl Essen es war eine Katastrophe nicht zu empfehlen. Personen als sehr bemüht und aufmerksam.

Sehr gutes Hotel und gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Empfehlung

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit einer großen Regendusche. Es ist alles sehr modern und ansprechend gestaltet außer der Fernseher. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte leider nicht. Trotzdem ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Wie kann das sein das man ein Doppelzimmer bucht und ein Doppelzimmer mit zusätzlichen Bett, dann doch noch ein Einzelzimmer bekommt und wenn man sagt man findet das nicht gut, die Rezeption sagt das sie ihren ersten Tag nach dem Urlaub hat und nichts dazu sagen kann. Wenn ich als Familie ein 2 und 3 Bett Zimmer buche. Möchte ich auch genau in dieser Konstellation auch Übernachten. Das Interesse mein Problem zu Lösen hielt sich bei der Rezeption in Grenzen.

Gut zu finden mit Navi. Parkplätze vor Ort kostet allerdings 12 Euro pro Tag. An der Straße rundherum ist es kostenlos aber schwierig was zu finden

Seit 20 Jahren Stammgast ..... familiengeführt,einfach herzlich, leckeres Essen ...... man freut sich auf die nächste Gelegenheit!

Waren in einem Zimmer der Kategorien Superior Plus. Es ist groß und bietet viel Stauraum. An manchen Stellen wirkte es leider schon etwas alt und nicht zu 100% gepflegt. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart und das Kissen war leider viel zu weich. Musste mir Handtücher darunterlegen. Der Bereich vom Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem war der Bereich nur zur Hälfte beleuchtet, es wirkte gespenstisch. Aufhalten will man sich dort nicht lange. Beim Frühstücken wurde meist zu spät oder gar nicht nachgelegt was schade war. Aber die Tee Auswahl war riesig. Das Hotel liegt zentral und nah an der Westfalenhalle.

Im Doppelzimmer für über 200 Euro EIN SESSEL , EIN BADEMANTEL,EINE PORTION KAFFEE, FLECKIGER TEPPICH, SCHRAUBEN AN DER???DUSCHTÜR DIE LOSE IN DER FÜHRUNG WACKELT UND NICHT ZU SCHLIESSEN IST UND SO WEITER. Das war kein Doppelzimmer mit Bad eher ein Einzelzimmer mit Dusche für maximal die Hälfte.

Saunabereich ist leider in die Tage gekommen, ansonsten ein schönes Hotel .

So muss Hotel sein. Beim Einchecken ein freundliches Lächeln, "haben sie uns gut gefunden, hatten sie eine stress freie Anfahrt?" Schon ist das Eis gebrochen. Ein Schild auf dem Tresen "ab hier bitte lächeln" macht schon gute Laune. Dicken Daumen dafür. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer, mit Gummibärchen auf dem Kopfkissen 😋, war sehr ruhig. Am nächsten Morgen erst mitbekommen das das Fenster die ganze Nacht gekippt war. Save auf dem Zimmer, gemütlich eingerichtet nicht ganz das einheitliche Hotel-Flair ,hatte was wohnliches. Frühstück war super. Normales Klopapier, also die größe die man von Zuhause gewöhnt ist, nicht die kleinen Sparblätter wo man 50% mehr nehmen muss und die Einkäufer sich freuen das man Geld spart weil man pro Blatt 0,3 Cent spart. Das ist eine Milchmädchenrechnung. Das sind Kleinigkeiten aber ich mag das. 😉 Im Hotel gibt es Leihfahrräder für 5€ am Tag, wenn ich das richtig gesehen habe und für 2 Stunden sogar kostenfrei. Sehr Familiär. Freie Parkplätze gab es in den Straßen um das Hotel tagsüber auch. Danke für die gute Unterbringung hat Spass gemacht bei euch, beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder. Nur 4 Sterne? Ich bin der Meinung daß sich viele bei 5 Sternen nur noch darauf ausruhen und die Qualität schlechter wird. Bleibt wie ihr seid, es war super 😉 👍 Danke

Dichtbij het stadion en de messe halle max 10 min lopen. Ook zitten ze dichtbij een groot winkelcentrum. Om het hotel heen paar eetcafés en barretjes. Kamer was alleen erg warm en had geen airco. Ramen konden open maar dan heb je echt heel veel last van het verkeer .

Wir können dieses Hotel bedingungslos empfehlen. Wir sind mit einem Lachen empfangen worden was schon gute Laune verbreitet hat. Das Zimmer war groß und alles super sauber. Das Frühstück ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage, egal ob zur Innenstadt, zu den Westfallenhallen oder zum Signal Iduna Park ist hervorragend, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!!

Ich empfehle das Hotel. Mein Hauptgrund für die Abgabe einer Bewertung ist, dass die Zimmer äußerst sauber waren und das Personal nett und lächelnd war. Ich bat um ein zusätzliches Kissen, die Haushälterin war innerhalb von maximal 5 Minuten da. Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, da es jeden Tag das Gleiche ist. Grüße

Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, völlig von schwarzen Haaren bestückt, ein Duschhandtuch war nicht vorhanden! Es wurde Premium-Klasse gebucht, zwei völlig verschlissene Handtücher! Nie wieder, völlig grenzwertig! Kellner keineswegs authentisch, ansprechend, dafür ansprechend die Damen an der Rezeption! Obwohl wir mit einer Gruppe eingebucht waren!

Ein schönes inhabergeführtes Hotel der Ringhotel Marketingvereinigung. Aber Achtung - kein Zimmer zur Straßenseite buchen - da ist es sehr laut (oder man muss die Fenster schließen, mangels Klimananlage im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen). Und die Hotelgarage ist mit € 12 einfach zu teuer, zumal man zunmindest am Wochenende auch gut auf der Straße parken kann. Das Frühstück war auch zu Corona-Zeiten ausgezeichnet.

Recomiendo este fabuloso hotel a cualquiera que esté buscando el mejor hotel para alojarse en Dortmund. El personal es absolutamente increíble y te hacen sentir como en casa. Es un negocio hotelero familiar que le da la ventaja sobre otras cadenas hoteleras. Las habitaciones son espaciosas e impecables, con camas grandes y cómodas. El desayuno buffet y todas las comidas son excelentes. Está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. El ambiente agradable y el excelente servicio lo convierten en un hotel de 5 estrellas. También hay sauna y piscina cubierta.
