Danger! FRAUD! A 10% service fee - i.e. tip - is already added to the bill.... And 9% VAT is also charged for this. This is criminal! Unfortunately I noticed it too late... Food and drinks cost 43.70 euros. The bill said 48.07 euros...we gave 52 euros. So instead of 4.00 euros, we got a tip of 8.00 euros in this way. We'll never go there again! We will report this action to the police. According to the OGH dated October 18, 2022, this is inadmissible.

Top pizzeria. The restaurant is not too big, but has a great atmosphere. Delivery services are mostly offered here, but you can also eat well on site. We were there for lunch, didn't have to wait long for the food and it was absolutely great. There were 5 of us and we paid around 75 euros with drinks. So you can't complain about that. And we parked right in front of it. We would be happy to come back. 5 stars

We have been ordering there for years and unfortunately we have to say that the quality has deteriorated significantly. And it was always very pleasing that you could order many small pizzas, that were good value for money and that there was a large selection available. Unfortunately, today our order was not satisfactory: 4 of 7 small pizzas were colorless, tasteless and limp, i.e. the dough was not baked through and were simply taken out of the oven too early. Also, the pizza wasn't made with salmon, but with salmon substitute. Too bad Delivery was completed within the specified period.

A very nice little restaurant, all the dishes were delicious. Good price/performance ratio. The tables are always attractively decorated. The staff is attentive and friendly. A great delivery service, but we haven't used it ourselves yet. We like to go there often.

Delicious pizzas. We have already ordered several times and with one exception the stated delivery time was always met (sometimes even sooner). The pizzas arrive hot and taste really delicious. Delivery is also possible to the surrounding area of ​​Gera (hardly available anywhere else). Deliver to almost a 20 km radius. We've tried several pizzas and have always been impressed.

Hallo , leider muss ich mal wieder mich beschweren. Der Teig von der Pizza war sowas von durchnässt und der Belag ist auf der übertriebenen Tomatensoße herum geschwommen .... Eigentlich ist eure Pizza super lecker aber immer wieder passieren solche Sachen ... Einfach schade .

not tasty. It seems to be cooked with ready-made pizza base and canned vegetables and the tiramisu in particular was a disappointment because it was the same one that I can buy in the fridge at Netto.

Just disgusting!!! The waiter didn't understand what I wanted, brought me something wrong and the only thing he said was "oh" and walked away. We gave all 3 of our meals back because it just didn't taste good + my food was wrong. We still had to pay the bill. There was no apology or concession. That's what a restaurant complains about...

Very tasty and good Italian pizzas! Fast delivery and nice driver.

Ordered online yesterday, called after waiting 1.5 minutes, had a lot to do and the driver had just left. Driver arrives at our house after about 12, but stays in the car writing messages and watching videos on his cell phone. Without words. Pizzas were hot and very tasty. Kudos to the kitchen.

We went to Rimini for a birthday party. The decorations on the tables were pretty to look at. The waiter brought us the drinks and unfortunately a Köstritzer Pilsner was rotten. The waiter brought me a cellar beer. Nevertheless, we had this beer 🍺 (3.70 euros) on the bill. Of course, the service fee too. The food was very good, except for my schnitzel. That was a shoe sole. Just ordered, under all guns, pizzas arrived cold, never had such a bad meal, used to be convinced of this pizzeria. Waited over 90 minutes, pizzas were very small for 32 cm and clearly laid out. I will never order anything from this pizzeria again.

We ordered pizzas today and were never as disappointed as we were today. Instead of 60 minutes, we waited 90 minutes. The food was cold and we were very disappointed in terms of taste. You don't even need to talk about the size of the pizzas and the toppings. Fresh is different. Never will Order here again.

Best pizza place in Gera! We have been coming here regularly for several years. Our food was always delicious and the staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and is regularly renovated or redecorated. You can almost always get a seat even without a reservation. I can't say anything about the delivery service as we always eat inside. The prices are very fair. Addendum: Since 2024, the restaurant has charged a 10% service fee. I do not like it. I like to give a tip voluntarily. I would be willing to pay more for your food. But the whole thing has a bad aftertaste.

Delivery was quick, but you could look for the toppings, it says double cheese on the packaging, but it wasn't really there. The pizzas weren't cut either, the edges were hard and the taste wasn't great either. It's a shame, it used to be one of the best pizzerias in the city, but the last two orders and today's show a clear loss in quality. Really a shame!!!!!

I have ordered or eaten there regularly for several years now. It got worse every year! Today was the highlight. We ordered a pizza with “salmon”. We then apparently got a pizza with this red salmon substitute. That's what hit the bottom of the barrel today. Never again

We ordered again yesterday evening and the delivery was surprisingly very quick, even though we were told on the phone it would take 3/4 to an hour. Well, you can still understand that, but what we got was absolutely amazing. The anchovy pizza had 2 (!!!) anchovies on the whole pizza, not to mention the pepperoni and the other ingredients and it also shrunk Oven(?) even the cheese in the edge wasn't melted and the pizza dough wasn't baked through, finished product? The other one with salmon and spinach was already dripping with fat in the middle and not only there, it was more in a semi-liquid state, cheese in the edge was the same as the other one, dough was in a floppy state. The last time we ordered we got pasta in goulash, the pasta was overcooked and the goulash was just meat with a ready-made sauce...My roommate's point of view too >>rimini you have slacked off a lot, a few years ago the pizzas were still crispy and they looked good too better and it tasted better, but now they're just ready for the bin :-( We won't order from you anymore as long as you don't improve the quality, our money is really a waste for food like this!!! On our way to Erfurt, we wanted to grab a bite to eat. Not at the rest area and not too far from the highway either. That's how we found Rimini in Gera. About 5 minutes from the A4, relatively easy to reach. The atmosphere is a bit old-fashioned. The staff was polite, the food was delicious and the prices were moderate. All in all it was very rustic.

We ate on site. There was a small welcome drink at the beginning - we thought that was very good. The pizza we ordered was very tasty. The map is very diverse. Price-performance ratio is ok for us. The menu also clearly indicated an additional service fee. We haven't tried the ordering service yet.

The entrance is lined with cardboard boxes, which were completely soaked. Empty drink crates are piled up everywhere. This is how the visit began. Order placed. A starter and 2 main courses (salad and pizza). My wife's starter and main course were brought to the table together. My pizza didn't arrive until about 15 minutes later. The bruschetta wasn't a bruschetta. Tomatoes were baked and topped with cheese. Has nothing to do with a bruschetta. Also very bland in taste. The pizza was very thin, dry and very small. Tomato sauce was very watery and sometimes not available. Salad was fresh! But drowned in the finished dressing. On the whole, unfortunately, the whole thing has nothing to do with an Italian restaurant except for the music.

We always order in advance and pick up ourselves because we live right around the corner. The pizzas/bruscetta and pasta dishes are delicious🥲🥲🥲. Price/performance is top.

In short, things used to be better. It's still a good pizzeria with delicious pizza and good pasta but if you compare it to a few years ago, it has unfortunately declined. The service sometimes seems to forget you, the pizzas are getting smaller and more expensive. The taste is still good, apart from the cabonara, which unfortunately tastes more and more like bouillon cubes. In winter it is quite cold inside, so it's best to have a jacket to wear over it.

Bestellung 2er Pizzen (26cm) per Lieferung Lieferung war okay. Hat 90 Minuten gedauert, 60 waren angesetzt. Hat Bitten berücksichtigt Deswegen 4 von 5 Essen Geschmacklich nicht überzeugend. Teig wirkte fertig und nicht frisch gemacht. Was mich aber mehr genervt hat: Wenn ich 26cm bezahle, möchte ich auch 26 cm erhalten und nicht 24. Wenn die Pizza im Ofen schrumpft, dann muss man das bei der Herstellung berücksichtigen. Auf dem ersten Blick wirken 2cm Durchmesser nicht viel, aber man kann sich das ganze auch ausrechnen: Fläche eines Kreises mit d=24cm: 450cm² Fläche eines Kreises mit d=26cm: 530cm² Das sind 15% weniger Pizza. Sorry für den Alman-move. #Shrinkflation

Wir bestellen seit langer Zeit schon bei Rimini. Bis auf ein paar kleine Ausnahmen, ist das Essen immer schnell und heiß bei uns. Und sollte mal was schief gehen, sind die "Riminis" sehr kulant und es wird bei der nächsten Bestellung wieder gut gemacht! Auch über die Fahrer kann man Nichts negatives sagen, immer sehr nett!!!!

Habe Lieferung gewählt. Essen kam fast pünktlich und war total lecker! Fahrer sehr freundlich! Bestelle gern hier und wurde noch nie enttäuscht! Vielen lieben Dank!

ich will ja nich meckern aber enfert diesen essen vertauschenden menschen bei euch heute wieder ne 31 in 32ger größe bestellt bekommen hab ich ne 32 in 32ger größe es macht langsam keinen spass mehr vor allem macht ihr so euren guten ruf zunichte bin am überlegen weiterhin bei euch zu bestellen oder mir was anderes zu suchen

Mega leckere Pizzen zu super fairen Preisen. Wir haben sechs Pizzen bestellt und konnten diesen in schon 30 Minuten holen. Besser geht's nicht. Danke!!

Kleines und eigentlich gemütliches Lokal. Das Essen variierte aber stark in seiner Qualität. Die Pizza war super, die Nudelgerichte allerdings nicht. Die Spaghetti waren viel zu weich gekocht und die Carbonara schmeckte komisch. Der Parmesan auf dem Tisch wies zudem Schimmel auf, wurde dann getauscht mit dem Behältnis von einem Nachbartisch. Zudem war das Eis (Schatzkiste für die Kinder) sehr enttäuschend. Im Eis war extrem viel gefrorenes Wasser, welches wohl von der überlangen Lagerung stammen könnte. Im Lokal waren zudem extrem viele Fruchtfliegen und uralte Fliegenfallen an den Fenstern und in den Fensterbänken. Der Service war nett und bemüht. Im Eingangsbereich war es aber hektisch und vollgestellt durch den anscheinend gut gebuchten Lieferservice.

Essen war super lecker egal ob Nudeln oder Pizza. 😊 Service ist einfach erste Klasse, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden gerne wieder etwas Bestellen. Vielen lieben Dank an das ganze Team von Rimini.🥰

Ich habe noch nie so was unappetitliches gegessen … die Lasagne war wie in Wasser gebaden… ungenießbar .. nie wieder… das Bruschetta war ein großes Zwieback…

Essen schmeckt gut. Und Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Pizzen bei einer Bestellung werden leider nicht geschnitten. Im Restaurant vor Ort ist das Ambiente aber schön und ordentlich. Bedienung ist sehr gut.

Sehr köstlich, schnelle Bewirtung, ein kleiner und gemütliche Atmosphäre, und sehr sauberes Restaurant. Sehr ruhig, allerding waren wir auch alleine. Das Restaurant liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum, zu Fuß ca 5-10 Min. in die Fußgängerzone /Sorge. Das Restaurant macht auch sehr viel Liefetservice bzw. "zum mitnehmen" (take away). Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das einzige "rustikale" sind die Toiletten - aber sie sind sehr sauber!

Die beste Pizza die ich seit langem hatte

Auswahl ist sehr gut Lieferung ging auch super schnell. Aber nur 2 min Fahrweg 2,50€ mehr bezahlen und dann sind die Pizzen teilweise kalt, ist schon sehr enttäuscht. Als der Fahrweg weiter weg war, war alles super und auch alles warm jetzt nicht mehr. Sehr traurig, war eigentlich eine gute Pizzeria

Sehr leckere Pizzen, recht schnelle Lieferung. Leider ist das Bestellen via App oder Internet noch ausbaufähig. Desweiteren war mein Belag leider an den Pizzakarton „angepappt“. Ansonsten wirklich zu empfehlen. Sehr lecker und Preis- Leistungsverhältnis wirklich in Ordnung.

Pizzen werden immer kleiner und "schmaler" belegt als früher. Chef will die Rechnung bringen, obwohl noch lange kein Ladenschluss war. Offensichtlich haben wir ihm nicht schnell genug die nächsten Getränke bestellt. Schade! Bis vor 2 Jahren war es eine tolle Pizzeria bei der wir gerne bestellt oder persönlich gegessen haben. Ich kann einige der Kommentare hier nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Die Pizza ist super lecker, günstig und es wird nicht am Belag gespart, Salate frisch und knackig und auch die Pasta kann sich sehen lassen. Bedienung ist immer nett und zuvorkommend. Ich kann diesen Laden nur weiterempfehlen. Nicht für umsonst gibt es ihn schon seit +20 Jahren in Gera

Habe früher öfter schon bestellt. Leider waren die letzten Lieferungen nicht sonderlich gut. Obwohl die bestellte Pizza mit Hollandaise bestückt sein sollte war rote Tomatensoße drauf. Der Boden der Pizza weiß, noch nicht einmal richtig angebacken weder etwas knusprig. Das Putenfleisch im Fitnesssalat trocken und grau. Ich vermute es wird Stunden vorher schon vorbereitet und in einem Gefäß gelagert. Ich werde nun definitiv nicht mehr bestellen, schade ums Geld.

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Abend. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung war sehr nett. Unser Sohn bestellt auch häufig den Lieferdienst und ist immer sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren vor kurzem bei Freunden die um die Ecke wohnen und im Rimini öfters bestellen . Da waren die Pizzen ganz gut. Der Lieferservice in Gera ist ja begrenzt und da Rimini bis Kaimberg liefert, haben wir eine Kleine Pizza, eine Große Pizza und einen Salat bestellt. Der Salat war vom Dressing ertränkt. Über die Hälfte des Salats konnte ich nicht mehr essen. Es wurde mit jeder Gabel widerlicher. Dieses Kühne Frenchdressing mit viel Zucker , da brauch ich dann auch echt kein Salat mehr. Die kleine Pizza sollte mit Parmaschinken ,Rucola und Parmesan belegt sein. Die Pizza war fast kalt , hatte kaum Tomatensoße drauf , die Rucolablätter konnte man zählen und der Parmesan ging garnicht. Dieses billige,gekrümmte und salzige Streuzeug, ekelhaft . Der Rand der Pizza war so Hart wie Kekse und nicht essbar. Die große Pizza war mit Tomaten und scharfer Salami belegt . Sie war ebenfalls lauwarm, der Rand auch knochenhart und im gesamten kein Geschmackserlebnis. Neben dem schlechten Essen, hat die Lieferung 1h gedauert . Die Dame am Telefon war kurz freundlich , dann latent genervt und nett ist was anderes . Die Frau welche ausgeliefert hat , war sehr nett .
