The food: on the one hand venison goulash and on the other hand schnitzel.. were very tasty.. the staff tried very hard to fulfill all the guests' wishes.. and above all the ambience was very nice.. sitting outdoors and close to the water, all in all highly recommended 🍀

Service underground! Half an hour wait for a beer and cyclists. And then the beer was still stale. Well, it was probably the last visit here.

Great location right on the water, very varied menu and delicious dishes. Unfortunately, our service didn't leave such a good impression on us and our guests. She seemed very annoyed and unfriendly to the guests at our funeral party, even though there was no reason on our part. A pity. Everyone has a bad day sometimes, but you should still be professional enough not to take it out on your paying customers. I still hope that this great restaurant will continue to exist. I keep my fingers crossed

Great restaurant with very friendly staff, plenty of food on offer and a great view of the water. Go there people, it's really worth it.

The location is very nice, right next to the lock and bascule bridge. The portions are sufficient and the prices are fair. A very large outdoor area invites you to linger.

I wanted to have coffee with my sister-in-law 14 days ago on Monday. We were warmly welcomed and a large display showed the selection of cakes. When we wanted to order, we were told that there was nothing there except chocolate cake. It had to be baked again. It's sad that you don't notice when the cake runs out and then another Large cake menu in the guest room, that's not possible. The points only go to the friendly staff. If you're a guest more often, you can't see the menu at some point, so why isn't something new being presented? It can only get better!

A beautiful place with a beer garden right on the water.

In my opinion, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit. The food was ok, but not really good. I was annoyed with the service. Despite asking twice, we had to wait more than 25 minutes for the menu. We had to wait well over an hour for the main courses. The restaurant was almost empty. Annoying. The ambience is ok, but not great.

Good food, nice atmosphere. One service was very attentive and helpful, the other was slightly overwhelmed and, well, not blessed with a smile. What was unfortunately disturbing is that premises are being made available to an undemocratic party! Some of the smoking members showed no consideration whatsoever for us, non-smokers, with small children.

Very nice staff, food was very good. My extra sausage for crispy skin on the duck was also implemented. It's a shame that this restaurant will soon be demolished because new investors are building apartments.

Ordered zander fillet and pulled about 30 bones out of the fish and mouth while eating. I gave my disappointed note to the waitress. Answer: "You have to expect that with them, the kitchen can't do anything about it." There was no apology. Bad service.

It is not easy to briefly sketch this restaurant. There is a beautifully designed outdoor area at the entrance and also plenty of parking space. The first dining room is quite bright and spacious and has a striking color scheme with white tablecloths and red-covered chairs. The chairs, at least at the round table, are too low to eat comfortably. There are several other rooms. One, with a view of the beer garden, is more suitable for celebrations at a long table. Another gives the impression of a waiting hall, which also makes the acoustics/entertainment difficult. There is a nice beer garden with a view of the water, which is very pleasant. The service was very attentive and accommodated our wishes very much. Several dishes were ordered. The fish fillet had a lot of bones. The baked vegetables were delicious. The fried potatoes were very good! greasy and the baked potato wasn't as good anymore because it was black on one tip. All guests ate bravely but there was not one highlight. Of course you can say everything is good or bad and with the current workforce situation you can no longer be choosy about your staff. But should one praise the cuisine when it was only so-so for the price charged? See for yourself.

It was delicious. Good portions, beautifully presented at absolutely fair prices. The restaurant is modern and stylishly furnished. All in all highly recommended.

We were still hungry in the evening and happened to pass Riedel's inn. We were greeted very nicely, the food was very nice, home-style, was very tasty and the price was reasonable. The service was top notch. All in all a successful evening.

We had lunch there yesterday, the food was very tasty and plentiful. The service was very friendly and polite. This wasn't the last visit, we'll definitely be back. Thank you very much and see you soon. Today we were invited by mother-in-law to the birth dinner. 15 people who were all very satisfied. Food and service were excellent. Our waitress tried her best to please everyone, which wasn't easy given the number of people. Many thanks to the entire service and kitchen team. See you next time.

A very nice restaurant with delicious food, also available as a pensioner's portion. Very courteous staff and comfortably furnished. Coffee menu with many delicious offerings but the main menu was full of tasty food offerings. Price performance perfect and the quality 1+. There are enough parking spaces and a digestive walk by the water or through the forest is possible.

I had dinner at Riedel's with my family on Easter Saturday. The staff was super friendly and very personable. The food was also excellent, we had absolutely nothing to complain about. The portions were decent and very tasty. The ice cream was also a dream... I can recommend a visit to Riedel's inn to everyone :)!

Easter at Riedels and for me lamb is just right. The new appetizer for Easter was mega. Salad with baked yakitori skewers and raspberry dressing. Great idea. Food and service were great as always.

Food good, ambience a bit difficult, coffee doesn't work at all, service great

Unfortunately the deer goulash wasn't tasty. Grey, smelled a bit musty and the meat was tough. A good goulash looks and smells different and the meat should fall apart on the fork. Unfortunately, we also had to wait 30 minutes for the food to be ordered and another 30 minutes for it to be served, even though there was little activity at the time. It's a shame and I strongly advise against the venison goulash.

We ate there yesterday, were totally disappointed, the waitress was totally unfriendly, not a nice word. The food was cold, the pike perch tasted like old fat and everything was very dry. Won't go there anymore. It's a shame 🥹

Very nice large but still cozy restaurant. We were here on Christmas Day and had the duck and the goose. It was very tasty and plentiful. Unfortunately, we haven't eaten there outside of the Christmas season yet... but we'll definitely do so soon 👍

Very nice staff, but you were a bit overwhelmed because you were spoken to by two waiters at the table. The food was delicious, but the portions were very small (roulade, dumplings, red cabbage). The beer was stale and tasted stale.

Were there on December 25th, 2023 with 8 people. Two tables were put together, both of different heights, which made it a problem for two people to eat and put down their glasses. Service was good until payment. During the meal, the goose was ordered by two and was simply dry (presumably from keeping it warm), for €28 per person. The rump steak was as requested, but with fries for just under €24 it took some getting used to, as fried potatoes belong there. Every good restaurant gives you a steak knife, but not here! So you just saber. Half a duck and the game goulash were good. The children's plate with fish fingers and fries didn't come with 10 ml of ketchup. The geese's complaint was noted, no apology and after asking about a price reduction, there was a stroppy answer. Good luck in 2024 with 19% and the quality/service

Essen: Preis/Leistung stimmte bei uns nicht. Die Portionen Forelle für 19 Euro waren zu klein. Die Sauce am Salat schmeckte wie eine Fertigsauce. Seniorenportion Schnitzel war für 17 Euro eher eine Kinderportion. Die Sauce Hollondaise schmeckte wie die aus der Packung von Knorr und das Gemüse kam aus dem TK. Auch bei den anderen Gästen an unserem Tisch kam wohl das ein oder andere Fertigprodukt auf den Teller. Ich verstehe, wenn man aus Personalnangel in der Küche nicht alles frisch herstellen kann. Als Gast denke ich dann aber, dass ich das auch zu Hause haben kann und Essen gehen ist kein Erlebnis. Der Service war sehr gut. Das Ambiente: die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr groß. Es wurde viel Mühe hineingesteckt, alles ansprechend zu gestalten. Der Fliesenboden wirkt etwas wie Schwimmhalle. Aber das ist okay.

Schönes Restaurant mit tollem Service, es dauerte etwas, ehe das Essen kam. Aber es war der zweite Advent und es war proppenvoll. Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut. Gern wieder.

Angenehmes Ambiente. Netter Service. Das Fleisch war leider etwas zu lange in der Pfanne und dadurch etwas trocken Ich denke, es würde der Wirtshaus-Pfanne gut tun, wenn etwas Soße dazu gereicht würde

Das Ambiente ist meiner Meinung nach unausgereift, speziell der Bereich an der Servicebar sieht schlimm aus und die kümmerlichen Topfpflanzen tun auch nichts für den Laden. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und schnell, da gab es nichts zu meckern. Beim Essen ist definitiv noch genug Luft nach oben. Bei der Preisgestaltung sollte Riedels Gastof nicht zu sehr übertreiben, das kann schnell nach hinten losgehen. Bsp:1kleine Kelle Soljanka für 6.90euro ist dann schon das Ende der Fahnenstange. Ich freue mich dennoch das es dieses Lokal gibt und das hier deutsche Küche gekocht wird, die sich sehr an DDR Zeiten anlehnt. Ist ja heutzutage sehr sehr selten geworden.

Freundliche Bedienung, ist zu empfehlen

Haben in einem Gastraum gesessen, der stark an eine Diele erinnerte. Mag dem Umstand geschuldet sein, dass mehrere Gesellschaften da waren. Deutsche Küche, älteres Mobiliar.

Das Ambiente war nicht so gemütlich, es war irgendwie zum einschlafen.Die Getränke Auswahl ist noch ausbaufähig , leider biete das Restaurant keine Longdrinks an ,was ich sehr schade finde. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich aber alles in allem würde ich nicht mehr in dieses Lokal gehen, da es irgendwie an Pepp fehlt um in einer gemütlichen Runde mit Freunden länger dort zu verweilen . Schade !

Am 21.Oktober 2023 war ich als Gast zu einem 80. Geburtstag in Riedels Gasthof in Königs Wusterhausen eingeladen. Für die Gäste war alles perfekt vorbereitet. Obwohl scheinbar das ganze Haus ausgebucht war, ging die Bestellung von Getränken und Speisen zügig voran. Uns allen hat es gut geschmeckt, wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Bei besonders schönem Oktoberwetter war das wirklich eine gelungene Geburtstagsfeier. Vielen Dank.

Ein helles Ambiente lädt zum verweilen ein der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Hirschgullasch war sehr lecker und die anderdn Speisen sind sehr gut angekommen. Wir kommen gern wieder

Wir waren heute spontan hier essen. Forelle "Müllerin" haben wir uns bestellt. Das Essen war top, der Service ebenso, die Kellnerin sehr flink und sehr nett. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein Zufallsfund auf der Durchreise. Sehr sehr freundliche Bedienung, Sonderwünsche wurden ohne Problem erfüllt. Das Essen war sehr gute Hausmannskost, frisch und handwerklich sauber zubereitet. Das Interieur ist nun ja, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Lediglich die Fassbrause sieht unappetitlich aus und schmeckt nach gar nichts. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Der runde Geburtstag wurde durch gutes Essen und leckeren Getränke sehr gut abgerundet. Wir haben uns bewußt für diese traditionelle Gaststätte entschieden,denn viele Erinnerungen sind damit verknüpft.Danke dem gesamten Team . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen wieder !!!
