Ricetime in Celle

Not for me anymore. Unfortunately Had ordered a table upstairs, which somehow wasn't available. And downstairs isn't so great. You could hardly have a conversation, the acoustics were just too loud. My food was so ok. The scallops were lukewarm. The other food from my colleagues was probably good. It's actually a real shame, I expected more.

My favorite restaurant. The food is extremely good and ALWAYS tastes good. We eat it within 10-15 minutes and it is always fresh. Highly recommended 😁

Excellent Asian cuisine, with good presentation and flavor. Lots of people, the atmosphere is pleasant but it can get very noisy. The second floor in the basement has a very good square table for 8 people. But in that place there is no internet connection or signal. I will go back and try more options. The salmon burger is very delicious But the star dish that most people have is the Mama Curry. Very abundant.

We were really looking forward to it and based on the good reviews we had no doubt we would have a lovely evening. Unfortunately we then encountered the following things: cleanliness • Dirty cutlery • Tattered menu cards, one was even missing a few pages • No disinfectant dispenser at the entrance • The water bottle had dents on the lid and lots of fingerprints on the glass, which made us doubt whether we were getting bottled water or tap water for 5.50 euros sustainability • We liked the bamboo straws with branding, but when we brought a doggie bag we got a plastic bag and Styrofoam service • We had to wait a long time until one of the 3 service people brought us a card • I was brought the wrong cocktail - when asked: No, I'm sure it's the Kir 3000. I said: Normally I know Kir as more purple or pink - I was served a brownish drink with cucumber that looked like gin and ginger, which it was. Another colleague corrected his colleague, I was accommodating to avoid waste Eat • We had the 992 Bowl and Mama Curry • The noodles in the bowl were very greasy, which made eating with chopsticks difficult and something I've never encountered before in Vietnamese cuisine and surprised me • Lettuce and herbs were wilted in some places • The radish tasted musty and overall the ingredients didn't seem fresh • The 992 Bowl is declared gluten-free on the menu, but has spring rolls as an ingredient. When asked, it was confirmed that the spring rolls were not gluten-free • The Mama Curry came in a very watery coconut sauce • The chicken meat was very firm, suggesting it might be pressed meat Due to our bad experience, we read the reactions to bad reviews. In particular, the reactions to negative reviews from a few years ago were written in a mushy tone, which surprised us negatively.

Been there for the second time now and it's really delicious! Great dishes, great ambience (even in the evening, you like to sit a little longer). Food was great, we've had the burgers and rice with baked duck several times. Also great cocktails and drinks on the menu. Gladly again! The service could be a little more attentive.

The food is good and tasty, the restaurant is clear. We were there early afternoon on Saturday and it was packed. You had the feeling of sitting in a check-in hall, the attendants kept coming and asking you what you wanted, there was hardly any time to choose something. Empty tables were quickly worn out so the next person could sit down. Order, eat, get out and as quickly as possible was the motto. Uncomfortable especially because people were constantly looking through the windows and you felt even more crowded. We won't go there anymore, it's more of a restaurant for young people. It may be better after 4 p.m. when the lunch menu has run out. It is not suitable for strollers, walkers, wheelchairs as it is simply too narrow.

Some of the staff are unfriendly. Sometimes there was too little on the plate than other times when there was more on it. And too often the rice isn't cooked properly.

Price/performance ratio is great. Rarely eaten in such a tailor-made restaurant. A lot of things fit together well.

Heute Premiere, habe mit Freunden Essen Ricetime bestellt. Crazy Monkey und Gyozas. Mega lecker! Kreative Namen für frisches, selbstgemachtes asiatischen Essen. Lieben wir! Edit: Das Gericht heißt Spicy Monkey, nicht Crazy Monkey. War inzwischen ein zweites Mal dort und kann das Lob und die 5* Bewertung nur wiederholen! Edit: unverändert gut!

We eat there regularly and are thrilled every time. Our favorite restaurant in Celle. On cold days it is a bit “drafty” in the front area of ​​the restaurant.

Nach längerer Zeit ohne Ricetime war ich vom letzten Besuch enttäuscht. Dem Wunsch nach einem Tisch im Erdgeschoss in Fensternähe wurde nicht entsprochen, stattdessen wurden wir im Untergeschoss in die letzte Ecke gesetzt. Einige Sitzplätze waren nur erreichbar, wenn man über eine lange ungeteilte Sitzbank „klettern“ musste. Das Sushi war geschmacksneutral und wurde von, in der japanischen Küche wenig typischen cremigen Toppings versehen. Die What-the-Pho-Suppe mit einem angekündigten zarten Beefsteak bestand größtenteils aus Rindfleischresten, häufig mit Sehnen und Gefäßteilen versehen. Die Brühe hätte eine bessere asiatische Würze verdient gehabt. Empfehlenswert wäre eine Reduzierung der umfangreichen Karte zu Gunsten von mehr Qualität.

One of those places that are always good. Consistent quality with a large selection and super friendly staff. Reservations are very easy - it's a shame that you can't choose a specific table. This makes it “very loud” sometimes. But that's just a small deduction that doesn't matter much. We will definitely come back again and again.

We reserved a table on time. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told it would take another 5 minutes until the table was set. 5 minutes turned into 20. We were about to leave the restaurant, because with an early reservation, that's just bad behavior. When we were seated at a table, we sat near the door, so it was drafting the whole time. Luckily we were able to solve the problem upon request. We finally got a seat and ordered our food. There was everything from sushi to duck with noodles. Very delicious! The prices are okay, but the treatment of guests needs improvement. To be honest, I don't know if I would want to eat here again, even though the food was impeccable.

Very friendly and fast service, very, very tasty food, long opening hours, lunch for a low price. Locally kept relatively small and dark, over 3 floors, quite cluttered and sometimes difficult benches.

Individuals at a group table, which also means conversations at the table. Mama curry with duck, it was sooooo delicious... Definitely again in December on my next visit to Celle

Top restaurant and service! Luckily reserved. Food tasty and fresh and served hot. Service team attentive and friendly! Eaten deliciously. Prices and performance are right here. Starters plate top, duck tasted great, my wife's curry too. I would like to give more stars for the performance! Two thumbs up!!!

Sicherlich eine der angesagtesten Adressen in Celle, im Herzen der Altstadt. Die Karte bietet eine riesige Auswahl an Gerichten, was ich im Allgemeinen etwas skeptisch sehe. Aber alles, was wir probiert haben, war absolut schmackhaft, frisch zubereitet und - was die vietnamesischen Speisen angeht - absolut authentisch. Und am Ende gab’s sogar einen echten vietnamesischen Kaffee! Absolut empfehlenswert, auch wegen des überaus freundlichen und effizienten Servicepersonals. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der recht hohe Geräuschpegel und die rummelige Atmosphäre - nicht unbedingt ein Restaurant für ein gemütliches oder romantisches Abendessen

Very nice restaurant and service. The food tasted good, even if the salmon on the sushi didn't look quite as fresh. Mom's curry with the crispy chicken was impressive because of its creaminess and the vegetables were still nice and crunchy. Gladly again.

the quality decreased for what ever reason. The Pho is not vietnamese, the beef does not taste fresh anymore, it comes without lime/peppers. Also missing chicken, prawn, or veggie option for pho. On the other hand, prices have increased.

Ein ausgesprochen leckeres Restaurant mit Asiatischer Küche, große vielfältige Karte und das zu fairen Preisen. Ich bin seit Jahren regelmäßig hier, es ist meine erste Adresse wenn es ums Essen gehen in Celle ist. Sowohl für einen kleinen Mittagssnack als auch mit Kollegen nach Feierabend.

Das Auge isst hier unbedingt mit. Das Ambiente ist schon toll gemacht, eindeutig auf junge Menschen als Gäste ausgerichtet und das funktioniert auch. Das Team sehr nett und aufmerksam, also auch da alles sehr gut. Vom ansprechend angerichteten Essen hatte ich bei dem ganzen Hype, der darum gemacht hat, mehr erwartet. Aber es war gut zubereitet, keine Frage. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig in Ordnung.

Ricetime is a nice restaurant in downtown Celle. There is a diverse selection of food and drinks. There is also an excellent selection for vegetarians and vegans. The food is of a high level of quality and the portions are sufficient. The staff is friendly, courteous and always very attentive. We love the atmosphere and are always happy to come back. However, it is always advisable to reserve a table as there is a large crowd.

I definitely recommend it. I will definitely visit again. I was with my family on the weekend in Celle. All tables were reserved. However, they found a free table for us. Everything is great, the team, the food, the atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I are regular customers at Ricetime. We love the food and the ambience in the restaurant. The employees are always very friendly. Unfortunately, there was once a misunderstanding. We ordered food and picked it up. When we get home we realize that it wasn't our food. We then called Ricetime and spoke to the owner. He asked us to bring the food back. So we drove back, had the “wrong” meal and took our food with us. Unfortunately there was no more than a “thank you”. We found that to be inappropriate for the effort. Therefore one star less.

The best place for good sushi!! Despite the full house and countless orders, everything goes very quickly and if something doesn't happen, the team always tries to find a solution for you quickly. We've tried a lot of sushi and the pho was also great and we're always impressed! Just overall everything was great :)

Verstehe nicht so ganz wieso das Ricetime plötzlich auf dem 9ten Platz ist (Tripadvisor) daher habe ich mich entschieden eine Bewertung zu formulieren. Ich gehe seit ca. 6 Jahren hier regelmäßig Essen. Mal zum Mittagstisch, mal mit Arbeitskollegen, ab und an mit der Familie. Die Qualität ist durchgängig gut bis sehr gut. Wenn mal etwas schief geht (was sehr selten passiert), ist das Ricetime um eine kundenfreundliche Lösung bemüht. Service ist generell immer sehr umsichtig, teilweise merkt sich auch die Belegschaft die eigenen Vorlieben (z.B. Joel - bester Mann!). Die Küche ist immer recht gut besetzt, dadurch sind die Speisen schnell am Tisch (in die Küche kann man auf dem Weg zur Toilette reingucken). Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Es ist für alle etwas dabei (vegetarisch/vegan) & Speisen können auch individuell angepasst werden. Bis zum nächsten Mal Konstantin

I absolutely loved my visit! The food was not only delicious, but also lovingly prepared. Every bite was a taste explosion, the ingredients were fresh and perfectly balanced. Although the restaurant was packed, we got our food in a very short time. We were all satisfied except for one whose duck was crispy in the sauce, but tasted okay. Maybe you should pay a little attention to that.

Without a reservation it can happen that you don't get a table, and for good reason: the restaurant is very busy because the food and service are absolutely great! In addition to the incredibly deliciously prepared sushi, there is also a large selection of "normal" dishes. The variety is really impressive. The guest's questions and requests are addressed, and if you are unsure about what you could eat, you will be happy and patient to help you choose. What I found particularly accommodating during my visit was that the level of spiciness of the dishes was adjusted upon request, so in this specific case the dish marked as spicy was not prepared spicy at all. The ambience is nice. There are two levels to sit on. The furnishings are kept dark, the decoration gives a jungle vibe. My only criticism is that there is an unpleasant draft in some of the seats in the upper room. This led to a star deduction. Otherwise everything was perfect! I'm already looking forward to my next visit :-)

My review criticizes Ricetime for poor service due to incorrect billing in which I, as a customer, was charged for things that I did not order. Despite multiple attempts to point out the error, the staff insisted that we must pay for the items recorded in the system. We literally felt forced to pay, which is a complete lack of goodwill. In my opinion this is outrageous and definitely shouldn't be like that!

It's not for nothing that the store is always busy. The price-performance ratio is simply right here. The service is always friendly. What I personally don't really like is the dark ambience.

Today was the first, but certainly not the last, time we went to Rice Time. The restaurant is very easy to get to and the food tastes fantastic. In addition, the staff is very nice. The waitress who served us today was particularly nice. I can only recommend the store!!

Yesterday my girlfriend and I ate a super delicious bowl. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to enjoy the meal at an outside table in the best weather. A return visit is guaranteed!

Very friendly operation/service. The restaurant is modernly furnished but a little louder when it is busy. The food is good. From our point of view, the portions were too big and we couldn't manage it if we also had a starter. But it was delicious.

Ricetime is definitely one of the best restaurants in Celle. I have been a regular guest since it was founded and have enjoyed every meal with fair prices, good quality and service. This restaurant is an asset to Celle's city center.

Wir vermeiden alle mittlerweile den Besuch dieser Gastronomie: es hatte zwar immer jeder ein gefälliges Gericht für sich gefunden, aber eben nur immer dasselbe eine. Viel schlimmer ist die Akustik der Räume, die durch den Hall für einen Lärm und Unwohlsein sorgen. Regelmäßig wurde bei uns "vergessen", das zu dem bestellten Essen auch eine Suppe gehört. Warum sind eigentlich die Wasserflaschen nicht verschlossen? Wir haben in keiner Weise das Gefühl, dass wir als Gast behandelt werden.
