The ambiance is beautiful, cozy, and stylish; you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The service was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always accompanied by a smile. It made us feel truly comfortable. For our meal, we had spare ribs and the daily special, picanha – both were delicious! After our meal, we were even given a warm, moist towel to clean our hands, a really nice and thoughtful touch that you don't find everywhere! The value for money is also excellent. We will definitely be back!

Sorry, but my ribs were just dry (reheated?) and all tasted the same (beef/veal/pork). They were okay, but a maximum of 5/10. It could be much better! What a waste of money. Overall, a relaxed and pleasant evening thanks to the burgers and service! Tip: Don't call yourself "ribs... then it's good!"

We've been coming to Ribs & More every now and then for several years, although we've had the occasional bad experience. The service was always extremely friendly, even with our dog, but there were several problems with the food. A few years ago (about three) I found a maggot in the lettuce of my burger. The staff were only half-friendly, and the lettuce never seemed particularly fresh... Today we ordered two burgers again. When we got home, we noticed that the patties were still raw inside (a few minutes in the air fryer somewhat fixed this, but it didn't taste good anymore). It's a real shame, because if there aren't any mistakes in the kitchen, it tastes really good. I don't think the prices are justified, especially considering everything. One positive thing to finish: The fries and aioli are among the best you'll find in the area.

The burgers and appetizers were very good, but the spare ribs were disappointing (although tender, they had way too much sauce). Everything was well-prepared, and the service was friendly. It's a shame there was no air conditioning in this hot weather (37 degrees Celsius).

I ordered a mixed salad with grilled beef for €21.90, expecting—at that price—a filling summer meal. The "mixed" salad consisted only of leaf lettuce, three halved cherry tomatoes, and three thick, unpeeled, undressed cucumber slices; the quantity was very manageable. The grilled beef weighed a maximum of 100 grams and was cold; there was no bread. In contrast, the beef skewer my neighbor ordered consisted of about 200g of meat, served with grilled vegetables and fries—all for €19.90. The waiters were very inattentive, making it difficult to even order a second drink. The three wine spritzers we ordered didn't arrive even after 20 minutes, and it wasn't possible to get the waiter's attention. The dishes weren't cleared away for ages. We decided to leave, but had to go to the counter to pay. That will be the last time we eat here. Price-performance and service are borderline.

The food arrived quickly but was unfortunately disappointing. I had a New York steak with rosemary potatoes and pan-fried vegetables. The menu says this is a finely sliced rump steak. I got two individual rump steaks that weren't sliced, but unfortunately with very few potatoes, no rosemary, and no frozen vegetables. My partner's burger was also rather poorly presented. The meat was okay, but for almost €29 I would have expected more. Perhaps we picked a bad day, as at least the vegetables look better in other pictures. We also thought that my child would be able to eat some of the sides (since other restaurants always serve plenty), but anyway, we went to McDonald's afterwards and got some fries so the child could fill up too. What a shame! Maybe we'll give it another try.

I definitely have to recommend RnM. I had the mixed ribs. Simply world-class, and we had a special request that wasn't on the menu. Fries topped with bacon and cheddar. They were a dream. Then we hammered in dessert. Creme brulee and tiramisu, both excellent. What I haven't mentioned yet is the service. Very courteous and always attentive. All in all, a perfect visit. Good ribs with minor deductions – friendly service I tried the ribs – they were solid in flavor and quite enjoyable. The meat was tender, but could have been trimmed a bit better in some places. Overall, there's still room for improvement – ​​probably also a question of price. The chili sauce I ordered didn't quite convince me in terms of taste. It seemed more like an add-on product than a lovingly coordinated addition to the dish. More refinement would have been desirable here. I found the ready-made sauces tastier... I would like to highlight the service: Since I ate the ribs with my hands, the waiter naturally brought me a cloth to wipe my hands. A small gesture that makes a big difference – attentive and service-oriented. Conclusion: Solid cuisine with room for attention to detail. The service makes up for some of this.

The food didn't taste that good

We went there today to eat while passing through because of the good reviews. Unfortunately we were disappointed. What was ordered: Starter 2x small mixed salad Main course 1x rip-eye steak with fries and 1x Ribs & More burger without tomatoes and with coleslaw salad and fries. On the one hand, there were errors in the service, the salads did not come as ordered but with the main course, well that's okay. The burger still came with tomato, even though I ordered it differently, which was annoying. The coleslaw just didn't come at all. But the biggest problem was that the food was lukewarm! We often go out for burgers or steak and our food is usually still slightly steaming when it arrives. Absolutely missing here. The cheese on the burger already spoke its own language, obviously melted and now solidified again because of the lack of temperature. There is no sign of heat on the steak even after cutting. Our mistake, we accepted it, we were hungry and looking forward to our food, we didn't want to wait any longer and ate it. The waitress just stopped by the table once and wished you a good appetite, thank you very much! At the end we asked if everything was OK, we said it was OK but not satisfactory, we asked questions and we explained the points. A cursory apology followed and that was that, or so it seemed. We decided not to have dessert and moved on. The pure quality of the meat was very good, there is nothing wrong with that, it also saves the second point, otherwise it would have only been 1 point. A little tip, ask if everything is OK after serving and not just at the end and look at the food you left out, our food was obviously no longer really hot. Yes, mistakes can happen, no question, but not so many at once. You should work on it.
