We were only there to eat, so no review of the hotel or rooms. The food is solid, as expected, good service, friendly and fast,

Rooms facing the train are quite quiet with the windows closed. We had room 1 with even 4 beds, Everything was good and bright and friendly, nothing to complain about. The welcome was very nice, breakfast was very good, everything you needed, delicious coffee/tea/ojuice and there were three types of eggs. A nice stay there at reasonable prices!

The hotel is a bit older, but incredibly cozy and inviting. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating, which makes the stay very pleasant. The excellent price-performance ratio is particularly impressive. If you are looking for a family atmosphere and a pleasant stay, you have come to the right place (:

It was from the beginning an excellent experience as booking over the phone was very uncomplicated. A nice little hotel with tidy and cosy rooms, also clean bathrooms with high standard, but moderate prices. Part of the hotel is an excellent restaurant and steak house which offers an abundance of international tasty meals, prepared at a high standard. I really enjoyed my stay as the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is just great as there is only a 5 minutes walk to the town centre, furthermore a bus and train station just 1 minute away. I will definitely come again.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with hospitality and kindness. The workers welcomed me warmly after a long journey, being very exhausted, I was welcomed like home. I recommend with confidence!!!

Hello dear team, We were at the Parookaville Festival this year and parked our car in Geldern. At short notice we decided to leave one day before the official end (Sunday July 21st, 2024). Unfortunately, we didn't take into account that the parking garage is closed on Sundays, so we were stranded in Geldern around 10:30 p.m. After thinking about it for a while, we called you and there was actually still a room available. Admittedly, that was just luck, as the hotels are basically fully booked due to the festival, but the fact that it was so quick and easy to get the room at this time was just great! We also traveled with a fully packed handcart and were able to store it in the garage. Many thanks again to the young colleague who made the whole thing possible so quickly and saved us a night on the street! Best regards Joel+Mirko

Simple but renovated and clean single room. Good breakfast buffet with everything you need. Very friendly staff. The city center can be reached on foot and is right next to the train station. Very good price-performance ratio!

I have known the Rheinischer Hof since my early childhood and I am already 51 years old. The room is great for the price. the staff is super friendly and the food is impeccable. Both the price and the quality are great. My next visit home will definitely include the Rheinischer Hof. By the way: I live and work in Switzerland in a star restaurant and hotel. Very happy and again and again 😁🥰

Were eating in the restaurant. The quality of the food is okay. Schnitzels are fried, sauce seems like ready-made sauce. Trout was okay, but I've had better. The choice of food is not very creative. Price performance is particularly good for the lunch menu, as the soup of the day, salad buffet and a small dessert are also included. The food came quickly. The furnishings are rather old-fashioned but in good condition.

Very nice, somewhat old-fashioned hotel located directly at the train station. This causes a certain amount of noise when the windows are open. The staff is extremely friendly, but unfortunately we had to check in at the restaurant although the hotel was open and the reception was not occupied. The food in the El Rancho restaurant was extremely attractively prepared and very tasty. The breakfast is rich and the service here was also very pleasant. The rooms are clean, but decorated in a somewhat old-fashioned way, you get the feeling that you have been transported back to the 90's. However, there was no damage or contamination in the room or in the hotel. Rooms have an HD flat screen television, but all HD programs are blocked. Conclusion: Nice, old-fashioned hotel with first-class service staff. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Nettes, kleines Hotel mit angeschlossenem Steakhaus. 2 Min. vom Bahnhof, 6 Min. von der Fußgängerzone. Ideal auch in Verbindung mit Flughafen Weeze (Anbindung Flughafenbus vor der Tür). Für 1-2 Nächte voll ok. Preis i.O.: DoZi als EZ mit Frühstück für 50,- €. Frühstück ansprechend, Ambiente gemütlich.
