Good food. Very busy upon arrival, you have to queue outside. Smoking is permitted in front of the door, no ashtrays. So, all cigarette butts should be on the ground. Parking can be a challenge when it's busy.

The price-quality ratio is excellent. Don't expect gourmet dishes; the meat is of mediocre quality, but the flavors are okay. There is a lovely view of the Rhine, though.

We had a bad experience here. Our pastries were old; we even doubted they weren't spoiled. The pastries were hand-poured onto a saucer (without washing our hands). The coffee was okay, but the tea was tasteless "Westminster" tea, an Aldi house brand. The service was unfriendly, even grumpy. In short, definitely not recommended!

You can sit comfortably and look out at the Rhine. The coffee and cappuccino were very good.

The food was decent, the meat was very dry. I left half of it untouched, it was inedible. But it wasn't expensive, so you shouldn't expect too much. The staff clearly didn't seem to be interested; what a bunch of grumps.

Listen, dear owner, your guests are the ones who determine your income. If you walk around your patio this disinterestedly and unfriendly, I already know where this will end.

Delicious food and a salad bar where you can help yourself. We usually eat here when we're in the area. In nice weather, we enjoy the terrace by the Rhine.

One waiter was friendly, the other acted like a boss and took some getting used to. The pricing is a complete joke. But judge for yourself. This wonderful "Niçoise Salad with Tuna and Crab" was available for the absolute bargain price of only €18.50! 🤣🤣🤣 You really don't know whether to laugh or cry...Unbelievable! I can't say anything about the other food, so my review only refers to my (poor) choice!

Had ordered a mix Meat yesterday. Meat was pre-cooked and then briefly on the grill. This is not how you should prepare meat!!! Waiter was not super friendly, could not smile. Too bad, it used to be a nice restaurant with better food and especially cheaper. This is snack bar food for a much too high price. Too bad.

Been here many times in the past. The food is still good, the portions are smaller but the prices are higher.

Received a different dish than the one actually ordered and then they snapped that this had been ordered. Then I said that this is almost the same and I should just make do with it and the waiter walked away. In addition, I had ordered pepper cream sauce with the original dish, but instead I received a kind of stroganoff sauce with peppers and onions in it and then they lie flat out that this is also the pepper cream sauce. We also ordered drinks that we had to wait a very long time for. I don't come here anymore.

I had the carpaccio and hawaii toast, the carpaccio was bad and tasted mid but the toast was fine. I gave the food one star because it just was not worth the money. Would not reccomend.

The food was greasy, just not tasty. They charge 7.50 extra if you take a second plate of salad. Which is fine in itself. But the salad was not fresh. We were there at one o'clock and the hall was open from eleven o'clock. So if the salad is already limp and soggy, it is still from the day before. In short, don't eat here!!!!

Very tasty meal. German good. Not an extremely large meal, but more than sufficient. The salad bar was very nice. It could be a little less rushed, but the service is extremely friendly. The environment is sleek and very clean. The restaurant was quite busy with I think a lot of local guests. This says a lot. Highly recommended for on the road.

Three of us ate there on March 24th, 2025. Nice staff. Great view of the Rhine. Dining inside and outside possible. Unfortunately, the food was bland and not tasty... and that as a dish of the day!!! The best thing was the side dishes. Salad buffet bland and simple. We were disappointed and expressed it on site. No longer an option for us.

Just an explanation of my star choice. The food was tasty, but the goulash soup was very salty, just like the hunter's sauce! Could be a little less. The service was good. The atmosphere is different than in the Netherlands. I personally prefer mood lighting instead of those bright lamps above the table.

Been here regularly in the past, you could enjoy good food for a good price. So it was very disappointing to find that the price had gone up enormously and the food was no longer tasty. But then really no longer tasty and overpriced!! I think it has a different owner or things have changed so much that I would never go back. Very unfortunate 😕

The entrance is via the Rhine promenade. Because of the rainy weather we sat inside. The radiant heaters provided pleasant warmth. The friendly service quickly brought the desired drinks. The food, two grilled plates for us, was hot and very tasty. You put together the accompanying salad yourself at the salad bar. We were completely full. Gladly again.

You shouldn't expect much from this place, but I definitely like it. They have delicious fries and the best ice cream I've ever eaten. I'm certainly no expert, but the ice cream is absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend

We went to Rheinblick for lunch. The food was very tasty with a good portion size. Great self-service salad bar! The prices are reasonable. You have a beautiful view of the Rhine if you take a seat in the winter garden.

We ate ice cream here with our grandchildren. That's why I can't give a review of the entire promenade in terms of food and service. The Emmerich Rhine promenade is always worth a stroll and - in addition to the Katjes factory outlet - there are many opportunities to stop off.

Too bad. You can expect a lot more for the price level. The steak was more than done. The fried potatoes and the onion/mushroom vegetables were so oily that my extra sauce was unnecessary. We'll leave out the decorations on the plate. Racket music in Yugoslavia, strange. Casual clothing as a waitress doesn't fit into the concept either. Once and never again.

At the invitation of my parents we went to Rheinblick where we had eaten with them about two or three years ago. Then it was sunny and warm on the terrace and we enjoyed it very much. Food was fine, nice cheerful waiter, and excellent experience. Now we had made a reservation in the “winter garden” due to the announced rain shower. That clearly came too! The food was sufficient/good, not exceptional. Not in taste and not in presentation. But what was very annoying was the radio that was turned on loudly and regularly played quite loud music. No relaxing background music. My mother wanted to tip via debit card because she didn't have any cash with her. But that wasn't possible. Then the limited friendliness of the younger waiter as we walked away was zero, it seemed. There was no more goodbye. It must be said that the older waiter, the somewhat grumpy waiter, has a good idea of ​​everything. Shame. Really nice location on the Rhine, but not what we think it once was. The price-quality ratio is no longer okay.

If we go for lunch just across the border, it will be here. On the terrace in summer and in the conservatory in winter. Always good and cheap. Operation is fine

I just had a drink there in the morning!!! The waiter wasn't fully awake yet and was grumpy. Inside it is nicely decorated and cozy, the toilets are very clean.

We sat inside while we had ordered an outside table for 9 people. Place was outside enough so it could have been good! The air conditioning was on and it was unpleasant. Asked for rice for the grandchildren instead of fries, but because it was a children's menu, that was absolutely not possible... only with a large snitzel were you allowed to switch from fries to rice?? We had to order extra rice for 3 euros per small bowl, the children were absolutely not allowed to eat from the salad bar and this salad bar was sparse, with a lot of sweet and sour. We were allowed to take one bowl per person... Friendliness from the staff was hard to find until the hefty bill, then we had a small smile... a pity and a disappointing evening.

The service is a disaster. The waiter was very unpleasant. No other reservations, the restaurant was almost empty inside, but the waiter heard the Polish language and only gave us a table outside (at 30°C). I asked twice for a table inside because there was air conditioning. Unfortunately there was no response, the waiter went to the terrace and showed us a table. Poles are not allowed to eat with Germans in this restaurant. Luckily the other restaurant was friendly to us. I don't recommend it!

Two main courses, a starter and a few drinks, just under 100 euros. Food was miserable. Lamb chops were dry and tough. Starter was ruined by way too much pepper. Once but never again. Tourist trap.

The location is picturesque and you have a good view of the Rhine. I had ordered the Cordon Bleu for €25 and had corresponding expectations. Unfortunately they weren't fulfilled, the taste was a bit bland and it was far too small for the price.

The Schnitzel was for sure not a good one. Very salty.... and way to expensive.. but not much option on a Saturday? I would look for an alternative the next time

Salat waren nur eine Tomate, eine Gurke und bisschen Blattsalat.nichts gewürzt. Und dafür 40€. Frechheit

Nice restaurant with delicious food

I had an amazing Schnitzel here. It was done really well, from good quality meat. It came with pommes and I could choose my salad from the salad buffet. It was a lunch-deal and I payed only 15 Euros for it. The service was quick and kind. I will definitely eat here again next time 😋

Waren eigenlijk op zoek naar een ander restaurant om te lunchen voor het shoppen, het was maandag, dus veel dicht. Hier voor €42 heerlijke schnitzel met patat en salade gegeten, met een mooi uitzicht over de rijn. Snelle en vriendelijke bediening.
