Ordered Mac & cheese for the kids and wish I didn't. Never had Mac & cheese from a Jamaican restaurant that looked and tasted like powered cheese and was super dry. None of my kids would eat it, and they love Mac & cheese 😬😬 sorry not sorry. The Jerk chicken, however, was pretty decent but absolutely no spiciness at all.

Well as a jamaican I must say dat our national dishes taste the best on our Island. So run come visit. Its a must. Apart from dat this restaurant come close to what we have back home but less spicy. Big up to all a dem crew members wuk dem bumpa off fi spread uno culture. Massive raspec

1st of all... I have been trying to eat here for a couple years, I live 3 hours away and was in town for a week and decided to stop by, the food was fresh and you could taste the love that was put into the dish. Could not decide, so I had the curry goat and jerk chicken. It was worth the wait.

Wasn’t expecting to not physically eat there based on their profile here, but they are strictly take-out ONLY. Initially really disappointing, but while we waited for our food, we went next door to have some drinks, and they set up a table for us. After the food was ready, the bar allowed us to eat our food which was awesome. The food was amazing- I tried the jerk chicken from a friend- terrific! I ordered and loved- ox tail with plantains and rice and peas. Amazingly good and enough for me to have rice and peas leftover. Great portions!

I had high high expectations coming here based on the reviews but was sorely disappointed. To begin, main plates are anywhere from 16 to 23 plus EURO, the portion sizes are small for the price. If you use a credit card or debit card there is an extra 2 Euro fee. I got the curry goat and it wasn't seasoned that well and you could barely taste the curry. There wasn't much meat because a lot of it was bones. I also found two hairs in my food, You can see them in the photo I attached.

Just came from there with a seafood pasta, Oh My God. Thoroughly seasoned and prepped in a timely manner. Always wanted to try here but could never make it, so these new hours are a so much better. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who will listen. Authentic Jamaican food is back!

Love love love this place! The food is great! I came to Germany for new years and I found this location my husband and I ate here twice in one day! Today we were passing through with some friends and remembered this restaurant. We ate EVERYTHING and ordered more to go! Thank you for serving great food/drinks and your hospitality! If I’m ever in Germany again I will come here!

Erst einmal habe ich nicht bekommen was ich wollte weil sie es nicht mehr hatten. Meines Erachtens ist das Restaurant sehr unorganisiert... Wenn man nur die Hälfte der Speisen hat dann sollte man diese auch nicht anbieten. Letztendlich hatte ich den oxenschwanz mit Mac and cheese. Das ganze hat nicht wirklich einen Geschmack es ist mir nicht würzig genug und die mac and cheese schmecken wie aus der kraft Packung. Ich verstehe die guten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht. Über das Ambiente kann ich nichts schreiben weil das Essen mir gebracht wurde. Aber die 20 Euro hätte ich besser beim Chinesen investieren sollen.

Leider kann ich die guten Rezensionen nicht teilen. Auf Durchreise wollte ich das gut bewertete Restaurant besuchen. Das Restaurant war leider geschlossen und so habe ich versucht etwas auf den Wohnmobilstellplatz mitzunehmen. Es waren weder die Ribs vorhanden, noch diverse andere Hauptspeisen. Bekommen habe ich letztendlich nur die Wings, die auch richtig gut waren. Finde ich schade, da ich mich auf den Abend in einem jamaikanischen Restaurant und die Speisen gefreut hatte. Ich kann nur mutmaßen warum das Restaurant an einem Freitag Abend geschlossen und kaum Essen der Karte vorhanden waren. Wäre schade wenn solche Farbkleckse in Deutschland verschwinden bzw. schließen müssen.

This was my first time getting takeout from Rhaatid and it was delicious! I had the curry chicken, rice with peas and plaintains and everything was so flavorful. And the passion fruit juice was so good! I highly recommend it and I’ll definitely be back!

I was told about this resturant about 5 months ago and every Fri, Sat and Sun (sometimes twice on Sun) that's where my meal has been bought. The owners are extremely friendly and has a warm welcoming energy. If there were open 7 days of the week, I would never eat anywhere else. I'm glad that they exits. There are other Jamaican/Caribbean restaurants around graf, but RHAATID, is definitely the best. Keep representing Jamaica. Keep on keeping on. David (manchesterian)

This was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Chill atmosphere, great service, very nice staff, and the food was just amazing. I enjoyed the food so much I ordered another dish to go. Looking forward to going back again soon!

Didnt know i have such an awesome restaurant in the area!! U can taste the authentic island flavour. The nearest place i eat good food like that ( apart from home ;) was in London. I would believe more locals would enjoy ur cooking if they know.

It's so good. The drinks remind me of when I visited Jamaica. And they were pretty potent 😜The flavors of the food were so amazing, I kept mentioning it with every bite 😅 It's hard to come by good Jamaican food.

We have never been disappointed with the food from this family owned restaurant.  They are great and friendly!  This is our "go to" spot for great Jamaican cuisine since 2018.  We have tried many spots but this one is the best!  All of their dishes are great that we have tried.  Here are some of our favorite dishes: Jerk Wings, Jerk Chicken, Jerk Shrimp, and Curry Chicken with Rice n Peas, Cabbage and Plantains.  You have to mix it up and find your personal flavor :).  We also recommend the Ginger Beer (non-alcoholic) which is my drink and the Rum punch, if you prefer a little kick.  Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

As a vegan I thoroughly enjoyed the curry vegetables and the rice and beans.

The Food is 5 stars , but as someone who values my time I had to deduct 1 star . This restaurant has unlimited potential, but they need to implement some type of ticket system to prevent people from waiting so long beyond the estimated time. It is easy to order food and be forgotten in this restaurant. I will be back to revisit this review strictly because the food was amazing . Hopefully next time things are little more organized .

Die Chicken Wings und das Jerk Chicken sind unerreichbar lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Ich würde mich noch über die Möglichkeit freuen, dass Essen vor Ort oder im Außenbereich zu genießen.

These restaurants is one of my favorite in Eschenbach. The food is so delicious and I cannot count how many times we ordered in this place. Customer service were great! We will come back again for sure!

We got the curry goat and jerk chicken with rice and peas and macaroni. The curry goat was blessssss, the jerk chicken tasted like home🇯🇲 on the drive home i ate the festival we ordered and it was yummy too. I will definitely be back, but wouldnt get the mac and cheese next time.

Sehr herzliche Restaurantinhaber. Das Essen wurde mit viel Leidenschaft und Herz zubereitet. Ich habe das Jerk Chicken mit Kochbananen und Reis und Bohnen bestellt. Es hat himmlisch geschmeckt! Als Dessert habe ich den Jamaican Fruit Cake gewählt - das muss man unbedingt probiert haben! 😍 Ich kann es kaum erwarten weitere Gerichte zu probieren. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen!

I ordered from there yesterday & had the curry goat with rice & peas, cabbage, jerk chicken , and Mac and cheese. To start off the whole plate was Bland! No flavor no nothing . The “jerk chicken” was grilled bbq chicken that you’ll get at a cookout literally tasted like it just came off the grill. Mac and cheese was a no… the whole plate was a no honestly .

We ordered food from this spot for the first time today . We had oxtail and jerk chicken with mac and cheese and fried plantains and a side of rum cake.. The drive home I was salivating from the smell, from the first bite ,my soul cried it was soooooo goood. We will be eating here often before we leave Germany. The lady was so nice with the order The food was so well cooked ,the meat just melts in your mouth . It's been a long time since I've been so deeply satisfied with food. "DRE" LOVES THIS SPOT .

The best brown stew I’ve ever tried!!!! I had a plate of brown stew, plantains and rice. My tastebuds were pleased. It was like a homemade meal.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food. My family is jamaican and bajan and i find it hard to find real authentic west indian food thats ACTUALLY good..especially overseas. Its a little taste of home and i appreciate it so much more.

If you live in the Grafenwöhr and Vilseck area this restaurant is the perfect place to try real authentic Jamaican food. The customer service is top notch. Sometimes there is a wait but only because people are lined up waiting to get their fill. They offer a take out and dine in experience and lunch service during the week days. I love the Rasta Pasta!! The service is incredible and the food speaks for itself. The chef was so attentive to my dietary restrictions and I couldn’t get enough of the festival dumplings. A lot of Vegetarian options and very authentic! The waitress was gorgeous and attentive. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars.
