Very friendly, attentive staff. The food was excellent; we had the pan-fried fish with fried potatoes and the vegetable curry. Both were very tasty. We had a table on the terrace with a view of the lush greenery and the lake. We would gladly return and highly recommend the restaurant.

My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance via Google. It was wonderful. We especially liked the ambiance, great prices, and the excellent quality of the food. The service was also very attentive, unobtrusive, and relaxed. A great experience, we can only recommend it. 👍

We often visit the Zweizack restaurant and are always impressed. In my opinion, the dishes are very tasty and the menu has something for everyone. The dining room looks like a cafeteria, poorly decorated. The children at the next table had their phones on so loudly that I couldn't hear my husband. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm, and there was a hair floating in my soup. The service staff was super friendly, in contrast to the poor food. It was my first and last visit.

We visited Zweizwack for the second time on Sunday evening and were once again completely impressed. The stylish, yet cozy ambiance invites you to linger, and once again, everything was just right. The fish was an absolute highlight: wonderfully fresh, perfectly prepared, and finely balanced in flavor. The portions are also impressive – generous and at an absolutely fair price. The same goes for the delicious desserts, which rounded off the evening perfectly. A special thank you goes to the young waiter, who created a particularly pleasant atmosphere with his friendly and attentive manner. We would love to come back!

After a visit to the open-air museum, where the craftspeople had already recommended this restaurant to us, lunch there was a must. And we were not disappointed. Cozy on the terrace in the relaxed atmosphere of the area around Lake Priestersee, we received warm and courteous service, both competent and prompt, as well as full of warmth, humor, and welcome. We ordered food from the regular and daily menu. The fish was as fresh as could be and cooked to perfection. First-class quality meets excellent culinary art here. The fried potatoes are highly recommended, which lend the dish's overriding finesse a sense of homemade authenticity and homeliness. The Labskaus is also delicious, and although our experience with this dish is rather limited, we enjoyed and enjoyed it. Overall, this restaurant can be fully recommended for enjoyment and well-being, and we look forward to returning again, perhaps even for a romantic evening.

We cycled from Großenbrode via Heiligenhafen to Oldenburg and went straight to the Zweizack restaurant for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious: we had pan-fried fish with fried potatoes and mustard sauce. For dessert, we had plum compote with walnut ice cream and whipped cream, which was delicious. The cake is also highly recommended; my husband had the cherry sour cream cake. Unfortunately, it was too cold for us to sit outside in the beautiful garden.

A beautiful place to enjoy and linger. The menu has a good selection. There is something for every taste. We enjoyed it excellently. The young man who served us was friendly and very personable. We sat on the outside terrace with an idyllic view of a small lake. I would have loved to stay here all day. We'll definitely come back soon.

First of all: I never actually give 5 stars. However, the bident is very close. Service is very friendly and attentive. It doesn't seem exaggerated or forced either. The ambience and surroundings are very tasteful and beautiful. The range of food and drinks is clear but sufficient. Variety is also provided. I think it's good that the beef is regional. Similar with chicken. We had soup, beef, fish and cake. All of them suited our taste perfectly. The sauces were very tasty. The beef cutlets were perhaps a little too well done. There was also no question about the level of preparation. In contrast to France, it is not common for meatballs. It's "complaining" on a high level and in no way detracts from the almost 5 stars. It's a shame we're only here for so few days. Time will not allow us to visit again. I hope we can stop at Zweizack again on our next visit. Full recommendation from us.

We sat in the sun, were served attentively and very friendly and the food (pike perch with mustard sauce and mashed potatoes or baked potato with sour cream and finally a piece of cherry cake) was simply delicious. Absolutely recommended.

The food at Zweizack tastes super delicious. We had the plaice and the veal schnitzel, which, together with the side dishes, is definitely recommended. The service is incredibly friendly and accommodating (!). We enjoyed a pleasant atmosphere. The highlight was the recommendation of the wines that went well with that evening and which I definitely remembered for next time. We would love to come back to you!

The service was super nice and served me super tasty whole plaice. The plaice was served with delicious brown fried potatoes and a fresh side salad. When I asked how to eat the plaice, the waitress explained it to me. Very nice restaurant, nice ambience, in my opinion the heating could have been a little warmer.

Good home cooking without sophistication. There's nothing to complain about, but nothing that makes it definitely worth stopping by again.

My new favorite restaurant! I celebrated my 50th birthday with a small group on January 10th. Everything was perfect, from the service to the food, and my guests were equally thrilled! My cousin works as a chef and was equally full of praise. The menu is carefully selected, the dishes are of high quality and taste, and the service is very attentive, super-friendly, and always on the ball ;) Conclusion: Highly recommended and a true asset to the entire region! Very nice! 😊 The food is super delicious and definitely filling. Sustainability is also a priority here, with smaller portions available. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality. The staff is extremely friendly, and we felt very comfortable. Definitely a hidden gem in the area! 😊

A truly beautiful and highly recommended restaurant. The tables are very discreetly spaced, and the chairs are very well-chosen. You can sit comfortably and even spend several hours there. I haven't felt this comfortable in a long time. The food was absolutely fantastic; I had kale with delicious, crispy fried potatoes, and it was truly delicious. My partner had duck with dumplings. She didn't speak at all during the meal. That's a good sign. I wish you continued success, and it's great that you're there for us. The only negative point I have to mention is the restrooms. When I had to go there after dinner, I was really shaking. There's something wrong with your restrooms. I haven't smelled that bad in a long time. Otherwise, a place I can really recommend. Not so easy to find for someone who doesn't know Oldenburg that well. But once you find it, you're thrilled and you'll want to go there again and again. The food is great, the service is very nice and the atmosphere is very tasteful and cozy. I would recommend everyone to have their own experience there. Advance reservations are recommended. The food is excellent. The staff is very friendly but unfortunately very unfocused. Our reservation (three weeks in advance) couldn't be found, the antipasti plate was served without a spoon to refill it and the mineral water we ordered didn't come at all. That's a shame for an otherwise very nice restaurant.

The food here is very tasty. There is also a small selection of vegetarian/vegan dishes. The service was also very friendly. What we didn't like so much was the way to the restaurant. The parking lot is not lit and was very muddy from the rain. Unfortunately, you have to walk a few steps through the mud to get to the entrance to the restaurant. Apart from that we really liked it.

The Zweizack, the insider tip in Oldenburg, somewhat hidden at the Wallmuseum. A clear, seasonally coordinated menu with always freshly prepared food. Extra requests were fulfilled without any problems, even what was not on the menu. Whether duck, kale, fish, veal schnitzel, roast beef, salad or fried potatoes, it's really a treat for the palate. There is even a children's menu. The service was perfect, courteous and friendly. Price performance is consistent. We are very happy to come again.

We were able to spend a really nice and warm evening here. The food was very tasty, and given the current price level in restaurants, the price-performance ratio here is very good. The exceptional service is priceless. It's not unusual for a 4-year-old to not know what he wants to eat; all dishes can be had in small portions or combined, which is unfortunately something special. But we have never experienced the fact that he can quickly try out what he is hungry for during a kitchen tour. Thank you for the friendly hospitality and the great food.

I don't know the last time I had such a good meal in a restaurant. With every dish we had, you could tell that the owner/head chef does her job with passion. The service was magical, very attentive and simply warm. Thank you for the great evening and that dogs are also very welcome.

We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 p.m. and were told that we should wait another hour because we had to change seats after an event. They couldn't offer us a table for this time. Since the weather wasn't exactly good, we decided to go to another restaurant. This approach cannot be called customer-friendly. On the way back we met several other people who probably had to expect the same fate.

We didn't have cash but the waiter helped us pay with PayPal. The restaurant is located outside in beautiful nature and you can eat both outside and inside.

What an enrichment in Oldenburg i.H. In the city center and yet in the relaxing greenery with a small lake. The outdoor area and the restaurant invite you to linger. The small menu shows that everything is freshly cooked here. Our plaice and herring were accompanied by crispy fried potatoes (for me the best so far). On a second visit at lunchtime, the currywurst/fries and cod nuggets left nothing to be desired. We look forward to eating in Oldenburg more often.

**Review for the two-pack** I was in the two-pack recently and I have to say I was really impressed! The daily menu was creative and super tasty – the chefs really came up with something new. I was particularly blown away by the Wiener Schnitzel, the breaded veal schnitzel. The meat was tender, the breading was crispy – simply perfect. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere at Zweiack is really cozy and relaxed. Overall a great visit! If you're looking for good food in a pleasant atmosphere, you should definitely try Zweiack.

It was very nice to sit on the terrace. The food was simply great in every respect and you could tell that it was prepared with love and, above all, everything was fresh.
