Food was very good... but unfortunately just a little warm. After my complaint, the staff were very friendly and the drink was not included in the payment... I think it's great that as a guest you are treated in a friendly manner, thank you!!!

The staff is super friendly, but the quality of the food is rather low even for a good home-style restaurant. The breakfast is also very bland. The tea water was cold and the grain rolls were baked so hard that they couldn't be eaten. Too bad.

Good evening Mr. Lau (German), I would like to comment on your comment on my husband's review. We had a great evening at your location for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday and my father-in-law's 85th birthday. Some guests, including the birthday couple, also stayed at your hotel. The older gentlemen were given plenty of presents and then wanted to have the gift table in their rooms. Of course we were happy to fulfill your wish. Apparently we accidentally “stole” some flower decorations, which was never our intention (as we all know, you can’t argue with taste)! Of course we would like to apologize for that!!! In the end, I find it really questionable to charge the paying birthday couple, I also like to point out the age again: 80 and 85 Lenze, with a total invoice amount of around €2,000. My in-laws feel like thieves even though they were not even remotely responsible for this questionable crime. Seriously? You charged the gentlemen €22? For me personally it's just embarrassing!!! Especially since we also celebrated my in-laws' 75th and 80th birthdays in your house and back then with significantly more overnight guests and probably significantly higher sales. I am also a service provider and maintain my customer files - if in doubt you should refer to them. But what led me to my extremely extensive comment is your signature: Mr. Lau (German). Do you want to live integration and then behave like that? I'm really speechless! Personally, I really “celebrated” you and your hotel and restaurant. We felt so comfortable with your staff, every service person (in no way derogatory) was there for us at all times with so much joy, friendliness and hospitality, that was and is worthy of praise and mention. That's why I don't even begin to understand your, in my opinion, inappropriate postscript. I wish your 'girls' all the best for the future and would like to thank Tessa (Indonesian) and her colleague from Belarus once again! It was a wonderful evening with us and thank you! We were guests to celebrate a historic birthday! Our staff (Indonesian and Belarusian) were great! The buffet was good, but unfortunately cold! It was not possible to criticize the managing director on site, despite repeated requests!!!! The highlight is that the birthday children unknowingly took a bouquet of flowers from the room because they thought it belonged to the others! Now the manager is asking €20 for this bouquet!!! Will we come back????

We were invited to dinner. The food was delicious, reasonably priced and we were able to sit in peace. I am a wheelchair user, got into the building/restaurant easily and there was even a disabled toilet.

Old run down atmosphere. Food was pretty salty. Service and communication from the waiters more difficult. Food is of frozen quality (so not really price appropriate). Tables were separated by simple dividers, conversations from neighboring tables/louder conversations were easy to hear/somewhat disturbing.

Yes, everything was tipi topi, but because it was Thursday it wasn't that full. I celebrated my birthday there today because according to the calendar I turned 18 today, otherwise unfortunately 72. But whatever, life goes on 😉 (leap year)

Meeting my girlfriend there is always great. We are served and then we are left to talk in peace, without forgetting to ask us what else we would like... discreetly, of course. We can always do it again

Nice large restaurant with winter garden and parking lot. Unfortunately, the waiter didn't understand that we needed a gluten-free dish (insufficient knowledge of German and allergies). Although there were other waiters there and the restaurant was almost empty. The food was very good and also well priced for the portions.

It was pretty crowded. The food tasted significantly better a few years ago. I also found it impersonal. The furniture is no longer the latest.

We had dinner at "Hasenheide" today on the occasion of my mother's 90th birthday. It was very nice. The service was very nice. We'll definitely be back.

All in all, this restaurant in the hotel is the best you can find near Rostock. There are large portions and currently as of May 11th, 2024 they are still under 20€, half liter beer is under 5€. Where else can you find that? There are enough seats and free parking spaces. No trace of panic prices, according to the motto: I'll take what I get, the world will end tomorrow. There is still German cuisine here. Anyone who has a birthday gets free food and a gift. The staff sometimes don't quite speak German and are difficult to understand, but I'm still thrilled when I'm here and I'll come back. Hats off. If you rate the price-performance ratio poorly here, you should eat on Rügen. They're really taking off there right now with pints of beer up to €8 and hardly any food under €20.

Two family celebrations were simply too much. It was very loud in the restaurant. Children run around tables which is just annoying. Staff stressed and the food was so bad.

Service was friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was okay. Eat??? Okay, maybe I was just unlucky. However, it borders on artifice to cut a rump steak incorrectly to the grain. The taste of the meat was good, as was the cooking level "Medium Rare" that I ordered, but the meat was so hard that it was hardly edible. It's a shame, I expected more.

Da wir in Markgrafenheide und Umgebung keinen Tisch mehr bekommen haben, suchten wir eine Alternative und so wurde ich im Internet auf dieses Restaurant aufmerksam. Und was soll ich sagen?! Alles richtig gemacht! Absolut tolles Essen und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis super!

Ein großes Lob an das Team! Wir haben am 25.12.23 hervorragend gegessen. Trotz einem großen Gästeansturm wurden wir sehr gut bedient, das Essen war ausgezeichnet und wir haben uns mit unserem kleinen Hund willkommen und wohl gefühlt! Es ist sehr schwer, etwas vergleichbares zu finden!

Das Essen war sehr gut und die Portionen ausgezeichnet. Das Servicepersonal war super nett und die Bestellungen ging fix. Man musste nicht lange auf das leckere Essen warten.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und angenehm überrascht. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Preis, Leistung sind o.k. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Die Decke im Herren' Wc könnte mal ein neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Die Bedienung ist hervorragend und das Essen schmeckt super. Das Ambiente ist voll okay. Empfehlenswert.

Ich besuchte das Restaurant zum Kaffee trinken nach einer Beisetzung. Die Tische waren sehr liebevoll eingedeckt. Es gab frischen Kuchen und Brötchen. Kaffee, Kuchen und Brötchen wurden ständig nachgereicht. Hat sehr gut geschmeckt und uns allen gefallen.

Leckeres Essen, tolles Ambiente und das wahrscheinlich beste und geduldigste Personal was ich je erlebt habe.

Bedienung war freundlich, das Essen sehr lecker, nur die Katze war viel zu süß!

Küche schon eher durchschnittlich. Kann die recht guten Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Gegessen einmal abends und nächsten Tag zum Mittag. Es fehlt etwas der Pfiff in der Küche.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen zu einem angemessenen Preis. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Einige Speisen, z. B. der Fischteller könnten ein wenig mehr Gewürz vertragen, dann wäre es perfekt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Wir waren zu einer Trauerfeier hier. Das Restaurant öffnete um 12. Uhr. Pflichbewusst ließ das Personal die Trauergäste auch keine Minute früher ein, obwohl sie wussten aus welchem Anlass die Leute kamen, traurig. Das Personal schien überfordert. Das Essen war gut.

Richtig gut! Leckeres Essen- große Portion für ein guten Preis. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Еда - все было вкусно, кроме "украинской солянки". Это не имеет ничего общего с украинской кухней. Суп ужасный. Это я, как повар говорю. А самое ужасное для меня, как для украинки то, что люди будут считать, что это украинский суп. Обслуживание - все официанты очень доброжелательны были. Кроме той женщины, что обслуживала наш стол. Она была постоянно чем-то недовольна и не стеснялась это показывать. Видимо она не любит иностранцев.)) Заказ ждали очень долго.

Wir haben mit Freunden einen schönen Abend vor unserer Abreise nach Schweden im Wintergarten verbracht. Das Essen war reichlich und lecker und der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten die Gelegenheit bis zur Abfahrt unserer Fähre am nächsten Morgen, den Busparkplatz zum Übernachten zu nutzen. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür. 👍🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ Auch dieses Jahr durften wir nach einem schönen Abend mit unseren Freunden im Restaurant den Parkplatz nutzen. 👍

Sehr nette Bedienung. Es geht alles flott. Trotz einer Feier konnten wir hinten auf der geschlossenen Terrasse sitzen und alle Fenster waren geöffnet und wir saßen trotzdem nicht im Durchzug. Gegessen hatten wir nur Eis und Eiskaffee. War aber schmackhaft. Wir können diese Gaststätte nur empfehlen.

Bestellt waren belegte Brötchen , Kuchen , Wasser und Kaffee. Der Kellner hat sich nur 1x sehen lassen und hat die Kaffeekannen getauscht , Wasserflaschen waren dann auch alle. Keiner der Kellner kam, keine Nachfrage was man noch trinken möchte und ob wir noch Wasser wollen . Wir haben Bezahlt und sind gegangen.

Liebes Hasenheide Team, lasst Euch nicht unterkriegen. Ihr seid unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant. Jedes Familienessen wird bei Euch gebucht. Essen ist immer lecker und die Bedienung jedesmal zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch 😊

Habe hier mit meiner Familie gegessen. Es gab eine leckere vegane Option (Gemüsepfanne) und auch der Rest der Familie war Happy mit ihren Schnitzeln. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
