Waiting time 1x two weeks, 1x seven weeks - expected. You had to look for sellers in every department, but there was never one there. Everyone we found was friendly, but not always competent. Lunch was good. But that wasn't why we drove there for an hour.

I went there twice while looking for a replacement for my upholstered double bed. Nothing there. For such a huge company like Höffner, it's almost embarrassing that they can't offer a model that at least comes close to meeting my expectations. Although it feels like there are 100 models standing around there. I bought my current bed about 10 years ago at the Höffner “discounter” Sconto. Great bed. Top. And this is exactly the bed I would like to have new. But no chance with Höffner. You can now buy beds from them for ridiculous prices of just under 9000 euros!!! Just because it says “Joop” on it. Unbelievable but true.

My mother bought a kitchen from Höffner Rostock six months ago, but unfortunately we are very disappointed with the service. Even during the planning there were mistakes that clearly happened on Höffner's side. Since then we have been waiting for the issues to be resolved. However, for weeks we have been repeatedly told that someone would contact us - but that never happens. When we call or write an email, we are regularly told that the responsible employee is not available at the moment. For a company of this size, we would have liked a more professional and customer-oriented service. We currently feel completely let down, so I can only advise potential customers to think carefully about whether they want to subject themselves to such unnecessary stress. I waited a long time to write a review about Höffner in the hope that the situation would clear up. However, since there has been no response from Höffner, I am now forced to make my voice heard this way. It is unfortunate that I have to consider having my legal protection insurance clarify what happens next, as there is obviously no interest in a solution. The slightly overpriced Höffner furniture store offers everything you can set up and take with you on several floors. The absolute point of criticism is the receipt of the goods after a purchase. Once you have completed your purchase at the checkout, a pickup number is generated on the receipt, which is displayed on a wall board behind the checkout area... when it is your turn. This means that, for example, you have to wait 40 minutes to receive your box with a table lamp (20 x 30cm). Like at the employment office, all customers sit in front of the monitor and wait for their own number. So if you need more than a wooden spoon or something you can take straight to the checkout, you should bring plenty of meat with you. And don't forget to mention at the checkout that you have a customer card, because in retrospect you'll be told "bad luck!" If you don't like your goods or are considering another reason for returning them, please note that returns are not possible and that you are still forced to leave your money with a voucher. It's a shame Höffi, there's still a lot of room for improvement 🫤😕

I had a kitchen planned at the time of the "50 percent" campaign, the consultant said that this had already been taken into account. The fantasy/moon price could always be read on the PC, which is completely utopian. In the end, a prize was awarded for a "smart" kitchen (name given by the furniture store), which is not as high quality as e.g. E.g. "Nobilia". With my upper limit and specifications, only the cheapest option could be planned. My question about the 0% financing that was advertised was answered by saying that no financing would be possible with this "special price". When I said that I wasn't signing a contract today, the consultant's mood noticeably worsened. I was later informed by email that financing was now suddenly possible after consulting with the “boss”. I subsequently found out that contracts signed on site and without financing cannot be revoked. And this is where the dishonest “advice” comes to light so that a contract can be signed quickly. I ordered a "Nobilia kitchen" from another provider for significantly less money, more equipment, financing and without a completely unrealistic "discount campaign". Höffner lives by fooling customers. I don't buy anything there anymore.

Furniture for over 19,000 euros has now been ordered from XXXLutz Pampow. It's just shit when the online shop doesn't work, the password is always no longer correct, after a new request there's no response for over 3 days (yes, I checked the spam folder.) Unfortunately in my case unprofessional. Theme: Kitchen Be careful when planning the kitchen, as the staff do not point out that you will have to pay a cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase price if you decide against it. I wanted to cancel the contract a week after the purchase contract was concluded. Also be careful when making a measurement appointment, as the time range is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Others also manage to set a small range (e.g. 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.). If I asked, it would probably have been possible to give me a more specific range, so feel free to ask. For me, that simply has something to do with professionalism. Especially when it comes to €10,000-20,000. Also be careful with the contract. Everything was printed legibly in black except the terms and conditions. They were faintly visible (see photos) and simply disappeared (I know that this was not intentional, but unfortunately this was the case for me). Of course, there is no understanding from the staff here, as it's about the money and not a bit of empathy in this regard. Of course, you are no longer a customer. You may have made money from me at this moment, but not in the future. Especially since you also exchange ideas with your environment or other people. This is just my experience and opinion as I don't want it to happen to anyone else! :) Other shops were also more professional.

We bought a small bathroom wall cabinet during the percentage campaign for €197 (original price should be €329!!!!) - the scope of delivery doesn't even include any mounting material - as a customer I also have to carefully drill holes for the door handles myself (which is hardly possible without flaking of the glaze) - one corner of the cupboard door was not painted with a glossy finish, but was just brushed over with paint. The complaint office's only solution: we have to go to the store again, replace the entire cupboard and only get €10 in compensation My conclusion: Cheap furniture is sold at completely inflated prices and if the complaint is justified, customer satisfaction doesn't matter, the main thing is that the profit is right

We bought a couch and a bed from Möbel Höffner. We really liked the selection and the advice - especially about the bed - was really excellent. The seller assured us a delivery time of 7-max 9 weeks. After 8 weeks we asked when we could expect delivery. We were then informed that the goods were already in stock, but there was no time for delivery yet. After all, Neubrandenburg is so far away. We were then given a delivery date of 5 weeks later. We then pointed out again that we had already rented an apartment, but we couldn't move in without a bed. This then led to the delivery date being brought forward by 1 week. We are totally disappointed. If you have a problem with a delivery to Neubrandenburg, you could have said so directly. We relied on on-time delivery and are now prevented from moving into our new apartment.

We bought a desk. However, the parts delivered did not correspond to the parts in the construction instructions. The assembly principle was sometimes completely different. Some parts had to be reworked with carpentry tools. The borrower can't do this without breaking the desk. The guarantee is then gone. However, what the Höffner customer center offered me on site made me so angry that I almost threw the entire desk from the top down into the sales room. The desk was for my son's birthday. After an initially very good sales pitch, I bought a couch. But after a short thought, I wanted to change the model. Unfortunately, this was only possible at considerable additional cost. It is absolutely unacceptable how little flexibility and accommodation was shown here. Buying furniture is a small investment and I would have expected more understanding and customer focus. Instead, I was confronted with high extra costs, which is completely incomprehensible to me. The initial positive impression from the sales conversation was completely destroyed by this inadequate customer service. I definitely won't buy anything here again and can only advise anyone not to shop at Möbel Höffner in Rostock.

First of all, the furniture store is good although some prices are absolutely outrageous. But there are also good promotions where you can buy good things cheaply (e.g. in the treasure trove where the last and exhibition items are offered, some of them at a decent discount). We were always treated kindly and kindly by the employees. I would particularly like to highlight Ms. Wiens, who took time for everything despite the stress and didn't lose her nerve despite our indecision and last-minute changes. Why the two stars? Because when it came to transport using our own van, in the end it was an absolute no go. Deposit (only in cash by the way / I had to go to the machine again), filled up again, everything was fine and quite usual. But since I was under absolute time pressure and was doubly in trouble because of the traffic jam and my upcoming work shift, I didn't manage to refuel the van, especially since the gas station was completely overcrowded because there were dozens of vacationers queuing, so that even the traffic couldn't get past because of the queue . Driving to another gas station was not possible in terms of time. My journey was only 60 km on the country road, so the fuel needle didn't move a mm and the fuel cost would hardly have come close to €7. I was hoping for goodwill and understanding when returning the vehicle and would have been prepared to leave a tenner as compensation. But the stubborn older gentleman persistently refused to give me back my deposit minus the ten euros. He referred to the great contract and the additional charge of €5 per 10 km for not refueling. In my case 30 €. I asked for the manager and explained my situation to him. What can I say, zero understanding, zero goodwill from a deputy site manager where you could already tell from the acoustic appearance on the phone what he thought of you.. Persistent and stubborn riding around on his great rental agreement, rude, didn't listen to me at all and absolutely self-absorbed. I explained to him that my job was important and that there could be high financial consequences if I didn't start work on time. He didn't care at all, he pulled himself up on this piece of paper that I had signed (and who reads all the small print / there was no hint from the employee either). In the end, I drove to fill up the tank in a rage, which cost me another half hour extra plus half of the discussion. And what can I say it was €6.13! I don't have to say more... If my delay causes any subsequent financial damage, the nice deputy (name known) from my employer at a large stock corporation will get the invoice. For me, this behavior is a reason not to shop there anymore (and it was already several thousand euros over the time we left there). For me, with the prices that this furniture store charges, a top performance from start to finish is essential. Aloof representatives who completely ignore the customer and his concerns and who pettily dance around on a rental agreement for ultimately €6, destroy the otherwise good image. Höffner from now on: No thanks.

Never again!! My 85-year-old mother-in-law chose a kitchen at Höffner. From the first minute to the last this was a disaster. I can only advise against buying a kitchen from Höffner. The consultant is only available for a few hours per week and only takes care of the organizational processes after repeated consultation. It's also not normal that at this age you have to go to the furniture store twice to get around 15 signatures. The entire kitchen planning and assembly is wrapped up in a contract that is unspeakably damaging to the customer. But you can also pass everything on to the customer. From the procurement of parking spaces for the assembly team to the puncture box, everything is regulated for Höffner so that they can refuse anything. My mother-in-law was literally so exhausted by the assembly team in the first 15 minutes that she had to take sedative drops. Nothing was right for them. The installation team then didn't connect the stove or the water drain. They have regulations, they said. I did it in half an hour in the evening and I really don't know why they didn't connect the things. But there is also something positive. The kitchen is really nice but she chose it herself.

Hello.. So now I have to get something off my chest and praise Möbel Höffner in Bentwisch highly. We bought a high-quality rattan lounge for over €1000. When I picked up the goods, I discovered at home that there was a design defect in the bank and it was therefore impossible to assemble it. When I called them, they immediately took care of my request without any ifs and buts and half an hour later they were at the door and exchanged it without any problems. ++Interesting pricing++ On June 8th, 2024 I was interested in a pendant lamp, the price for the lamp was EUR 368.10. Today, June 22nd, 2024, I wanted to decide to buy the lamp. Unfortunately, the price has almost doubled within two weeks, price today: 679 euros. I decided against purchasing. There's no better way to fool customers. This pricing probably applies to Höffner's entire product range. So be CAREFUL! If you really want to buy something there, compare the prices at Höffner over a longer period of time. There are two stars because it is still a nice furniture store. But being beautiful alone is not enough. It's the inner values that matter.

Beautiful and tidy furniture department store with many departments and goods that make living more comfortable. In addition to immediate pick-up on the ground floor (unfortunately only limited availability of our chairs), there is a normal exhibition on the upper floors with corresponding delivery times. In my opinion, the price is in the upper range, but this also goes hand in hand with the corresponding quality of our purchases, you can also get real bargains. The waiting time at the kitchen was also too long for us. All in all a great store with a large selection.

Unfortunately, the online mattress offer does not match the actual offer on site. We went to Rostock specifically to get an Irisette mattress that was supposed to be available. We were informed on site that a range change had taken place. A comparable quality was now almost 200 euros more expensive. Picking it up at the goods counter was difficult, our number wasn't called and the mattress couldn't be found. When I asked about a possible cancellation, I was told that this was only possible with a goods voucher and a cancellation fee of 25% of the value of the goods, in our case a cancellation fee of 120 euros, just for withdrawing from the contract. We simply didn't have the time and didn't feel like waiting any longer. But neither the goods voucher nor the cancellation fee were acceptable; of course we would have liked a credit. In combination with extremely rude and unfriendly employees at the checkout/product issue, I will avoid Höffner in the future and order my mattress from Amazon again. Here it is delivered to my doorstep and picked up again without any problem if I don't like it, for a refund of the full purchase amount. Höffner still has to learn that the customer is king. Addendum: According to the label, the Heidelberg mattress I bought for 479 euros is a mattress from F.A.N. Franconian pride. These are identically available at Lidl for half the price. An outrage.

It's a shame there aren't zero stars. Delivery dates are promised verbally, which, with the knowledge of the commission sellers, cannot be met. After making several subsequent phone calls during which you are constantly being held back, the employees keep coming back with cancellation fees. I have heard this from a lot of people afterwards. So you should probably look for a competent furniture store where the employees are there for the customer and not just for the commission.

We bought a bed from Meise Möbel there. After 10 weeks of waiting it was delivered. Load-bearing wooden elements were cracked. The screw sleeves for the corner brackets were installed incorrectly. Assembly not possible. The response from customer service is: No price reduction, no apology or "We're sorry". Apparently the complaint was not taken seriously. Absolutely disappointing.

When we visited Möbel Höffner in Rostock in the large household appliances department, the three customer advisors/salespeople made a listless and unmotivated impression. Questions were only answered unkindly, and some people looked at the PC. We probably interrupted the conversation during the break. The employee responsible for the specialist department sat calmly and didn't even ask what we wanted. Customer advice was probably annoying for the employees. We didn't buy from this specialist department, we bought from a small local company that works very customer-oriented. Certainly a little more expensive, but good service. We were also processed relatively quickly in the kitchen department. The employee allegedly didn't know where or whether a certain accessory was in the exhibition. So I went to Amazon, which was confirmed to me, because Amazon delivers faster......
