Looking for a small corner couch and a dining table made of wild oak, we visited all the furniture stores in Schwerin. The dining table, which can only be 1.40 m wide, would be a custom build, the couch without a sleeping function costs €2,500. The price didn't convince us. Then we drive to Möbel Höffner for the first time and get a positive impression at the entrance, but there is a couch not only on the ground floor, but also on the first and second floors. So we got advice from Benjamin Barkusky. We found a couch, a dining table and matching chairs, which Mr. Barkusky carried back and forth for us. The price was great. Thank you .

We bought a couch and a bed from Möbel Höffner. We really liked the selection and the advice - especially about the bed - was really excellent. The seller assured us a delivery time of 7-max 9 weeks. After 8 weeks we asked when we could expect delivery. We were then informed that the goods were already in stock, but there was no time for delivery yet. After all, Neubrandenburg is so far away. We were then given a delivery date of 5 weeks later. We then pointed out again that we had already rented an apartment, but we couldn't move in without a bed. This then led to the delivery date being brought forward by 1 week. We are totally disappointed. If you have a problem with a delivery to Neubrandenburg, you could have said so directly. We relied on on-time delivery and are now prevented from moving into our new apartment.

We bought a desk. However, the parts delivered did not correspond to the parts in the construction instructions. The assembly principle was sometimes completely different. Some parts had to be reworked with carpentry tools. The borrower can't do this without breaking the desk. The guarantee is then gone. Of course I didn't want to lose my guarantee and asked Höffner to guarantee it according to legal guidelines. Since I come from the service industry myself, I am able to argue factually and legally correctly. However, what the Höffner customer center offered me on site made me so angry that I almost threw the entire desk from the top down into the sales room. They weren't even willing to check the item or even take it out of the program. In this case, it is okay for Höffner to put his customers, like me, in a hopeless situation. The desk was for my son's birthday. When he realized that it couldn't be assembled, there were tears in his eyes. 2 stars because there was an employee who took pity on me and gave me the assembled parts from the sales room. Nevertheless, the last time for me Höffner.

Since my new kitchen is very small, I only need one kitchen block, but with all the appliances and maximum use of the space. When I asked the seller if they also had kitchen blocks, he looked at me and said that I should look at Skonto next door because that's where the low prices can be found. I was really angry and explained that I wasn't concerned about the price, but that only one block or line was an option for reasons of space. Guys, it doesn't work that way - that was my last visit to you - ordered the kitchen in the kitchen studio and everything was fine.

A week ago we wanted to buy a table that is a reduced-price exhibit. During the sales discussion, the saleswoman informed us that we would only be able to pick it up in 2 weeks. 🤷 I asked the saleswoman if it was somehow possible to pick up the table in the next few days. But it was absolutely not possible. We were told there was only one technician who couldn't do it sooner. During the entire conversation, the technician wasn't even asked about it! We weren't allowed to take the table out ourselves either. We had the feeling that they didn't want to sell here at all. We should therefore buy the table now, pay for it but leave it in the sales room. For us, this is absolutely customer-unfriendly. We got a cheaper table from the competition and it was even delivered to our home free of charge within 3 days.

In my case we argued over 10 EUR. Höffner has forwarded what she considers to be a claim to her debt collection agency. Ultimately I paid EUR 75 for a EUR 45 shelf. After an initially very good sales pitch, I bought a couch. But after a short thought, I wanted to change the model. Unfortunately, this was only possible at considerable additional cost. It is absolutely unacceptable how little flexibility and accommodation was shown here. Buying furniture is a small investment and I would have expected more understanding and customer focus. Instead, I was confronted with high extra costs, which is completely incomprehensible to me. The initial positive impression from the sales conversation was completely destroyed by this inadequate customer service. I definitely won't buy anything here again and can only advise anyone not to shop at Möbel Höffner in Rostock.

First of all, the furniture store is good although some prices are absolutely outrageous. But there are also good promotions where you can buy good things cheaply (e.g. in the treasure trove where the last and exhibition items are offered, some of them at a decent discount). We were always treated kindly and kindly by the employees. I would particularly like to highlight Ms. Wiens, who took time for everything despite the stress and didn't lose her nerve despite our indecision and last-minute changes. Why the two stars? Because when it came to transport using our own van, in the end it was an absolute no go. Deposit (only in cash by the way / I had to go to the machine again), filled up again, everything was fine and quite usual. But since I was under absolute time pressure and was doubly in trouble because of the traffic jam and my upcoming work shift, I didn't manage to refuel the van, especially since the gas station was completely overcrowded because there were dozens of vacationers queuing, so that even the traffic couldn't get past because of the queue . Driving to another gas station was not possible in terms of time. My journey was only 60 km on the country road, so the fuel needle didn't move a mm and the fuel cost would hardly have come close to €7. I was hoping for goodwill and understanding when returning the vehicle and would have been prepared to leave a tenner as compensation. But the stubborn older gentleman persistently refused to give me back my deposit minus the ten euros. He referred to the great contract and the additional charge of €5 per 10 km for not refueling. In my case 30 €. I asked for the manager and explained my situation to him. What can I say, zero understanding, zero goodwill from a deputy site manager where you could already tell from the acoustic appearance on the phone what he thought of you.. Persistent and stubborn riding around on his great rental agreement, rude, didn't listen to me at all and absolutely self-absorbed. I explained to him that my job was important and that there could be high financial consequences if I didn't start work on time. He didn't care at all, he pulled himself up on this piece of paper that I had signed (and who reads all the small print / there was no hint from the employee either). In the end, I drove to fill up the tank in a rage, which cost me another half hour extra plus half of the discussion. And what can I say it was €6.13! I don't have to say more... If my delay causes any subsequent financial damage, the nice deputy (name known) from my employer at a large stock corporation will get the invoice. For me, this behavior is a reason not to shop there anymore (and it was already several thousand euros over the time we left there). For me, with the prices that this furniture store charges, a top performance from start to finish is essential. Aloof representatives who completely ignore the customer and his concerns and who pettily dance around on a rental agreement for ultimately €6, destroy the otherwise good image. Höffner from now on: No thanks.

Never again!! My 85-year-old mother-in-law chose a kitchen at Höffner. From the first minute to the last this was a disaster. I can only advise against buying a kitchen from Höffner. The consultant is only available for a few hours per week and only takes care of the organizational processes after repeated consultation. It's also not normal that at this age you have to go to the furniture store twice to get around 15 signatures. The entire kitchen planning and assembly is wrapped up in a contract that is unspeakably damaging to the customer. But you can also pass everything on to the customer. From the procurement of parking spaces for the assembly team to the puncture box, everything is regulated for Höffner so that they can refuse anything. My mother-in-law was literally so exhausted by the assembly team in the first 15 minutes that she had to take sedative drops. Nothing was right for them. The installation team then didn't connect the stove or the water drain. They have regulations, they said. I did it in half an hour in the evening and I really don't know why they didn't connect the things. But there is also something positive. The kitchen is really nice but she chose it herself.

When I picked up the goods, I discovered at home that there was a design defect in the bank and it was therefore impossible to assemble it. When I called them, they immediately took care of my request without any ifs and buts and half an hour later they were at the door and exchanged it without any problems. Unfortunately, the online mattress offer does not match the actual offer on site. We went to Rostock specifically to get an Irisette mattress that was supposed to be available. We were informed on site that a range change had taken place. A comparable quality was now almost 200 euros more expensive. Picking it up at the goods counter was difficult, our number wasn't called and the mattress couldn't be found. When I asked about a possible cancellation, I was told that this was only possible with a goods voucher and a cancellation fee of 25% of the value of the goods, in our case a cancellation fee of 120 euros, just for withdrawing from the contract. We simply didn't have the time and didn't feel like waiting any longer. But neither the goods voucher nor the cancellation fee were acceptable; of course we would have liked a credit. In combination with extremely rude and unfriendly employees at the checkout/product issue, I will avoid Höffner in the future and order my mattress from Amazon again. Here it is delivered to my doorstep and picked up again without any problem if I don't like it, for a refund of the full purchase amount. Höffner still has to learn that the customer is king. Addendum: According to the label, the Heidelberg mattress I bought for 479 euros is a mattress from F.A.N. Franconian pride. These are identically available at Lidl for half the price. An outrage.

Wir haben uns nach einer super Beratung für den Küchenkauf bei Höffner entschieden. Leider ist im Nachhinein alles anders gekommen als wir uns es erhofft hätten. Nach dem Aufmaß gab es ein neuen Vertrag da einige Sachen geändert werden mussten. Kann ja alles sein, aber dann wurde der Liefertermin geändert und der Preis und dann sollte ich innerhalb einer halben Stunde den neuen Vertrag zusenden damit die Küche rechtzeitig bestellt und daher auch geliefert werden kann. Nun kommt die Küche nicht zum Termin und wir sitzen zum 3. Geburtstag meines Kindes ohne Küche und für mich damit auch ohne Gäste, denn ich möchte nicht nur Wasser anbieten im Februar und ich möchte auch nicht das die Kinder an den offene Leitungen sich evtl. verletzen. Aber zurücktreten wollen wir aufgrund der Stornokosten auch nicht. Danke für die Aussichtslosigkeit. Und die Unehrlichkeit des Verkäufers. Der über all dies informiert war. 9878852

Ich wurde sehr gut beraten. Die Verkaufsfläche ist riesig. Man kann in Ruhe hindurch laufen. Auch der Fahrstuhl ist nicht weit entfernt, dadurch ist das Einkaufen und gehen mit Rollator angenehm. 👍👍👍

Heute hatten die Azubis ihren Tag, Azubis leiten eine Filiale! Wir fanden es toll dort, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und gut gelaunt. Leider haben wir nichts gefunden, weil die Sofas aus unserer Sicht zu Preisintensiv waren, im Vergleich zu den anderen Möbelhäusern.
