Nice restaurant, right on the Rhine.

Beautiful location right on the Rhine. The food was delicious, the service was good and fast, but the prices were high.

As always, we enjoyed it very much. Excellent service, great waitresses, and delicious food with a delicious wheat beer. And all this in one of the most beautiful spots on the Lower Rhine. We're always happy to be here. Gudrun + Bernhard

The location is very nice—right on the Rhine with a great view. Prices are reasonable, and dogs are allowed. Parking is available next to the restaurant. It can get crowded during peak coffee hours.

Beautiful ambiance, very friendly and attentive service, and the food was excellent (salmon on grilled asparagus). A great evening!

The new and modern designed restaurant has really upgraded to modernity. We were there as a large family and were treated to friendly, quick and great service. Plus the great view! We'd love to come back!

1 star I ordered a steak medium, but it clearly didn't come medium. When I told the waitress this, she asked me if I wanted to eat something else. When I asked why, she said that the chef wouldn't prepare the same dish again because it would have to be thrown away if it wasn't right again. This is completely incomprehensible to me - I expect a steak to be prepared the way I ordered it. If a restaurant is unable to cook a steak to the desired degree of doneness, that is a real disgrace. Very disappointing! We were allowed to eat the salad at the end, thank you!

Unfortunately I have to say that the shop probably no longer needs to cater to thirsty cyclists. We were there at lunchtime on Thursday and wanted something to drink but we were turned away because they only let guests in for lunch and half the shop was empty so we passed on our money to a local. Thank you for nothing, we won't be coming back

Very nice location right on the Rhine with a view of the ships passing by (unfortunately it was too cool that evening for the spacious outdoor terrace). Good home-style food selection, tasty dishes, very friendly, attentive and quick service.

We were there again with our parents after a long time. The entrance is easy to reach with a wheelchair and walker. The sanitary facilities are also designed to be barrier-free, but cannot be accessed with a wheelchair (please request in advance). A beautiful day in nice weather - everyone happy and satisfied

Despite free tables, we were unfortunately denied a stay on the grounds that almost all tables were reserved. 5/2/25 around 5:25 p.m. Very unfriendly service!

We had coffee with 12 people. We had a lovely table and the service was excellent. Despite the group and a simultaneous wedding reception on the terrace, we were looked after in a very friendly and attentive manner. Cakes and waffles tasted excellent. Gladly again!

Good location on the Rhine and nice view. Unfortunately the outside terrace was closed due to a fire. Society not accessible. Friendly and courteous service. Fish cooked to perfection. Food with good quality and plenty - price-performance ratio is good. Allergies are easily taken into account.

We ate here for brunch on Easter Sunday. For brunch: It's really a full breakfast buffet and a full lunch buffet. We were very satisfied. The quality of the food is right! The tables were very tastefully set and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The location is of course an experience directly on the Rhine. It was a really nice day, thank you very much!

Easter brunch (unfortunately) on the upper floor, where it was quite loud and annoying stairs. But the food and service were convincing.

I was looking for a restaurant on the Rhine to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I reserved online. I wanted to discuss something over the phone, but unfortunately I couldn't reach anyone despite repeated attempts. So I sent an email. On the day of the visit I tried to call again and someone actually answered the phone. I didn't know whether my email had arrived. My request via email arrived and was implemented. We had a wonderful evening. The location was very nice, the table was decorated appropriately for the occasion, and the food was very good. Thanks to the whole team.

Such audacity and ignorance on the part of the “service staff” is second to none. Four young men managed to completely ignore us in a time frame of about 20 minutes. Our table was apparently invisible. The gentlemen walked along the table several times and saw that we obviously had neither drinks nor menus. Other guests who arrived after us were served immediately. In order to avoid a big stir, we left rather than give the store a single euro. Never never again...

Online reservation professionally. There is plenty of parking space, big puddles too! Atmosphere appealing. View of the Rhine exceptional! The menu is varied and sophisticated. Very convincing! I had redfish fillet in a special mustard sauce and braised potatoes with bacon. Fantastic taste! The dressing on the salad is also exceptionally delicious! Super friendly and sales-oriented service staff... But the wonderful experience was marred by the completely exorbitant wine prices! Nevertheless, we'll come back, enjoy the delicious food and drink something different...

We simply got a coffee to go in a very uncomplicated manner on a fresh, sunny day for our walk along the Rhine. The coffee was very tasty. Everyone was super friendly, there was a lot going on. The price was surprisingly good for the location. Everything great.

A particularly beautifully located restaurant directly on the Rhine with a wonderful view of the water and the green left bank of the Rhine. The furnishings are stylishly modern with references to the history of the restaurant, the atmosphere is familiar and warm, the food (fish, meat, vegetarian, vegan) is fresh, tasty and varied. You can also find a good selection at coffee time. Food intolerances and special needs are taken into account, so there should be something for everyone. The audience is mixed ages with a tendency towards the “best agers”. There was a lovely birthday surprise, which rounded off the visit.

It was a nice atmosphere, the main courses were very appealing and tasty. The dessert (apple crumble with butter sprinkles, caramel ice cream and caramel sauce) from the special menu was very tasty, but completely overpriced at €12.80!!! It was served carelessly on a small dessert plate, with a tiny scoop of caramel ice cream, some apple compote and sprinkles. For the price I would have expected something different and more.

We have been there several times now and our expectations have always been met and often even exceeded! The price/performance ratio is absolutely appropriate for the quality. It is highly recommended to book a table; parking spaces are available.

As always, the reception was very friendly and we were shown a window seat with a wonderful view of the Rhine and the shipping traffic. Also important: We have already spent several celebrations with you. Everything was always as described above. Food and Drinks: A wide selection of food. After a long time we were back in the ark and were immediately pleasantly surprised by the beautiful ambience. We ate very well and received excellent and friendly service. We don't want to let that much time pass before our next visit.

The food and service were top notch as always. We were there for lunch on Sundays and it was very crowded. A reservation is therefore recommended. I would like: one or two more dishes for vegetarians or vegans, there was only one on the menu. And unfortunately we ended up sitting on the train, so the place at the entrance is not recommended in cool temperatures. Otherwise we are always happy to come back.

Very well-kept restaurant with friendly, attentive staff. The food was very delicious. Unfortunately, in the evening you couldn't see much of the Rhine and the wonderful view from the dining room. But the ships passing by in the darkness were also pretty. We enjoyed my mother's 80th birthday, with 4 generations. The breastfed baby, who occasionally protested, could easily be cared for alone in another room. So it was great for baby and guests. We felt comfortable and would love to come back. The only downside to the ambience is that I was expecting a more rustic rather than neatly modern interior. So it's purely a matter of taste, not criticism

I am now 66 years old and have known the Ark since my childhood. The view is beautiful, the service staff is very friendly, the food is very good. Price performance is definitely very good. We are happy to be guests and will be guests again shortly.

We went to a family Christmas dinner with 11 people, making an appointment was super easy, very polite and I even received an appointment reminder by email. The food was very tasty and plentiful, although the dessert offering could be expanded a bit. Service was impeccable, attentive and friendly. The window seat was of course great. We would love to come back and wish you a wonderful Christmas time and a happy new year for the entire team 🌲😉

The three of us ate there on the 1st of Advent. Without a reservation we wouldn't have gotten a seat. We ordered the fish platter and were very satisfied. A table with a view of the Rhine also sweetened our time. We also like to be there in summer. It's simply wonderful.

Beautiful location, attractive rooms, good food and drinks on offer. The service is friendly and quick. The fish plate was good, but the sauces were no longer warm enough, I had expected a little more from it. It was uncomfortably cold at our table as soon as the entrance gate was opened, which unfortunately happened again and again. The sanitary facilities should be renovated...

I like to repeat myself..everything was great..the NEW COZY AMBIENCE..unfortunately I didn't choose the right one today..the shrimp cocktail for 15.90 euros didn't convince me..crabs tasted a touch fishy..loveless cocktail sauce, portion ok. .but the small, wafer-thin slices of bagutte...somehow not fresh...with 10 grams of packed butter...here is what I would like 2 nice fresh baguette slices with a dab of nice homemade butter...decorated with a fresh orange slice...I've eaten better...but the food from my 2 companions was very ok...the service was surprised today. Always changed... sometimes someone. Different people...seemed overwhelmed to me today...it seemed like they were still having difficulties with their new "ordering devices"...well, it can happen...it'll be fine...I'll be happy to come back
