Unfortunately not a recommendation! Food partly cold and confused. With 3 people you can't manage to serve a starter before the pizza and after the pizza had already been eaten about 15 minutes later the starter and a cold main course came. Very unfriendly after being told. There were only one drink per person. Unfortunately, there are too few staff and too uncoordinated. The only positive thing is that the dish tasted hot.

Food was delicious, and we were helped good form ober jonny.

Jonny gave us great service There were six of us there. Everyone ate and drank really deliciously. As a highlight he recommended the alcohol-free Augustiner to me. This is absolutely perfect, we would love to come back

The four of us spontaneously went to this restaurant today on Valentine's Day. We didn't have any great expectations, we just wanted to eat a little something. But then we found a promising menu for Valentine's Day on the menu. It consisted of four courses so we decided to have it, three with venison as a main course and once with salmon. What happened next was one of the most surprising restaurant experiences in a long time. Every course was simply perfect: visually beautifully staged and taste in the absolute top class. I can hardly remember ever eating more tender and better game meat. The salmon was also said to be great. The menu cost €55 per person and we all agreed at the end that it was incredibly good value for the quality on offer. Our waitress, Jonny, was also really good: friendly and attentive.

We had dinner here with the in-laws and the children. The service was exceptionally good. The waiter was super friendly, courteous and considerate. He was also great with the kids. The service wasn't too stiff, but not intrusively casual either - just right. The food was also very good. The location by the lake is beautiful and the surrounding area is perfect for taking a walk. An all-round successful visit and certainly not the last!

Food was ok. Waiter probably didn't feel like it. Didn't come to the table to order a drink. The waffles we ordered were served at the next table.

A restaurant set up in a typical way for tourists, which promises daily specials on displayed boards, but unfortunately in the end offers very below-average food. We were disappointed at how poorly a Kaiserschmarrn can be made. Arrived mostly burnt (smelly!) and what was edible was disappointing, so we declined the new portion that was fairly offered. In any other restaurant, this Kaiserschmarrn would never have left the kitchen - and anyone who expects a good Kaiserschmarrn here, in the heart of Bavaria, will definitely be disappointed.

Cozy beer garden with very friendly, attentive waiters. The menu does not correspond to a standard beer garden but also has some special dishes (asparagus menu, risotto,...). The drinks were brought immediately You didn't have to wait long for the food either. Everyone enjoyed it very much, including dessert. We would love to come back here.

Wir verbrachten mehrere Abende in diesem Lokal, die Qualität war sehr gut, das Lokal und der Kellner „Marco“ ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und nett. Hatte immer einen coolen Spruch auf Lager. Wir kommen gern noch einmal wieder.

Great house with a super delicious restaurant!

Everything perfect. The breakfast was amazing, the beds and rooms relatively small but for the price amazing! Clean and well kept, will definitely be returning!

We had lunch here with the family on Sunday and were served by a nice gentleman. We had the suckling pig (a bit dry and not crispy), good chestnut soups, mediocre schnitzel. Great waffles for dessert. Our son was allowed to help with the baking and didn't get any strawberries, instead there was ice cream with hot berries.

The pizza is highly recommended and the lady at the bar was very friendly. You can have a conversation. Gladly again!

Annoyed staff, mediocre quality

The four of us got a nice place in the sun and on the promenade. The prices are mixed. A half-pink costs a reasonable 5.40, but 0.2 liters of soft drink costs 3.50. Fries for 5.90 are still ok, but the sausage salad for 14.50 is clearly too expensive. All in all, the hard-working but overwhelmed staff also makes a weak impression. Unfortunately, this coupled with the steep prices only results in 3 out of 5 stars for me. If you can overlook it, you'll have a really lovely place to sit on the banks of the Chiemsee.

I only give it 1 star because I can't give it "none". The food was a complete disappointment. The meat had no taste, instead of fried potatoes it was just boiled potatoes, pizza was still doughy in the middle. The waiter - rude. Way too expensive.

Service friendly, fast and attentive, food tasty and plentiful! Ambience not so pleasant, therefore only three stars. The loud, loud tantrum and crying of a small child that lasted for several minutes (the parents are of course from the "education is overrated!" faction, so the seizure went completely unmoderated..) really affected the atmosphere during the meal, but of course the restaurant can't do anything about it. If necessary, a brief intervention by the staff would have been in the interest of all the other guests, who, visibly annoyed, left the restaurant quite quickly after their meal.

I was there in the summer. The prices are exorbitant, the food is soaked in fat, inedible, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my food because of the crowd, the waitress reminds me that I give him a tip. Plus, everyone looks stressed.

Hut ab, dass der Wirt trotz der Superlage auf Qualität und guten Service achtet, oft verleitet ein solch gut besuchter Platz zu Nachlässigkeit. Davon kann hier keine Rede sein, die Speisekarte kann dazu durchgängig bestellt werden mit durchweg erfreulichen Angeboten, die Herren vom Service verdienen ein besonderes Lob.

Otřesný zážitek! Jídlo předražené obsluha absolutně neodpovídající, nepříjemná a neochotná! Pizzu mam dali nenakrájenou a po nasi prosbě o nakrájení sme se nedočkali, pivo přinesli až po připomenutí. Jídlo také chuťově ceně neodpovídá! Nedoporučuji návštěvu ani tady nechat jakýkoliv peníz!!

In the rainy weather we were the only guests in the very beautiful guest garden, all other visitors sat inside. The food we ordered was very tasty and was absolutely sufficient. Thank you for that. Price performance was right.

We ate here on a lovely Sunday afternoon. Due to the nice weather we were able to sit outside and it was therefore full. Nevertheless, we were served quickly and friendly. The food was very good and we were both full. Of course, the view of Lake Chiemsee is very nice and is certainly factored into the price. Nevertheless, we can absolutely recommend the restaurant.

We had breakfast at this restaurant today (birthday party). We ordered a vegetarian breakfast for two people from the very stressed-out waitress. After it took her what felt like an eternity to enter our simple order into her device, we waited for our food, which came beautifully prepared. However, it was a very meaty breakfast. When I pointed this out to the waitress, I was accused of not saying I wanted the vegetarian one and she heard that I wanted the regular one. Another waiter came and swapped the meat plate for one with cheese; according to him, we should just scrape the salmon off the avocado sandwich. The quality of the food was very good, even if the eggs had now become cold. The cheese in particular tasted very good. When we wanted to pay and asked if we at least didn't have to pay for the SMALL cappucciono after the trouble with the wrong food, the waitress accused me AGAIN of ordering the wrong thing or not saying "vegetarian". By the way, we could hear further communication problems from the waitress at the tables next to us during the meal; at many tables she either had to be corrected by the guests or she had to ask again. It just can't be that I get such bad service at such a high price of almost 50 euros for a breakfast for two people. Although the food was very good, we left the restaurant in a bad mood. What a shame!

I just love the job so much. I work in the catering industry myself but such a lovely, attentive team who are also keen on their job and always have a smile on their faces is unfortunately an absolute rarity. My respect and please keep it up!

I was visiting my hometown and wanted to offer work colleagues good Bavarian cuisine. Unfortunately the reviews were very misleading. I had a suckling pig, the sauce was a bit too thick but the taste was ok. The bread dumplings were an outrage before the Lord. It was rock hard and there was something in there that really didn't belong, I just couldn't define it. My friend's horseradish sauce was bottomless. It tasted like cream with Mondamin. The roast was tough and the fried onions were unreasonable. All in all a culinary failure. And I'm a chef from Bavaria myself, I would be ashamed to say something like that. Especially at the prices... The view of Lake Chiemsee is nice but you can't do anything about the location

Rarely have I eaten so badly... The kitchen has never seen salt and pepper. Tafelspitz resembles the sole of a shoe. Horseradish sauce was just cream. Never again!

Unfortunately the food was almost inedible. I had the "Original Bavarian Potato Soup with Fried Leberkäse" - instead of the soup I could have spooned the cream straight out of the cup, unfortunately there was no trace of potato taste either; The fried meat loaf was of course baked, but showed no signs of roasting and had a weak taste. My companion's fish soup tasted like bouillon cubes and was unfortunately only served with a little fish - for a fairly high price. Unfortunately, we left both starters almost untouched. The following pizza was undercooked and still very doughy in the middle. The ham was extremely tough and the cheese tasted weird; the taste in general left a lot to be desired. We expressed our displeasure immediately after the starter, received understanding from the very friendly waitress, but unfortunately no accommodation whatsoever. The responsible restaurant manager was not in the house. In our opinion, this restaurant is a typical tourist magnet that shines less with traditional/regional cuisine than with attracting tourists due to its very large menu and seating capacity. Unfortunately, absolutely no recommendation! The best thing about this restaurant is the very beautiful location right on the harbor of Prien.

The Staff is friendly but they dont take your wishes seriously. We ordered a „Schnitzel - Wiener Art“ without any kind of decoration, the staff wrote it down but we got the Schnitzel with everything on it. Also we had to order our Desert 3 times because they didnt paid attention to our ordner. The „Apfelstrudel“ came 20mins after it was ordered.

Leider war mein bestellter Rostbraten, der medium gegrillt sein sollte, nicht nur medium well, sondern auch sehr zäh und fade, was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat. Die Preise sind in Ordnung, aber die Speisekarte war alt und teilweise zerrissen – sie sollte dringend erneuert werden. Insgesamt ein nettes Restaurant, aber es gibt einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten.

Wir waren heute um gegen 17.00 zum essen in dem Restaurant, dachten schöne Aussicht schöne Ambiente, haben erst trinken bestellt, danach kam der Bedienung um Bestellung aufzunehmen, er war sehr ernst ...etwas Freundlichkeit würde ihm besser stehen ,wir haben zwei mal schnitzel salat und einmal Spinat Knödel bestellt ,auf die Frage von meine Schwiegertochter ob die Portion etwas kleiner sein könnte weil sie ein op hatte antwortet er ne die Portion ist eh nicht klein. Als das essen kam waren es drei Knödel in eine sose ,na ja essen könnte man es ,meine Schwiegertochter konnte nur eine essen ,auf der frage ob er uns das einpacken könnte brachte er uns eine pap Schachtel und legte sie unfreundlich auf den Tisch. Ich finde es sehr schade das die Freundlichkeit und ein Verständnis fehlt wen ein Gast etwas ausgefallene Wunsch hat.Schade wir werden nicht mehr hier kommen .Vielen Dank

The Westernacher restaurant left mixed impressions. The atmosphere was cozy with a nice view of the lake, and the staff was very friendly. The portions were large and the dessert COPPA CROCCANTE was really tasty. Unfortunately, the roast roast I ordered, which was supposed to be grilled medium, was not only medium well, but also very tough and bland, which I didn't like at all. The prices are okay, but the menu was old and partly torn - it urgently needs to be renewed. Overall a nice restaurant but there are some points that should be improved.

Where KINDNESS is a foreign word! Even though we made reservations many weeks ago and informed us that we were coming as a large group of people with disabilities, the service was subpar! What did we miss: CUSTOMER FOCUS! SERVICE! FRIENDLY STAFF! They only responded to wishes with great protest and were not prepared to ensure a pleasant stay for a group of over 20 people! No "small" portions, 1 pizza for 2 was only prepared under protest! Not only will we no longer visit this restaurant, but we will also not recommend it to people with disabilities!!

Rarely have we seen such listless service staff

It's a shame... Five of us ate there. The waiter offered a salad for the main course. Everyone thought this was included. No, it was then charged extra. The salad with chicken strips is a green salad with two breaded schnitzels. Do you have to know? And then there's the question of whether pizza bread should be served. When the food came, of course there was bread with the main course and instead of boiled potatoes there were fried potatoes... Overall, we had the impression that we were taken by surprise by the service, a bitter aftertaste for an otherwise lovely evening with a great view.

Wir hatten einen schönen Abend hier. Das Essen war lecker, der Service sehr nett. Wir haben Käsespätzle, Pizza und Bruscetta gegessen und alles war lecker. Bei der Bestellung wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass die Pizza etwas länger als der Rest dauert, das war jedoch kein Problem, da wir innerhalb von 30 Minuten alles hatten.
