After some initial hiccups with the service, it turned out to be a very pleasant and delicious evening. The food is delicious, regional, and perfectly complements Spanish cuisine. The wines are a bit on the expensive side, but equally delicious. The seating in the garden and on the terrace is beautiful and lovingly designed.

When we ordered the cheese soup and the platters, we never would have imagined we'd be so full. Personally, I thought I'd eat the soup and finish the platters in no time, but then the first one came, the second one, and so on... Everything here is well thought out: lots of portions, but they're small. That means, despite the small portions, even a competitive burger eater can get full here. Regarding the service: Simply top-notch! The staff is friendly, personable, and, above all, attentive! That's all I can say about that. And now, the atmosphere: Everything is great here, too! The people, the candles, the staff, the music, and the food—everything together creates a great experience and enthusiasm for this restaurant. So—everything is great! War hier mit Freunden und wir hatten einen mega Abend. Die Auswahl an Tapas lässt keine Wünsche offen – mein Favorit: die kleinen Albondigas. Die Weinauswahl dazu war auch top, nicht überteuert und wirklich lecker. Insgesamt stimmt hier einfach alles. Kommen definitiv wieder!

Spontan hier gelandet und begeistert geblieben! Die Tapas schmecken wirklich authentisch und die Atmosphäre nimmt dich direkt mit nach Spanien. Großes Lob ans Personal, super aufmerksam, freundlich und einfach sympathisch. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Terrasse – man vergisst glatt, dass man in Fulda sitzt!

The food was very tasty. The quantities are debatable. But when ham is listed as a tapa for two people and you get exactly two slices, I personally think that's too little. The service was unfortunately not that good. The staff were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, it took a long time (40 minutes) to get the first tapas. I only had one drink because no waiter came to ask if I wanted anything else. In general, the service was unfortunately not keeping track of the few tables. We waited 15 minutes until someone noticed us so we could pay.

We reserved a table for eight people, and everything went really well. From the uncomplicated service to the delicious food and the ambiance, it was truly lovely. It's true that everything comes at a price. We had a lovely evening!

We celebrated a 50th birthday there with the family and really didn't make it easy for the Stella's team. We only made a reservation for 12 people three days in advance, and then we had a vegetarian and someone who was allergic to garlic. The team handled everything brilliantly. We couldn't each order individually, so we all got the mixed platters (with the vegetarian and the allergy sufferer each having their own platter), but even that was absolutely delicious. The really friendly waitress always explained exactly what we were getting and who could eat what. Sometimes the waitresses could walk through the rows with a more open mind, then they would also sell more drinks, but I was still happy to give the service 5 stars because everything was still within reason and the rest was simply great. Thank you again.

At first glance, the tapas restaurant appears very nice. Five of us went there midweek, having pre-booked. Although the restaurant wasn't completely full, we were politely served at 7:30 p.m. Unfortunately, it's a shame; a bit more tact would have been needed here. Since we were visiting friends in Fulda, a return visit to the restaurant probably won't be an option. Sorry.

Better tapas than any tapas restaurant on Spain's Costa Blanca, made with regional produce. Sweet as sugar, romantic, and the best and friendliest service. Wedding anniversary material! Beyond the typical tapas, I'm still dreaming of the spelt risotto and the most delicious (gluten-free) bread. ❤️

Everything is just right here! The service is very, very friendly and fast, the atmosphere is very loving and the food is simply great! The aioli alone is to die for. All dishes are made from regional ingredients, so please don't expect prawns ;-) We were there for the second time and will definitely be back soon.

A revelation in the middle of Fulda. If you want something different than good home cooking or the same old system catering, this is the place for you. Tapas so inconsistent and at the same time so delicious that they are perfect... almost everything is from Spain - but what is not available in the Rhön is simply replaced by food from here. Fantastic spelled risotto with walnuts. Aioli with an interesting note, Mediterranean beetroot salad... Wow. Plus delicious wines or, if you want, beer from the house brewery that was previously here. Real tip...

Once you're there, you can tell that everything has been thought through with attention to every detail and the concept of authentic tapas, but with regional ingredients from the area, is simply convincing. The service is totally courteous and no matter whether you feel like you're on vacation outside on the covered terrace or enjoy a totally cozy atmosphere inside, it's always worth a visit! Be sure to try the shareable platters; You can get everything you could want and try out a variety of things and imagine a bit of Spain! The mojos are to die for and the risotto and gazpacho are highly recommended! It's always such a lovely evening at Stella with great drinks that aren't available everywhere and you really can't get what you get there for your money twice! 😍 I'm already looking forward to the next time!

In the middle of Fulda - a touch of Spain! Great concept with heart, soul and culinary sophistication. I've been to Spain many times, but you have to find tapas of this excellent level there too. This is really great cinema. Everything just fits here. Great atmosphere, powerful wine, courteous, inspiring & warm service and of course last but not least: absolutely delicious tapas! The prices are high, but the experience is definitely worth it.

We ate very good tapas here. Everything tasted freshly prepared and was of high quality. The kitchen places emphasis on regional ingredients and there is also Rhön pork rind in tapas form. We particularly liked the very friendly and attentive service (as a “newbie” you get a little explanation of the menu) and the cozy but at the same time modern atmosphere. We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately I can only give 2 points for the food. After we ordered, our order arrived after about 5 minutes, which unfortunately was only lukewarm. The plates were ice cold. The hyped chorizo ​​was a Mettwurst without peppers. It was served like a currywurst. Some of the dips (sour) were not homemade. Overall a failure.

An absolutely recommended tapas restaurant! The atmosphere was wonderful – cozy and inviting. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly service, who looked after us very attentively. A super great Spanish restaurant. The waitresses are very quick and super friendly. The food is from the region and the tapas are delicious. The gin and tonic was great and beautifully decorated. The prices of the spirits are m.m. priced at the upper limit. The Stella was fully attended and therefore correspondingly full and loud. The owners were active in the kitchen themselves - we will definitely be back 👍

In uriger Fachwerkhaus-Atmosphäre gibt es Tapas, die uns sofort wieder in spanische Urlaubsstimmung versetzt haben. Erst im Oktober haben wir in Andalusien einige sehr gute Tapas Restaurants erleben dürfen und das Stellas kann da locker mithalten. Der einzige Nachteil… wir wohnen zu weit weg von Fulda, um hier regelmäßig essen gehen zu können!

Shortly before our weekend trip to Fulda, we became aware of Stella on television. The visit there was definitely worth it, such a nice atmosphere, very attentive service and of course you shouldn't forget the tapas...we had the vegetarian tapas plate, more than enough for 2 and absolutely recommended. We stayed at Stella for the first time based on a recommendation and we were thrilled. Above all, the variety of the plates is recommended; first the cold tapas are served as a small starter and then the warm tapas. The homemade dips are absolutely amazing and we often reordered them (not expensive either). The wine recommended to us also went perfectly with the meal and the evening was rounded off perfectly with a delicious dessert. Service and atmosphere are great.

Nice location with good, but relatively expensive food. The service during the Christmas market is difficult to transfer to normal operations. One waitress was very committed, friendly and great, the other was slightly stroppy and unfriendly at the next table. Actually, there is no need for any comment here. A place with style, impeccable, relaxed service, selected wines and liqueurs.. I'm happy to order my food without a menu, ask for it to be simply served, a wonderful experience. I almost forgot the coffee, which is a real pleasure here. So sind wir in Fulda im Stellas gelandet und was sollen wir sagen: Es war einfach klasse! Das Ambiente super stilvoll, gemütlich und das Essen und die Weine einfach spitze! Mach weiter so! Wenn wir nochmal herkommen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder im Stella vorbeischauen.

Good service, pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, as already mentioned in other reviews, the price/performance ratio doesn't fit here at all. The tapas are not particularly high quality: potatoes, bread, olives and a few dips. The portion size is also very economical. In other restaurants, something like this is served as an appetizer platter. Mind you, for half the price.

We ended up at Stella based on a recommendation. We found the atmosphere there very pleasant. We also really enjoyed the food and it was beautifully presented on the plates. We found it a shame that we had to ask three times for different drinks that we had already ordered, but unfortunately they were always forgotten. The service was nice overall, but unfortunately we didn't find the waitresses to be all that attentive. We found the prices quoted to be quite high. We're happy to pay if the food is good and if you're full. But unfortunately 2 out of 3 people didn't get enough. Overall, the relationship didn't really work out for us. All in all, we can recommend the restaurant in terms of the dishes, but there is still room for improvement in terms of service and the size of the portions. Otherwise you can tell that a lot of passion went into the facility and the idea itself.

Netter Empfang und freundliches Service in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Ambiente des Lokals ist eine fein abgestimmte Mischung aus spanischem Urlaubsflair, Fuldaer Fachwerk und modernen Elementen - alles auf hohem Niveau. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich sofort wohl, was schon ein sehr guter Start in den Abend war. Das Service war aufmerksam, flott und trotz des vollen Lokals entspannt. Das Servierkonzept der Tapasplatten hat uns voll überzeugt: Zuerst wurden die kalten Tapas sehr schnell mit dem Aperitif gebracht, so dass man das Gefühl hatte, es gäbe gar keine Wartezeit aufs Essen. Und kaum waren wir mit kalt fertig, kam schon der Rest. Genial gelöst. Die Qualität der Speisen war hochwertig und alles schmeckte köstlich. Ideales Lokal für Paare oder kleine Gruppen, mit kleinen Kindern würde ich eher nicht hingehen.

The service staff was very nice and competent. However, table reservations are made in time slots and therefore the beautiful evening with delicious food is limited to 2 hours. That doesn't fit with the cozy atmosphere at all. Otherwise everything was really great!
