Fantastic. Like a short vacation in Spain.

A super great Spanish restaurant. The waitresses are very quick and super friendly. The food is from the region and the tapas are delicious. The gin and tonic was great and beautifully decorated. The prices of the spirits are m.m. priced at the upper limit. The Stella was fully attended and therefore correspondingly full and loud. The owners were active in the kitchen themselves - we will definitely be back 👍

In uriger Fachwerkhaus-Atmosphäre gibt es Tapas, die uns sofort wieder in spanische Urlaubsstimmung versetzt haben. Erst im Oktober haben wir in Andalusien einige sehr gute Tapas Restaurants erleben dürfen und das Stellas kann da locker mithalten. Der einzige Nachteil… wir wohnen zu weit weg von Fulda, um hier regelmäßig essen gehen zu können!

Shortly before our weekend trip to Fulda, we became aware of Stella on television. The visit there was definitely worth it, such a nice atmosphere, very attentive service and of course you shouldn't forget the tapas...we had the vegetarian tapas plate, more than enough for 2 and absolutely recommended. Lots of choice of food. Delicious. Great service. Wine recommendation is recommended. Tasty with food. Restaurant knows the wine producer. All regional ingredients. A plus point for that. Fast service and very nice atmosphere. We'd love to come back.

We stayed at Stella for the first time based on a recommendation and we were thrilled. Above all, the variety of the plates is recommended; first the cold tapas are served as a small starter and then the warm tapas. The homemade dips are absolutely amazing and we often reordered them (not expensive either). The wine recommended to us also went perfectly with the meal and the evening was rounded off perfectly with a delicious dessert. Service and atmosphere are great.

Nice location with good, but relatively expensive food. The service during the Christmas market is difficult to transfer to normal operations. One waitress was very committed, friendly and great, the other was slightly stroppy and unfriendly at the next table. The service times were difficult to assess that day, as mentioned it was the Christmas market and everywhere was full

Actually, there is no need for any comment here. A place with style, impeccable, relaxed service, selected wines and liqueurs.. I'm happy to order my food without a menu, ask for it to be simply served, a wonderful experience. I almost forgot the coffee, which is a real pleasure here. In general, you shouldn't just let your eyes eat, but also let your nose inhale the aromas of the food. When I enter this small and fine restaurant, I always have the feeling that I am welcome, not only as a paying guest, but also as a person. A rarity these days.

Wir sind oft in Spanien, lieben Tapas und wenn wir in andere Städte verreisen, gucken wir immer nach spanischen Restaurants. So sind wir in Fulda im Stellas gelandet und was sollen wir sagen: Es war einfach klasse! Das Ambiente super stilvoll, gemütlich und das Essen und die Weine einfach spitze! Mach weiter so! Wenn wir nochmal herkommen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder im Stella vorbeischauen.

Selten habe so gut interpretierte Tapas gegessen. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Das komplette Konzept der Inhaberinnen geht wunderbar auf. Alles passt zusammen: Qualität der Lebensmittel, Ambiente, Service und Atmosphäre. Ganz herzlichen Dank.

Both inside the restaurant and outside on the covered terrace. It is lovingly decorated and seasonally coordinated. – In terms of price, the ratio to performance is exactly right. – This restaurant is a must and always worth a visit. Wow, awesome every time! A huge recommendation for everyone in Fulda; the ratio of price to service, ambience and the delicious tapas is unbeatable! Once you're there, you can tell that everything has been thought through with attention to every detail and the concept of authentic tapas, but with regional ingredients from the area, is simply convincing. The service is totally courteous and no matter whether you feel like you're on holiday outside on the covered terrace or enjoy a totally cozy atmosphere inside, it's always worth a visit! Be sure to try the shareable platters; You can get everything you could want and try out a variety of things and imagine a bit of Spain! The mojos are to die for and the risotto and gazpacho are highly recommended! It's always such a lovely evening at Stella with great drinks that aren't available everywhere and you really can't get what you get there for your money twice! 😍 I'm already looking forward to the next time!

My experience with the restaurant was extremely positive. The food was wonderful and as described in the menu, locally sourced. The taste was great and it was served very nicely on wooden plates, because after all, the eye eats with it. I ate here with a friend who also absolutely loved it. In addition to the mixed platter for two, we had the non-alcoholic berry secco, which went perfectly with the meal. You can also order typical Spanish aperitifs, wines and beer. The service was very courteous and impressed us with its friendliness. The atmosphere there is really cozy and makes you feel good. I'll definitely be back!

Good service, pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, as already mentioned in other reviews, the price/performance ratio doesn't fit here at all. The tapas are not particularly high quality: potatoes, bread, olives and a few dips. The portion size is also very economical. In other restaurants, something like this is served as an appetizer platter. Mind you, for half the price.

Very very nice concept. The ambience, the food and the excellent service ensure that the visit feels like a short trip to Spain and that in your mouth too. With fresh regional ingredients, the taps platter for 2 is the “go to”. You can taste that the products are regional and prepared fresh and with a lot of love. A real “must go” in Fulda for anyone who would like to take a short trip.

We ended up at Stella based on a recommendation. We found the atmosphere there very pleasant. We also really enjoyed the food and it was beautifully presented on the plates. We found it a shame that we had to ask three times for different drinks that we had already ordered, but unfortunately they were always forgotten. The service was nice overall, but unfortunately we didn't find the waitresses to be all that attentive. We found the prices quoted to be quite high. We're happy to pay if the food is good and if you're full. But unfortunately 2 out of 3 people didn't get enough. Overall, the relationship didn't really work out for us. All in all, we can recommend the restaurant in terms of the dishes, but there is still room for improvement in terms of service and the size of the portions. Otherwise you can tell that a lot of passion went into the facility and the idea itself.

Netter Empfang und freundliches Service in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Ambiente des Lokals ist eine fein abgestimmte Mischung aus spanischem Urlaubsflair, Fuldaer Fachwerk und modernen Elementen - alles auf hohem Niveau. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich sofort wohl, was schon ein sehr guter Start in den Abend war. Das Service war aufmerksam, flott und trotz des vollen Lokals entspannt. Das Servierkonzept der Tapasplatten hat uns voll überzeugt: Zuerst wurden die kalten Tapas sehr schnell mit dem Aperitif gebracht, so dass man das Gefühl hatte, es gäbe gar keine Wartezeit aufs Essen. Und kaum waren wir mit kalt fertig, kam schon der Rest. Genial gelöst. Die Qualität der Speisen war hochwertig und alles schmeckte köstlich. Ideales Lokal für Paare oder kleine Gruppen, mit kleinen Kindern würde ich eher nicht hingehen.

The service staff was very nice and competent. However, table reservations are made in time slots and therefore the beautiful evening with delicious food is limited to 2 hours. That doesn't fit with the cozy atmosphere at all. Otherwise everything was really great!

The service there was very good. You were warmly welcomed and the menu and the concept were nicely explained to you at the table. It's not classic Spanish but I think it tasted very tasty and was well adapted to German tastes. I would eat there again at any time.

Operation and service were absolutely great! Super nice employees. Very accommodating and not intrusive. Overall, the food was tasty, but too adapted or modified to suit the German palate. The only Spanish thing about the dishes were the names. The taste cannot be compared with a Spanish restaurant. It really lacked pizzazz.

Been there for the umpteenth time and everything was very good, as before! Highly recommended. A beautiful inn with style. Great interior and beautiful terrace. The meals were very good. The tapas and/or the beetroot tartare are highly recommended as starters. The main courses were also very good. Regional. This is more important than ever. Who wants vegetarian too? All in all, a real enrichment for Fulda city center with very friendly staff. We'll definitely be back.

So, here it comes, the ultimate adulation for Stella, from someone who 1. knows about gastronomy, 2. knows about good food, 3. knows about service in the catering industry, because he worked there himself for 10 years. Forget all the negative reviews about the Stella, about no garlic or too much salt or some other nonsense, especially since the menu says that the alioli is WITHOUT garlic, with celery instead, if you can read, you're miles ahead, as always . So: So, it's not a Spanish restaurant, but a German one, but the dishes have a Spanish touch and are excellently composed and prepared. The starting products are of excellent quality and the preparation is on point. As written, it's not all really Spanish, but so what!? The olives, the Albondigas, the Piementos de Padron and and and one is tastier than the other and at a very fair price!!! prices. There were five of us there today and we spent 300 euros, although the wine alone cost 80 euros. I knew all the wines we drank. They are calculated very fairly! The Pinot Gris from Manz from Määnz is wonderful as an aperitif wine, with the tapas then the Baron de Ley, a very decent Rioja, which is sometimes available at Edeka for a 12er, in the restaurant sometimes 3 and it's ok. The only real point of criticism: the Crema Catalana is decidedly TOO SMALL :-)) In summary: if you like tapas, you're well advised here, excellent quality at fair prices. So now a real criticism! There is no such thing as proper brandy! No Carlos Imperial, no Duc That's it and if anyone wants to know more, you can ask again here

In my opinion the best place to eat and have a good time in Fulda

All in all over €80. Luckily with a voucher. Nothing against regional food and corresponding prices. Nothing against natural food. Spanish declared food without spices? All right. It either tasted like nothing or like salt. No compromises. Nothing wrong with living your dream of wanting to run your own restaurant. It was the first time we left food. The dips without flavor and spices, like basically everything, without sophistication. Aioli without garlic. After asking the waitress, the boss followed and asked again. If the guest does not want any further execution of a criticism at the table, it should be respected. Even if the dip, for example, was made from regional garlic and freshly prepared today, it should still taste like something. I put my hand in the fire that there was no garlic here. However. We have extensive experiences ranging from gourmet cooking to snack bars. ;) Everything doesn't always have to taste good. However, this concept of value for money is a mystery to me.

STELLA Restaurant & Tapas Bar Fulda We enjoyed twice the “mixed tapas variation” for two (the information on the menu was a bit confusing!) with various side dishes (salted almonds!)! Unfortunately there was no room for dessert! A little more attention from the eager staff would have made everything perfect.

Really great tapas bar. The service is top (the ladies are really well organized, which is not a given!) and the tapas are also very tasty. The platter for two is great, it contains a good selection of different tapas and it really fills you up. Price-performance also fair. Highly recommended restaurant.

We ordered various tapas and they were all delicious, including the wine and beer. The waitresses were very friendly. However, for me a price limit or my personal price limit is clearly exceeded here, a glass of wine costs around 8 euros, but you get almost two bottles of a very tasty Spanish wine from the wine dealer I trust. We now make most of the tapas ourselves and so we know that the prices are very high here too. But no matter, we wanted to try the restaurant for a special occasion and we weren't disappointed at all.

The concept of this restaurant is to share community and food. Regional products are used for the preparation. The service was very friendly and accommodating, the service was good and there were no long waiting times, even though the restaurant was well staffed. And the food is of excellent quality. I chose the mixed tapas variation, with the feta dip and mojo verde. A real culinary delight. A clear recommendation for the restaurant.

You won't find a better tapas restaurant. Everything is really right here! The terrace is very cozy, the food is fabulous, the service is perfect.

wow wow wow, no matter whether it's the ambience, service or quality of the food----everything gets full marks and even more. The ladies in service are great, attentive, unobtrusive, friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The food was delicious, but unfortunately there was just way too much. The atmosphere is very tasteful. And we found it very appealing that you could take a look into the open kitchen. We are looking forward to testing the terrace in the summer. Hopefully Fulda will last for a long time.

I came across the Stella restaurant today by chance with my husband. All the seats in the restaurant were occupied, but there was still a very cozy terrace behind the house where we could make ourselves comfortable. The service was very nice and the vegetarian tapas plate was very tasty.
