We have been there quite a few times now, and we will continue to come there😁. I have nothing to complain about, there is always good service and good food, regardless of whether it is Alberto, Andreas or one of the other waiters who serves us.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻♥️

A truly fantastic Italian restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Our waiter, Alberto, was very friendly and attentive, making the evening truly enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful atmosphere – we'll definitely be back! Another very positive point is that dogs are allowed in the restaurant.

A very nice restaurant with fast and very friendly staff. Upon request, some dishes are served slightly differently than listed on the menu, at no extra charge. The food is very tasty and beautifully presented. Children are welcome. There is a (not very large) parking lot in front. The restrooms are well-maintained and clean. I would gladly return to try more from the menu – so far, everything has been more than just good. It was a feast for the senses.

A wonderful restaurant with a view of the lake, with plenty of space inside and outside, as well as cozy corners. The staff is attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The prices are high, but the food is definitely worth it, except for the shrimp—which were excellent, but the portions were really tiny.

We were here on Friday, October 3, 2025, and had reserved a table a few days earlier. The restaurant was still fully booked, and we had to sit in the unheated winter garden. The appetizers never arrived, and the main courses arrived after repeated requests (guests at neighboring tables received the same dishes in a reasonable time, even though they arrived after us, and had already left by the time our food arrived, some of it lukewarm). Only the pizza was hot and very good.

Never again We were there yesterday, had an olive bowl (7 olives, 6 euros) and a bread basket (4 slices of bread, 2 euros), and vitello tonnato as a starter. The bread and olives arrived quite quickly, the tonnato after about 45 minutes. Then we would have waited almost another hour for the carbonara. We would have, because now comes the unpleasantness of the evening. When I complained, the owner told me with a smile to be patient, "children in Africa wait two years for food." When I asked for the bill, the owner was quite aggressive. P.S. And before he accuses me of lying, there are witnesses.

We had a WONDERFUL evening. Alberto treated us wonderfully. A wonderful singing performance followed. At the end, we received two beautiful roses. In short: it was wonderful 😉

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. It didn't look that inviting from the outside. But when we walked into the dining room...wow. The ambiance was great (fresh flowers on all the tables, not cheap ones), the service was very friendly, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended for anyone who likes Italian cuisine.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend the food here. I haven't had such a bad pizza in a long time. The tomato sauce lacked flavor and was probably diluted with water, as the toppings were more watery than usual. The salami had a strange flavor (I didn't like it), and although the dough seemed homemade, the taste and consistency weren't great. In that case, I would have even preferred a frozen pizza. The pasta was also, unfortunately, only average at best. It's a shame, really, because the location near the Havel River is really great. But the food is more important to me, and I can't understand the high star rating.

The food tasted really good – fresh ingredients and a good pizza. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was quite hectic, as the place was very busy and noisy. What bothered me most was that they charged €2.50 per pizza for extra garlic – without any prior notice or indication on the menu. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth, even though the food is actually quite impressive. What a shame!

Super Italian with outstanding service

Initially we booked table for two evenings. After the 1st one, we cancelled the 2nd one. Atmosphere/Service - We were "welcomed" by 3 gentlemen - each of them wanted us to sit in a different place. Felt like a "turnover" fight amd didn't feel nice to start with. Until the end we didn't know who was our server as each time someone else came (5 or 6 ppl in total?). Food - unfortunately nothing exceptional. Pasta was somewhat OK, but pizza's dough cruelly missed rising time (or was bought?). It was flat, no taste to it.. I would not recommend. It wasn't any better than a frozen pizza in a road bar. At the end of the meal, women were gifted roses. While a nice touch (even if unwanted), I would have preferred a better food quality.

We stopped in with five people after a bike ride. We were immediately offered a nice seat. The service was super friendly. The food (pizza) arrived very quickly and was really delicious. All in all, highly recommended.👍

I don't understand the above reviews. We sat down at a table that was just becoming available. The table hadn't been cleared. Guests who arrived after us were served before us. After 15 minutes, we asked the server to clear the table. After another 5 minutes, we were able to place our order upon request. Although we also received our drinks after a wait, we only received them after asking. We had veal schnitzel with pepper sauce, hash browns, and chanterelle mushrooms. The food, however, wasn't that great. When we asked if we could have fried potatoes or fries instead of hash browns, we were told no. The pepper sauce made the breading on the schnitzel less crispy. The pepper sauce wasn't seasoned. The chanterelle mushrooms were lukewarm and flavorless. The hash browns were frozen and deep-fried.

We were here to visit an old friend who now works here. It's quite expensive by our standards, but it was worth it! The pizza was delicious, the service was excellent, and the view from the terrace was simply stunning. The Gipsy Kings were playing, the weather was perfect... it was like a day at the seaside! And the manager gave me a rose that lasted a long time! The only strange thing was that when I was paying, only my husband was asked if he wanted a drink on the house. I wasn't asked, and I didn't get anything. Weird... But otherwise, it was lovely there!

He was always up for a joke and made the culinary experience at "Bella Vista" an unforgettable one. As we left, he handed us a scarlet rose.
