Well that was a bit too black on the surface you have to convince yourself

I've been a regular customer for years and always enjoy the delicious food (especially the salmon dishes), the very friendly service, and the cozy atmosphere. Even after the change of ownership, everything is top-notch. :-)

We were very disappointed. We received the menus fairly quickly. After that, unfortunately, no one paid us any attention. We couldn't order drinks, let alone food. Several guests complained that they were still waiting for drinks and the main course. The service staff seemed overwhelmed. And there was loud talk about apparent communication problems. After a reasonable wait, we left the restaurant. We thought it was a real shame. Just saying it would take a while or that we'd come right over would have been helpful.

Unfortunately, the pizza was only okay. Quite small, and the crust was relatively thick and dense. My Quattro Formaggi was also quite runny, with oil floating on top.

We've been coming to Hamm for work for several years now and we stop here every time. Located right on the market square, it has a lovely beer garden, a winter garden, and additional seating inside. The food is always excellent, often with sophisticated dishes from the daily menu. Very friendly service.

The pizza was simply bad. The dough quickly became far too hard. The worst pizza in years. Unusual for an Italian restaurant, as even delivery services produce significantly better products. In the end, it was also hard to digest. Service: Many assistants without a plan.

I had Lasagna Bolognese, which was very tasty and plentiful. The service was friendly and attentive, and the price was reasonable. I felt very comfortable.

The salad with chicken and mushrooms is amazing... super delicious. The service (Pina) is great...

Yesterday I spontaneously ate there again after a long time. Beforehand there was a greeting from the kitchen, warm pizza rolls with aioli. Quite a rarity these days. Top! The pizza was very tasty and nice and crispy. How pizza should be. The service was very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

Pure disappointment! We visited the Torino restaurant in Hamm with a large group. The majority of us ordered the dish 'Tortellini Mare e Monti'. We assumed the tortellini were filled with spinach - instead they contained pork! It was not stated on the menu that the tortellini were filled. It should also be mentioned that they clearly looked at us as Muslims and we were not informed about the actual contents. This failure of transparency is unacceptable for guests with special dietary needs. And the menu is more than just inadequate and incomplete. Definitely not recommended for Muslims, but for vegetarians!!

We had Pizza Paolo with crabs and salmon. Was crispy and delicious. Nice service.

Despite a reservation, we didn't get a table and the service staff seemed overwhelmed. Bruschetta soaked in olive oil, pasta pollo mushrooms oversalted, spaghetti seafood was fine.

Unfortunately there is little choice and unfortunately a bit bland...

The best times were probably behind it, just because we were extremely hungry....pizza oversalted, minestrone consisted of frozen vegetables quickly warmed up with broth.

A great meal and wonderful service. Just feel good and enjoy.

In short, the pizza was great, but the cabonara we ordered was a German version with no taste, with a chef's fancy and lots of cream. After complaining and asking for a “good Italian cabonara,” a cabonara arrived that looked exactly like the first one but was full of flavor enhancers. If you have good taste, both cabonaras are inedible. Even after the complaint, the drinks were not carbonated Disorganized staff because we had 3 bottles of oil, 3 times salt and 3 times pepper on the table but very nice I think that the boss doesn't really care because there are a lot of walk-in customers where the store is doing so well.

Google rating 4.2 - okay if an Italian just orders pizza, you should be able to do it. When the pizza arrived, the cheese was as runny as water and almost spilled over the plate when the waiter served it. I mean, you have to see something like that as a chef/service. But what really annoyed me were the drinks: Cola + Fanta served warm and non-carbonated. Unfortunately the pizza rolls were cold. At least there was live music. Sorry, but I've never experienced anything so bad with the drinks. Then I'll give it a 1 star rating. Just come up with the idea of ​​dumping ice cream in there. Nope, why? The outside area was quite nice.

Apparently I caught one of the chef's bad days. The staff was mostly friendly, and that's it. As a starter I ordered snails in herb butter. I got snails in pepper sauce, the taste was OK but not what I ordered. For the main course I ordered steak with asparagus. I ordered the steak medium. I got a steak just before the sole of the shoe, the asparagus was just lukewarm, poorly peeled and obviously steamed, there was no taste, the hollondaise was obviously from a tetra pack. The newly delivered dish had a steak that was slightly pink in the middle, the rest was well done again. The waiter's comment: "If you want it less cooked, then you have to order it rare. Nothing had changed with the asparagus except that it was a little warmer. My tip, pizza, they looked pretty good.

When I go abroad I only eat Italian and at the Turin restaurant I felt at home in every sense, excellent service and top-notch dishes, I was able to try various since I stayed for a week... for those like me who appreciate Italian cuisine I highly recommend this restaurant..

I was there shortly before Christmas 2023 and very dissatisfied. I used to be happier. The waitress or service was unfriendly. One had the feeling that she only warmly greeted well-known guests. Unfortunately, our tone and facial expressions were completely different. The map has also been minimized a lot compared to before. Certainly understandable given the economic conditions. But I found it sad that you don't even get pasta with tomato sauce or carbonara, or generally less typical Italian dishes (the ones you would at least expect in an Italian restaurant in Germany). This made the selection very difficult. My meal (penne with chicken breast and mushrooms) was just mediocre. The mushrooms looked like they came from a can and the chicken was diced very small. I had to pay over €20 for this. I won't eat there again.

Paola and her team really do a great job! The à la carte food is great, but the daily recommendations are great. The wine selection is excellent and we always enjoy coming back

For an Italian pizza and an overall nice evening, it's not enough to go to St. Paul's Church and pay 13 euros plus drinks. Better do it yourself! At home!!

The food was written down incorrectly and therefore something wrong was delivered to the table. The waitresses are quite slow and stupid. When the pizza came after a long wait, the pizza was okay.

Pizza war auf einer Seite deutlich dunkler. Ein Stück weit verbrannt. Geschmack war gerade so genießbar. Service war unterirdisch. Einfach nur schlecht. Man wartet ewig und bestellte Ware wird nicht serviert. Die Toiletten könnten neue Lampen gebrauchen.

Sehr nettes Service! Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Betonung liegt auf sehr! Mann fühlt sich einfach zuhause und davon abgesehen haben die die beste Bolognese in Hamm.

Wir wollten mit Freunden ein gemütliches Weihnachtsessen verbringen, doch daraus wurde nichts. Gleich zur Begrüßung wurden wir harsch darauf hingewiesen, dass die Regenschirme im Eingangsbereich bleiben müssen. (Geht auch freundlicher!) Wir haben in einem provisorisch wirkendem kaltem Raum gesessen. Ständig wechselnde Kellner, durcheinandergebrachte Bestellungen. Obwohl wir vor der Reservierung bzgl. der Speisekarte nachgefragt hatten, gab es doch nur eine "Feiertagskarte" - also nur einen Teil der ursprünglichen Speisekarte - hätte man uns vorher ja sagen können. Ist ja nicht ungewöhnlich um diese Jahreszeit, aber Gerichte die wir uns vorher vorgemerkt hatten, waren dann gar nicht drauf. Es kamen ein paar Gerichte immerhin 45 Minuten nach der Bestellung, dann dauerte es weitere 5 Minuten bis die nächsten kamen (bei 8 Personen). Für das letzte Gericht bekamen wir dann in einem mega unverschämten Ton die Ansage "Sie müssen noch warten, das dauert noch!" Kam dann nach weiteren 5 Minuten - wo die ersten Essen bereits zur Hälfte gegessen waren, damit sie nicht endgültig kalt waren. Gleiche Pizzen kamen in unterschiedlichen Ausführungen, da Zutaten vergessen worden waren und dann einfach oben drauf gepackt wurden. Salami schmeckte eher wie Trockenfleisch. Zum Schluss eine Gesamtrechnung mit zu vielen Getränken. Wir waren das erste und das letzte Mal dort. Auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt hätten wir wahrscheinlich besser gegessen.

Personal war sehr unhöflich und unprofessionell. Alles wurde uns nur auf den Tisch geklatscht. Die Pizza war sehr dünn und trocken. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung, allerdings stank es an dem Tisch neben der Toilette im Umkreis von 3 Metern leider extrem nach Fäkalien, sodass wir umgesetzt werden mussten. Der Service ist zudem extrem langsam (bringt bei 20 Leuten jedes Getränk einzeln, Vorspeisen erst nach gut 30 Minuten, Hauptspeisen erst nach weiteren 45 Min.) und bringt auch gerne Sachen durcheinander (z.B. vergessen, dass Kartoffeln durch Pommes ersetzt werden sollten, falscher Kaffee etc.). Zudem waren die Heizungen in unserem Bereich (bei 1°C Außentemperatur) komplett aus, sodass im Restaurant nur vielleicht 16-17°C waren. Auch das Wasser auf der Toilette gab es nur eiskalt quasi mit Außentemperatur. Insgesamt ein sehr unschöner Aufenthalt.

Tolles Essen, freundliches Personal, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir haben es mehrmals besucht, egal ob man Pizza, Pasta Fleisch oder Fisch wählt, die Qualität bleibt unverändert! Unbedingt ein Muss in Hamm!

Das Essen war sehr lecker, hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt, war frisch und wirklich gut zubereitet. Die Bedienungen waren sehr aufmerksam wenn auch etwas zu schnell manchmal der Tisch leer geräumt wurde. Das Restaurant wird noch von richtigen Italienern geführt, was sich auch an der Einrichtung widerspiegelt was aber nicht böse gemeint ist.

Mein Mann und ich waren an einem Abend , ohne Reservierung, bei Torino. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Es wurde uns eine süße Sitzecke angeboten, wir hätten aber auch noch wählen können. Die Karte war wunderbar italienisch ( Keine zusätzlichen Sachen wie Hamburger usw). Alle waren serh aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Pizza , der Salat, die Suppe, die Getränke alles war PERFEKT. Wir kommen eigentlich aus Rhynern, werden aber versuchen öfter da zu sein. Danke das uns ein so schöner Abend bereitet wurde! Mein Mann und ich haben uns einen Abend frei genommen um endlich mal wieder zusammen Essen zu gehen. Schon der Empfang war sehr nett.
