Very good Italian food, I felt very comfortable. It reminded me of a small pizzeria in Florence 😂 No, really very good. Small, clear menu. It's not crammed with other stuff, but really focuses on Italian cuisine.

- The food itself was good, but the portions were really small, and we only received our food after 1 hour and 40 minutes, even though the restaurant was almost empty. - The waitress was unfriendly and smelled strongly of smoke. - We will not be visiting this restaurant again and would not recommend it to anyone.

We were here for the second time with friends for our Advent lunch. The service is very good and attentive. Unfortunately, the menu was smaller than last year. I missed the wonderful mussels from last year. But the pizza was also very tasty. This was our first time here since the change of ownership. The service and food were just as good. And they had my beloved mussels!!

I'd been there before and usually ordered pizza or pasta. I was generally satisfied. This time, I ordered the mussels in tomato sauce from the daily special. Unfortunately, one mussel had been dead for quite some time, and its rotten smell ruined the taste of the rest. I opened this mussel, which hadn't opened during cooking, and the smell was truly awful. The fact that the shell remained closed during cooking is clearly visible in the photo, with the tomato sauce completely missing inside and the mussel meat being dry. However, the kitchen staff claimed that the smell was perfectly normal and that the mussel hadn't been closed at all, even though I had to open it myself. I found their handling of my complaint disappointing, especially when it comes to mussels, which are a foodstuff that absolutely must be fresh and in perfect condition.

I was there with my family. My wife and I shared a pizza and had a salad on the side. The kids also had pizzas. It was so delicious that we had them pack up the leftovers. The service was very friendly and attentive. Since we live quite far away, we unfortunately only manage to visit this restaurant every few years. We'll definitely plan another visit on our next trip to Hamm.

Very disappointing. According to Google, they're open until 11 PM, but they don't offer pizzas for takeout in the evening. It's frustrating to drive all the way there when you're hungry and then find nothing. The opening hours and menu should be updated or at least adhered to.

We were very disappointed. We received the menus fairly quickly. After that, unfortunately, no one paid us any attention. We couldn't order drinks, let alone food. Several guests complained that they were still waiting for drinks and the main course. The service staff seemed overwhelmed. And there was loud talk about apparent communication problems. After a reasonable wait, we left the restaurant. We thought it was a real shame. Just saying it would take a while or that we'd come right over would have been helpful.

Pure disappointment! We visited the Torino restaurant in Hamm with a large group. The majority of us ordered the dish 'Tortellini Mare e Monti'. We assumed the tortellini were filled with spinach - instead they contained pork! It was not stated on the menu that the tortellini were filled. It should also be mentioned that they clearly looked at us as Muslims and we were not informed about the actual contents. This failure of transparency is unacceptable for guests with special dietary needs. And the menu is more than just inadequate and incomplete. Definitely not recommended for Muslims, but for vegetarians!!

Despite a reservation, we didn't get a table and the service staff seemed overwhelmed. Bruschetta soaked in olive oil, pasta pollo mushrooms oversalted, spaghetti seafood was fine.

In short, the pizza was great, but the cabonara we ordered was a German version with no taste, with a chef's fancy and lots of cream. After complaining and asking for a “good Italian cabonara,” a cabonara arrived that looked exactly like the first one but was full of flavor enhancers. If you have good taste, both cabonaras are inedible. Even after the complaint, the drinks were not carbonated Disorganized staff because we had 3 bottles of oil, 3 times salt and 3 times pepper on the table but very nice I think that the boss doesn't really care because there are a lot of walk-in customers where the store is doing so well.

Apparently I caught one of the chef's bad days. The staff was mostly friendly, and that's it. As a starter I ordered snails in herb butter. I got snails in pepper sauce, the taste was OK but not what I ordered. For the main course I ordered steak with asparagus. I ordered the steak medium. I got a steak just before the sole of the shoe, the asparagus was just lukewarm, poorly peeled and obviously steamed, there was no taste, the hollondaise was obviously from a tetra pack. The newly delivered dish had a steak that was slightly pink in the middle, the rest was well done again. The waiter's comment: "If you want it less cooked, then you have to order it rare. Nothing had changed with the asparagus except that it was a little warmer. My tip, pizza, they looked pretty good.

I was there shortly before Christmas 2023 and very dissatisfied. I used to be happier. The waitress or service was unfriendly. One had the feeling that she only warmly greeted well-known guests. Unfortunately, our tone and facial expressions were completely different. The map has also been minimized a lot compared to before. Certainly understandable given the economic conditions. But I found it sad that you don't even get pasta with tomato sauce or carbonara, or generally less typical Italian dishes (the ones you would at least expect in an Italian restaurant in Germany). This made the selection very difficult. My meal (penne with chicken breast and mushrooms) was just mediocre. The mushrooms looked like they came from a can and the chicken was diced very small. I had to pay over €20 for this. I won't eat there again.
