Delicious food, attentive and friendly service – a place to feel good

We didn't have a reservation, but the chef still made it possible for us to eat there. The portions were very generous and delicious. Great value for money. The staff was very friendly.

Incredibly well-seasoned. The hummus was exceptional and unique. The young waitress could have been friendlier. A wordless slamming of a bottle on the table marred the positive experience.

We ate there today after the trade fair and were delighted. It started with the friendly and humorous service, and then came the food. The best lentil soup I've ever eaten. Delicious hummus. The Moroccan salad with preserved lemons, the pudding, the rice pudding, the coffee... Everything was superbly seasoned. I haven't had such an all-round satisfying restaurant visit in a long time. Thank you very much.

We were on a short trip to Bad Nauheim on September 25th and stopped at the unassuming Tajine restaurant, with very nice and friendly hosts. The starter was amazing; I'm still dreaming about the beetroot salad 😊. Everything else was also incredibly delicious and a superb taste experience. The restaurant is very comfortably furnished; you feel very comfortable and warmly welcomed. After our meal, I went straight to the counter and told the team that the kitchen had prepared a fantastic meal. The chef then came to our table briefly and thanked us with a very kind gesture. We will definitely be back on our next stay in Bad Nauheim ♥. An absolute insider tip. Absolutely fantastic value for money. Wow!!! Simply amazing and authentic Moroccan food. The chef is very friendly, and the service leaves nothing to be desired.

We ate there in the evening. Unfortunately, the young waiter was incompetent and didn't know the answer to anything. I had no idea what was on offer. The soups were heavily flavored with lemon, so much so that it could have been lemon tea with a garnish. The main course, grilled lamb, was very tasty, but the description of the ingredients on the menu wasn't accurate. My friend had the grilled salmon, which was quite okay. Unfortunately, the small dips, a tablespoonful each, were charged separately without any mention of this. The waitress came by, but just stood next to us and stared at us without saying or asking anything. The atmosphere was nice, but I had expected openness and warmth. We weren't in the mood for dessert.

I reserved a table for a very important person at the Tajine restaurant in Bad Nauheim. The welcome and hospitality were extremely warm and stylish. The food was outstanding, very authentic, and full of flavor. An experience I'll definitely want to repeat!

We went to Tajine Restaurant for our 10th anniversary. We had reserved online for 8 p.m. but were still able to get a table at 7 p.m. without any problems after checking by phone. Almost all the tables were occupied. The owner is very friendly to his guests. The service was a bit slow, but that was probably because the server was new. The food was incredibly delicious. The flavor was amazing, and the meat (very tender) and vegetables (not too hard, not too soft) were perfectly prepared. We would happily recommend this restaurant.

Yes, we too are a little challenged to find the right words for today's taste experience. Starter: lentil soup or beetroot salad. It sounds unspectacular, but it triggered sensational taste experiences on the tongue. I don't like beetroot, but I tried it because of the great description on the menu. I wasn't disappointed. Both were excellent. The main courses of grilled chicken and mixed platter were a spice journey through Morocco. It was superbly prepared and tasted so delicious. Close your eyes and you're in Morocco. For dessert: date-almond chocolate and Moroccan coffee, plus walnut cake... We're still dreaming about it. This restaurant is an absolute insider tip. Plus, the service is superbly friendly and personable. Cozy interior, very unassuming from the outside. An absolute insider tip. Absolutely excellent value for money. One of the best Moroccan restaurants in Germany! We've been there several times and it was always great. The food (lamb shank) was always delicious, and the chef was super hospitable. We'll be happy to come back every time we're in Bad Nauheim!

This is my second time eating here, and once again the food was truly outstanding! The service is great, and the restaurant staff are incredibly friendly! My recommendation: Have the walnut cake for dessert. ;)

If you want to eat lunch with us, you find yourself in front of a closed door. That's what happened today. We came especially for this. We're extremely disappointed! Are you changing your opening hours, or what's going on?

We invaded the Tajine with a group of 30 people and were treated with incredible warmth and hospitality. The food is amazing (I recommend the lamb on Friday!!) and everyone is very, very welcoming ❤️ We'd love to go back!

A true asset! Around the Old Town Hall, a large number of restaurants serving various national cuisines are concentrated. This restaurant, somewhat inconspicuous from the outside, is a real surprise and a culinary addition to the scene. Traditional Moroccan cuisine from the tagine, the clay-fired casserole dish. Even the starters are a delight: excellent, homemade hummus – after that, you won't touch the brandy-and-acetic imitations from the supermarket again. Delicious soups, bread, olives, tagine in all its variations, even with leg of lamb on Fridays... everything is served on plates that are a feast for the eyes in themselves. The cooking and serving here is done with dedication. Full marks!

We always enjoy eating here. The chicken tagine and the beldi salad are highly recommended.

We went to Tajine for lunch today and were absolutely delighted in every way. The service was truly warm and welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. Both the starters and main courses were truly a culinary experience. The cooking here is still done with a lot of love, and you can see and taste it. A definite recommendation if you're looking to expand your culinary horizons.

What should I write now? We honestly lack the words to describe it properly. Incredibly warm hosts, a beautiful and very pleasant ambiance. But what's truly difficult to describe is the food. Do yourself a favor and embark on this journey of taste for yourself. Traditional, down-to-earth, and full of magic. We would definitely love to come back. Best wishes to the Tajine team.

How amazing is this restaurant! The food is absolutely outstanding. My husband and I were thrilled! Must-try: the couscous dish and the beef with prunes. Absolutely delicious! And the owners are so friendly and welcoming—we'll definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️

Super friendly service. Unfortunately, the gentleman messed up the order a bit. To our surprise, what was supposed to be a welcome dish from the kitchen turned up as a €10 bill. The beef tagine was excellent, but the vegetarian dish lacked that special touch and the spice. All in all, it was okay.

Yesterday I was able to visit the Tajine restaurant in Bad Nauheim – and what can I say? It was a fantastic experience all around! The food was delicious, lovingly prepared and full of the authentic flavors you could only hope for from Moroccan cuisine. Every bite was a delight! But what really made this evening unforgettable was the outstanding service. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were warmly welcomed with an open smile - we immediately felt welcome. The service was consistently attentive, friendly and incredibly charming. With his positive charisma, he not only enriched our evening, but also the entire atmosphere of the restaurant. You can feel that the heart is put into the work here – be it in the kitchen or in the service. If you are looking for a place where you not only eat excellently, but also feel completely at home, Tajine is the right place for you. I'll definitely be back!

Super friendly, despite a spontaneous visit, absolutely relaxed and warmly welcomed with lots of charm and humor. The daily recommendation was very tasty. The hummus is very, very good and we were very happy to have stopped by spontaneously. Gladly again.

I think I had the best tagine of my life here (tajine with chicken and preserved lemons, divine). The vegetarian tagine was also fantastic. Owner absolutely accommodating and exceptionally fair prices, clear recommendation!!

Eating here was a wonderful experience! The food was amazing on every level! Starters great, the bread amazing, tagine delicious. The lamb shank, which is probably only available on Fridays, is amazing! And then I haven't mentioned the people in the restaurant yet. Everyone was super nice, accommodating and simply warm. Everything is just right here. Recommendation: definitely reserve in advance!

Moroccan tagine in the heart of Frankfurt. The owner was a very friendly person and the staff were exceptional. The texture and flavor take you to northern Morocco.

As a Moroccan, I will not recommend this restaurant to locals or people living in this country. For my birthday I decided to eat there with my friends. We didn't like the food at all and unfortunately hair was found in the food. I also find the service very unfriendly, as we weren't even asked whether we enjoyed our meal or whether we needed anything else.

Don't eat there! The owner beat his wife today while customers were in the store and she was heard screaming and crying loudly. Food was always delicious but I don't want to support something like that.

A sweetheart in the spa town. I am glad to have discovered this treasure. Very friendly staff, delicious dishes with fresh, oriental spices. And the homemade bread is a dream and smells so good. I would love to go back here and let myself be pampered with culinary delights.

A small but fine Moroccan restaurant with few seats but excellent cuisine and a super hospitable team. I travel a lot around the world and I have to say that you could hardly receive warmer service. The food is authentic and very tasty - above all, the full range of spices from Moroccan cuisine is used and it is fresh. Special praise for the poached egg, which you would expect to find in such perfection in an upscale restaurant. We'd love to come back. 🍵

The tajine lamb shank (only on Fridays) with plums, apricots, almonds and orange blossom water tasted excellent. The meat was so tender and juicy. The sauce with fruit and almonds was a perfect culinary delight. I haven't eaten so well in a long time! Cozy atmosphere and warm service from the boss!

We ate there today with a larger group and were very satisfied overall. There is a diverse selection of traditional Moroccan dishes and, unlike many other Moroccan restaurants, the tagine is actually prepared in a tagine pot, which gives the whole thing its unique taste. The other dishes are also very tasty. The owner and the waitress are super friendly and the ambience is nicely furnished and decorated in Moroccan style. We will definitely come back.

Because of the many good reviews, we went there today and ordered a tagine with minced meatballs and a tagine with beef and vegetables. There was also home-baked bread. 5 out of 5 stars for everything, super tasty, and really something different. We will definitely come back. Service very friendly, nice and accommodating. Tajine is a braised dish, so it takes some time to prepare, but it's worth every second of waiting!

Lovely restaurant. We had a party of eleven and the owner made sure we were very welcome. We had hummus, tagines and grilled food followed by Moroccan treats and tea. We were served good beer and wine. The whole meal came to about €30 a head and was our best meal during our trip to Germany. Definitely try this restaurant!

Der Inhaber und sein Team super nett, aufmerksam, eben typisch marrokanische Gastfreundschaft. Vom Essen waren wir richtig begeistert, alles frisch gekocht, aromatisch mit tollen Geschmacksvariationen. Alles fein aufeinander abgestimmt. Preis/Leistung ist super. Wir waren begeistert und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

This restaurant is a real gem. We went with no reservations and walked in at about 7pm. There were two of us. The restaurant appeared to be full but we were eagerly greeted and seated immediately. We were given recommendations from the menu which turned out to be delicious. Portions were large and both the salad and entrees were excellent. If this restaurant was in my hometown I’d certainly be a regular. The staff were hard workers and kept track of our needs. I’m not an easy rater but this high rating was well deserved.
