Ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Vorher reservieren lohnt sich. Man wird sofort bedient, die Angestellten sind nett und zuvorkommend. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und das Essen war reichlich und gut.

Ich war heute im Restaurant Sirtaky in Lingen essen und war wirklich positiv überrascht! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, frisch, aromatisch und typisch griechisch, genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Besonders die Fleischgerichte und die Beilagen waren hervorragend zubereitet.Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, insgesamt gut – man hat sich willkommen gefühlt. Das Ambiente erinnert ein wenig an die 80er Jahre, was vielleicht Geschmackssache ist, aber irgendwie auch seinen nostalgischen Charme hat.Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Abend mit leckerem Essen zu fairen Preisen. Für alle, die gute griechische Küche mögen, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Das Essen schmeckt. Es gab keine lange Wartezeit, obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung, Essen war sehr lecker und man wurde richtig satt. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Für einen Freitag Abend war es sehr voll. Dennoch kam das Essen zeitnah. Gastronomisch war es sehr lecker und die Portionen reichlich. Leider hat es mit dem Getränken nicht gut geklappt. Vergessen und es kam auch niemand und fragte, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Werden auch wiederkommen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Chef ist ein Kumpeltyp, deshalb ist es sehr harmonisch. Sonderbestellungen werden ohne Probleme ausgeführt. Portionen sind immer sehr groß.

Seit langem mal wieder da gewesen und massiv enttäuscht worden. Habe ein Metaxa Schnitzel bestellt. Bekommen habe ich 2 mini TK Schnitzel. Aussage Schnitzel würden ja nur Kinder Essen. Das Gericht stand nicht unter Kinderteller. 19€ wollten sie auch dafür haben. Und die Tatsache das hier mit TK fertig Produkten arbeiten, lässt erahnen wie der Rest zubereitet wird. Wenn man in einem Restaurant ein Schnitzel bestellt kann man ein gewachsenes Stück Fleisch erwarten selbst geklopft und paniert. Und nicht irgendwas aus der Truhe schon fertig.

My husband and I had a wonderful meal here on Saturday. Our children gave us a gift certificate for Restaurant Syrtaki for our 35th wedding anniversary. We were very impressed with the friendly service. The atmosphere was great and the food was fantastic. Plus, there was plenty of it! 👍 We'll definitely be back! 😉😋

Table reserved for 5:30 PM. Extensive menu. Ordered food at 6:00 PM. Waited 45 minutes, then inquired... 5 more minutes. The food arrived after an hour. The fries were way too salty! The liver was completely overcooked! The meat skewer was salty and tough! Everything was better a year ago. It was very crowded today. Definitely not recommended today!

Very attentive and friendly, and fast. There are several rooms inside, and seating outside under large umbrellas. We had a lamb dish and a grilled platter. Both were perfectly adequate in quantity, well-cooked, and quite juicy. Excellent!

The food is of good quality and tastes absolutely delicious. There are numerous variations of starters and main courses, and there's something for everyone. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant is always busy. However, the kitchen and service are well-organized, so you don't have to wait long for drinks or food. With the new extension, the owner has expanded the restaurant and furnished it with stylish decor. Highly recommended.

We have been there for the third time in the last 1.5 years, always at the time of year when you can only sit inside. First of all: The food is delicious and of really good quality, the service is friendly and quick. However, I deduct 2 points. 1. When we came in and stood in the main room, the room was extremely foggy with smoke and haze from the adjacent kitchen. The ceiling spotlights cast the beam of light downwards as if the fog machine had been turned on in a disco. Luckily we had a table in the next room, the winter garden. It also smelled extremely like kitchen fumes there. When we went home, all of our wardrobes, including our underwear, smelled of strong kitchen fumes. The hair, jackets, scarves and coats also stank. Everything had to go into the laundry box immediately and we hung the jackets/coats outside to air out for two days. It is important to ensure better ventilation here. This was also the case on the 2 previous visits. 2. The portion sizes are really big. Even the best eater can't manage it. My friend had the senior plate and even though she is a really good eater, 1/4 was left on the plate. A starter of toasted bread and olive paste was way too big. 6 halves of bread rolls...who can do that and eat a main course afterwards? 4 bun halves would certainly have been enough. We looked at the cleared plates that were brought back to us from other tables: there was a lot left on each one. This cannot be in the spirit of good gastronomy and sustainability if so much food has to be thrown away. Reduced the price and quantity of the plated meals by €1.50. Nobody will complain that the portions are too small and even the strongest Emslander will still be able to fill their stomachs. Our conclusion: We only come in summer when you can sit outside on the terrace and only order senior plates. The price/performance ratio and sustainability are also justified because in our opinion all the themed plates are overpriced at €24-26 and charging €7 for a bottle of water is bordering on cheeky.

It is always an experience at Syrtaki as the food and quality are always of the same high standard and the team is extremely friendly.

Went there again on Saturday after a long time. Very friendly staff and the ambience is second to none in Lingen. The food is very tasty and also very appealing to the eye. I can only recommend everyone to go there once. By far the best Greek in Lingen.

It felt like 200g of gyros and a handful of fries for 17 euros. Children's plate was an approx. 1cm thin mini schnitzel with more breading than meat (you have to manage it first) and a handful of fries for 10 euros. If only the food had been good at least, but we're talking about poor quality here. When I asked if everything was good and I told him sensibly that the price-performance ratio wasn't right for me, the waiter felt personally attacked and reacted cheekily. Then don't ask if you can't handle criticism. It was definitely the last time we were there. Every snack bar is better, wannabe restaurant.

We were there for lunch twice today, July 7th, 2024, without a reservation. Highly recommended, the menu even offers “senior citizens’ plates”, i.e. smaller portions are completely sufficient and overall very tasty 😋. Service and owner are very friendly. We even got 2x free ouzo, which is also something special. We can highly recommend the restaurant and thank you. See you next time 😀

The three of us were there on a Saturday evening without a reservation. The place was very full. Nevertheless, they still had a table for us. The food was very tasty and came without a long wait. The portions justify the price. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. All in all a nice place. We recommend. Will definitely come back again.
