War ein spontaner Ausflug in das Restaurant. Sehr nette Bedienung hat alles gepasst . Sehr kinderfreundlich auch ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen .

Was eine tolle Location. Von außen eher ein großes Wohnhaus und von innen ein gut ausgestattetes Wohnzimmer. Schickes Ambiente. Essen ist sehr gut,gibt auch Highlights wie Steaks in verschiedenen Reife Grade. Sehr kinderlieb und Personal ist sehr freundlich

„Tante Bärbel“ und ihr Team haben uns einen herzlichen Empfang und einen wundervollen Abend bereitet. Der Familienbetrieb in dritter Generation setzt auf familiäre Atmosphäre in Kombination mit qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten und tollen Gerichten für Leib und Seele. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Stolpereck jedem ans Herz legen der gute Küche liebt.

Ein ganz tolles Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen und einer zuckersüßen Inhaberin - „Tante Bärbel“. Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und kommen sicher wieder. 😊

Das Restaurant Stolpereck haben wir aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen im Internet ausgewählt: Alle positiven Bewertungen wurden vor Ort sogar übertroffen. Der Empfang der Chefin war äußerst herzlich und gleichzeitig professionell ! Dann kam das Karfreitag Fischmenue, einfach nur gourmetartig. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Preis -Leistung absolut gerechtfertigt. Auch das Ambiente hat uns überzeugt. Weiter so, man darf es in Verbindung mit einem Besuch in Worms, nicht versäumen. Bärbel und Hermann aus dem Westerwald.

Dieses Restaurant kann ich nur empfehlen erstmal wurden sehr freundlich empfangen von der Chefin eine sehr sympathische Frau. Auch die beiden Kellner/in super freundlich und auf zack, das Essen war mega gut wir waren sechs Personen und haben alle gleichzeitig unser Essen bekommen. Wir haben uns in diesem Restaurant super wohlgefühlt,wir kommen wieder.

Wenn man echte Gastfreundschaft erleben möchte, dann sollte man hier einen Tisch reservieren. Seit 25 Jahre dürfen wir nun die Herzlichkeit von Frau Illig und ihrem Team genießen. Alles wunderbar. Der Service war sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war Klasse. Auch auf die Allergien unserer Tochter wurde aufgepasst und auf extra Wünsche eingegangen. Die Gerichte sind durchdacht. Definitiv ein Besuch wert. Unsere grosse Tochter (7) wünscht sich einen Gutschein, damit wir wieder genau dorthin zum Steakessen kommen. Vielen Dank. Bis bald!

Ich war mit meiner Frau zum Valentinstag im Stolpereck und wir waren sehr begeistert! Lecker war ausnahmslos alles, doch der selbstgebeizte Lachs und das Teres Major sind für mich besonders hervorzuheben. Zum Abschluss gab es noch eine lockere weiße Schokoladenmousse. Man hat bei jedem Gang, sowohl anhand der Optik, als auch am Geschmack gemerkt, dass hier noch mit Herz und Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Auch der Service war mit Herzlichkeit und Hingabe stets präsent! Von Seiten der Gastgeber war das eine starke Leistung und wir kommen gerne erneut zum Essen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend!

Waren dort zum Weihnachtsbuffet,super Auswahl,tolle Qualität und für den Preis einfach ein überragendes Angebot,es gab nur hochwertiges Fleisch,das Rindfleisch war super zart und auf den Punkt gegart ,die Beilagen ,soßen und das Dessert war einfach lecker,alles in allem ein super Preis Leistungsverhältnis,die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend,trotz der vielen Leute kamen sie immer wieder an den Tisch um sich zu vergewissern das alles in Ordnung ist,gerne wieder

Waren zum Weihnachtsessen dort... leider war das Menü nicht sehr gut u das Fleisch total zäh... für den Preis leider echt schlecht. Es wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen das zb Nüsse im Dessert sind und es gab keinerlei Auswahl oder Alternativen. Wir gehen hier nicht mehr essen. Personal war okay. Es war extrem laut und eng.

A truly fantastic place. We were there recently on a Sunday evening. It was really busy (reservations are a good idea). The staff, including the owner, were all incredibly friendly. We had a voucher and that's how we discovered the restaurant. The amuse-bouche (potato soup), our starters (pumpkin and chestnut soup), and main courses (pork chop and rump steak) were all delicious, and contrary to a comment here about the portions being too small... we were more than satisfied... we didn't have room for dessert, but we did have an old plum brandy. Sure, it's not exactly cheap, but they use regional products, which you can not only see on the menu, but also tasted incredibly good in the meat. We were even given a handshake goodbye... where do you still experience that these days? We'll definitely be back.

This is a typical German restaurant. It was very crowded. We waited over an hour for our main course and our table for two was in a corner, so the experience wasn't all that great. The quality of the food was very good, freshly prepared and I found the starter salad particularly tasty as it was dressed with an interesting mango dressing. First of all, I have to say that I'm in a bit of an autumnal mood today and am therefore trying to keep some of my negative criticism under control. Since my favorite weekend restaurant in Lampertheim (the Gartenklause) is closing at the end of this year, I'm looking for a successor. I value the quality of the food and attentive, friendly service. Ambience and pricing are less important to me. I ate a breaded pork chop and a Kaiserschmarrn. The main thing, the chop, was of excellent meat quality and also fried nice and juicy with a good crust. It doesn't quite come close to the best pork chop I know (from Georg Adelfinger, a former star chef), especially when it comes to the breading, but that can definitely be described as a complaint on a very high level. I found the side dishes to be technically pretty good (the potatoes were a bit too hot though), but they didn't quite match the meat. I prefer good fried potatoes and a fresh salad here. But that is probably a bit subtle and others may see it differently. The Kaiserschmarrn was a little above average for German standards. There was excellent ice cream and apricot compote with it, but the dough wasn't as crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside as Holger Fleischmann (Weinkabinett Fleischmann), for example, can achieve when he makes it as an exception outside the menu and thus effortlessly achieves the Austrian original. For me, Kaiserschmarrn also includes raisins and roasted almond slivers. Then the side dishes fade into the background and that's how it should be. The service was good, I received friendly support when studying the menu. The young waitress didn't necessarily have the "wide-angle view" of an experienced and committed waitress and I had to draw attention to myself a little more clearly on two occasions, but I don't want to put that on the table today, when I unfortunately feel a certain irritability. What I didn't like was how the landlady grabbed my right hand with both hands when greeting me to warm herself (hers were so cold). I didn't find it unpleasantly touchy, but since I still use the Corona greeting, it was a little too "contact" for me during the autumn infection season. She's just a bold type and I just kept quiet. ☺️
