The place is very beautiful and in summer the terrace is opened that overlooks a small canal, the service is first class and the food is very very delicious.

We sat outside right by the water. Nice service, enjoyed a delicious gourmet summer menu. The price was 45 euros per person. very good. Otherwise a bit more expensive. Pizza from around 6 p.m. Very great atmosphere, you should also look at the ceiling. Even the way to the toilet was nicely prepared.

Food ok! Service ok! In my opinion a bit too many show effects: such as: Arrange spaghetti in the cheese wheel!

Menu Gourmet Summer 2024. Extremely delicious. Staff very friendly and attentive. Great location at Harburg’s inland harbor. You can sit outside by the water without the noise of cars. There are enough parking spaces in front of the door on weekends. Nothing more is possible 😀

It is a rather high-priced restaurant that impresses with high quality and top service. I only ate pizza that evening. Compared to other restaurants it was more expensive but not really better. The other dishes also looked very tasty and were partly prepared or finished at the table in front of the guest. Service was friendly and attentive.

Had dinner there yesterday (three of us). Wine list: Great! Food: Great! However, they were thrown out at five to eleven. We couldn't even finish our wine. Another bottle of the very tasty Lugana, which we would have liked to have taken with us (not everyone goes to bed with the chickens), was not included due to lack of access to the cash register. With tips we spent almost 280 euros. And then you can't even finish your drink? A pity!

The first day of our trip we went here for a drink. We liked the people end the atmosphere, so we went back the next day to have dinner. Very good taste, worth to be known and visited!

We got to know Silo 16 with the Schlemmersommer menu and were certainly not there for the last time! The food was great, the atmosphere is also special and the service was very nice. Always worth a visit. The owners, two cool Italians, have the place under control. The staff is not intrusive and yet very attentive. The location in an old warehouse is original and pleasantly open. The Pizza Amalfi is an exceptional and delicious combination of pizza and lemon and highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

We were at Silo16 for the second time in April and had a very good meal again: carpaccio and mixed starter were absolutely delicious, the sea bass fillet with asparagus was fried very juicy - a great combination. An Italian with an exclusive ambience and an equally exclusive menu. Highly recommended for guests who love and enjoy something special. We had a very nice evening with good food and will come back.

Went to Silo 16 for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation. Without having made a table reservation, the four of us simply walked in there. The first impression: Wow! What a big restaurant. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by the boss and accompanied to a round table. Time to look around: your gaze stays on the ceiling. There are paintings in the entrance area under a very high dome. Similar to Caesars Palace. But the highlight are the huge silo shafts that are still preserved and under which you sit. The location right on the water with the beautiful terrace has already made me want to visit again when the weather is nice. Overall very clean and spaciously furnished. Very nice. For dinner we decided on the antipasti variations and an additional portion of Vitello Tonnato. I can't tell you how many times I've eaten antipasti. But these were different and incredibly tasty. These included tomato with mozzarella foam, baked eggplant, mini bruschetta, warm prawns on incredibly good ratatouille, carpaccio, tuna tartare, baked ravioli with wild broccoli and vitello. Everything is well tempered and delicious. With Vitello from veal fillet!!! (Super tasty), the baked and warm caper apples were a real surprise. Great. Main courses: Beef fillet with porcini mushroom crust. You can't do better. Tagliatelle at the table, coated in Parmesan, with beef fillet. Everything to the point. Tagliatelle in Pernod sauce with shrimps. I have to cook it again. Heavenly Shrimp Aglio e Olio with salad. What a portion! And the simple salad was so good it deserves special mention. A wonderful dessert variation for dessert. Everything in top quality! Conclusion: Best restaurant visit in forever! Best price-performance ratio! Please be sure to try them all out! But please don't forget to reserve. This review was not requested by the restaurant and is based on my personal experience.

Clear recommendation - very tasty food. The boss fulfills almost every culinary wish thanks to the flexible kitchen. That's what happens when Italians run an Italian restaurant. Great 👍🏻 An oasis in the Harburg area, which is getting worse and worse.

This place was recommended to me by folks who live in the neighbourhood. The location is super-cool and stylish. We had a table on the canal side, must be even more lovely in the summer, when the terrace is open. Somewhat mixed experience with the service, one waiter top-notch (could recommend wine to pair with the food, tell us more about stuff we were eating, which dessert on the daily menu is the best etc.), others not so much. As for the food, I'd expect perhaps a bit more creativity or originality in this price category. And like, folks, pasta arrabiatta should be SPICY. Makes-your-cheeks-blush spicy. The mild tomato-ey sauce that I got on my plate instead made me wonder if they ran out of chillies for today

Older staff snooty and unfriendly

Business lunch a few months ago: Quality of the food was good, The quality of the service was poor, at first there was no offer to try the wine, after which we almost died of thirst for the rest of the evening because we never saw the service again after everyone had one (!) drink. This ruins the entire impression and does not match the prices and the level that they obviously want to portray here. Added to this is the insane volume, which makes it really difficult to communicate at arm's length. The location in the wannabe-Schicki-Micki corner of Harburg didn't knock me off my chair either. All in all, nothing that you have to have twice.

Great location, top service and delicious food! We received super friendly service from the entire staff this evening. The food was really good and the seating was lovely. Despite being at full capacity, we were able to have a great time. I only make a small deduction for the prices, which in my opinion are a bit too expensive. Otherwise everything was great!

Ambience great, food good, but service impossible. After I was bathed in wheat beer, they acted like it was my fault and teased me all evening if I wanted to spill another beer. The waitress didn't have her tablet under control, I had nothing to do with it. Had to pay the full bill after having to listen to these rude things about the beer accident all evening. You won't see us again. Impossible!

Ich habe seit langem mal wieder eine Pizza gegessen und muss sagen, dass war mit Abstand die schlechteste Pizza die ich gegessen habe! Einfach viel zu dünn und hart als würde ich von einem Knäckebrot abbeissen. Der Belag war einfach nur eine Tomatenmark Soße und dann einfach ein Stück Mozzarella in der Mitte in geklatscht! Also sorry, für diesen Preis hätte ich bisschen mehr erwartet! Der Service war aber in dem Fall super !

Obwohl wir einen Weißwein zum Essen. Erstellt hatten, wurde das Essen ohne Wein serviert. Erst auf Nachfragen kam dann der Wein. Nach ewigen Minuten. „Wieso, was habenSie, hier ist doch der Wein“, so der patzige Kellner. Wir haben bezahlt und sing gegangen. Ich koche mit Nudeln zuhause. Nie wieder Silo. Aber vielleicht gibts das ja auch nicht mehr lang.

Am Schellerdamm 16 findet man einen ehemaligen Getreidesilo. Ursprünglich bestand der Speicher aus 16 Silotürmen. Im Restaurant Silo 16 sieht man noch den historischen Trichter des ehemaligen Silos. Es wird eine exquisite italienische Küche in edlem Ambiente angeboten. Es gibt eine Aussenterrasse direkt am Kanal des Harburger Hafens. Eine besondere Spezialität sind die "Tagliatelle mit Trüffeln", die im Parmesanlaib gerührt und dann serviert werden. Es gibt Fleisch - und Fischgerichte, Pizzen, Salate, Vorspeisen, Desserts und Grappa. Meine italienische Meeresfrüchte/Fischsuppe war sehr schmackhaft und reichhaltig. Kolleg*innen waren ebenfalls sehr begeistert von den Tagliatelle im Parmesanlaib, den großen Pizzen und Desserts. Die Preise sind angemessen dem Level der exquisiten Küche.

Immer eine Reise wert, dort essen zu gehen

Das Personal war an diesem Abend sehr unfreundlich. Keine nette Begrüßung, nicht einmal ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Sehr unaufmerksam und nach dem Hauptgericht ließ sich niemand mehr blicken. Es gab auch keine Verabschiedung. Die Karte hatte wenig Auswahl im Sinne von zwei oder drei Fleischsorten. Weder auf der Abendkarte, noch auf der regulären. Auf die Möglichkeit von dem extra Gericht in Form von Nudeln im Parmesanleib wurden wir gar nicht erst hingewiesen. Das haben wir nur am Rande bei anderen Gästen entdeckt. Wir wollten uns einen schönen Abend zum 40. Hochzeitstag machen und sind enttäuscht nach Hause gefahren. Wir würden das Restaurant auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren nach einem Meeting mit unserem Team im Silo 16. Tolles Essen, super Service! Mein Chef hat seine Aktentasche liegen gelassen und nach einem Anruf bei Fr. Ferrario der Restaurantleiterin, wurde die Tasche ohne Aufwand nach Frankfurt geschickt. Diesen Service erlebt man nicht mal mehr im 5☆ Hotel. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder!

Tolles Ambiente, sehr guter Service und raffiniertes Essen. Es ist immer wieder eine wahre Freude, das Silo 16 zu besuchen

Naja... Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe von ca. 25 Leuten da. Abitreffen. Da hat man viel zu erzählen und vor allem ist die Begrüßung nach so langer Zeit vielleicht etwas überschwenglich er, als man es sonst gewohnt ist. Dass man uns da aber direkt nach zwei Minuten zur Raison ruft, weil es die anderen Gäste stören würde? Der Service war dann die ganze Zeit (mit einer Ausnahme) ziemlich schlecht gelaunt und langsam. Man kam sich nicht wie ein Gast vor. Fehlte nur noch, dass wir uns für unsere Bestellungen entschuldigen mussten. Später haben wir dann noch eine knappe Stunde gebraucht, um nacheinander alle zu zahlen! Das Kassensystem hat keine Suchfunktion und der Bon war ziemlich umfangreich. Das war bei den letzten Treffen an anderer Stelle nie so ein Problem.

Eine sichere Bank für Geschäftsessen. Eine Klasse besser als der Italiener „einen Moment„ um die Ecke. Gerne wieder

Verstecktes italienisches Lokal mit Terrasse direkt überm Fleet. Der Innenbereich hat ein wirklich schönes Ambiente und ist sehr einladend gestaltet, das Personal sehr freundlich! Die Terrasse wirkte für meinen Geschmack etwas leer und hätte vielleicht etwas mehr Dekoration vertragen können. Allerdings war die Terrasse bei meinem Besuch auch erst kurzfristig nach einem sehr verregneten Tag geöffnet worden. Möglicherweise spiegelte die Einrichtung an jenem Tag also nicht den Normalzustand wieder. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Zutaten ausgesucht und frisch, allerdings waren die Speisen - auch wenn sie zweifelsfrei frisch zubereitet wurden - etwas zu kalt für meinen Geschmack. Ich komme gerne wieder und lasse mich erneut von diesem tollen Lokal überzeugen!

Das Essen ist sehr gut, das Personal eher distanziert und unterkühlt. Ein freundliches Lächeln hätte unseren Abend abgerundet. Die Vorspeisenplatte ist extrem lecker gewesen und die Hauptgerichte sind kreativ. Es gibt Variationen, die man nicht bei jedem Italiener bekommt. Das Ambiente ist außergewöhnlich und sehr stylisch. Ein cooler Ort um einen schönen Abend zu verbringen. Bei schönen Wetter ist die Aussenterrasse am Wasser einfach herrlich.

Selten so gut gegessen! Die Broscetta und die Tagiatelle aus dem Parmesanlaib waren eine 12/10 🤤

War ein schöner Abend und leckeres Essen!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war lecker. Das Personal war aufmerksam.

Das Restaurant ist Klasse, das Essen sehr gut und die Lage ebenfalls Top. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern 1/3 dort. Es gab eine Kinderpizza 😉👍 sehr freundliches Personal und Kinderlieb.

So so so gut! So gut, dass mir beim ersten Happs meines Essens die Tränen kamen - Geschmacksexplosion pur! Schönes Ambiente, super Lage, kleine Portionen und recht kostenintensiv (2 Aperol, 2 Hauptspeisen, 2 Espresso und 1x Dessert = über 100€), aber dieser Edelitaliener ist unbedingt einen Besuch wert!

Sehr schönes Ambiente und am Wasser gelegen. Ich hatte einen Caesar Salad, Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten und Tiramisu. Durchweg sehr lecker. Sehr nettes Personal. Etwas hochpreisig.

Mein Freund und ich hatten unsere Datenight hier mit einem Angebot des "Sommermenüs" geplant. Die Dame am Empfang war etwas kalt aber als sich dann unser Kellner Massimo vorgestellt hat, begann der Abend für uns :) Tolles, reichhaltiges 4 Gänge Menü. Klasse Service - Danke Massimo dafür. Unser Hund durfte auch mit :) 130€ für das Menü inkl. Getränke war für einen besonderen Anlass in Ordnung :)

Interessante Location, freundliches Personal. Leider hat mich die Speisekarte nicht überzeugt, denn die italienische Küche kann wesentlich mehr.

Über viele Jahre hinweg waren wir sehr gerne häufig im Silo zu Gast. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und sehr zu empfehlen. Leider wird auch nach Corona ein sehr restriktives Reservierungregime verfolgt, so dass man entweder um 17:00 Uhr oder 20:00 Uhr gehen muss. Für uns fällt damit leider ein sehr geschätztes Restaurant weg.

Teuer aber es lohnt sich allemal! Der Service kümmert sich um Dich und ist immer im Blickfeld. Das Ambiente ist traumhaft. Ich komme gern wieder, um weitere Speisen und Getränke zu probieren und Freunde, Bekannte bei mir zu Besuch einzuladen. Dafür ist das Restaurant prädestiniert.
