I recently tried the products from Pastalozzi GmbH & Co. KG and am extremely satisfied! The quality of the pasta is excellent – ​​it's fresh, flavorful, and has a perfect consistency when cooked. I was particularly impressed by the wide selection of different types and shapes, which are ideal for different dishes. The customer service was also top-notch. The employees were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Delivery was on time, and the products were well packaged. All in all, I highly recommend Pastalozzi GmbH & Co. KG. I will definitely order again!

Even one star is too many! Food doesn't taste good, tiramisu tastes like old cream, very dirty everywhere, vases broken on the table - risk of injury. Service seems ignorant.

Okay, but nothing more. We chose the restaurant based on the reviews and the attractive photos from them. The antipasti platter for two was okay, but the quality of the products was sometimes not that of a restaurant (canned mushrooms). My pizza Diavola was not good. The tomato sauce was very thin, the salami from the package. Overall, not good quality, which I expect in a restaurant. The service was very friendly and also offered a drink on the house. Unfortunately the toilets weren't very clean either, overall I wouldn't go here again.

A great restaurant, we arrived shortly before closing time and were still fully looked after and were still able to order food from the entire menu. We then just decided on something small and we wouldn't be disappointed. The ambience is simply great as is the service. The next time we are in Hamburg we will go again, only this time a little earlier.

Wir fanden ein sehr volles Restaurant vor. Die Tische standen einfach zu eng beieinander. Daran erkennt man, dass hier an erster Stelle nicht eine gute Atmosphäre, sondern die Einnahmen wichtig sind. Das Personal war schnell und nett. Das Essen kam auch super schnell. Deshalb konnte es nicht frisch gekocht sein. Meine Lasagne war ein wenig angebrannt, hat aber geschmeckt. Die Pizza schmeckte nach nichts. Das Restaurant müsste mal neu renoviert und gestrichen werden sowie die Spinnweben entfernt!

The food was very good. We had everything from pizza to pasta to seafood, including vegan, and we were all thrilled. Unfortunately, the music was very loud and one of our group was sitting almost in the aisle, so she kept sliding to the side, hence the star deduction.

Cozy, small shop with very nice service BUT pizza was mediocre at best and completely overpriced! 17.90 for a salami and 11.90 for a quarter liter of white wine...phew

A really nice insider tip! The service was great. The waiters were very friendly and you only had to wait a short time for the food. The lasagne was smaller in relation to the pizza, but it was completely sufficient and very tasty. The pizza is equally delicious. This was my second time in the sweet, romantic and small classic restaurant 😍 I wasn't disappointed both times. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, classic, shabby chic, very romantic with candles on the table. Last year I ate pasta which was great, this year I decided on Pizza Mozzarella, what can I say, great 🤩🤤 the dough is so fine, just perfect. I can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant and will definitely come back 🥰🌸

It's quite narrow in the restaurant and there are steps. The food was very tasty and the service was very friendly. The other guests were also nice to each other. It feels family-like. I felt very comfortable. The children were also treated kindly.

Despite making a reservation and waiting 40 minutes, there were others ahead of us. When we asked and asked for an honest assessment of how long it would take, I was insulted because I made a reservation at short notice (3 days in advance) and had to wait longer anyway. Since we weren't the only ones there who waited for so long (there were others waiting before us), you can assume that the motto here is "the main thing is to maximize profit". Especially since we were told something about a 5 minute wait when we arrived, which couldn't be surpassed in terms of audacity... We then went somewhere else to eat.

The first and last time there. Eat like in a snack bar! The shrimp was dry and the spaghetti was way too thick! However, it was easy to swallow (due to too much olive oil)! Taste wise a 3-4 The pepperoni pizza was full of fat. My wife had a piece of well-done "beef" (should be steak medium) with vegetables. Over 100 euros for three people? The service was fine.

Restaurant honors reservations Communication is difficult due to the noisy atmosphere

Unfortunately the reservation was not honored. I was treated very unkindly. I definitely do NOT recommend this store. Unfortunately, the evening was very disrupted by this. I would prefer to give 0 stars because in my opinion this store doesn't deserve it.

A very good, cozy and above all very tasty Italian! The ambience is cozy, although the seating could be comfortable (but that's a high level of complaint and no reason not to eat there). The food is very tasty and the service is courteous. However, it is important to make a reservation here as the store is very busy and works a lot with reservations. But otherwise 5 out of 5 stars. Always my pleasure!

We ate in the restaurant with friends. I had Lasagne and my Daughter ate spaghetti Bolognase. Both of the portions were decent in size with quite a bit of meat as well as pasta. The red wine also complimented the food nicely, and the setting was pretty cool. Highly recommended.

I found everything that makes a good pizzeria. The food was very good, the service was extremely courteous. Price/performance is also right. However, if I had gone to the sanitary facilities first, I would have left the pizzeria again. “Prompted” renovation and extremely dirty. Very, very unfortunate.

We were very disappointed! The base of my pizza was wafer-thin and, of course, just soggy due to the toppings. Unfortunately I was only able to eat half of the pizza. My husband was served the wrong pasta dish. Both dishes lacked seasoning.

Wir hatten eine Reservierung für 6 Personen! Wir waren 15 Minuten zu früh da und der Kellner bot uns einen Wartetisch an. Wir wollten dann lieber noch kurz raus und sagten Bescheid, dass wir gleich wieder da sind.Der Kellner vergab den Wartetisch dann anderweitig! Einfach restlos schlecht!! Wir waren dann im Alex, war sehr lecker und die Kellner super aufmerksam!!

Comfortable Italian r estaurant close to Landungsbrücken but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle. Since we visited on a warm sunny day the small tables outside were perfect for lunch. Good spot for a pizza stop whilst sightseeing. Pizza and pasta was good. Pizza crust could be a little crispier. All in all defentily worth a visit when you are in the area and looking for Italian food.
