Restaurant Shamyana in Bielefeld

I ordered two 28 cm pizzas, but I only received pizzas with a diameter of about 24.5 cm. Furthermore, the crust was extremely thin—more like a wrap than a regular pizza. This neither matches what I ordered nor what I normally expect from a pizza.

The pizza was okay, not bad, but nothing exceptional either. The stated delivery time of 20 minutes ended up taking an hour.

I ordered a 32cm pizza and got 28.4.

Oh dear, difficult. Large order, 19 dishes. Positive: Driver was friendly and helpful. The pizza and calzone were borderline. Very large crust (2-3 cm all around) with no filling, just dough. The size isn't really that big, actually quite small. It was sufficient for me, but I get full quickly. My son would have needed two or three portions. The taste was average at best. They could have done a better job advertising it, but I'm afraid it was quite the opposite. Sorry, no recommendation.

Very tasty pizza and pasta dishes. I've ordered from there several times now and have never been disappointed. Very good.😋

I waited 45 minutes for a cheeseburger that was served without cheese and fries with cheese on top. I asked the driver why it took so long. He seriously said it was very busy and was trying to pull a fast one on a Wednesday evening at 11:45 p.m. in Sennestatadt *very busy*. Also the food was very inedible. The burger patty wasn't party but pressed frozen meat. I should have ordered McDonald's. First of all, you can get a cheeseburger with cheese for less and it's tastier.

So my food wasn't left in front of the door, but I kept the money, thank you

They didn't mention on the phone that you can't pay by card. Then you have to go to the bank for cash, pay with a €50 note, and are told that you don't have any change and should please drive off again to cut the note into smaller pieces so you can pay with the correct amount. The pizza, of course, has gotten cold and hard in the meantime.

Unprofessional and unfriendly I tried to order from this restaurant by phone, but discovered that the prices on the phone were suddenly €5 more expensive than on Lieferando. When I politely inquired, I was told that my order would not be accepted. I've never experienced such disrespectful behavior! Customer service seems to be a foreign concept here. Very disappointing; I will definitely not order from here again.

I ordered through Lieferando and paid directly via PayPal. However, it was never delivered. No information from the restaurant, no contact. I also tried to clarify the matter through Lieferando, as the store here doesn't agree to a refund. A total rip-off!

Where is my delivery??? Me and my friends wanted to order pizza on a Wednesday evening. After 16 minutes the delivery person calls us to ask if we had even ordered. And that's not all, the promised delivery time of 20-30 minutes has now increased to an hour. After this extended delivery time, we thought we would give them a call. During this conversation we asked where our pizzas were. The delivery person then said he needed another 15 minutes and then asked where we lived again. After the extended delivery time of 15 minutes (which was then 30 minutes again) the time had come. A small silver speedster comes flying into the play street at 100 km/h. The pizza? Ice cold. Taste ? Really not good. Recommendation ? It's a foreign word here. It could just as easily have been a bad frozen pizza from good and cheap. Ps: 4 pieces were missing from a pizza, but we can imagine where the missing pieces were...

I had a pizza delivered that evening. The store called me about 20 minutes after I placed my order to make sure I had actually ordered something. After several inquiries from me regarding the arrival time, the pizza was delivered about 90 minutes late. Unfortunately, the incompetent driver had hit the neighborhood cat and severely injured it. Fortunately, I was able to stabilize the cat with first aid until the emergency services arrived. I was not reimbursed for the travel costs, and the elderly lady was only assured that they would meet him at the store. Then came the next shock. The pizza was cold and soggy. Not recommended for the hefty price of 10 euros. The cat is now flatter than the pizza, never again!!! (P.S. The MOT had expired)

I ordered pizza margarita. Taste is always debatable. But it's ok

Simply inedible - the lamb curry was so salty I couldn't eat it and the fries were only half cooked. The portion sizes (if you could eat the food at all) only fill you up when you're not actually hungry. We have ordered here once and never again

We ordered via Lieferando. The chicken massala was inedible and totally over salted. After a whole cup of crème fraiche, this was able to temper the salty taste a little, but it was still too salty. Fries were also oversalted and limp. The noodles were tasty, but not over-baked as stated. Price/performance ratio is cheeky. Small portions. For 6 mozzarella sticks, 6 euros.

I picked up my order on site, was there anyone in there? It's a disaster, I was about to inform the health department... the drink cans are stored next to the toilet (now you know why the cans smell so bad), you can't sit there or wait properly in the store because it's sometimes really bad there It smells burnt and is so foggy that I had to go out because of a cough, the windows are greasy... Apparently hygiene doesn't matter when preparing it, so when we saw it, it was our last order. Before, when we had it delivered, it was always the case that something was missing and people were unreasonable, shamyana, you have lost a "regular customer", I actually celebrated the shop because of the Indian dishes, but you even make them so spicy that nothing works without yoghurt

Honestly 0 stars for this store neither the food nor the servoce. We ordered there and it tasted really strange, we called and let them know. Shortly afterwards there was an argument with the driver because he didn't want to believe us that the food wasn't tasty, despite trying the pizza he continued to deny it just to not show any goodwill must. In the end he ripped out a slice of pizza with his bare hand and took it with him. Really a disgrace. Order: 29€

Haben dort bestellt und es hat wirklich komisch geschmeckt haben angerufen und denen Bescheid gegeben kurz darauf gab es Streit mit dem Fahrer weil er uns nicht glauben wollte dass das Essen nicht schmeckt , trotz probieren der Pizza hat er es weiterhin verneint nur um keine Kulanz zeigen zu müssen. Am Ende hat er mit bloßer Hand ein pizzastück rausgerissen und mitgenommen. Wirklich eine Frechheit. Bestellung: 29€

Gerade eben Familien Pizza bestellt der Thunfisch hat nach Sardellen geschmeckt und wir haben angerufen und den Vorfall geschildert. Die sind hierhin gekommen und haben erzählt von ein auf den das schmeckt normal. Wir haben nie irgendwelche Probleme gehabt aber das ging zu weit es wurde einfach aufgelegt und der Mitarbeiter der hier war hat angefangen zu diskutieren. 30€ für nichts

Super nettes Personal bei fairen Preisen. Perfekt gelegen in der Mitte von Sennestadt. Das Essen ist wirklich gut, auch wenn man mal Lust hat auf Indische/ Pakistanische Küche. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Zum Abholen wurde Bestellt : 1 mal Große Pizza hollandaise 1 Portion Pommes 1 gemischten Salat 1 Cola Angekommen im „Lokal“, sieht es schon sehr unhygienisch aus, es riecht so seltsam, dass einem trotz Hunger der Appetit vergeht. Gegen dem Personal, kann ich nix negatives berichten, eher positiv eigentlich, da ich höflich empfangen wurde. Jedoch überwiegt der Mangel an Qualität des Essens über dem Personal. Die Größe der Pizza, kann man nicht wirklich als „Groß“ betiteln. Den sie war einfach nur durchschnittlich klein. Die Souce schmeckte ohne Geschmack und super trocken leider zugleich. Die Pommes wurde nicht durch frittiert und schmeckte größtenteils sehr labberig und kalt (trotz ABHOLUNG)! Der Salat war ganz okay im Gegensatz zu den anderen Sachen, aber auch nicht wirklich derartig lecker… Meine Erfahrung bezüglich dem Essen aus dem Lokal, welches vom optischischem auch sehr unhygienischen empfunden wird, lohnt sich die Menge an Geld, bei so unappetitlichem Essen nicht.. Ich war das erste und letzte Mal dort essen und kann es ehrlicherweise auch nicht weiter empfehlen. Hinzu muss auch in Betracht gezogen werden, dass ich die Preise unverschämt teuer finde, für ein Essen, was nicht mal geschmeckt hat. Ich hoffe das Lokal, nimmt diese Kritik an und arbeitet mehr an der Qualität des Essens, denn dies soll kein Angriff sein. Viele Grüße

Schnelle Lieferung und die Pizzen schmecken fantastisch. Mit gutem Gewissen empfehle ich das Restaurant weiter.

Also einer der besten Pizzen aus die aus einer pakistanischen Küche kommt. Ich sage so die 5 Sterne haben die verdient für denn Geschmack des Essens und die höfflichkeit und denn Service. Sind sehr nett und cool drauf. Vielen Dank uns hat es geschmeckt!!!

Habe 20euro zu wenig zurück bekommen und es nicht bemerkt schade essen eig echt lecker dafür 2 sterne werde anrufen und nach ersatz fragen

Die Lieferung hat leider fast 1½ Stunden gedauert, die Pizza war wirklich gut. Teig, Belag, Temperatur, alles top! Aber in meinem Auflauf habe ich 2 Haare gefunden. Ich habe angerufen um auf den Missstand aufmerksam zu machen, ohne ein neues Gericht zu verlangen oder der Gleichen, einfach damit vielleicht beim nächsten Mal mehr darauf geachtet wird. Der Herr am Telefon hat mich unhöflich abgewimmelt und meinte ich solle doch morgen nochmal anrufen. Alles in allem eher mittelprächtig. 👎🏼

Das Essen war echt köstlich! Es war Super lecker und kam bei mir ungefähr nach 20 min an und war noch heiß kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!

Das Essen ist soweit Lecker,und die Pizza ist soweit ok,bloß an die Zubereitung der Pizza müsst noch gearbeitete werden ,da wir des öfteren da Bestellen und die Pizza immer schwarz war an manchen Stellen.

pizza schmeckt halt einfach nach curry und der schinken nach salami ich rate DRINGEND vom kauf ab ich bin besoffen und ich kanns nichmal essen 🤢🤢

Super Essen. Also ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen gar nicht nachvollziehen. 1A der Laden und man bekommt keine Magenschmerzen und wird satt. Das Essen war Qualitativ hochwertig und das Lokal elitär. Auch das Personal war super freundlich. Immer wieder gerne.

Toller Lieferdienst, Essen (v.a. das indische) ist super, immer wieder gerne.
