I now have to revise my review. I ordered from them for a long time and it was always good, but unfortunately, the service has deteriorated so drastically. Orders are cold, incomplete, or faulty. Back then, it wasn't a problem to call them; now they just tell you to contact customer service.

Thank you very much, I am very satisfied and will come by more often after work. Burger King and the employees are number 1!!!

This is one of the restaurants with a nicer atmosphere. It was very quiet and clean when I arrived, so I have nothing negative to report. The food arrived quickly and was hot. The staff member was very friendly. Overall, it made a very good impression. Two pictures are attached.

Very friendly service. The Indian lady was very attentive; I immediately felt welcome. The kebab-style fries box wasn't to my taste, unfortunately. But the burgers were very good, and the fries were fresh and delicious.

At Würger-King Eckendorfer Str. it's like diagonally opposite: slightly dingy atmosphere, overpriced, unenthusiastic staff, you're finished quickly and afterwards you might catch something.

Drive in is no longer worth it, we've been waiting for 30 minutes now. People who came after us were served before us. They also demand that you drive to God knows where and then they lose track. Better go somewhere else.

Burger Kings Long Texas BBQ ist auch als Flip Flop gut verwendbar. Das Essen selbst ist lecker, aber es ist Und bleibt nunmal Fast Food.

I went out for dinner on Wednesday and everything was fine.

This was our first time here, as we're not from the area, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated, it's not crowded, and the atmosphere is lovely. The service is friendly and attentive. Even the restrooms are clean, well-maintained, and smell nice – which, unfortunately, isn't always the case these days. Overall, a truly wonderful visit. We would love to come back!

Disrespectful As a guest, an employee calls you a "victim" because your mask isn't sitting directly under your eyes. It's okay to be pointed out, and you can even overdo it (surveillance videos show that the mask was correctly positioned over your nose), but insulting others is definitely not acceptable. This is still a restaurant, not Frankfurt Central Station. When asked for the name of the employee in question, she became completely silent and preferred to hide behind her colleagues. One star goes to the nice employee who at least apologized, even though they had nothing to do with the situation. Hopefully, a supervisor sees this, because you'd better do without such staff if you value customer friendliness.
