Update December 3rd, 2021: Today I had to wait a long time again around 2 p.m., even though there was hardly anything going on. Understaffed? Well, ordered the most expensive burger (really by far the most expensive from the special menu). No joke, burger definitely tasted like cigarette ash! Strong! My fingers also smelled of smoke after eating, cigarette smoke, not the usual, perhaps intentionally created grilled taste! Another person was able to confirm the smell of cigarettes on his fingers. I am a complete non-smoker. At the moment I'm feeling sick and have a headache. I haven't experienced it here yet. Detmolder Street, Bielefeld. December 3rd, afternoon. I think that's just not possible. Disgusting, sorry. Rating old until around October 2021: Mostly very friendly staff, food well prepared and tasty. Unfortunately, the staff often seems a bit overwhelmed, or it takes a long time and you almost always have to pull over to the side of the road so that the food can be handed over later. This is despite the fact that the branch is usually not particularly busy. Nevertheless, we still go here again and again, also because of the much friendlier staff than our competitors. Definitely worth recommending, I think BK has done a good job.

Incompetent employees who are of the opinion that there is no trash can for the diapers in a DISABLED toilet with a changing room. The shift leader's answer is that they can only take the trash outside and when asked why there is no trash can there, their answer: It is not productive to have one there to put up. With a disabled child you are probably not welcome here and looks alone were enough. Cleaning up empathyless employees also looks different, but that doesn't seem to be important to Burger King.

I'm actually here often. Unfortunately, the drive-in concept needs improvement to say the least. I was there on August 15th. There in the evening and it was pretty crowded. The order is not paid at the first counter, but at the second counter. Then you have to drive to the side because there is no more room for the cars and you have already almost completely moved forward. But that evening everything was full and customers were jammed on the side of the drive-in lane and in half of the parking lot. The employees are of course overwhelmed by this confusing situation. Can't blame you. My suggestion would be to accept payment at the first counter and possibly move it further forward. Then the customer cars will be piled up in the drive-in lane and next to it and not in the entire parking lot as is currently the case. The ambience is like usual at Burger King. Everything was fine with the food and ambience.

Unfortunately there's hardly anything going on here anymore. We really enjoyed the food. And it didn't come back up either. What more could you want?

Unusual in the "burger scene" but today in Bielefeld/Detmolderstrasse it was particularly noticeable that the staff in the branch were particularly friendly and accommodating -> and all the burgers were absolutely perfect. All tables were noticeably clean AND the toilets were in tip-top condition. Keep it up! This is how you enjoy going out to eat and it invites you to linger.

A very accommodating manager. We broke down in the car and had to spend 3.5 hours in the Burger King. After about 2 hours I went back to the checkout to order a small Coke. The manager noticed that we were still sitting here at Burger King. After a short explanation as to why that was the case, I paid for a small Cole and, out of kindness, received a large Coke. A small guest that makes a big difference in this case. Thanks again!

It used to be friendly, unfortunately not anymore. Burgers with both beef and poultry were just lukewarm. It was really a shame to stop here every now and then. I'll now take a different exit in the hope that the burgers are hot 🔥 as I'm used to from Burger King.

Die Öffnungszeiten passen nicht. Waren nach einem Konzert Besuch an einem Freitag um exakt 1:18 Uhr (Google Maps) im Drive in, offizieller Ladenschluss 2:00 Uhr. Nach 5 Minuten warten am Schalter wurde einfach das Licht ausgemacht. Schade, dass man nicht wenigstens mal mit den Wartenden gesprochen hat, das hätte evtl. noch für Verständnis gesorgt. So war es einfach nur ein Mittelfinger ins Gesicht...

Ich bin Freitag abend mit meine familie in dieser restaurant. Die terminals wären besitzt . Wir hatten keine Zeit nach frage wollte ich an der klasse bestellen sehr nette vorarbeiter echt vorbdlich hat uns bedinnt. Essen war lecker und warum saubere laden. Ich wird immer gerne hier kommen. Und wieher emphelen.

Ach, es geht bergab. Die Pommes heute waren schon wieder kalt. Die letzten beiden Male ebenso. Heute habe ich darauf verzichtet, es zu sagen, denn das Mal davor hatte man vergessen uns die frischen zu bringen. Das Ambiente wirkt inzwischen abgerockt. Polster sind defekt, die Freestyle Automaten gammeln mit Absperrband versehen rum. Heute war aber mal die Toilette sauber und die Bedienung war beim Abholen recht nett. Am Tresen kann man ja auch nicht mehr bestellen und die beiden Terminals sind eigentlich zu wenig. In der App steh, dass man mobile bestellen kann. Allerdings klappt das wohl nur bei den Kollegen etwas weiter mit dem M - hier verzweifelt man.

Dieses Restaurant ist in der Tat, recht in Ordnung. Es ist innen halbwegs sauber und das Essen kommt zügig. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und nettes Ambiente.

Waren nach langer Zeit mal wieder dort und es hat einfach nicht geschmeckt. Die Nuggets waren total dunkel vom alten Fett und die Pommes viel zu salzig. Ich und meine Partnerin haben beide Bauchschmerzen bekommen Da gehen wir lieber zur Konkurrenz, wenn es mal schnell gehen muss

Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung, nicht hilfsbereit Wir haben kein Salz bekommen , theoretisch hatten die keine mehr. Und es war extrem Kalt da drin. Gehe nie wieder dahin.

Unpünktlichkeit wird groß geschrieben. Habe zwei Stunden vorher bestellt, damit das Essen um 17 Uhr da ist. War es natürlich nicht. Auch nicht zum ersten mal. Vertröstet wird man mit einer gratis Pommes. Danke dafür.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, essen war sehr gut wie gewohnt. Frisch und warm. Das Ambiente war top selbst die sanitären Anlagen waren sehr sauber was man sonst eigentlich nicht so von anderen Locations kennt. selbst beim Kauf wurde man hingewiesen wie man seine Auswahl günstiger optimieren könnte. Einfach nur top. Hier wird nicht nur versucht Geld zu machen.

Mehrfach von dort Bestellt und dort auch gegessen. Burger bisher immer Top. Pommes heiß und knackig. Lieferungen immer sehr pünklich gewesen alles vollzählig und heiß. Ambiente nur 4 Sterne letzten beiden male vor Ort war es nicht ganz so sauber. Kurz und knapp im Gegensatz zu anderen Filialen schließt dieser hier mit Abstand am besten ab. Macht weiter so.
