Update August 2025: Nothing has changed. Another Sunday around 1:00 p.m. and only one customer behind me when ordering. On top of that, they have delivery service and a drive-thru, but not much... And I had to wait another 10 minutes for a standard burger and a tortilla. The problem is still the staff's competence, or rather, it looks like they do it as a hobby and are more relaxed and comfortable on Sundays. And they don't serve customers one after the other, but rather in priority: delivery service, drive-thru, nothing for a long time, and then the customers in the store. This was my last visit to this branch forever... Honestly, this branch is so slow and, well, not blessed with very competent employees! The term "fast food" is an insult!! When you have to wait over 10 minutes for two burgers on a Sunday, even though there are only two customers in front of you and it's not much else going on!!! That's what I call a bad profession!! At McDonald's it's 5 times fuller but, strangely enough, much faster....
