I ordered today at 11:30 a.m. via Lieferando. The estimated delivery time was 12:15 p.m. – perfectly within the expected timeframe. But the food didn't arrive until 2:00 p.m. That's a two-and-a-half-hour wait – without any information, no apology, no indication of a delay. At 12:40 p.m., I called the restaurant to politely inquire about the order. What followed was a customer service experience unlike any I've ever experienced – in a negative sense. The employee on the phone was extremely unfriendly, rude, and annoyed, and at no point did she give me the feeling that my concerns were being taken seriously. Instead of understanding, I only received sentences like: "We have no influence over this." "It's Lieferando's fault, not ours." "I can't tell you." No effort, no solution, no explanation – instead, I was suddenly told that the order had just come in – via Uber Eats. I clearly ordered through Lieferando. When I pointed this out, I was contradicted in a condescending tone – and the conversation drifted into excuses and complete disorganization. Here's the thing: When a company partners with platforms like Lieferando or Uber Eats, it also bears responsibility for these processes. Avoiding responsibility when problems arise is not only unfriendly to customers, it's damaging to business. The employee seemed neither competent nor service-oriented – on the contrary: her manner was so disrespectful and dismissive that, as a paying customer, I felt like I was being treated like a nuisance. A simple "I'm sorry, I'll take care of it" would have been enough – instead, I was fobbed off with a mixture of disinterest, excuses, and annoyance. Conclusion: • Food arrived after 2.5 hours • No update or notice • No apology • An employee who neither feels responsible nor behaves professionally • Customer service is nonexistent I advise anyone considering ordering here: Don't. Anyone who calls here with a problem will be ignored at best – and treated condescendingly at worst. For me, today was not only the last order from this location – but a reason to avoid Burger King altogether. Customer loyalty is built through interaction – not advertising. And here, it was completely lost.

I recently had the pleasure of eating at Burger King, and I have to say it was a truly great experience. The food was fresh and delicious, just as you'd expect from Burger King. I was particularly impressed by the service – the staff were very friendly and accommodating. A special thanks goes to All, who, in my opinion, is definitely the best employee! He went out of his way to make my visit a pleasant experience, and his friendly demeanor made all the difference. It's nice to see how dedicated and welcoming the team at Burger King is. Overall, I would recommend Burger King to anyone who wants a quick, delicious burger. I'll definitely be back!

Apologized and, annoyed, put the whole thing in the bag. I pointed out to him that the salad and dressing were missing. You can't concentrate when you're serving customers at the front and at the same time have the drive-in at your fingertips and taking orders. UNFORTUNATELY we took a quick look into the bag to check. When we got home, we noticed that the crispy burger was missing. Unfortunately, something is always missing from the order at Burger King. Conclusion: For me this is now an end. As a customer, you will not get your money back if there was a milkshake on the display and it is not available when you prepare it. Instead they just sell you a cola. Afterwards the staff smile at you and talk about it in the kitchen, very professionally.

Incompetent employees who are of the opinion that there is no trash can for the diapers in a DISABLED toilet with a changing room. The shift leader's answer is that they can only take the trash outside and when asked why there is no trash can there, their answer: It is not productive to have one there to put up. With a disabled child you are probably not welcome here and looks alone were enough. Cleaning up empathyless employees also looks different, but that doesn't seem to be important to Burger King.

I'm actually here often. Unfortunately, the drive-in concept needs improvement to say the least. I was there on August 15th. There in the evening and it was pretty crowded. The order is not paid at the first counter, but at the second counter. Then you have to drive to the side because there is no more room for the cars and you have already almost completely moved forward. But that evening everything was full and customers were jammed on the side of the drive-in lane and in half of the parking lot. The employees are of course overwhelmed by this confusing situation. Can't blame you. My suggestion would be to accept payment at the first counter and possibly move it further forward. Then the customer cars will be piled up in the drive-in lane and next to it and not in the entire parking lot as is currently the case. The ambience is like usual at Burger King. Everything was fine with the food and ambience.

Unusual in the "burger scene" but today in Bielefeld/Detmolderstrasse it was particularly noticeable that the staff in the branch were particularly friendly and accommodating -> and all the burgers were absolutely perfect. All tables were noticeably clean AND the toilets were in tip-top condition. Keep it up! This is how you enjoy going out to eat and it invites you to linger.
