There's a wide selection of dishes, but of course, the main attraction is schnitzel in all its variations. The portions are very large and very tasty. A reservation is probably necessary in the evening.

Every year we meet with the children and granddaughter at Schnitzler's for Christmas dinner. Here are the reasons why we'll continue to do so: delicious food, fast and friendly service, age-appropriate portions upon request 😉, and a pleasant atmosphere.

It's okay. The schnitzels are okay. The side dishes could be better. This is especially true for the fried potatoes, which could be improved, and the fries could also be better. The service is okay. The drinks are okay too. Although one thing always annoys me. They have a so-called "schnitzel of the month" that's only available during that month. When I ask if I could get it any other time, the answer is always: "No, only during that month." That's a real shame. It's basically just a different sauce, nothing more. And in my opinion, there are too few toilets for the size of the restaurant.

In my opinion, Schnitzler's best days are over. After about five years, I recently visited again. The "Venice" schnitzel was very dry and partially burnt. It was supposed to be "gratinated with mozzarella"—which turned out to be one or two slices of melted cheese on a rather large schnitzel, along with three tomato slices. There was no sauce, ketchup, or mayo included with the fries or any other food—you had to order and pay for that separately. It was unacceptable. I'll wait a few years before my next visit. Sorry.

A server who can't tell a pilsner from a shandy. A microwave is the best cook. The Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) is a tasteless slop made with cheese that's clearly never seen the Allgäu region and is completely flavorless. All this for 16 euros! You can go there, but you don't have to. This place isn't known for quality.

We had a reservation for a small group at the restaurant, unfortunately with a two-hour time slot. Not a big deal in itself, except we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. This made for a far from relaxed dining atmosphere, dessert or coffee as a second helping wasn't possible, and to top it all off, after paying our bill, we were immediately asked to vacate our table for the next group to "rearrange" their table. It felt like we were being kicked out. In short: If you want a relaxed meal, you should definitely find another restaurant! Date of visit: December 2025

Delicious for all tastes, I had a wonderful celery schnitzel.

The service was friendly and attentive. The food was more like wholesale fare, not recommended. We won't be back.

Unfortunately, my visit to Schnitzler was a disappointment! I ordered and received chicken schnitzel with paprika and onion sauce, sambal oelek, and croquettes. The paprika and onion sauce was, sadly, the worst I've ever had. It was very runny, practically tasteless, and the paprika was completely mushy. The sambal oelek hadn't even been stirred beforehand—after stirring it at my table, I realized how much sambal oelek had been poured in...it was far too spicy! The schnitzel, if you can even call it that, was just a breaded chicken breast and consequently very thick. They could definitely do better...slicing and pounding it thin is just as easy as with pork. The breading was also very greasy! The croquettes were unremarkable frozen goods that I could have at home. It's a shame, because I had expected much more. The service was pleasant and friendly. The wait of over an hour was not worth it, as I was not convinced by the taste and will not be going back for the time being.

The food is okay. But being kicked out after two hours, especially after waiting 90 minutes just for the food, is outrageous. The table behind us, with ten more people, ordered later and got their food sooner! That's completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend it. If you can't handle the service, don't go there!

On October 1, 2025, I made a reservation for 15 people for December 10, 2025 – for an important business lunch. The day before the event, I was informed that no reservation existed. This is not only disappointing, but a massive organizational error that caused us considerable problems. With a large group and a business event, reliability is the bare minimum one can expect. This negligence forced us to reschedule at the last minute, which meant additional stress and expense. To me, this is a clear sign of a lack of professionalism and customer focus. I strongly advise anyone who relies on reliable planning to avoid this restaurant, especially for business or larger events.

I usually refrain from writing reviews, but this time I have no choice. We spontaneously decided to eat here. The atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly. The drinks arrived promptly. The food we ordered also arrived quickly, which I found very disappointing. We ordered the Jäger Schnitzel and the Milanese Schnitzel, which were served after only about 5 to 10 minutes – definitely too fast for freshly prepared food! The schnitzels were clearly deep-fried, the fried potatoes with the Jäger Schnitzel were microwaved or something similar, and the pasta with the Milanese Schnitzel had certainly been frozen and just reheated; at least, it was rather mushy and definitely not freshly prepared. We won't be coming back here. While the portions are huge for the price, the taste is simply not worth recommending. For almost €20, you can expect the food to be freshly prepared and not just reheated. This restaurant is only recommended for those who don't care about fresh preparation and taste.

The food wasn't great taste-wise... The schnitzel had way too much breading, so you couldn't taste the actual schnitzel at all... The croquettes were very dry. My baked potato was good, but the herbed quark that came with it was quite bland! What a shame! On the other hand, our waitress was very friendly and pleasant 😊

Hmm… disappointing, unfortunately. It wasn't cozy down in the vaulted cellar. The food, along with the red cabbage, was swimming in sauce. We found the next room much more pleasant.

We were 3 persons, one had the schnitzel with egg on top, the egg was burned. The other one had the Goulash with dumplings and the dumplings (Knödel) were raw and the meat was way to light so we didn’t even eat it at all. I had the schnitzel with noodles. The noddles were almost cold and schnitzel was burned underneath. It was very loud and when we told the staff about the food they just nodded and apologized but didn’t care. Just went on with they’re day and I’m sorry but for the price of the food that’s just sad.

The food was good, however, despite four clear requests, we were ultimately left waiting 40 minutes to pay. Simply unacceptable and unfriendly.

Huge portions! The schnitzel is delicious. The selection seems endless, but in the end, it's all just the same thing with a different side dish. Service and drinks were very quick. But it just feels like a (food) processing operation. We had a Christmas party in the cellar, which was very loud. We had a reservation from 5 pm to 7 pm. At 6:25 pm, we had to order our last round of drinks 😏. It's in a good central location. We'd gladly go again. Pre-ordering is definitely necessary/recommended as it's very popular.

Very disappointing, the man at the counter is not someone who should be employed in customer service...

We were a small group at Schnitzler. The reservation went smoothly. The service was friendly and attentive. I had chicken schnitzel Hawaii with croquettes. It was tasty, but very uninspired in its presentation; a small salad would have been a welcome addition to the huge plate, and at almost €20, it was very overpriced. I won't be eating there again.

We went there for a meal with the kids. We reserved a day in advance, which was definitely a good thing 😅 The service was incredibly friendly and very attentive. The portions were more than generous. Everyone was satisfied, and we'll definitely be back.

Despite calling and being told "Yes, we have space available," we were greeted rudely with "No one called, that can't be right." The call was at 3:01 PM and the reservation was for 4:30 PM.

The food (schnitzel) was delicious. The portions were very large, so even those with a hearty appetite would be satisfied. The atmosphere was modern and cozy. The location right next to Erfurt Cathedral is also fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.

We had a group reservation and were exceptionally well looked after throughout our stay; the food was excellent and the service was perfect.

After a somewhat lengthy wait outside, I was unexpectedly asked if I really wanted to order food or drinks – even though I was already seated at a table. After that, the service was fine. The food arrived extremely quickly (which immediately made me wonder if it was actually freshly prepared). The schnitzel: The meat quality was good, but overall it was swimming in grease. Perhaps it's a matter of taste, but for me it was far too heavy. It was noticeable that the breadcrumbs tasted strongly of cooking oil – and hardly at all of meat. The fried potatoes were a complete disaster. Everything that can go wrong with potatoes was done here. I'm convinced they were vacuum-packed, ready-made potatoes from Metro or Selgros that had been reheated at least two or three times before even reaching my plate. I've managed restaurants for several years – and this is exactly what potatoes taste like when they've been sitting on a buffet in a chafing dish for too long. A real disappointment. At €15.50 for a schnitzel, the price was perfectly reasonable. But in my view, this is not what one would call freshly cooked, high-quality, simple food.

We had a reservation and were given a table for two in the aisle outside the kitchen. Upon entering the dining room, we were greeted by a server who showed absolutely no smile and no interest whatsoever. We hadn't been there in a long time and won't be returning anytime soon.

The service was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was lovely, both inside and out. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the food. The schnitzel was extremely tough and almost impossible to bite into, and the fried potatoes weren't fried potatoes at all – they were just lying next to the pan. The spinach was like something you'd get in a school cafeteria. The salad dressing was watered down.

(But if there are any leftovers, you can take them with you.) However, you should make a reservation if you're coming with a larger group. I'll definitely be back! 👍

I can say from my own experience that the staff was very friendly 😊 The waitress yesterday at lunchtime was very relaxed and friendly, and the young man could learn a thing or two from her about being a bit more laid-back. Just about okay, but far from delicious food!

The food was beyond awful. It was all pre-made junk food – there's no other way to describe it. We ordered a surprise platter with different types of meat, prepared in various ways. The portions were more than enough – but that's no good if the food tastes awful. The sauces were all pre-made and reheated, too. And for that price, I have to say – never again! More than disappointed.

Well, making a reservation by phone here is quite an experience. You get the impression that it's not really welcome; the young man not only sounded annoyed but was also unfriendly. Booking via email, however, went smoothly and was friendly after a bit of back and forth. 👍🏻 Saturday evening, it was very, very loud—definitely not the place for a nice evening for two. We couldn't hear ourselves think. But that's just a side note; it's always subjective, after all. Dogs are allowed in the restaurant, which wouldn't have bothered us, but the fact that they're allowed to roam freely did bother us (there were at least two dogs in the place during our visit). We're deducting one star for that. Our server (a first-year apprentice) was polite, friendly, and very attentive—fantastic! Our complaint was also resolved quickly and courteously 👍🏻 The food: the schnitzels (one veal and one pork) were excellent, cooked to perfection, tender, and had a light, not-too-thick breading – truly fantastic 👍🏻 Unfortunately, the rest (one Spätzle and one fried potatoes with cauliflower) was a complete disaster. It was neither seasoned nor tender, the cauliflower was mushy and completely overcooked, and the fried potatoes were nothing like fried potatoes. The onion was burnt, and the potatoes were far too crispy. The presentation was also poor; you could still see the grease on the edge of the plate, and the already overcooked cauliflower fell apart under the hollandaise sauce. We're deducting a second star for this. It's a shame; we expected more and won't be coming back. While the price is reasonable (the ingredients are expensive), the quality of the preparation and presentation simply doesn't match.

We were a group of seven for dinner at Schnitzler. The reservation went smoothly, and we were seated in the basement, which was quieter and more pleasant than the upstairs dining area. We received a warm welcome, and the service was both friendly and efficient. The menu is quite concise, and there's definitely something for everyone. A truly vast selection! Our drinks arrived quickly, and despite the restaurant being busy, our food also came out fairly fast after we ordered. The portions were more than generous; everyone was completely satisfied. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star. The steak au four was quite dry, and the fried potatoes could have used more browning. Overall, though, it was a lovely and enjoyable evening that we would gladly repeat.

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed; it used to be much better... the quality has declined. The chairs in the basement are uncomfortable and the tables are too small.

Clean and very tidy, just as you would expect everywhere.

It was our first and last visit. Perhaps it's acceptable if you can't cook, but otherwise, the food is quite uninspired and unimaginative. We ordered cordon bleu with croquettes and creamed vegetables. Unfortunately, the creamed vegetables were just a thin, white broth with peas and mushrooms, without any salt. The server noticed this, but unfortunately, she had no solution. It's a shame, as it doesn't exactly speak well of the team. The second dish was just spaetzle with onion sauce and schnitzel. I would have preferred to mix the spaetzle with the sauce; everything was separate and therefore dry.

It tasted good. Very large portions, actually too large. On Saturday at lunchtime, when we were there, it was very loud and hectic in the restaurant.

A very tasty restaurant, and if you're in the old town and fancy a nice schnitzel, this is the place to go.

Very friendly service, and the roulades were delicious. We happened to be there by chance, and even though our table was reserved for later, we were able to sit down and eat in peace.

A group of 10 visited here and we were lucky to get a table for that number. Staff friendly and helpful. We were there to try the different styles of Wiener Schnitzel and be warned the portions are high. Only one person ate theirs completely but they will box up your remaining meal . Prices very copetitive and everyone enjoyed their meal.

I enjoyed everything and felt very full. The baguette was delicious, fresh, and nice and soft. The dip was also delicious. The main course was schnitzel with egg, beans, and fried potatoes. The schnitzel was an excellent size and filling. The beans and fried potatoes left a fresh and tasty impression. The fried eggs seemed a bit pre-made. When I think of fried eggs at home, there was definitely a difference. The lemon iced tea was also good and quenched my thirst. The liter went down well. The service was courteous, polite, and well-attended. The ambiance was well-kept and acceptable. Not quite my taste.

We've always found the Schnitzler restaurant to be a very good place and have recommended it everywhere. The large, crispy schnitzels are a particular signature of the restaurant. Our previous visits have always been characterized by positive quality, so we always looked forward to a delicious meal. Unfortunately, however, we were disappointed on our last two visits. The schnitzel and the side dishes were dripping with fat, which left an unpleasant impression from the first bite. What was particularly noticeable was that the schnitzel itself was fried in old fat and had charred residue. This experience was a real shame, as it was a stark contrast to what we were used to. We're not sure what the reason might be. It's possible the restaurant has a new chef who isn't yet fully attuned to the taste and quality of the food. Despite these disappointments, we're not quite ready to give up on the Schnitzler. We plan to visit again in a few weeks to see if the situation has improved. Hopefully, we can then once again enjoy the original quality of the schnitzels that delighted us so much.

Very good food, can only be recommended

Generally delicious food, but very long waiting times, overwhelmed staff and very poorly prepared food.

We arrived at this restaurant with five people at 10:00 PM on Saturday, September 6, 2025, after a concert. When they saw us, they quickly removed all the lights from the tables, saying, "We're closing soon," even though their opening hours were advertised until 11:00 PM. We sat down at an outside table anyway. We just wanted a drink; it's understandable that the kitchen closes at that time. We also wanted to order...cocktails were out, we had already turned off the ice cube machine...coffee wasn't available either, the coffee machine was already off...somehow we each managed to find a drink. When they brought it to us, they asked if we could check out right away. We didn't feel welcome; we were probably disturbing the place before closing time. The glasses were constantly being cleared away, and then they asked if we could take the light on the table with us...well, we've never experienced anything like that before! The neighboring bar was packed with customers, so we probably made the wrong choice that evening. After a concert, even one nearby where the city is full of visitors who might even stop by again, an hour's revenue probably doesn't count... We were very disappointed!

We made a reservation weeks in advance for a birthday. Unfortunately, we were seated in a corner at a table for four, with a chair pushed up next to it. The service was very friendly, but the food was not good. My baked feta was just breadcrumbs. It was hollow pre-made pieces that had been put in the fryer. It just had a greasy taste. The cheese spaetzle was inedible. We were very disappointed. The price/performance ratio is not right here. The location is the best part of the place. We cannot recommend it.

It's well attended, but unfortunately it's very loud when you're sitting inside, so the acoustics aren't pleasant. The service is overwhelmed by the fact that they hand you a menu in a timely manner, and they don't pay attention to empty drinks; even looking closely doesn't help. So I go thirsty. The portions are very good, but how they put the hollandaise sauce on the grilled vegetables is a mystery to me. It was very onion-heavy, so you couldn't taste the vegetables or the tiny dollop of hollandaise. Incidentally, an extra hollandaise sauce costs €3.90. It was neither a quiet evening nor a service highlight, but I was full... everyone has to decide for themselves. I probably won't go back.

The side dish lay carelessly and dryly on the plate. The schnitzel was dry-fried (sometimes very dark and dry), topped with cheese according to the menu, but I'd say they skipped the cheese. The bacon-covered beans looked like they'd just been dumped on top from bean soup.

Initially, the service was overwhelmed by gluten intolerances; many of the ingredients on the menu were either missing or missing in the right places. After we agreed on what I could eat, there was a long wait. The fried chicken wasn't cooked all the way through in one place, which is unacceptable for chicken. Too expensive for the service; more fried potatoes would have been nice.

Very tasty, large, and tender—the best schnitzel I've had in a long time. Always worth a visit.

Nice waitress. We got a table in a busy restaurant with many reserved tables, assuming we could finish within an hour. And we actually finished within an hour 😉 The food came very quickly and was very plentiful. It's a lot of schnitzel and not much of a side dish. Two portions are easily enough for two adults and a child. We'll remember this place if we're ever in Erfurt again.

Unfortunately, I had a rather unfriendly experience. We had a reservation, but then they claimed it wasn't true, unfortunately in a rather rude tone. That's not how I imagine a good evening at a restaurant should go. :(

All in all, a good experience. I had a small special request for the food, which unfortunately wasn't fulfilled. Probably because the waiter didn't understand. (Foreign citizen) He certainly hasn't lived in Germany for very long, but it wasn't that dramatic.

It's well known that a restaurant stands or falls with a good chef. In this case, it really does fall. We went out to eat yesterday and were horrified to discover the quality of the food was very poor. The pasta and Gorgonzola sauce were soaked in Gorgonzola and had no taste at all. The burger pettis were overcooked and the bun was hard. The schnitzel with seasoned meat... well, what can I say, if you hadn't read that it was seasoned meat, you wouldn't have recognized it as seasoned meat. There was a uniform mush on the schnitzel and nothing to recognize other than seasoned meat. The hunter's schnitzel for €14.90 was very expensive and the sauce on the pasta was just a red sauce that had zero to do with flavor. This is a classic tourist trap and anyone who doesn't have standards for good quality food can visit this shop. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time and we thought it would be better next time. I'm sorry it's not like that.

We had a sunny spot with a view of the cathedral, and the atmosphere at the tables outside was great. Fast and friendly service, with menus available both via QR code and by à la carte. The meal includes two schnitzels coated in a delicate, crispy breading. One of the tastiest dishes I've ever had. Half a star deducted due to the lack of side salads.

Schnitzler Review It was disappointing! I was there a year ago and my chicken wasn't cooked well and the kale was cold! But I wanted to give the Schnitzler another chance. It wasn't worth it! We waited over an hour for the food. When it finally arrived, the vegetables were cold and the sauces were only lukewarm! The schnitzel itself was OK.

We arrived at exactly 6:00 p.m. A table outside was free, and service came quickly. Our orders were placed. After 45 minutes, we noticed a general commotion. We noticed that the wait staff were alerting new guests that a schnitzel dish would take ONE HOUR. We weren't informed of such a long wait when we ordered. After 70 minutes, the food finally arrived. A schnitzel—admittedly nice to look at—was carelessly placed on the plate with a maximum of two tablespoons of fried potatoes. No garnish at all 😕 The schnitzel was unfortunately bone dry inside, and the potatoes probably weren't seasoned at all—no flavor. My wife only had a seasoned beef. The taste was also a disaster. When she ordered another slice of toast, after what seemed like an eternity, the wait staff came back with the message that the toast would take some time. What can I say? After more than an hour, such a totally unsatisfying "meal"—nope, never again. Best regards, Burkhard

The food and service are good, but unfortunately, our salad was from a refrigerated bag. The outdoor area is right on the busy main street, but it's not an option. All in all, this restaurant is highly recommended.

Here I ate what I consider the best cordon bleue I've ever tasted. The open ambiance outside with a view of the cathedral is very inviting. This is the place to be for schnitzel dishes, as they taste delicious and aren't dry and tough. The Schnitzler in Erfurt scores highly with its great location and fresh, crispy cordon bleue and schnitzel at reasonable prices. The service is very friendly; we were served by the young trainee, who did her best to make our stay enjoyable. I can only recommend the Schnitzler, as I can't think of any negative points.

The service was courteous and attentive, but the food reminded me strongly of a cafeteria. We had the surprise platter for two. The surprise was that everything seemed to be prepared without any seasoning. Perhaps it would be better to reduce the excessive load of mixed vegetables, potato wedges, and beans and focus more on preparing the meat. Then leave out the overcooked fried eggs, and it would be better.

We were in Erfurt again and went to our usual restaurant. Let's start with the negatives. The salad only tasted of lettuce and parsley, all three kinds. More dressing would have been good. The portion size of the cheese patties was really only for a small appetite. The side dishes were also relatively small. There was a lack of salt in everything except the schnitzel, but luckily you can add more salt. Long wait when paying. Now the positives: The schnitzel lives up to its name; they are really large. Fast service, except when paying. Very friendly too. The price-performance ratio is just about okay; if Erfurt were smaller or not the state capital, then it would have to be improved.

The food and drinks arrived very quickly. The portions were large. However, I found the presentation very poorly. Fries, schnitzel, and a slice of lemon, along with mayo and ketchup, came in small plastic bags. As we all know, what matters is what matters. The fries were unsalted, the schnitzel bland. We also ordered cocktails. They were tasty, but didn't look appealing. It's a shame; there's still room for improvement.

The value for money was excellent. We were a large group at lunchtime. It was quick, and everyone got their food at the same time. The waitress was only in her first year of training, but she served us excellently and professionally. Many "old hands" could learn a thing or two from her 😉 Well done.

We were always satisfied, but from today on, I can hardly say anything positive. The schnitzel was still okay, but the fried potatoes were practically drenched in oil and the potato balls were half-raw... unfortunately, it's no longer worth the money.

Schnitzel was too dry and fried too darkly, fries weren't seasoned and not cooked through, we waited an hour for the food 😫 It's a shame, we were usually always satisfied.

We have been to Schnitzler several times, as they also serve vegetarian food and we were always satisfied, but this time we were very disappointed. Our vegetarian burgers and the accompanying potato wedges were served cold. Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers has also completely declined. It's a shame we won't be coming back to Schnitzler to eat again.

We had reserved nine tables weeks in advance. The restaurant is located right on the Domplatz and is very busy. Tables were arranged for us outside, as the reservation had been made for the inside area and they generally don't make reservations for the outside area. We were able to order our drinks quickly, and they were brought promptly. For the food, almost everyone ordered something different: various schnitzels, baked potatoes, fries, cucumber soup. Unfortunately, the conclusion: All the dishes were underseasoned or not seasoned at all. I had roulade with red cabbage and dumplings. All the ingredients, and especially the sauce, were completely bland. A real shame! The three slices of bread that came with the cucumber soup were completely dried out. It felt like they had been cut that morning and left uncovered. The cucumber soup wasn't really cold and had parsley instead of dill. But that's a matter of taste; it lacked zing here too. The rhubarb spritzers had once been placed next to rhubarb, they were so thin. The waitress wasn't interested in our feedback at all. When we paid separately, everyone said what they were having and was told the price, but wasn't shown the exact amount.

The food has an Asian flavor. Salad dressing, schnitzel sauce – not tasty

I was really looking forward to the meal, as I've always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The amount of seasoned meat was very small compared to last year. There was hardly any meat to be seen, and the surrounding food was tasteless and like "flour mush." What a shame! I expected something different for the price. I won't be back anytime soon...

We've been to Schnitzler many times, but what we were served today was simply abysmal. We ordered a schnitzel platter and it arrived at our table after about 3 minutes. This really surprised us. The dressing on the salad was completely dried out and the canned vegetables were completely overcooked. The schnitzel was swimming in fat. It gave the impression that the platter had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. We told the waitress this and her reaction was to bring us more overcooked and watery vegetables. The mushroom sauce was just water. The mixed vegetables were a solid white mush and the beans were swimming in water with raw bacon. The cauliflower was a mushy mass. After we pointed out again that it was inedible, the table was cleared away and we were offered a coffee. For 40 euros it is simply cheeky to serve a guest a stale platter with dried out salad, overcooked canned vegetables and schnitzel that has been reheated. Never again!! It's a shame that they cut corners on quality like that

The food was disappointing and not worth the price. I didn't pay much attention to the time, but after ordering, it took a maximum of 15 minutes for the food to arrive, which was a warning sign, even considering we were there late afternoon and the place was relatively quiet. The schnitzel itself was delicious, but the side dishes consisted of a small handful of frozen potato balls (far too few), chanterelle mushrooms that didn't seem fresh either, and a ready-made sauce that wasn't even properly mixed because it still contained lumps. And all this for just under €23.

After a long, long recovery period from the Schnitzler, we dared to do it again today. Pure surprise. Service very quick and friendly. The food came after about 15-20 minutes and was very tasty and as you would expect, hot and a large portion. We hope it stays that way with Schnitzler. So see you soon.

Unfortunately, tonight was the last time we ate here. My girlfriend and I have eaten at this restaurant several times, but today was a complete disaster. After a brief consideration, we ordered the schnitzel platter for two. Surprisingly, after just five minutes, we were served a carelessly presented array of poorly prepared ingredients. The canned vegetables (immediately recognizable by their pale color and mushy consistency) and the schnitzels, which had been sitting for a while and had probably been reheated, spoiled our appetites. Add to that the ready-made salad and the stale sauces. The mushroom sauce was watered down, and the hollandaise sauce came with the skin. No thanks. Any kebab shop could do better. Thus, a dinner to forget. Even the offer of a coffee as compensation didn't help improve our mood. It's a shame. With this standard, it's going to be difficult to retain regular customers. But maybe it'll still be enough for starving students who can't cook any better themselves. Who knows...
