Unfortunately, only the prices do justice to the great location. The food is okay, but not a culinary highlight. The menu is very small for a Greek. Overall, there is still room for improvement here.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Extremely long waiting times Unprofessional staff who argue among themselves in front of the guests. But the kicker was that the food was very bland and had nothing to do with Greek cuisine. The typical flavors of Greek cuisine are missing. Small portions and very expensive

The location is great and the view is a dream. Mainly the waiters tried hard, but it wasn't busy and there was definitely more attentive service. The food was ok, but there is relatively little Greek selection on the current menu. There is a big minus for the hygiene in the toilets. One of two toilets was blocked leading to flooding.

I had promised myself more. Taramas was oversalted. Calamari wasn't there, even though we had eaten at 12 p.m. The grilled chicken skewers were deep fried and swimming in oil. The view was beautiful. It's a shame about the beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere deserves great cuisine.

A very nice restaurant located on the water. We were there around 5:40 p.m. There wasn't much going on, about 1/3 of the tables were occupied. It took about 10 minutes to bring us the card after walking past us probably 7-8 times. The service was friendly, but not really motivated. The food was very good! The portions are very, very large. The restaurant is very clean - except for the toilet! You can hardly get the door closed. Empty toilet paper, several rolls on the window... also on the sinks - empty paper and over all the toilet rolls to dry your hands. Unfortunately a bit ugly!

I can recommend the gyros. The location is not that easy to find, but the view of Lake Starnberg is very nice

We were there at lunchtime at 1 p.m. with 2 children. We were neither given the lunch menu nor were there any offers for children! One child then got a “kebab” (Greek!), unseasoned with fries and tzatziki for 18.90 euros! We paid 72 euros for 1 main course, 1 salad, fries and side salad with pita and 4 drinks! Not recommended!

We had to wait 40 minutes just to pay almost 30€ for 2 starters and a drink!!!

Great location and nicely designed terrace. Unfortunately the food is below average. I have never seen ready-frozen ready-made chicken souflaki without vegetables in between in a tavern. Tzatziki was yogurt with a hint of cucumber. 🥒 Sorry but I expected something better for the money. Service was sloppy when paying and even gave themselves an extra euro tip. Gifted.

Unfortunately the food was absolutely not good. There were no gyros. We found a large piece of plastic in the calamari. Rice was just thrown on top, not nicely presented. Service also very slow and clumsy. The view of the lake was great, but that was the only positive thing.

A "Greek" who only has Italian red wine on the menu with one exception: Retsina. The food wasn't good, the salmon was terribly dry... Unfortunately not worth recommending. Only the location right on the lake is really nice

Restaurant Santorini in Tutzing is definitely worth a visit! With a breathtaking view of Lake Starnberg, the restaurant offers a Greek-Mediterranean menu with fresh fish and vegetarian dishes. The food was delicious and the service was first class. The combination of good food, scenic views and excellent service makes Restaurant Santorini a perfect place for an enjoyable evening. We recommend!

It's a nice place but with too high prices

We wanted to spend a nice evening here with friends and eat well. The menu wasn't very diverse, but that shouldn't be a reason. All of our friends' food was carelessly prepared, no decorations such as onion rings or anything similar, the tzatziki from a can. The salads were a far cry from what we know as Greek salad. Only the fries were ok. The price was completely excessive. We definitely won't come again.

The atmosphere is very nice, right on the lake. There wasn't much going on and that surprised me, I think it's the kitchen, the food was good, unfortunately mine was cold, I had calamari from the grill and still not warm.

The cake for six and fifty is unfortunately a bit overpriced, even if the location right on the lake is convincing.

Very nicely located restaurant with a fantastic location right on the lake or the small marina. Unfortunately, the food doesn't come close to the quality of the location and ambience. Very unimaginative and uncreative menu with a few run-of-the-mill dishes. What a Bavarian roast pork could do in a Greek restaurant remains a question for me personally. When it came to grilled dishes, the bitterness of the burnt (instead of grilled) meat skewer predominated. The staff was mostly busy with themselves, didn't even ask if you wanted more wine or whether you liked it or something similar. The loud pop music was probably intended to entertain the staff, but in any case the choice of music was absolutely inappropriate Local, not to mention the volume. It used to be a good address, but unfortunately it is no longer recommended today.

My friends had been telling me to come to this restaurant for a long time and I regretted not listening to them earlier, the view was perfect by the lake, the quality of the food was what we expected and we didn't have to wait too long. The service was very pleasant and we were welcomed very warmly and provided with all the amenities when we needed them. If you want to visit it I recommend it without a second thought and I hope you like it as much as we did

Delicious and authentic Greek food with a great view of the lake! The patio was nice and we enjoyed our time here with guests.

The food was excellent and fragrant (we had the grill plate for two, the halloumi, the tyrokafteri (a delicious and slightly spicy sauce made from feta and peppers), pita bread and a portion of gyros). The ambience right on the lake is also fantastic. However, the service was disappointing. For one thing, it took about an hour for the food to be served, even though the restaurant wasn't full. Secondly, one of the waiters was very unfriendly towards the guests - a woman with crutches politely asked him to pass and he snapped at her - and there was an argument in the kitchen. Cutlery and plates were simply placed on the table after serving. The pita had to be returned because a piece was missing (see picture), but was replaced immediately.

Leider nicht mehr das, was es mal war! Leider gibt es die warmen Vorspeisen nicht mehr (abgebildet sind sie noch),die früher das Highlight waren. Dafür alles versalzen, die Zucchini in Salzkruste! Auf Reklamation keine adäquate Reaktion des Personals, das ansonsten freundlich ist. Schade um diese früher so beliebte und gute Taverne, die qualitativ deutlich abgenommen hat . Die früher spürbare griechische Gastfreundschaft -weg. Nur die wunderbare Lage direkt am See wird auch in Zukunft vermutlich für ausreichenden Zulauf sorgen, die habens halt nicht nötig.

We had a wonderful Easter celebration, a lovely restaurant right on the lake. Greek, Italian, international cuisine. We spent three lovely hours, the waiter was very nice and friendly. The bill at the end I would say a bit expensive but acceptable, be careful when ordering the starters, they are very plentiful and there is a lot left on the plate. Overall a nice restaurant, you feel comfortable in a cozy environment. However, there are things that need to be improved, a richer menu, any kind of tablecloth on the table, a wine list.

Stunning food, scenery and service! We were welcomed so warmly and every staff member we encountered even went above and beyond to talk to us in English too (our German isn’t very good). We ordered two dishes and wanted to share both of them, so one of the kind team members (sorry, we didn’t get his name) even made sure the kitchen put it together on one bit plate for us — how nice!!! We did, however, get Liri’s name, and so wanted to thank him for the impeccable service too. We hope we get to visit again!

Everything is good, just nothing is perfect. The child seats can be cleaned again just like vinegar and oil on the tables.

Location and ambience very nice. I had the souflaki, which was just fries, and two small skewers and a touch of tzatziki, no salad, no tomato rice. Unfortunately not grilled, but fried and hardly seasoned and certainly not Greek. The sauce was a tomato sauce that I would have expected on spaghetti, here a Greek sauce such as Metaxa sauce would be better. In addition, but probably also due to the location and location, it was too expensive for me for the portion and quality. Never had such a good risotto before and also the freshly caught salmon trout, simply brilliant. The portions are very generous and hard to manage. The service is very friendly, warm and loving. I love this restaurant, the inner courtyard and the view of Lake Starnberg are unique. For me this is pure relaxation and delicious food. I love the appetizers here! The meat dishes are always good too.

Perfectly ok, food good, especially the starter, drinks menu a bit poor

Extremely bad food in a nice atmosphere. My daughter and I wanted a small lunch, but what we were served defies description! We both ordered grilled halloumi for 9.50 euros, which consisted of 5 wafer-thin slices (didn't know that you use the cheese like gold leaf), decorated with a few drizzles of balsamic vinegar and that was it. Not a lettuce leaf, tomato etc... The pita bread we ordered was inedible and 2.50 euros for ancient, tough bread drowned in oregano was an outrage. I've eaten here a lot, but the trend has been going downhill for years and today was really the last time I was here to eat, if only for a glass of wine. It's a shame because the location and the ambience are very nice.

Sehr schöne Einrichtung, Personal aber eher desinteressiert (es war wenig los, aber unaufmerksam und eher in Gesprächen untereinander vertieft), Essen mäßig, Espresso gab es um 21:30 Uhr nicht mehr, weil die Maschine sauber gemacht wurde. Wir waren früher häufiger dort, das war aber definitiv das letzte Mal.

Hier lebt man von der schönen Aussicht auf der Terrasse. Die ist wirklich wunderschön. Das ist leider auch schon das einzig Positive, was man von diesem Lokal sagen kann. Das Personal ist restlos überfordert, auch wenn das Lokal nur zur Hälfte besucht ist. Dass man auf dem Weg in die Küche auch gleich Geschirr mitnehmen kann, hat man noch nicht erkannt. Bis 15 Uhr gibt es die Mittagskarte, um 15:05 ist der Herd aber schon so kalt, dass man nicht noch schnell etwas bestellen kann. Es gibt den kleinsten Cappuccino von ganz Bayern. Sahne zum Kaffee oder Kuchen: haben wir nicht. Empfehlung: Gehen Sie ein paar Schritte weiter zur Ufer-Promenade, da stehen Bänke mit derselben schönen Aussicht...

Chefin/Bedienung sehr unfreundlich. Nie wieder, obwohl wir bereits öfters in dem Lokal waren und die Lage sehr schön ist. Anscheinend haben sie keine Gäste mehr nötig.

Der aktuell tätige Koch ist einer der besten den wir hier erlebt haben und die neue, hochwertige Bestuhlung mit Kissen auf der Terrasse ist sehr komfortabel. Neuerdings sind den klassischen griechischen, italienische Pasta Gerichte hinzugefügt worden: Linguine mit Scampi und Penne al Pesto. Hervorragend! Auch die Schoko Mousse Törtchen sind köstlich. Johanna im Service nach wie vor mega sympathisch und professionell!👍

They should close this restaurant. Very unfriendly, impolite, doesn't no haw to talk to their guests. We came, we sat down for about 15 minutes. No one came to our table. The worst place ever. My sister, visiting me from the US, Bad impression. This is not a restaurant? They said the kitchen is closed, at 3pm?? Restaurant in Tutzing!! Closed 3pm? I wouldn't recommend anyone, I mean nobody to eat there. I witnessed how that female waitress spoke to other guests who wanted to eat there, she said kitchen is closed with a attitude, & not at all in a polite manner. They should closed the doors, and keep them closed. Because that restaurant is very, very, poorly managed.

Gyros mit Pommes zum Spitzenpreis von 15,90 Euro. Fleisch fast kalt, zum teil schwarze kleine Stücke, sehr fettig, wohl noch Rest vom Vortag. Reklamation! Speise wurde aufgewärmt. Immer noch nicht richtig heiss und Pommes klein und hart. Erneute Reklamation unterlassen um gesellige Runde nicht weiter zu stören. Sehr wenig gegessen und Rest zurück. Information über Bedienung an den Koch. Keine Reaktion.

Leider war das Essen für den Preis viel zu teuer, die Bedienung unfreundlich und dann hat sie uns noch nicht mal die Mittagskarte angeboten obwohl das aushing UND auf der Website steht. Andere haben die Mittagskarte bekommen, wir mussten am Ende 25€ mehr zahlen. Früher war das anders.

Nachdem wir am Tag vorher trotz leeren Tischen abgewiesen wurden, haben wir für den nächsten Tag reserviert. Im Nachhinein aber bereut. Das Essen war lasch, das Fleisch zäh,sehr trocken und hat nicht frisch geschmeckt. Der Bauernsalat war gut. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Es nutzt nicht, wenn man ein schönes Ambiente mit Seeblick hat und das Essen zu wünschen lässt. Sehr schade.

Es vergeht einem wirklich jede Lust, dieses Lokal zu besuchen. Wollte nur einen Kaffee - wurde darauf angewiesen, dass man 1. Erst sb 11:30 bedingt wird (was auch OK wäre aber bitte nicht in dem Tonfall! Geht gar nicht( und 2. Selbst am Tisch nicht sitzen bleiben und warten darf. Es scheint auf die Laune des Betreibers und seines Teams angewiesen zu sein. Unfreundlich, unangenehm und einfach unmöglich um Umgang mit Gästen. Nicht mal ein Punkt verdient.

Das San Torini hat vom Service und vom Essen stark nachgelassen. Vor einen Jahr war die Speisekarte mit viel Auswahl griechischer Speisen. Gestern nur eine kleine Karte mit wenig Auswahl und die Preise sind im Gegensatz zu der Größe des Essen auf den Teller stark angestiegen. Personal war zwar freundlich aber nicht aufmerksam. Mussten uns immer wieder melden um was zu bekommen. Das Gyros war trocken und hart. Ist nicht mehr zum empfehlen, waren enttäuscht.

Leider heute sehr unflexibel. Sind daher ins Augustiner am See. Hier wird man bedient bei Sommerregen unter Schirmen ❤️ herrlich hier im Augustiner!!

We went to celebrate our anniversary here, and they went out of their way to accommodate us and cater to our wishes. The restaurant has a great ambience with a view of the lake - a small beach front, the view is great if you ignore the countless yachts. The decor of the restaurant inside is also noteworthy, so you won't miss out much even if you dine inside. Staff is generally friendly and has good recommendations. We tried to get a lake side seat, but apparently you need to call 6days in advance to get one. Nevertheless, they did their best to give us the next best seats. The food is delicious, somehow we lacked a bit of variety on the menu card, and ended up ordering a small plate to share rather than a main dish. Overall great experience and ambience to spend a quiet evening by the lake. The food however left us unimpressed.

Essen ist ganz in Ordnung. Service leider unaufmerksam. Etwas seltsame Kombinationen bei der Menue Zusammenstellung. Leider gibt's keinen gemischten Vorspeisenteller. Blick im Garten auf den See. Reservierung empfiehlt sich, da die Tische nur zur Reservierung vergeben wurden.

Avoid. Unfortunately the other reviews about poor service are true. The menu lacks details and any inquiries did too. When the food arrived different than described, they went back into the kitchen and remade the order with the exact problems as before, as if it were a joke for the employees. The food is adequate and the view is nice, but the service is almost comically rude but not funny.

Poor Greek food. The Tzatziki and hummus were NOT homemade. As a minimum, they need to do this in-house. It used to be good, not any more. Can not recommend the restaurant. Nice location , good service, but he food doesn't hit the mark.

Das Lokal bietet Mittagstisch an, Preis/ Leistung war OK. Geschmacklich auch sehr gut, nur leider teilweise war das Essen kalt. Wir waren mit einem Welpen dort, wollten uns in den Schatten setzen. Dies hat die Bedienung nicht erlaubt, der Tisch hat die ganze Zeit leer gestanden. Sehr schöner Blick auf den See.

Wir waren mit eine Gruppe mittags hier. Das Essen ist knapp an durchschnittlich aber eher nicht so toll. Steak zäh, Salat klein, also niemand war glücklich mit seiner Wahl. Der Service machte einen wirren Eindruck. Die Lage schön am See, mit Parkplätzen vor der Tür.

Guter Ort zu relaxen, besonders auf der Seeterrasse. Mittagessen direkt am Starnberger See ist was schönes. Empfehlenswert frische ganze Renke vom örtlichen Fischer, Herrn Lidl. Außerdem gibt es wieder unter der Woche eine Mittagskarte mit sehr preiswerten Gerichten. Ebenso erfreulich, dass es wieder ganz frische Renken aus dem Starnberger See gibt.

Essen war ok. Kleine Portion bei satten Preisen. Kein Gyros auf der Karte. Das ist ein no go für nen Griechen.

Das Essen war lecker, die Servicekräfte waren sehr bemüht, wurden jedoch von der miesen Laune der Serviceleiterin beeinflusst. So wurden wir als Gruppe in einen Nebenraum gesteckt, der eher einer Abstellkammer glich und erst frei geräumt werden musste, obwohl wir angekündigt waren und reserviert hatten. Um 21.30 Uhr wurden wir rausgeschmissen, indem alles vom Tisch geräumt wurde und wir in einem recht garstigen Ton der „Chefin“ daran erinnert wurden, dass das Lokal um 22.00 Uhr schließt. So wurde das schöne Ambiente am See und das Essen zur Nebensache; Geld verdienen will hier wohl keiner!

Sehr lecker und ein zauberhafter Ort und übrig, die Plastikstühle sind Geschichte. Sehr bequeme Schnurbestuhlung sind dem Plastik gewichen. Ein zweiter Wein schmeckt umso besser.

Hat sich gegenüber früher leider verschlechtert; Grund: Neuer Chef / neuer Koch. Habe heute Souflaki vom Schwein mit Pommes bestellt. Die gute Nachricht: An den den Pommes (jetzt in einer extra Schüssel serviert) gab' s nichts auszusetzen. Ansonsten: Aus den ehemals zwei Spießen ist jetzt einer geworden; dieser ist zwar größer, aber die Menge Fleisch ist dennoch kleiner geworden (geschmacklich habe ich keinen Unterschied festgestellt). Schlimm: Der Tsatsiki hat sich zu einer dünnflüssigen Soße gewandelt; von Gurke, Knoblauch, Olivenöl keine Spur; scheint nur Joghurt zu sein. Zwiebelringe gibt's nicht mehr; dafür Tomaten und Zwiebeln klein gehackt in einem extra Gefäß. Die Überraschung kam zum Schluss: Den Preis des Gerichts hatte ich höher in Erinnerung; meine Vermutung war, dass er womöglich gesunken wäre, weil ja das Fleisch weniger geworden ist. Aber von wegen: Der Rechnungsbetrag war um ca. 3 € höher als früher, weil nämlich die Beilagen (Pommes) gesondert berechnet wurden (4,90 €). Den früher obligatorischen abschließenden Ouzo hat man anscheinend auch gestrichen ... Tja, früher war alles besser, heißt es. Nun ja, alles sicher nicht; aber beim Santorini war's so.

Bedienung / Chef wenig zuvorkommend bis unfreundlich. Griechischer Salat nur mit einem Hauch Käse. Für die Qualität viel zu teuer. Angenehmes Ambiente direkt am See.

Πολύ μικρή μερίδα του ορεκτικού. Γνώμη μου είναι ότι τον κόσμο τον έχεις την πρώτη χρονιά, μετά δεν σου ξανάρχεται. Θα πρέπει να προσεχθουν οι μερίδες διότι υπάρχει μεγάλος ανταγωνισμός στην περιοχή. Ολα τα υπόλοιπα είναι πολύ καλά.

Top Lage am See, schöne Terrasse und ansprechendes Interieur. Ich war allein auf ein schnelles Abendessen mit zwei Vorspeisen hier und hatte nichts daran auszusetzen. Die Servicemitarbeiterinnen sprachen zum Teil kein Deutsch und hätten angesichts eines fast leeren Lokals präsenter sein dürfen....

Eine herrliche Wanderung von Possenhofen nach Tutzing und als Ziel ... Einkehr auf der Terrasse des Santorini. Leckere Speisen...tolle Aussicht...wie geht Glück noch???

Das ist mein Lieblingsgrieche. Was gibt es schöneres, als von Possenhofen nach Tutzing wandern und dann auf der kleinen Terasse am See in der Sonne sitzen und kulinarisch verwöhnt werden?

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis, die Terrasse, es war ein Gefühl wie in Griechenland am Meer. Das Essen perfekt, das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich komme wieder.

Das Essen war lecker. Speisekarte mit wenigen Gerichten, aber lecker. Nette Bedienung und man wartet auch nicht so lange auf Getränke und Speisen. Auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen. Empfehlenswert 👍🏼

Geschmacklich gut, aber viel zu kleine Portionen zu viel zu großen Preisen. Der erste Grieche, bei dem man von einem Hauptgericht nicht ansatzweise satt wird… Seit dem neuen Besitzer ist die Karte auch extrem klein geworden. Es gibt nicht einmal Gyros. Das Feedback haben wir natürlich auch vor Ort gelassen. Vielleicht hilft es ja.

Wir gehen sehr gerne ins Restaurant Santorini. Das Essen und der Service sind Top. Ich verstehe die schlechten Kommentare überhaupt nicht. Es gibt eine Karte mit Preisen und da ist nichts daran falsch zu verstehen. Die Portionen sind groß und Preis-Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung. Wer die griechische Küche wirklich kennt, weiß wie gut dort gekocht wird. Für uns ist das Santorini immer ein Garant für einen schönen runden Abend mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor.

Kamen am Nachmittag bei diesem Lokal vorbei ….warteten auf den Kellner der uns dann einen Tisch zugewiesen hat, der war in der Sonne und für uns soweit ok, besonders freundlich wurde man jedoch nicht begrüßt. Wir wollten am Nachmittag nur eine Kleinigkeit Essen und entschieden uns dann aus der eher übersichtlichen und teuren Speisekarte für die Vorspeisenplatte für 2 Personen für 23,90. Zu dieser Vorspeisenplatte gab es kein übliches Weißbrot dazu. Das gibt es zwar bei jedem Griechen, hier aber nicht. Auf der Vorspeisenplatte gab es viel püriertes Zeug und alles andere nur einmal so dass wir alles Teilen mussten. War jetzt nix Berauschendes. Das kleine Pittabrot das man separat dazunehmen muss kostet dann 3 Euro mal zwei. Zwischendurch mal vorbeischauen und fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist, … Fehlanzeige. Wir haben dann bei dem etwas eingeschränkt freundlichen Kellner bezahlt. Ouzo wie bei jedem anderen Griechen gibt es hier auch nicht. Die Toiletten sind unter aller Kanone. Nein Danke, einmal und nie wieder! Unsere Griechen sind ganz anders, da wird man herzlich begrüßt, man bekommt super gutes Essen und riesige Portionen und oft zweimal den Ouzo angeboten - das alles bekommen Sie in der Taverna Santorini natürlich nicht.

Wir haben unser Essen einpacken lassen, weil wir nach der Vorspeise schon fast satt waren. Als wir es auspackten, dann der Schock. Für 18,50 € gab es 5 kleine Oktopusse 😌 Das ist unmöglich. Bild anbei
