An unforgettable day at Lake Tegernsee Our wedding at Fährhütte14 was simply dreamy – despite the rainy weather. From the very first contact, we were treated with honesty, respect, and warmth. The service was exceptional from the very beginning and far exceeded our expectations. When the rain started, the team reacted immediately and welcomed us and all our guests with umbrellas – a loving and thoughtful detail we will never forget. On the terrace, everything was perfectly prepared; nothing seemed improvised. The atmosphere was beautiful despite the weather. A special thank you goes to Sarmeela and her fantastic team. Their professionalism, warmth, and well-coordinated approach completely captivated us. You can simply feel the passion and experience that goes into their work. Our guests were equally impressed by the ambiance and the service. Fährhütte14 not only offers a breathtaking backdrop directly on Lake Tegernsee, but also a truly comfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good at all. Expensive too! We had fries for €6! ... but, as other reviews have already described, they tasted terrible - what's so hard to do shopping here? The cheese spaetzle is also not recommended. The spaetzle was bought cheaply from a wholesaler. What's good? The great location, the beautiful hut and interior, and the good Tegernseer beer on tap. What's a shame! The lift and the service here are fantastic - I see great potential in the hut and the restaurant! If you need help, please get in touch!

We stopped here after a walk. The food was absolutely delicious! However, we found the service a bit chaotic, even though there weren't many customers. The waitress complained to us about other people who were also in the restaurant, which we found a bit odd. She was super friendly to us, but we found it completely inappropriate for her to gossip about other guests and complain about how busy she was.
