We were a group of nine for the family buffet on December 15th, 2024. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time at the restaurant. The food was excellent again and we were very well looked after. We would love to come back again.

Sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Kaffeevariationen und unser bestellen Getränke würden uns sehr zügig an unserem Tisch gebracht.Wir mussten sehr zeitig zum Frühstück, der Qualität hat dies jedoch nichts abgetan. Jedoch könnten die Rühreier etwas wärmer gehalten werden.

Frühstück von 6.30 Uhr bis 10.30 Uhr. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Spiegelei und Omelette frisch zubereitet. Wurst und Käse Auswahl gut. Lachs, Rollmops und Brathering gibt es auch. Müslifans kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch Veganer finden was. Sekt, Wasser, Säfte und alle Heissgetränke im Preis enthalten. Das ganze für 23 Euro. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder.

This wasn't like a Radisson experience. They're short-staffed, and when you call for help, no one answers. Rooms are small and clean, but that's about it for good things to say. Lots of parking is available. In room amenities are provided when you request for it Breakfast spread is also minimal

Obere Neue Halde 1We were there yesterday (Sunday, September 7th). The journey there is quite next-level, so we took a taxi. The view is incredibly beautiful, even in late summer. The music was also very good. The service, however, was a complete disaster. I was truly shocked. Some Gen Zs simply have zero sense of efficient working. (I'm a Millennial myself later in life.) I honestly don't understand how anyone can work so slowly. And the line just kept getting longer and longer. Not knowing how to make rum and coke, but working behind the counter and searching forever for the rum, even though it's right there in front of you and the customer has to point to it, is also crazy. You can't imagine it. Then not having the right change, giving out €5.50 in 50/20 cent coins (and then there's still no money left), and then getting rude and starting an argument. An order was completely forgotten despite the pager. I had to go in and ask, and it was only then that it was prepared. They were also really greedy with the drinks. (There's no other way to put it.) The burger patty was, as expected, frozen. For 10.50 without fries, well, you'd expect Waldheim. But I don't think you can expect much... All in all: Never again. The service was just too much. There are better places to eat with a view in Stuttgart, like Karlshöhe.
