Great steak house with very attentive staff and friendly owner! The quality is excellent and the portions are relatively large, we were more than full. First off there is crispy garlic bread. There is a rustic atmosphere inside and the outside area is bright and protected. We'd love to come back🥩❤️

The entrecote was heavenly. And the quality of the side dishes was also very good. One point deducted is because of the price. 7 euros for a small bowl of fries, 6 euros for a side salad and now comes the biggie: 7.50 € FOR STILL WATER.

Terrific! Friendly, very approachable staff. We had two entrecôtes and a fillet steak, some side dishes and, first of all, both octopus and shrimp: everything was perfect and everything was on point! Good wine selection, fair and reasonable prices: we were thrilled. Great steakhouse!

Absolute fantastic! I have been here 3 times so far since December 2023. I have not been disappointed once! The steaks are absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to anybody who loves a great tasting succulent steak!

The service itself was good and very attentive and also friendly. I would have liked better advice. We ordered the garlic bread twice and the portion was huge. So hats off to you here. But knowing that we ordered 2x feta and that there will be garlic bread again, it's really unnecessary. The steaks were great and the side dishes were generous and plentiful. Thanks for that. Herbal butter exactly the same. We ordered 2x herb butter because we are used to the “stinginess” of other restaurants. Here just came 8! generous slices. 4x4 that was too much. I expect the service lady to point this out. It was our first time there and we didn't know the portions. Otherwise everything is very good. The atmosphere is inviting and beautiful. Good, solid restaurant.

Not 5 stars but only because I think there is still room for improvement. But a restaurant where the price/performance ratio is absolutely right. A steak restaurant and they serve simply good steaks. Interesting place with good pork chops and local beer. It's quite close to Bavaria, so you can still feel the atmosphere. I recommend it for good food and large portions in relation to the price.

2 steaks were very good, the third one at the table was okay, the sweet potato fries were also okay, the monkfish was not okay. The condition was trying, almost a little too much. Overall, the price/performance ratio doesn't fit.

Visited with a friend on Tuesday February 20th, 2024, ate 200g fillet. Great cooking point. Great meat quality. Nice boss.

Great food and the atmosphere was great.

The steaks were really good and so were the side dishes. The only point of criticism is the prices of the drinks and some of the side dishes. I would definitely take a closer look at what and how much I drink on my next visit. A pity! Otherwise, the steakhouse is recommended.

Very nice and very good restaurant. Quiet, private atmosphere at separate loge optic tables. The service is very friendly and generous. For dessert there was Wagyu on the house.

Very good steak, with friendly, patient and competent advice. Had a tomahawk and a T-bone. The Tomahawk was a little better for me but everything was at a high level. You can also find something for those on a tighter budget, but you have to remember that quality has its price. The atmosphere is cozy, classic.

Been there 3 or 4 times by now. Quality of rib eye steak is fantastic and price is reasonable. Never disappoints. The garlic bread and shrimps dishes are also very good. Coming here is always the highlight when we go to Hanau

Noch nie ein besseres Steak gegessen als im Römerhof. Service, Ambiente und Essen ist top. Jederzeit wieder.

Ich suche mir gern Restaurants mit einer besonderen Speisekarte aus. Hier habe ich eins gefunden! Qualität, Kreativität sind nicht nur ein visuelles, sondern auch ein gustatorisches Erlebnis! Dazu stimmt der geschulte Service und die harmonische Raumgestaltung. Absolut der Geheimtipp!

Essen leider ohne würzen und zu viel Öl. Personal hat uns aufgefordert zu gehen. Kurz nach dem Essen..sie haben eine Reservierung... die hatten wir auch. Nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Einmal und nie wieder.

Sehr nette Bedienung. Essen war sehr lecker. Sehr gutes Preis/ Leistung Verhältnis. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Mittagessen war bestens und ist zu empfehlen. Sehr schöne, saubere Lokation.

Das Frühstück war ganz lecker, obwohl es ein bisschen länger gedauert hatte, bis wieder ausgefüllt wurde!

Wir waren zufällig in Hanau und suchten ein Steakhaus. Ich behaupte jetzt mal, wir haben das Beste gefunden. Das Rib-Eye sowie das Filet waren überragend! Die Beilagen waren super, so wie man sich das vorstellt. Die Pfeffersauce nach meinem Geschmack perfekt. Wir kommen wieder und bringen auch noch den Rest der Familie….

Trotz vieler Gäste bekam ich sofort einen Tisch. Essen ist sehr lecker und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und flott! Sehr gemütlich. Ich kann das Steakhouse absolut weiterempfehlen!

Hinter der eher rustikalen Fassade verbirgt sich ein überaus geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtetes Interieur, in dem wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Service ist klasse und die Steaks sogar extraklasse. Einen Sonderpunkt gibt es für das Pilsener Urquell vom Fass - Biergenuss in Reinkultur. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ich war letzte Woche am Sonntag mit meiner Freundin in diesem Lokal essen. Die Einrichtung und das Feeling war sehr angenehm. Der Service war sehr nett und wusste was er sagen musste. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen hier essen zu gehen.

Wahrscheinlich einer der besten Steaks die ich jemals gegessen habe auf den Punkt perfekt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und kompetent.Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Ein Innenhof wie im Kroatien-Urlaub, ein ausgesprochen leckeres vegetarisches Essen, butterzartes Fleisch und sympathische Bedienung! Lohnt sich!!

Wir waren heute Gäste im Römerhof. Zunächst waren wir aufgrund der Lage und des rustikalen Erscheinungsbildes etwas skeptisch. Der Service, das Ambiente und vor allem das Essen waren einfach überragend!!! Klare Empfehlung hier einzukehren und die erstklassigen Angebote dort wahrzunehmen. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten einen schönen Abend zu zweit im Steakhaus. Gute Steaks, gute Portionen bei den Beilagen. Wir waren wirklich sehr satt. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und schnell. Kann man empfehlen. Ja, es ist ein Steakhaus mit entsprechender Qualität daher nicht ganz so günstig. Aber für uns hat es gepasst. Das einzige kritische, was aber in Deutschland sehr häufig, wie auch hier vorkommt, sind die übertriebenen Getränkepreise. Ein 0,2 er Glas Wein für 8 Eur oder eine 0,2 Cola für knapp 4 Eur… da wünsche ich mich doch gleich wieder zurück in die USA.😀 Aber trotzdem eine gute Location.

One of the best steaks ever eaten, a fabuleus red house wine. The carpaccio was also very nice. A nice restaurant to spend your time.

Everything was perfect. First we ordered soup which had so much flavour and it tasted great. After that we ordered Uruguay ramsteak and it was one of the best we ever tried. We also had beer and some wine which was perfect. Waiter who is also an owner was very cheerful and energetic. Also the cook came to our table to see if the food was good which we really liked. Loved this place.
