Restaurant Rhodos in Bernburg (Saale)

As a group of friends, we were warmly welcomed into the restaurant and treated to a fantastic variety of delicious dishes. It was the best Greek place we've eaten at in a long time and we will definitely be back! The staff is very accommodating and constantly asked about our well-being. The blue ouzo is an absolute recommendation.

By far the best Greek in Bernburg!!! Over 30 years in the place can't be deceiving. Super nice, super tasty and always available for an extra treat. Please keep it up, dear Adam, dear Matina and dear Dimitrios!

The selection of food and drinks is large. The menu includes a variety of dishes with something for everyone. We are always greeted warmly and served quickly. It's best to order seats as the restaurant is very busy. We like to eat there.

Whenever I'm back home, it's always an experience to come back here. Nice service and delicious food are a given here. Even if you show up late in the evening (after 10 p.m.) you won't hear that the kitchen is already closed. The guest still feels comfortable here. Keep it up and see you soon!

Some time ago we visited dear friends in Bernburg and had dinner with them in their favorite restaurant, the Restaurant Rhodes. We could immediately understand why it was her favorite restaurant because the welcome was very warm, almost family-like. The selection of dishes is gigantic and overwhelmed us a little. Our food was really tasty and the price-performance ratio was absolutely right here. An absolute special feature of the host is his in-house blue ouzo. It's addictive! A lot for little and very tasty! We were able to come here on a weekday evening without a reservation. Upon arrival, a jovial greeting is given by the staff present. Service is smooth and friendly. We both chose a dish and a starter. The portions are very large and definitely value for money.

For me the food was very bland and upstairs where we sat there was no Greek flär, but the service was very nice and quick, always trying to make sure the guests had everything.

We were with family in Rhodes yesterday on Holy Saturday and were very positively surprised. We can confirm everything the previous speakers have written. Thank you very much for this, dear team from Rhodes. Something about the history of the house: It was very nice to see our old apartment again after many years, and the owner helped us with a tour. In the 1970s we lived on the first floor, where the small bar is now. There was a HO vegetable store on the ground floor and we lived above it. At that time there was no staircase for guests to the 1st floor; our kitchen with the single window was located there (Wettiner Str.) The old staircase is still there, but cannot be used by guests. The double windows (Wettiner Str.) were our two living room windows. The windows facing Gröbziger Str. were our bedroom windows. It was a bit difficult to find your way around after the extensive renovation work. But the memories were very nice. There wasn't a complete extension back then, there was a drive-in courtyard with the "thunder beams" 😀 The parents are now in their 70s and both of us sons are in our 50s. Attached are photos of the story. Many thanks to the team and the owner for the great food and the journey through time. Unfortunately we cannot come more often due to distance reasons, but we are happy to recommend you.

My wife and I have been visiting this restaurant regularly for 30 years (that's how long Rhodes has been around). We are always impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the excellent cuisine. Our favorite dish: calamari with garlic sauce. My wife always has this, I alternate between this dish and the Rhodes plate. Our children also love the restaurant, but they now live too far away.

Waren heute zum ersten mal in diesem Restaurant, ich muss sagen ein sehr gepflegtes und schönes Restaurant, wo alles stimmt, es war ein sehr schöner Abend.

Das Restaurant Rhodos bietet sehr köstliche griechische Küche. Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist sehr vielfälltig und ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Portionen sind reichlich und zu den meisten Essen bekommt man noch einen kleinen Salat serviert. Das Personal ist mega freundlich und zuvorkommend, es wurde öfters nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob man noch Wünsche hat. Das Essen kam schnell trotz vollem Restaurant, wir mussten nicht lange auf unser Essen warten... klare Weiterempfehlung von mir/uns! Vielen Dank an das Team!

Alles in diesem Restaurant hat meiner Meinung nach 5 Sterne verdient ! Das Essen kam schnell und war absolut fantastisch ! Neben dem Hauptgang wurde ein Salat , uzo sowie eine Nachspeise serviert ! Die Bedingung war zuvorkommend lustig und erfüllte uns jeden Extrawunsch :) Selbst der Restaurant Besitzer setzte sich kurz zu uns und fragte nach unserer Zufriedenheit ! Es ist mir nicht leicht gefallen ein eindeutiges Urteil zu bilden. Die Salate und Vorspeisen waren frisch und lecker. Die Fleischplatte und die Pommes sowie dass katastrophale Knoblauchbrot (hart und zäh) waren allerdings nicht eines griechischen Restaurant angemessen.

Wir waren hier zum Samstag Abend und auch ohne Reservierung bekamen wir noch zu 7 einen Tisch. Das personal war freundlichen und aufmerksam. Das essen kam trotz vollem Restaurant zügig.

Der Service war gut und schnell.Das Ambiente hat gepasst ,eben griechisch! Das Essen war gut, der Salat war nicht meins ( war nicht griechisch genug) Ansonsten kann man dort einen schönen Abend verbringen.

Als wir zurück in Bernburg waren, haben wir wieder im Restaurant Rhodes gegessen. Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang, ein Ouzo aufs Haus. Leckere Grillgerichte und die Gerichte für die kleinen Esser sind sehr großzügig. Gemütliches Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Besitzer. Alweer bij restaurant Rhodos gegeten toen we weer in Bernburg waren. Een zeer hartelijk welkom, een ouzo van het huis. Heerlijke gegrilde gerechten, en de gerechten voor de kleine eters zijn toch zeer ruim. Gezellig restaurant met zeer vriendelijke eigenaar.

Wahr heute lecker Essen bei meinem Lieblings Griechen Rhodos in Bernburg. Bin schon seit über 10 Jahren Stammgast und das Essen ist immer in Top Qualität und ziemlich Lecker. Auch das ganze Ringsum ist einfach sehr gut. Sehr Familiär, und man fühlt sich in guten Händen. Sind einfach alle sehr sehr Freundlich. Το φαγητό σε ένα Ελληνικό εστιατόριο- ταβέρνα εκτός Ελλάδας με μία λέξη.... απλά φανταστικό. Διαλέξαμε για φαγητό Lammkrone & tomahawk Lammfilet. Διάφορα συνοδευτικά αλλά έχει σημασία να αναφερθεί η άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό του εστιατορίου και μάλιστα ημέρα Σάββατο που η δουλειά τους ήταν πάρα πολύ. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

De ouzo verscheen al bij de eerste bestelling op tafel. Gastvrij denk je dan. Na de maaltijd krijg je er weer een. Het stemt de gast gunstig. Toch kunnen wij niet onvermeld laten dat het eten buitengewoon standaard is. Geen enkel verrassen element. Of het moeten de prijzen zijn Een fles water euro 7.15, een glas doodgewone wijn euro 8 drijft het eindbedrag sterk op.

Op donderdag avond was het hele restaurant vol. En de kok weet hoe hij een stukje vlees moet bakken of grillen. Echt heerlijk gegeten.

Grieks Restaurant Rhodos in Bernburg is authentiek Grieks, heerlijk gegrild vlees, fantastische garnalen op mooi opgemaakte borden en ruime porties. Een welkom met een ouzo van het huis, personeel is allemaal Grieks. Beslist een bezoek waard als je in Berburg bent.

So ein schlechtes Essen hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr. Nudeln mit Metaxasoße und Gyros für 13,50 Euro. Das Fleisch war nicht genießbar, sehr fettig und wie Gummi. Die Preise sind völlig überteuert. Mich sieht dort keiner wieder.

Wir waren zum 3. Mal in Rhodos Bernburg. Was für ein herzliches Willkommen und Gemütlichkeit. Das Essen war wieder sehr lecker, gut gegrilltes Fleisch, leckerer Tintenfisch und leckeres Gemüse. Vanwege de corona crisis hebben we deze keer eten afgehaald. Alles was heel goed verpakt, en de maaltijden waren weer heerlijk. Echte Griekse smaken en zeer ruime porties. We komen zeker nog een keertje terug.
