The Poseidon has been a regular stop for my family since 1996 – and it's a highlight every time! This time, my partner and I were able to enjoy a romantic dinner that I won in the restaurant's Instagram contest. And what can I say? It was simply fantastic from start to finish! We were free to feast on the menu – from appetizers to main courses to dessert – and every single dish was a delight. Drinks were also included and perfectly rounded off the culinary experience. I would particularly like to emphasize the attentive and warm service: At Poseidon, you feel not just like a guest, but truly welcome. It is precisely this combination of delicious food, a great atmosphere, and outstanding service that creates the special magic of this restaurant for us. Many thanks to the entire Poseidon team for this unforgettable evening! We are already looking forward to our next visit in November, when we will celebrate my grandmother's birthday there – including the bowling alley, of course. 🥰 P.S.: Your red ouzo remains unbeatable – we love it! 🤤

September 19, 2025. We were there with five people. The food was very good and tasty. The service was good. Prices were raised, but not so good. We had two bills; the manager was doing the math in his head and got it all wrong. If you order multiple drinks, make sure you write down the number. We'll continue to eat there, simply because of the quality.

The food was tasty, but not outstanding... The service was friendly, really nice, and attentive! The older part of the restaurant could use some cosmetic repairs... The ceiling is "open," revealing silver exhaust pipes... The upholstery in our booth was stained, the table decorations were ancient, there were no placemats, and some of the white plates were chipped or dirty... Nevertheless, we would eat here again; it was delicious and the food was plentiful!

All the glasses were without coasters, etc. The decor was the biggest letdown. The benches and chairs were completely worn out, the dishes were broken and rickety. The benches were dirty and stained. The food at Poseidon is truly fantastic – fresh, plentiful, and absolutely delicious! The ambiance is also very pleasant, and despite the full house, we felt at home. However, the service was a bit disappointing: Our starter was initially forgotten and didn't arrive until about 45 minutes later – just 10 minutes before the main courses were served. The accompanying salad for the main course didn't arrive until the very end, when we were almost finished eating. This somewhat spoiled the enjoyable moment.

We visited the Poseidon restaurant for the first time yesterday and regretted not having made the 11-kilometer drive sooner to enjoy Greek specialties there. The mixed dishes, number 94, and the moussaka were truly amazing. This Greek restaurant has truly surpassed our regular Greek restaurant, and that's saying something. Addendum, August 17, 2025: A second visit revealed that the quality has NOT deteriorated; quite the opposite. It was delicious again! We can now also highly recommend the lamb fillet. Wir haben für unseren Griechenland-Urlaub-Ersatz im eigenen Garten im Poseidon zur Selbstabholung bestellt. Das Essen war auf die Minute pünktlich fertig. Ausgesprochen lecker und wirklich sehr gute Portionen. Sehr gut verpackt, so dass es auch noch gut heiss war, als ich zu Hause ankam. Das Personal bei der Abholung war super freundlich (Uso inkl. :-)). Wir werden hier auf jedenfall wieder bestellen oder besser noch, wenn Corona es erlaubt, im Restaurant essen gehen. Daumen hoch!!
