Restaurant Pizzeria Romana in Bad Hersfeld

The Pizzeria Romana is a real insider tip! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The pizza tastes incredibly authentic, just like in Italy - the dough is perfectly thin and crispy, and the fresh ingredients ensure an excellent taste. I highly recommend the pizza, especially the classics! A great experience that I recommend to every pizza lover. Always my pleasure!

I was recently at Pizzaria Romana and can only say: five stars! The pizza tastes really authentically Italian and immediately reminded me of my homeland. The dough is perfect, the ingredients are fresh and the atmosphere is very inviting. I even had to shed tears of emotion because I thought about my time in Italy. Here you get the real Italian feeling! I'll definitely be back!

We went there for dinner with four people after shopping at EDEKA opposite. You can't ignore the negative Google reviews, but unfortunately there were a few things right here. It was around 10 degrees outside and the door was always open; it was a bit uncomfortable in the long room, not warm and very drafty. The waiter was a bit overly friendly and quite haphazard. Two pizzas, a kebab plate and a salad took over 40 minutes and arrived 5 minutes apart, even though there wasn't much going on. The pizzas were ok, the kebab plate was half cold. This so-called “restaurant” does not invite you to linger.

Pizza was generally delicious, unfortunately the topping didn't work. Service was super friendly and nice but unfortunately it was 10 minutes late. I can't do anything about the atmosphere, I ordered from outside.

Unfortunately not recommended at all!!! Apart from the waiting time, which was 2 hours... I have never eaten such a bad kebab. Apart from that, the taste of the kebab when it arrived was like it had been eaten before!!!

Everything was great and recommended. Everyone has to try this. Dishes are freshly prepared. Perfect cuisine, service and atmosphere. And you can play billiards.

Very nice and delicious food, a lot of choice from kebabs to schnitzel, everything included and everything was very tasty, I eat there regularly and I'm always happier just because of the friendly staff and the large selection, something new every time. I can only recommend it:)

I ordered multiple times and never had a problem, but today i found a piece of plastic inside the pizza. Never again!

This restaurant is simply awesome, very tasty food and very nice staff, you can have great food there, a very nice atmosphere, if you want you can even play billiards, we really liked it.

Ordered food via Lieferando. Kebab roll arrived totally greasy, limp and tasteless. Information that the kebab meat is made from chicken would be great. Kebab plate arrived with totally limp fries. Sauce way too sweet. Food was put aside after a few bites. 20€ for the bin. A pity.

We really enjoy eating in the restaurant at the Pizzeria am Johannesberg. We particularly like the pizzas because of the great dough. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Gladly again :)

Very friendly, attentive team. The food is always very tasty, whether kebab, salad or pizza - absolutely and unreservedly recommended. In summer you can sit comfortably outside. Free parking spaces are available, which is also important for me. You can also hold smaller celebrations there. We'll definitely be back.👍

Das Essen schmeckt einfach lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Auch für Familienfeiern ist es eine tolle Location - Billardtisch vorhanden, Spielplatz gleich gegenüber.

Das essen ist sehr gut muss man sagen. Beim liefern wird immer was vergessen. Aber was echt der Wahnsinn ist, beim liefer haben die 16€ verlangt für 2 Flaschen Cola und bekommen habe ich billige Pepsi für 16€. Das war echt eine Frechheit!!!!

Das Essen wird mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet , es schmeckt daher sehr gut. Bier aus der Zapfanlage schmeckt , diverse Getränke wie Cola, Fanta, Wasser von still bis sprudelig , Aperol Spritz, Wein etc. kommt auch schnell zu Tisch. Alles in einem sollte man auf jeden Fall eine Pizza dort probiert haben und sich seine eigene Meinung machen. Ambiente ist sehr groß, es gibt das Erdgeschoss , und eine weitere Etage wo es sich speisen lässt. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und Aufmerksam. Lieferungen sind möglich und dauernd i.d.R. So lange wie man es sonst gewohnt ist. Natürlich wird sich immer bemüht noch schneller zu sein, was aber auch verständlich ist bei einem hohen Ansturm.

Leider wird dieses Restaurant von Personen Die wohlmöglich niemals in Deutschland gewesen sind geschweige denn in diesem Restaurant schlecht bewertet 🙏😂

Habe bisher nur die Döner probiert, super Geschmack, man sollte nur mit etwas weniger Soße bestellen, da wird nämlich ordentlich draufgemacht. Schönes Ambiente vor Ort, freundliches Personal und sehr viele Parkplätze direkt am Lokal. Lohnt nicht nur, wenn man auf dem Johannesberg wohnt.

Glemte at skrive. De tager ikke kort. Kun kontanter. Så 2 som sad uden for og ventede på betjening. De havde været inde og sige de ventede. De gik igen der kom ingen ud og tog mod bestilling.

Pizza ist sehr gut. Freundlicher Service. Ambiente ist der Tennishalle geschuldet okay.

3h auf ne Pizzabestellung gewartet, mehrfach angerufen, geht keiner ran, hin gefahren nachgefragt, 30min sollte es noch dauern, aber dann war wieder eine Stunde rum, Service is schlecht, die hätten ja ehrlich sagen können das sie keine zeit und keine Kapazitäten haben, naja, Essen war allerdings gut.

Die Bewertungen sind gerechtfertigt! Haben als Durchreisende in Folge der Bewertungen Halt gemacht und wurden nicht enttäuscht!

Zufällig war ich hier am Vorbeiflug und hatte vorab die sehr guten Bewertungen gelesen. Da ich selbst ein riesiger Pizza-fan bin, konnte ich gar nicht anders, als probieren. Ich muss schon sagen, meine Vorposter hatten definitiv zurecht die 4.9 Sterne vergeben. Ich würde sogar noch weiter gehen und sagen, dass das die beste Pizza war, die ich jemals in meinem Leben gegessen hatte und das waren sehr viele in den unterschiedlichsten Ecken! Teig, Soße, Zutaten alles absolut Perfekt und aufm Punkt. Ich bin wirklich sehr begeistert und werde hier wieder Halten, oder einen Umweg fahren, wenn ich mal wieder in der Nähe bin! Vielen Dank, ihr habt mir meinen Sonntag richtig schmackhaft gemacht!

Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis der Döner-Kunst, wie ich es schon lange nicht mehr erlebt habe. Pizza Romana setzt neue Maßstäbe mit der Nr.69 (Döner-Pizza), wie ich sie seit langem nicht mehr erlebt habe. Ich werde Gordon Ramsey dieses Etablissement empfehlen!

Diese Lokalität lässt sogar Feinschmeckern das Wasser im Mund zusammenlaufen. Wir haben die Karte bereits zum Großteil durchgearbeitet und wurden bis jetzt nie enttäuscht. Auch die 1Mann-Servicecrew ist top und könnte sogar einen Geburtstag mit 100 Leuten in Rekordzeit bewirten. Hier ist der Kunde König.

Leckere Pizza und nettes Personal , Ambiente ist nicht so ansprechend , aber im Sommer kann man sicher gut draußen sitzen .

Super Service, essen sehr gut, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Daher volle Punktzahl. Das Ambiente ist eben eingeschränkt, weil es eine Tennishalle ist, wo die Pizzeria integriert ist. Offene Räume mit Blick auf die Tennisplätze, daher nur 2 Punkte.
